To be honest, I clicked on dresslily.com by mistake from a facebook ad but I am quite happy that I did. All the clothes and great prices that I saw just made me want to order everything that fits me :D. I have ordered few times since then and do not regret any of them. It is really nice that what you see on the picture is what you get live.They offer free shipping internationally which is just perfect. Definitely will continue to order more, great stuff dresslily.com people!!

My items arrived fairly quickly (2 weeks), but one was an item I didn't even order. I didn't receive the item I did order. Of the other two, as many reviewers have stated, the L and XL were of a child age about 7. I have to give them to my 12 year old niece and see if they fit. When I opened a ticket to complain and arrange to return it, they never got back in touch with me. I opened two tickets. Nothing. Reminder to self: NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN.
I ordered a Cardigan and they took the money out of my account on October 28th. I have not received it and never did get an email saying it shipped. Definitely will never order from this site again and will pass the word around so hopefully no one else does! I want my money back but no way to contact
I ordered 4 items on Oct 23, and have received one item.. They emailed saying items were shipped, yet nothing.. It's been over a month and I'm still waiting.. I ordered a hoodie on Oct. 19th, it is now November 25th and still no sign of it...the tracking link on the website has never been updated, I put in a ticket and the customer service rep told me to just wait and that they have no way of knowing where it's at. Such a BS company, wish I would've read the reviews before I put the order in. Don't waste your time ordering from them! They didn't waste any time taking my money, maybe if they weren't so busy answering angry customer emails they could actually get an order delivered and maybe even add tracking info.

I ordered a Spiderman top and after a few weeks it hadn't arrived. After various messages, they stopped responding so I raised a dispute with PayPal and they said that they couldn't refund it unless I closed the dispute.
I didn't close it and messaged PayPal this information. PayPal refunded the money themselves.
The thieves then said that if I closed the dispute they'd refund the money ASAP but said it would be less than I paid.
To test them, I said it had been closed (which was true) and their response was that they nor I couldn't do anything further and closed one of the tickets I raised with them.
I explained to the thieves that I had caught them out and will let as many people I know what they're up to so here I am.
Do not ever buy from these thieves!

Really disappointed - my retro sweetheart neck dress is awful - it is cheap thin stretchy synthetic fabric not the cotton blend described, it has two obvious seems down front and back, doesn't fit well at neck/ chest area, has a side zip which said didn't in questions and color is also much more orangey than nice red. Contacted customer support but got no reply even though automated response said would reply in 24hrs. Feels like this company doing really cheap bad copies of someone else's dresses - lucky I only bought 1 item so haven't wasted too much money but certainly won't bother again. Tried to review through site but wouldn't load - maybe they block the people complaining so they don't get bad reviews but at least I can let others know here !
I was sent the wrong size and have tried to get information on returning. I am reading the reviews and am getting worried. I wish someone would please call me I hate to think your company is a scam. I do love the pants but the mistake is on your side. I would like to have them replaced.
I have read some of the bad reviews that Dresslily have received, however my experience could not have gone any better. I placed my order for a lovely coat ad chose free shipping, I did not realise that shipping would take just under a month, however I contacted the Customer Support Team and was advised of how long it could take. When my coat arrived I could not have happier with the product, it was a lovely winter coat for just over £22....how could anyone not be happy with this. I will definitely be buying from this site again.
It took a month to receive the four hoodies I ordered. Luckily the extra large fit me (I am a size 14) but they won't if they shrink any. The quality of the material seems cheap, also one of my hoodies had two stains on it (yuck). Will not order again.
I ordered some items last year, I received some but not all of them. I was given a store credit, which I used. It has been over 60 days with no response from them and no items. I am thoroughly disgusted with my experience. I want my money back, I hate to think of how many people get scammed by this company. I will never order from this site again. I placed my order on 11/13 and paid extra for faster shipping it is now 11/24 and my order has not even shipped. I sent an email ticket and still have not received a response more than 48 business hours later. There is not phone number to call for customer support and there online chat is always offline. I have a feeling I won't see either my dress or my money. I should have stuck with Amazon. I will be doing my best to make sure consumers are informed so they don't get scammed by this site as well.
his company is a fraud! The items I ordered were not fit for the goodwill! Way to small for an extra large, wigs were such poor quality you would not want to put on a barbie Doll! After 7 days of trying to get a response of the return, I was told I have to email pictures to facebook as the email they have was not working nor was the attachment or chat on the site! They responded on facebook an told me to return to address provided yet no address was provided! Reporting today to the attorney General and I will let everyone on facebook know this company is a scam!

