I have an order in the system right now and they are wanting to send them a picture of my Credit card and Drivers license. I have been buying things for years on the internet and not one company has asked this.

Please read the reviews for DressLily, they are awful! Just cancel your order, and shop elsewhere

DO NOT DO THAT!- GO THROUGH PAYPAL OR YOUR CREDIT CARD (IF YOU BOUGHT FROM A CARD)- DO NOT RESPOND THROUGH THEM ANYMORE AND COMMUNICATE THROUGH THE INTERMEDIARY THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD ONLY OFFER A REFUND IF I CLOSED MY CASE THROUGH PAYPAL -DON'T DO THAT EITHER, THEY ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY AND SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!

DON'T DO IT. This company is horrible. I never saw a penny back and the quality of clothing is horrible. My 2 year old could sew better. Cancel anything you have ordered.

No no no! Do not do this... I have stopped using this site to shop months ago products are cheapest I have ever received and they do not refund and take over a month for delivery... Never risk your info try zulily.com products are more quality prices are good and you get credit for returns... but they do take a few weeks for delivery which is ok for me... I hope I have help

Trust me, you will regret anything you buy from them: the company is a scam. So much so they change their company name weekly to avoid the better business bureaus. I wish someone had of warned me, I didn't get 1/2 my stuff and the stuff I did get was the worst quality clothing I've ever seen!

I'm pregnant right now so it's been a while since I've ordered anything. I don't know if their policies have changed but to go as far as to ask for pictures, hmmmm, I wouldn't do it.

Don't do it! If asked to do so in the future, NEVER show anone your drivers license or actual card to anyone that asks for it. It's a set up. You never had to before and there is no reason to now.

DO NOT do this. I paid with PayPal and was able to get a refund as my size XL dress was smaller than an XS. I WOULD SLSO BE AFRAID OF THEIR PLANS FOR TOUR CARD. I have NEVER had to do this in 40 years of catalog and Internet shopping.

Ok well I've personally never had that happen. I would NOT submit this info.
I've also personally never had any problem with this company! I've received everything I've ever ordered and so far I've loved every item! The only issue may be with sizing but other than that I'm pretty happy!

Turn and run! Shortly after my order my credit card number was stolen and used to buy electronics online. Just cancel your order. It's seriously not worth the hassle and the quality of the clothes is crap. BTW they offered to credit me for the crappy tank I ordered because I gave them bad reviews online and then never actually followed through.

That is crazy. I paid through PayPal. I personally would not send them any of that information. I was having problems with getting them to respond to my emails, but once I got paypal involved they were quick to answer my question. Hope this helps.

Do not waste your time ordering from Dress Lily. The fact that they are asking for that information and the reviews that you are reading about this scam of a company should be enough reasons not to order from them.

As much as I despise this company, I doubt that asking for a picture of your driver's license and credit card is company policy. I think it's more likely the policy of one of their employees.

Call your credit card company immediately & cancel the order directly with the credit card. Let them know why.

Dress Lily does this in an attempt to try to procure what they need for identity theft. DO NOT DO.

I presume the nite you got is... Everything is ready to go... But because this is a large order...

It is an illegal business practice to require anything but Payment. You have paid. Get out NOW and DO NOT DEAL WITH DRESSLILY about this matter. Just go directly to you credit card company. Then once it's cancelled move on. EVEN if they say to you they JUST shipped out. They are lying.

JUST CANCEL AND MOVE ON.

They have never asked me to send either of these and I have placed loads of orders with DressLily... perhaps your card was declined. I would try using a different card
