Over the past several years, REI's continued promotion of its 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed policy and its Limited Warranty under which if "your item has a manufacturing defect in its materials or workmanship, you can return it at any time." has been a sham. The 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed policy is still generous compared to that of other retailers. However, 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed means within 1 year as compared to being able to return an item without a time limit under the previous policy. No big deal. The Limited Warranty, however, doesn't seem to mean much any more. For most premium outdoor brands, a lifetime warranty means that an item is repaired or replaced if the materials or construction is defective within a reasonable product lifetime. REI's private label product purport to be a better value as the higher priced, but one thing you should know is that REI is now much more restrictive in what they accept under the REI product warranty than the warranty provided by most premium outdoor brands. You need to both show proof of purchase and be able to prove the defect is due to materials or construction to have any chance of claiming under the warranty for REI brand products. The burden is on you, as the customer, to provide that something is not right with REI products. I have a REI brand blow-up sleeping pad which was given to me as a gift. I've used it for about 12-15 nights total. On my last trip, I woke up two nights in a row finding my sleeping pad halfway deflated and me lying on the ground. REI refused to warranty the product claiming that they could not find a record of a member purchase of the sleeping pad. Clearly, there was something wrong with the product. I'll buy name brand products from REI, but no more REI branded products for me. Honestly, if REI considers their own branded products to be disposable, I need to rethink where I buy value-priced outdoor products. Decent outdoor gear is no longer only available at the high-priced outdoor stores. I got some great carbon fiber hiking poles from Costco. They aren't as slick as the pricy carbon poles at REI and don't have a lifetime warranty, but at 2 for $30, I'm willing to take a chance on an unproven product for a usage that is not mission-critical if the poles happen to break while on a trip. I will also add that Costco has a great return policy and has taken away $thousands of our spending away from grocery stores/Target/Wal-Mart since it is just a no-hassle place to shop with great prices if you are willing to buy higher volumes.
Awesome customer service. I called in my order and the woman on the phone was pleasant and funny. I was leaving for a trip and was concerned with getting my package on time. She said she would check on which warehouse it would be coming from and get back to me the next day. As it turned out, she gave me a free upgrade to make sure I was good! Thanks again!!
I have been a customer of theirs for over 25 years and like them alot. I really enjoy their stores also but I guess they got too comfortable and their online shopping has gotten sloppy, well their shipping anyhow. I placed a fairly large order of fishing supplies. Yesterday UPS came with a fair size box so I thought it was the whole order. Nothing was back ordered so I thought it was all there. NOPE. Just 2 of the 15+ items I ordered. What a waste of shipping. Then they had a note in the huge empty box saying the rest of the order was shipped separately. WHY? It was instock, the box you sent had plenty of room in it. And I noticed they charged my account 3 differnt times for the 1 order I placed .. The total was correct adding all the charges up but whats the deal with that? Guess I should look for 2 more boxes coming in.

I have always been satisfied with MinInTheBox. Their items are at unbeatable price with good quality. Interacting with their customer service is easy and stress-free. I would definitely recommend shopping on here. I am from the US and my items usually take two weeks to arrive with the free shipping.

This could be a great site. It may have at one time been a great site. They boast many numbers of members. HOWEVER very few are on the site and 99.9% are jerks and hang in there year after year with thousands of posts of BS. It is my belief that people join and get mistreated, used and abused so they leave and the site owns their email and member name and number as a way to sell their info to advertisers. What do you think? If anyone questions their tactics they "ban" them. The member can not access their messages. Also the site owns any rights to any pics that have been posted. Beward posting your pics as tgey may pop up anywheres with your name on it and you will not get the royalties AND people will see your name and still be able to acess the member info and locate you! Beware of you join. Beware if you post pics. Beeare if you want to quit. Make sure you use a throw away email address dedicated just to that site. Make sure you have edited any part of your account before contacting management for assistance. They may throw you out before you are able to assure yourself of any security. Remember they own the site, they own any pics posted, they own your avatar, they own your posts to do with as they see fit. So go ahead and join their site but watch what happens. Goldenfeathers, platinum feathers,etc. they will welcome you. Then will be the others. A small band of people clinging to their membership pumping for info from you. Fake friendliness. Waiting to trash you and look at their numbers. Thousands of posts as they pump the new person for info. The membership numbers are very high BUT the amount of particpaters is very low. Those participaters chase away the good people.

Much prefer the online shop to the stores. Store are crowded, unorganized, and hard to navigate. But, the online shop is great. No, not every product is great quality. But I've found that many of the pieces I've purchased at F21 are actually a very solid make. The great style apparent in their clothing is the real seller here. So many great looks for every occasion. Also, give their accessories/jewelry a try.

You know how you open a browser window to search for an item you want to buy? Amazon will always be the result I click on. It's my go-to for almost anything I want at a good price. Their review system is extremely helpful, because you can quickly can see if a seller is reputable or not, and if the product is legit, how it works, etc. I love the layout. Can't say anything about their returns, because I've never had to return anything. Can't speak enough to the great shipping speed of amazon fulfilled items, and don't get me started on Prime. You normally couldn't get me to pay an extra dime to be part of a special savings club. But after testing Prime and seeing the extremely fast shipping times, it's on my to-do list to sign up for Prime. So worth it. Great websites deserve great ratings and I'm giving this one 5 shiny stars.

