Not pleased at all with care.com. Now, I am absolutely aware that there are many satisfied clients, but I am not one of them. I signed up for service in October 2013, hoping to find an ongoing sitter for my children. Instead, I was bombarded with requests from many interested people, yet the screening process was hardly adequate and the site very difficult to navigate. I never found anyone for a number of reasons. Within a few weeks of starting my 1 year PAID membership, I opted to downgrade my service aware that my service would at least remain active since until the end of the subscription period, but was surprised when I was charged this past October for a renewal I thought I had ended. Needless to say, I contacted them, after only seeing the statement this month, and they tell me I can't get a refund because: Your account has not been used since the most recent renewal charge, AND Your request for a refund is made within thirty (30) days of the most recent charge. My account had not been used in 11 months and I didn't request the refund because I didn't see the charge until my statement arrived AFTER 30 days. Care.com uses poor practice, attempting to steal from patrons and have a sure fire policy to secure their profits aware that most charges won't appear on most credit card statements. If you are interested in a service to help you find the right care for your loved ones, start with a company who's goal is to care for you (their patron).
If I could leave no stars for this company, I would! It has been over 50 days since I ordered my product and they now finally tell me they are out of stock. My only options are to get a coupon for 1 1/2 times of what I paid to order something else or to do an even exchange. It is now too late to file a dispute with Paypal! Thanks for nothing Paypal--thought I was safe. I tried to wait as explained in their policy for an overseas shipment. Doesn't give a person much confidence in purchasing anything. DO NOT order from Rosegal. You will be out your money.
Ordered boots. I thought it was strange to send payment to an email. So, I decided to google them. Then found the reviews! But then it was too late, I already completed the order. Fortunately, I used Paypal, who help me get my money back. I gave them time to send the boots and emailed them a couple of times with no response. I opened a case with paypal, they gave no response to them either. ****STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY*** Not to mention the fact, they have three different emails they use. SCAMMERS!!!

sheetmusicplus.com is a great source for sheet music, music books, group music, and competition music. My kids play 3 uncommon instruments and music is not always easy to come by. If you play piano, trumpet, or flute you can find lots of music anywhere! We have had great selections of popular music, music study books, and not-common music/books. The search engine is good (instrument name) and prices seem to be a $1-$2 less than other sources. Shipping is fast and I LOVE the hard/chipboard mailers that the music comes in so nothing is damaged or torn. Another plus -- they offer digital music downloads!! Instantly download the music you purchased and print it yourself (if you want to print). *Only caveat here -- some competitions will not allow self-printed music so check before you assume it's ok! A GREAT source for sheet music!
Do not purchase anything this company, I have been dealing with them for two years on replacements and all they send is dead sticks with no root system. Wish I never ordered from them... Worst company ever..
magazines.com offers tons of magazine subscriptions. Some priced quite inexpensively and some not. It definitely pays to look at the prices here (they often sell the 'over prints' from the publishers). The magazines are the originals and getting them for 25% - 50% off list price is the way to go! I have been buying for myself, family, and friends for years and they have always delivered/renewed. Dependable and good service. **As of 12/2014 they have been part of the ebates.com money rebate program for years giving anywhere between 20% and 40% of your purchase price back to you in an ebates check! Cons: 1) Some of the magazines are auto-renew only. It is made clear but it is still a pain to change it to manual renewal only. It can be done but you have to know how! 2) Cancelling a subscription must be done via phone/customer service rep or email rep. They will cancel it, but you have to make the effort to do it.
Like everyone else, I purchased during the "guaranteed" holiday shipping promotion. Ordered 12/2, items have been in processing ever since. Called their customer support today and I was told they aren't even sure if some of my items are out of stock/back ordered or not because their warehouse and online inventory aren't connected in any way... I don't know how a company can have such terrible supply chain management... I had many personalized items in my order and their willingness to let me cancel without question makes me think they haven't even gotten started on personalizing my items (most likely because they are out of stock). I thought I had all my Christmas shopping done. I understand that things happen, but they are being so unprofessional by beating around the bush. I wish they would've just told me a few days after I ordered that everything was out of stock. Very disappointed. Will not be using this site again.

I only received one item for Christmas from my order. The order was expedited shipping (3-5) days and it says it was shipped on Dec. 9th. It is now Dec.19th and I have yet to receive it. The tracking number posted says error and I have no way of contacting anyone to find out what is going on.
DONT ORDER FROM HERE!!!! Ordered one dress on 11/18/14 and they are now saying won't have it in until tomorrow and then another week. Will not have this gift for Christmas! Websites says 10-14 days but the guy said their terms and conditions list more info which indicates longer time frames...very deceptive!! I didn't even receive delay emails; I had to keep calling. They will not overnight either. They gave lots of explanations about the vendors they work with in China and the reasons the prices are so cheap. In the end, it doesn't matter when you can't get the product.
Ordered my gifts on December 3, 2014. Never received my confirmation that it shipped. Emailed customer service several times. Package finally shipped - delivery for DECEMBER 19, 2014 (which is today, and still not here)!!! Will not order from them again.

