I just submitted my report to the internet crimes division as there are hundreds of unanswered complaints to the BBB. I am guessing they have stolen hundreds of thousands of dollars from unsucpecting consumers/victims across the country who will never recieve anything, product or refund. Me and three of my coworkers all placed a small order, about $50 for the past three months, mine was placed the first week of August and my coworkers june and july. None of us have recieved our products or refunds. I have multiple tickets open detailing my journey with them starting trying to cancel the order a minute after it was placed, ofcourse it was somehow already shipped. Two months later I have been to the post office, tried to track there bogus international tracking number and have been made false promises of both deliveryand refund, which I still have nothing to show for. Dresslily, do not add insult to injury with your generic response as I have done everything you have requested and have continually renewed tickets you have expired without resolution. Now you can deal with the authorities. Hoping to do mypart in bringing this scam to a close.
For this company, there should be an option for NO STARS. Placed and paid for an order on August 5th... here it is October 6th and items have not arrived. All previous status queries were met with "Please be patient as ground shipping is slow." Yes, it is. But I'm sure it doesn't take EIGHT freakin' weeks!!! In addition, the last email I received said to check with my post office. I already had. The company would not provide a tracking number as they claimed I had to pay additional for one and did not do so -- nowhere on the order form was there any info saying a tracking number was additional cost. I have now demanded a refund -- we'll see if that ever happens. I wish I had found these reviews before doing business with these clowns.
I placed an order August 10, 2015 for a pair of pants and a sweater. I knew it would take a few weeks to get it, but now its October 6th, and I still have not received it. I communicated with someone from their customer service department in September and I was informed that sometimes shipments get left at post offices as parcels. So I checked with my post offices and they have not had anything come through for my address. I have since requested a full refund. I don't care how cute the clothes are, I will never use DressLily again.
Report to Consumer Affairs, FTC, BBB. That is how you nip companies like this in the bud. They operate like sweat shops in China. A bunch of little kids chained to tables and chairs forced to work in inhumane conditions. Do not purchase any items from this company, or any company advertised on Facebook as Facebook does not check the validity and will advertise any company that pays for a spot on the page. Always do your research when conducting online business and purchases.
Do not order from this site. I placed an order at the end of August, was charged, but have not received what I ordered. When I try to submit an inquiry, it states that my order number is not valid. Cannot reach anyone in person to resolve this matter. Don't let them steal your money.
I placed an order on the 14th of August. It is now October 4th. I was given two tracking numbers and BOTH show that they shipped to the US ( one on the 19th of August) I have ordered several things from international companies, many with much harsher shipping and remote mailing and received faster. I actually just had something ship from India and it was delayed due to a postal strike and STILL received it and that took 4 weeks with the strike in play. I have emailed twice and got the same exact response with shows it was computer generated. The second gave a discount code. REALLY... I don't get my order but you want me to order again???!!! VERY VERY disappointed.
My husband ordered me ' 2 pair of leggings' the money was taken off his card this was 9/3/15. And I still haven't got my items every time I send a email' it said's shipped. Rule number i hate a thief" .now if you think you're going to get away ' with ripping people off ur dreaming.'' I'm going to the better business bureau to !!!!!!
I ordered and paid for a shirt and jacket from this website nearly two months ago now and have NOT received any product or any response to repeated email requests questioning my order status.

I ordered 2 items. The shirt I got was not like the shirt in the photo. I also ordered a vest that was child sized. Both products were very poor quality. I cannot get a return authorization and I have tried multiple emails and phone calls. Stay away! There are plenty of reputable sites out there but this isn't one of them!

This company is horrible! I ordered from them in August. I received an email stating that my product was sent out on August 17. I still haven't received it. When I sent them an email asking when to expect my order or a refund I was told I still had wait until October 17 before they will even give me a refund. When I ordered it said expect 10-25 business days to arrive not 45! Then at the end of the email told me they hope that I keep shopping with them and gave me a $.33 promo code! I would not counting shopping with them for a whole .33 cents!!! I will shop else where, where I know I will actually get what I order in the time frame they say.
My first order, one pair of shoes, took two months to arrive. the order was correct which gave me a false sense of trust in placing another order. Recently I ordered 4 ladies blouses, which must be sized for children, because I ordered extra large (I wear large in the US) and the items were too small. There is no size up to replace these, so I want to return them, but after repeatedly asking for a return label and refund they still will not take the items back unless I photo-document the order! Seriously? If there is no size to increase to? Also, one of the items is clearly labeled Small. The quality of all of the items is poor (you can see through all of the cheap fabric, and the photos in the ads mislead as to the quality. I will never deal with this company again and urge anyone else: don't be lulled into a false sense of security just because you had one order go correctly - BUYER BEWARE!!! they can give all the excuses they want, but I want a full refund and I am not paying any shipping charges. I saw this company on Pinterest so I won't hesitate to put warning comments on every Dresslily pin I find.
I placed an order for four shirts from this company, all sized large. It took almost a month and I have received only two of the four items I ordered. The two items that arrived, even though were size "large" are so small that they won't even fit me. I contacted the company telling explaining this to me and they're making excuses, not addressing the issue that the shirts don't fit me and my dissatisfaction and are not proactive in trying to solve the situation. They'll refund my purchase when I send the items back (shipping at my expense). Two of the items have not arrived yet and my trust and faith in this company is at the point where I don't even trust them to refund my money even after I would ship these items back to them (again, at my expense). To add insult to injury, the two items (both Marvel themed) are unlicensed (which Marvel will hear about). Save yourself time, money, and aggravation and never buy anything from this company. Their customer service is terrible and their products are cheap, inferior, knockoffs.