Don't buy to this web size, you just wasting your money. I bought dresses all are xl size. When I opened it, they are so small that a 5 years old kid can fit in. So, how can I wear them? But they are smart, they cut off the size tag. So, what is the purpose of putting those size chart if you guys are not following it? I ordered a Sexy strapless dress for woman it's in the receipt. Can you guy's read? You are taking advantage of people like me, coz I am sure if I am going to return it you will tell me that I have to pay the postage. You guys should not be running a business. I only ordered 1 item for my daughter for Christmas. They told me the order was completed on Nov. 6th and shipped on Nov. 7th. I have still not received ANYTHING, INCLUDING TRACKING INFO on Nov. 24th. So I emailed them not once, but twice asking for either information on where my order is or for a refund, since every time I hit the tracking number it tells me nothing can be updated. And they won't even answer me. Will NEVER buy from this company again.
I ordered 10 items at 140$ on 10/20 and just today i ordered 2/10 items AND the quality is HORRIBLE!!! I ordered a larger size because they run small and it barely fits my 12 year old daughter. Sleeves are super tight and neckline is messed up and body is too big (not proportioned well at all) looks nothing like the picture and even i thought i was getting a sweater it was sweatshirt material. Customer service (when they reply) is generic and not accommodating!! Says my order # is wrong when i copy and paste from the site itself!! I missed several occasions in which to wear these outfits i ordered them for but i wouldn't wear their crap anyways! I want my money back and WILL be disputing with credit card company tomorrow!! I ordered my items over THREE months ago!! They have not arrived, I emailed multiple times and got nowhere. Finally, they have told me 'it must be lost' and offered to resend or to give me an online credit. I said that after 3 months I just want a refund, they refuse!! Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered a blouse on this website which in the picture was very beautiful and I really wanted it. It was a great price so I purchased it. They took the funds out of the account immediately. Then in about three weeks I receive my package and open it up. When I get it out is has similarities of what I thought I was purchasing but it did have a lot missing that made the blouse very much less appealing then what I was supposed to get. I have pictures of the blouse to prove what I am talking about. I emailed and emailed and emailed and finally received a message back telling me they would take the blouse back but at my cost for shipping and it was just as much as the blouse itself. Then when I complained and told them I was going to plaster their name all over the web and every social website they came back with an apology and that I could keep the blouse and they would give me a credit for the amount of the blouse minus a % for a fee. I again complained and they re emailed me with the credit of the complete amount of the blouse less the shipping. Which I finally agreed because they were not wanting to loose money they refused to give me the entire amount. Well they have a credit still sitting on my account but I am going to use it on something not clothing I think. perhaps a scarf. Anyway my blouse was suppose to have these beautiful pearl beads on it with a open button up front midway down the breast area. Well what I got had fuzz balls instead of buttons that was sewn up not open and the front as well was sewn together. The blouse had no pearl beads again only fuzz balls. You can plainly see in the picture that is supposed to be these beautiful pearl beads. Nope not one flipping bead.
Do not buy from this company. My order was not delivered for 45 days. No tracking number provided and customer service could only tell me it was sent, not when I would receive it. The item was not as shown, very cheaply made; I had to modify to make it wearable. Buyer Beware! I hope they are put out of business soon.
On September 11th, I purchased 3 items on Dresslily.com. On October 17, I emailed Dresslily to tell them that I still had not received my items. They responded a couple days later stating, "It can take up to 45 days to receive my order. If I do not receive my order by November 15, 2015, then I may seek compensation." On November 17th, I had not received my order, so I emailed them again. No response. As of today (November 23rd), I have requested a full refund of my order since they have not followed through on their promise.

While I realize this is a cheap company offering cheap items at cheap prices, I d expect them to ship the items that I order. They say an item may take 45 days to reach me. I received half of my order. They refuse to give proper tracking for the other item. They gave a tracking # that never was shipped. They then told me after I contacted them 5 times, that the item is not available, and was never shipped, BUT they will not refund me half of the shipping fee along with the amount of the item that never shipped.
Paypal will not refund me either because according to DressLily the package arrived because they are sneaky and only assign one order number even though it was supposed to ship in two packages.

Yes, Dresslily is not an luxurious and extra expensive shop, so you have to consider how good quality some of the things can be for your money.
I was always satisfied with my orders. I read all descriptions carefully and there was never a problem (even the customer care was really nice to me). I have already ordered four times, and everything was always perfect. I would certainly recommend this shop.
I ordered three XL shirts that were closer to medium. The quality of the items were very poor. When I inquired about exchange or return, they were less than cooperative. They also charged me insurance, that I hadn't asked for, equaling as much as the purchase itself. Very disappointing!