Before ordering from nomorerack, check to see if the same item is offered somewhere else and if the charge is similar or not too far off, order from the other company. I have learned there is a 50/50 chance your item will be received or not received. Most company's do not charge your credit cards until the item is ready to ship but not through nomorerack. The moment you order is made, your credit card is charged. Therefore, the seller has no obligation to ship timely or at all. Suggestion: when making your very first order from nomorerack, order something small and be sure the items has no need by date. If you begin a relationship with nomorerack and order a high priced item first, you may be very disappointed and/or extremely angry.
I have multiple cell phone repair shops in Texas. I found Etrade Supply from great reviews from several people that attend a Dog park I frequent. I could not be happier w/ the customer service I have recvd. from them over the last 2 years. Any time I have had a question I generally recv an answer back from them w/in the hour! I recommend them to al my family & friends (that don't live near one of my repair shops lol!) I purchased a DS4 controller via Rakuten from Shopto, I paid on the 8th Dec, it was supposedly dispatched on the 10th, It still hasn't arrived. I contacted Rakuten via their customers services (a misnomer if ever there was one) and received an automated reply promising a response in 24 hours, 72 hours later and still no response. Once Rakuten have your money, they are not in the least interested, this was my first experience buying through them, needless to say it will also be my last. I would avoid using Rakuten, at any cost.

I have consigned with them. This will be my last time. I find that I can do better on my own or using other consignment shops. The sales prices achieved are dismal, if they can even sell an item. Now they have 6 items of mine, and haven't sold any in 3 months. I have to wait another 3 months for their return.
We ordered a 24 speed Motobecane road bike. I had it assembled by a local bike shop near my job. The LBS did a great job & I purchased a nice bike lock from them as well. The LBS spoke very highly of our new Motobecane bike. I took it for a short test drive to make sure every thing was good. I loved the smooth gear changes with the Shimano system. My son is away in college and he loves it, he rides it several days a week. I will definitely purchase another bike from bikesdirect.com in the future. Delivery was fast also.
Would be VERY nice for Milanoo not to hide their information about 'Customs and duties' Gone to a lot of online stores to order internationally and I have NEVER had to deal with such huge fees added on after I have paid for everything. They say that it was automatic that I would get charged these. When I asked Fedex about it, they said they had SIGNED for me to be charged. SO here I had to pay for my packages, $20+ for shipping and handling on each. I get my packages, and a week later I get bills in the mail. $20 first one, the other 2 are slightly lower. So I had to pay pretty much DOUBLE what I had originally paid (and that includes S&H+full price of products. which vary but were still high) And now I have no money left after all these taxes I didn't know were coming. Guess I have to wait till my next paycheck to enjoy a decent meal, and/or pay rent on time. I ask them about this and it is my fault. No other place has put me through this.
I purchased two items (totaling $100+) on 12/7. I had one tracking # assuming both items would arrive. Only one was delivered with the other no where to be found. I emailed for the other tracking # and received an automated response with the LENGTHY explanation/excuse. I understand the severity of the snow storm. By the time I placed my order (weeks after the storm), the website should NOT have been taking additional order if there were still shipping/fulfillment issues. Per the email they are back in business and up to date with orders and are running smooth and efficiently and getting orders out on the same day. YEAH RIGHT! Still no email response to my missing order. No tree for my apartment on Christmas. :(
This site is a joke. My 14 yr old daughter wore a pair of Kobe 9 bb shoes for about 3 weeks of bb practice, which we ordered off this site (Alibaba), when a large chunk of the sole ripped off!! I sent feedback asking for a refund or at least a new pair. I was asked to send more money!#@$? I said no of course due to the fact I'd already wasted $75.50 on this crappy knockoff. I have to believe Nike couldn't make this poor quality shoe. I have given up on trying to get any sort of refund back after several emails to/from a Chinese person! Do not shop on this site if you are looking for good quality & good service!! I learned it the hard way and told that Chinese person I would spread the word!!!!!!
I have been buying stuff from them since 2008 and I don't know why. It looks good, but 7 out of 10 times it is not. and then 1/2 the time, you get the wrong item or wait a month for it. And they give a whole new meaning to customer service. Because you get anything but service. Your only recourse is to pay with PayPal and file a complaint through them. They are afraid of PayPal because I think a lot of their business is done through them. I complain to them and you get nothing. complain through PayPal and you get a response in 24 hours. Never again will I buy from them, well at least until the next time when I will try them again and then get mad at myself when I get crap or nothing.
This company is the most AWFUL I ever met. They have the worst customer service I've ever seen.. There hair is the cheap China product, looking like from Halloween costume. They send you the products, which don't match the color and texture you order. They don't want to return or exchange it. You just waste your money and time with them.
Horrible website. Would give it no stars if I could. I used to believe it was a nice website. It was pretty fun, taking care of virtual horses, competing in special promotions to win special "divine" horses that gave you perks to help with your game. BUT three days ago I tried to log in, only to be told I have been banned for a month because I have multiple accounts. This IS NOT true. I only have ONE account. Now I do have family members who have accounts, and who help me out with my game every now and then. Despite me telling them this multiple times, they keep telling me that having multiple accounts is against the rules, and that they won't remove the ban. So it appears that I'm going to have to endure a punishment for something I DID NOT do. So if you choose to join this website, though I strongly caution you not to, be warned.
