Hi Pema how are you. Paying by credit card is safe. But if you don't get the merchandise or get defective or broken there id no recourse. Their protection process is a joke. My supplier try to offer me $ 20 when i sent the puctures of broken merchandise. But wheb i sent the same pictures to the dispute resolation they rejected my claim absolutely. They wanted a report of da mms age from the DHL. What a joke. They dont open the parcels and don't issue such reports unless the parcel package is damadged itself. I still get protection for goods it shows in my incoming orders
I haven't had a problem with disputes either
It always gets resolved and in my favor
That's just my experience tho
Some ppl have had other problems
I haven't personally run into anything like it

I think it's safe, I had never had an issue with this- but problem is some sellers are dishonest and once u get a faulty product it is almost impossible to do anything with it. U cannot contact aliexpress and seller wont respond to ur mails. Even if they do they simply say it's not their fault. BUYERS PROTECTION is the most bogus nonsense with this company.

The buyer does not get paid until after you confirm the goods are received and what you ordered. I have had 3-5 parcels never arrive and have always received a full refund. Aliexpress hold the money and do not pay buyer until you confirm.

Hi Pema, The use of Master Card is safe but as Steve S mentioned getting getting stuff you order in functional condition is another thing. I have had very bad experience as you are at the mercy of their sellers, who are rude and know little English. They will not admit their fault and stick you with substandard goods. My personal opinion it worst then using Card for payment as in the end Money is wasted. Its taking a chance, and with small amount its a little loss. PLEASE be Careful. Thank you

I don't know what maesto card is. I use MasterCard. I agree with others in that they send the wrong stuff and it is impossible to give them what they want in order to open a dispute. If I ever buy anything from them again, it will be something that doesn't cost much because I would never get a refund. It is impossible also to contact AliExpress.

I don't think its a safe site. Period. I wouldn't order from them again.don't trust them at all

In no way would I use a Credit Card to shop online. The fool that does use a credit card is lookng for trouble. There are too many hackers for you to take a change.

Ali express is in no way a scam. I have used it in the pass to buy things and never have a bad exoerience. After all, when you buy things from wal-mart on line and you do not get what you think your buying you do not call WalMart a scam. So why to people think tht Ali express is a scam. When I buy online I use paypal. And the person that told you that it is as safe as paypal is giving you bad advise. Look, do youselve a favour and get a paypal account. Its free and very safe. They help to protect you. I ordered something on line from a book store and they billed me twice for an item which I recieved only once. I called paypal, and not only did they put a stop on that business, but withjin 48 hours the money was back in my paypal account. Another very good one to use is Ebay. But in no way would I shop online without paypal. If I go to a website to buy something the first thing I look for is the paypal logo. If I do not see it I leave that website and move on.

It is not safe to shop on Ali Express. For me they took the money but did not send the goods without just an empty box. To guarantee to apply, you must prove that you are right and it is they who will decide if the evidence is. Shop elsewhere, my advice

It is safe. Take notice when you pay that in the address bar you will see https :// ... The "s" means secure. Take care about the low quality of the items which the aliexpress usually sells