1) I ordered 14 items. Received 11 items in 3 different packages within ab0ut 2 weeks or so.
2) 3 of the 14 items ordered, never arrived, It's been 30 days now.
3) 7 items of the 14 are unwearable due to size problems (HUGE), the slips underneath the sheer dresses are so short they don't even cover my crotch.
4) 2 items, although too short to wear as a dress as I purchased them, but are super duper cute and I can wear them as tops with leggings or jeans.
5) 2 items of the 11 I did receive are as pictured, described and true to the size chart on website and are super duper cute and fit great.
6) They did not post/approve any of my disgruntled honest reviews
7) They did post/approve my 2 positive reviews.
They are selling us throwbacks from QC (quality control) from other companies or maybe even their own. I say other companies because that explains why the packages all come at different times, and would also explain why items aren't showing up, and also explains the size, quality and malfunctioning issues. I have experienced.
CLOSING: If you still buy from this company after reading these reviews, then no one to blame but yourself. As for me, I will expect a full refund of all 10 items I have either not received or were screwed up or I'm gonna do what I do best. :)
I will never order items from Dress Lily again. I order 3 items and only received two. In addition it took 4 weeks to get the two items. The items are shipped from China. One of the items was very poor quality and if it was to be returned the return cost is on me. An attempt to contact the company via phone was not an option. I did send an email inquiring about the 3rd item but based on the other customer reviews I will not be surprised if I never hear from them, or receive the other item. Please do not do business with Dress Lilly. Their customer service SUCKS.
I ordered back on September 9th. 10 items to be exact. $119.71 total... All for my fiances graduation from the military. I am an extremely pissed off person with this company. Read nothing but bad reviews after the order. This company has ruined my chances to surprise my soldier when he graduates.
This company is a scam, they took the money from my Bank account before i received the goods and at that only 2 of 4 items arrived. The clothing is of poor quality and the size scale is not accurate. I am now going to contact the news papers. I have gave them until the close of banking tomorrow to refund my money in GBP not USD into my bank account and asked for free return instruction for the 2 items as they are not fit for the rag bag!!!! This is the latest despite telling them there is still an outstanding amount.

As the title say is what I got. Size was very small even though the tag says L. The blouse looks not as good as the picture, poor quality clothing and it also was ripped and I haven't even tried it on. Was only $12.52 so I'm not even going to bother to return it. It took me about 6 weeks to get the item also.
Well they have said they will refund my money and if the item arrives I may keep it as a gesture of goodwill.
I will not be holding my breath if they cannot get the item I ordered in good faith to arrive on time. I see others have been promised refunds but didnt get them!
First, the grammar in the company responses is terrible. Each response is the same just worded slightly different. They clearly do it only to make a consumer believe they are on top of what is going on! At some point Americans need to realize to not purchase cheap fake products from china. It's always a disaster!
I ordered on August 20th and it is the end of September. It is also very hard to contact the company to ask what the problem is and why I haven't gotten my order yet. Again, from what everyone else is saying, I don't know if I'll ever see it and have to way to contact to get a refund or an explanation.
As you can see, Dresslily sent me a message asking me to send my order number in so they could 'fix the problem' Dresslily is a scam. Do not buy from them! I have called them and emailed them several times in the past with my order number and they have never responded. It's interesting that they would respond on this site, but they can't respond to customers on their own site. This message from them is also a scam. They don't plan on fixing the problem. Real, legitimate companies always have an active customer service team to respond and handle complaints on their own sites. This proves again to me that Dresslily is a SCAM!!!
Takes forever month and months to get anything and what u get is not what u ordered but a cheap ass copy made with crappy material and stitching that's wrong and crooked. ..DON'T EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! Only picked 1 star bc I CAN'T PICK ZERO!!!
Worst customer service I have ever experienced with online shopping! Ordered my shirts August 16th and still haven't revieved them. And anytime I email them to find out what is going on they just send back some already typed up email, and totally ignore my questions . I will NEVER order from this site again. Wish I would have ready the reviews before purchasing. There should be a "0" in overall rating options for this site .

I was ripped off $123.00. Everything I ordered was 2 size's too small. I returned everything over a month ago. I've sent numerous message's. All they keep telling me to wait. And still I haven't received a refund. They are very difficult to contact, then when you finally do. They lie and say they still have some excuse.
DO NOT SHOP HERE. I ordered a dress on August 4th and it didn't come until September 21st way past the deadline I needed the dress. I called the U.S customer service for this site and the didn't know what was going on with my order or why it was taking so long, she told me it would be here september 4th and the arrival date was nowhere near that. Once I finally got the dress it came rolled up in a small bag and looked nothing like the dress I ordered; it was not only a cheap ugly fabric but it did not fall the way the dress did in the description/picture nor was the lace the same. This website is a remake website meaning the dress you ordered will not look the same, they fail to tell you that. NOT LEGIT. I was excited to shop here because the prices were awesome and I found a promo code but DO NOT SHOP HERE. You will not be satisfied nor get what you ordered.