This place has the WORST customer service ever. They messed up and shipped my product to the wrong home, so without telling me they refunded the money to a gift card that I no longer had. After having a new gift card shipped to me I called and paid them again. A few months went by and I hadn't received my shipment, so I called again. It turns out that the payment was denied because I only had the amount they had refunded to the card, and they were trying to charge me more! I stayed on the phone with the woman for over 30 minutes... just for her to tell me there was nothing that they could do. That I was going to have to find another form of payment because their system takes a fee off the card, and then charges the card the amount before it puts the fee back on. Well my card only has enough for the amount, and not the fee. Therefor the card gets declined! Oh but she did do me a favor and took me off of the auto shipment list! Oh joy. I told her that she could just have the crap back. Using the product isn't worth dealing the the customer service people.
That was my first order at lightinthebox. And I'm very satisfied with quality, order tracking system, easy way to pay even at the first time. Thank you!

Write your review to help others learn about this online businessI ordered duffle bags, 15 days before I was leaving the country, they said they would arrive within 5-7 days from the date of my purchase. After 8 days, I called the company to find out where my luggage was and informed them that if they didn't let me know soon I would not be able to order from another website because it would be too close to my date of departure. The only lady who could help me was on lunch and they told me they would call me back. No one called me back, I had to call them back, and even after that no one was responsive, they said they put a request in to find out what was going on in the warehouse. I still never heard from them. Two days later, I called them again, at this point, it was too late to order from another website, and I still had no heard from them. They then informed me, only because I had called them, that my order was on back order. I told them that it was too late, they needed to help me, and perhaps give me over night shipping for a different duffle that they did have in stock, they said they needed to have the manager, Ariana, help me with this, and she was out of the office. I waited for her to call me back, she never did. I once again called the company back, at this point, they told me they refunded me without my permission, and there was nothing else they could do, she didn't even apologize. Now 4 days before I leave the country for a year I don't have any luggage, and need to pay double for the same bags locally, when if they would have informed me right away that it was on back order, I could have ordered from a different company. I do not recommend you ever use this company.
All products ordered were exactly as in the description. were small problems with transport, that some products have arrived late and others not enough at all.
Based on a few rave reviews, I thought I was doing myself a favor ordering from Mpix. Couldn't have been more wrong. I sent them vibrant, highly saturated photos. They printed dull, lifeless, photos with highly lacking contrast, color depth, and color saturation. Details also seemed to be blurred in the pictures. Either the "color tech" who handled my photos did a terrible job on heavy handed color correction, or their prints are just lack luster and lifeless. I'm thinking the latter, since a back and forth email session (with various staff members popping out of the woodwork to take over for the last person I was talking to) lent me no results. 17 total emails. Even after sending several comparison snapshots that looked dramatically different from the originals I was told there is no difference in the photos, and to check the calibration on my computer. I've never had a problem with my prints before at any professional or even low end lab, so I was very doubtful this was the case. As a side note, because they said this over and over: they only do color correction on 5x7+ prints, not 4x6. However... I ordered the same print in the 5x7 and 4x6, and they were the exact same in color... But as I mentioned, poor color correction aside I think it was actually the flat color that others also mentioned here that gave the photos such a lifeless appearance. In a crunch for time, I printed from a local drugstore... and got great results. I guess that's the surprising silver lining of this horrendous experience. Now I'm debating whether or not to return the photos, as I'm guessing it will only amount to more hassle. Actually, I know it will be more hassle. They don't cover the cost of return shipping, and also don't accept returns on 4x6 prints. You still have to return them though if you want to get a refund on the rest of your order and original shipping.. Oh, but they offered me a 50 percent discount on color correction for my next order.... oh joy. In summation: lifeless and flat prints for some of the highest prices I've seen. Customer service was snippy and did nothing but try to convince me that I was the one with the problem. I will avoid this lab like the plague and would suggest the same to you. After reading reviews on several sites, I'm thinking the quality has gone down dramatically over the years. The good reviews I encountered on second look are actually from years ago. I will be sure to leave my experience so that people can make an educated decision. This is a very long review but I wanted to be thorough.
They post bogus reviews, with photos that are not of the establishment they claim to be of and they really don't care. It's a sham site. I don't know the purpose of it, except maybe to be a social experiment in ineptitude.
AMAZING I love Wedding Wire and all of their representatives. I own a small videography shop that is open in 3 cities, and I would say at least HALF of our bookings come directly from Wedding Wire and I am grateful for that. When I need help with anything, I have sometimes 2 or more representatives on it. They are GREAT at communicating. Big thanks to Bridget and Kristen Godfrey and a few others.
Purchased 2 pairs of Beats by Dr. Dre headphones. Both were counterfiet. I tried to register them at the Beats website and could not find a serial number. I dug a little deeper and watched a few youtube videos on how to spot fakes and sure enough, the merchandise I received was bogus.
I read quite a few horrible reviews AFTER I made my order. I got pretty nervous. But, there was no need! My daughters' dresses look exactly like the photos, feel like good quality, and were fantastic prices! It arrived 8 days after I placed the order and was properly packaged. I am very happy!
