I spent almost 70$ on clothes, that was a while ago, the app says my package has been delivered asking me to verify on the app... obviously I didn't, I reached out to customer service, no reply. If I don't receive my Items by September 1st (making it almost a month of waiting) I'm going hard for a refund. What is going on?

Why would I spend money with you when your policy is to not only allow shoplifters to steal to the point of store closures (meaning your hardworking employees are out of a job) but to FIRE LONG TERM employees for filing a police report? I burned the clothes I'll NEVER buy from you again and will advise others to do the same. This company is pro criminal and punishes the people actually working for what they need. You're all garbage, thanks
Tip for consumers:
Get a clue, start supporting your employees over criminals. Why would I spend any money with you when I could just rob your store consequence free? I don't support anyone or any company who is pro crime.
