Hi there, if they do not answer your messages try disputing the orders you have put. Of course the seller is going to refuse to refund you but do not give up, hang tight in there and let the dispute go a few weeks and Aliexpress will jump in and solve the problem. You can not automatically escalate the claim. It is not very easy to deal with Ali Express, customers don't mean much to them. If that does not work try disputing charges with your credit card company. I hope this helps
I've done disputes with Aliexpress and they gave me a refund before. Just send photos of how the product looks and describe it. They should be able to refund you with no issue.
Ali Express works for the seller and not the customers, I think disputing It with your bank is your best bet or credit card company.