I placed my order in early August, which was 4 items. The first 3 items arrived after about a month. I was ok with that because I did read on the website it could take that long because it's coming from overseas. My final item didn't show up until mid November. It should not take 3 months to get your order. I guess if they would have communicated to me about the hold up I wouldn't have been so upset, but they didn't. The last item I received was a dress and I ordered an xxl because I read on their website that their clothing runs small and I wanted it to be big on me. I'm an average size. Usually about a 7 and this dress doesn't even cover my ass. It's like an xxl in little girls. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY on this crap.
I placed an order on October 10th. It says that it shipped on October 28th. It is November 21st and have not received one of the items. I was pleased with the blouse that did come but the main reason for placing the order was the sweater that has not come. I finally got a ticket to go through to customer service this morning. I ordered a dress from Dress Lily in August. I only just recently received it! I tried to write my compliant to the via their site, but it kept saying my "Order Number" was incorrect. I copy and pasted the number from my invoice!! It would never let me file my complaint with them!

OVER A YEAR AGO I TURNED THEM IN TO THE BBB, AND FACEBOOK FOR FRAUD, now they try to reply to my review with the same old line, give me your order number.. Look a legit company could have taken care of this a year ago when I sent my order # and photo's of the HORRIBLE quality to them with a request to refund my money. Um, they took my money very quickly, they didn't have a problem with that. But when I requested a refund I got the same email over and over, asking for my order number. I sent them a photo of the shipping label, my credit card statement showing the transaction and still they exhausted me with their lack of intelligence to pull my order info and REFUND my money.
DressLily, I'm over you. Now if you want to make it right like you stated in my first review, look up my order number, my name, my address and give me my money back. I will not contact you again, I will not provide you with info again. I did it a year so and you did nothing.

I ordered a jacket oct.29 it said it shipped out on nov. 9th and I still don't have it. I had to go to a store and purchase an actual jacket because i was freezing. Now that i've read through all the reviews it seems like this site is nothing but a scam. Never again
The real items are noway similar to what you see in the website. The quality is so bad. Shipment is late and I received 2 damaged product. One of my orders was missing ($20) and after a long correspondence and wasting my time they told me it's out of stock!! It has been a year now and I'm still trying to get my money for that missing order but they don't answer me anymore!!! Can you believe it?

After receiving my order and being sorely disappointed with the lack of quality, size issues, and damaged merchandise, I attempted to contact Dresslily via their "online chat" and customer support link. Online chat IS NEVER AVAILABLE. Ever. I tried numerous times of the day. The customer support link is a joke. After clicking on the link for "After sale services - defective items" and filling in my information with the order number THEY PROVIDED and hitting "submit", an error message pops up with incorrect order number. ?This happened each and every time during the 20 or so attempts that I made. PLEASE EXPLAIN, DRESSLILY. I believe this site is a scam, and I believe the error messages are purposefully designed to place customers in a continual loop of errors, and frustrate dissatisfied customers into giving up. I spent almost $100.00 for crap clothing from this site and I want my money back. I finally was able to submit a ticket to customer support via their pre-sale question link, receiving a reply back that someone would contact me. That was days ago, and after reading some of the reviews on this site I'm inclined to believe I will never be contacted. I have news for you Dresslily - I will be contacting the BBB, Attorney General's Office, and my credit card company. I will NEVER order from Dresslily again, and will discourage everyone I know from ordering from there. What a scam.
I ordered $200 worth of clothing on this site and was incredibly disappointed. The payment process was a hassle, but when I emailed the company about this issue, I received a reply within 24 hours and they solved the problem quickly.
However, 10 days later when I received my package, none of the items were true to size and they were all of very poor quality. Also, two of the items were missing, but the website says my order has been processed in full. I have reached out to the company twice in the past two weeks to inquire about return/refund process and cannot get a reply. Feeling like you have been robbed does not make for a happy customer.
I ordered 2 hoodies/sweatshirts from dresslilly.com. I chose flat rate shipping which usually takes 20-25 days. Which was not a problem at all.My packages came 2 days apart , but on time. I loved both of my hoodies! They fit me perfect, very comfortable. They look exactly like the picture advertised. You can not find these styles or design anywhere for the price they offer. I definitely will be ordering from them again
