I am from Canada, and have previously purchased from clearlycontacts.ca. I thought I might try smartbuyglasses and was dissapointed. They're products are low quality as the nose pad arm was soft when i received it and broke when I wore it for 1 week, and they would not replace the frames under their exchange or so called special warranty. Also noticed that lenses are generally thicker ( on a -5.25 prescription). Also note that they do not have a telephone service , only email which is frustrating as it is difficult to convey messages over email. If your ordering sunglasses from this place, i don't see it being a problem, but for prescription glasses I don't recommend this place. THe ship with fedex and its next day shipping once its shipped, but generally takes a bout a week which is pretty good. The prices are good, but i guess you get what you pay for with this company. Overall very dissapointed with this company though they did some things right, as I am now left with a $350 dollar useless pair of eyeglasses.
My saxophone shipped really fast was cheaper than I saw other places. Would shop here again.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH ONLINECARSTEREO. They are Nothing but SCAMMERS. I placed a $700 order on TUESDAY. I called their customer service the following day to ask about how long it should take to receive the package because I have never dealt with these guys before. They said that before they can ship it I need to pay $180 in SHIPPING ALONE even though their website states that All orders over $99 get free shipping. Not only That but I would also have to change my shipping address from my Home P.O. Box to a physical address which isn't possible because I live in such a rural area. So I changed the shipping address to my brothers house which is in the nearest town over, 100 miles away, which meant that i also had to drive up there. Just to pick up my package. I cringed at the thought of that but they said it would arrive in 3 days flat and because im simply DYING to get my order in I agreed. Considering the fact that I live in Alaska and Im ready to do anything ro get my Orion HCCA and miscellaneous parts ASAP so I bent over backwords and paid for the shipping because shipping was about the same even on Amazon and I had already placed my order and had the money taken out of my bank account through PayPal. I waited FOUR DAYS before I drove up there to pick it up because my brother had just flown out of state for his whifes family emergency the day before and GUESS WHAT. NO PACKAGE. I proceeded to call OnlineCarStereo. You'll never believe what I found myself having to deal with; They ARE NOT open on weekends. I got to leave them a MESSAGE. So I proceeded to call UPS. Because their shipping information didnt make sense. They told me that UPS Never even RECIEVED the package yet. The OnlineCarStereo customer satisfaction guarantee that states that all packages get shipped out within 24 hours. That is the BIGGEST LOAD OF BS I have Ever had to deal with. So here i am FIVE days after I placed my order. 100 miles from home. No package. No response. Iv Never had to deal with such a poor customer service in my ENTIRE LIFE. I just left them Two messages stating that I Demand to talk to the poor bastard who was stupid enough to take the management position because when they call me back they will get an EARFUL. With my luck they wont be open Monday(tomorrow) either because its a holiday. All the more time for my blood pressure to raise. One thing I can promise you is that if I don't get FREE shipping (like their website originally claimed) in return for this BS headache and earful of LIES I will cancel my order. I thought that maybe this just happened to me but after Googling customer reviews for OnlineCarStereo i came to the realization that i was an IDIOT for buying from these guy. They have wasted MY time and they WILL waste your time. I simply can not emphasize enough on how pissed I am after reading all these reviews on how their customer service is a load of ****. Do NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH ONLINE CAR STEREO THEY ARE NOTHING BUT SCAMMERS. If anyone has a petition going around to shut this conniving company down, please send me a link and you Will have my signature. Thank you for taking the time to read my rant. The hour of my life i wasted away writing this review will not have been spent in vain if i can prevent others from finding themselves in my shoes. Not to mention the hr and a half I spent driving up and the next hr and a half ill spend driving back home. Please don't put yourself in this situation thinking your going to save a few bux by trying to go through these guys. I repeat DO NOT BUY FROM ONLINECARSTEREO. P.S. If I could give less stars I would! Luckily I did not buy anything from this company! I called inquiring about a 4 wheeler for my 4 yr.old.This simple inquiry turned into basically the extremely condescending salesperson calling me a liar when I said I could get a better price elsewhere.even though I was not asking him to sell it to me at that price.I seriously cannot fathom them selling anything with this type of service! I called back (because I was livid and he challenged me to find a better price saying he would match it). I explained to him that even if I had to pay double I would NEVER purchase from this company! !

Dresswe's website says that you must be 100% satisfied, and you can get a refund or exchange if you are NOT happy. THAT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT TRUE. They will not give you "permission" to return the product. The edging is frayed.
I have bought a few product from Madvapes, never again. The first e-go I bought after a couple months the button got stuck. I went online to contact them and found the the new model had a flush button. In the description it stated the old style had the problem of sticking. Ebates is legit! I've gotten 3 chash back checks so far ranging between $13-$15. I'm not a big online shopper so my amounts are small, but I appreciate any money I can get back. If you have a problem with Ebates your probably not understanding the rules and how it works or your self referring yourself with different email to get the referral cash, you got caught and your upset about it. Great customer service also. I've sent emails asking questions and I get quick easy to understand answers back within 24 hours. Thanks Ebates!
Consumers should stay away from this vendor. I purchased Jack Johnson tickets in April, for a concert in August. Three days before the concert, still hadn't received tickets and was on the phone dealing with their Call Center. TicketNetwork is a broker - they could leave a voicemail for the company who actually had the tickets - but not much else. Ultimately got the tickets but too much stress and wasted energy. I will never purchase through them again,
I attempted to place an order on a featured item. Went through the process and went to check out and was told my cart was empty! I went through all steps several times without any luck. Oh well , this is the last day to order. So much for the cute little rug! What a waste of time!

I have had my haircut exclusively at this establishment for over 5 years using several different staff members with good results and no complaints from me. Unfortunately, for me, this long term succession of good results came to a very bad end. When I arrived for my appointment there were no other customers in the building. I asked one of my usual stylists, Tracy, if she was ready. Tracy motioned me to a new girl that I had never seen before. She was extremely young, wearing braces, and looked like a high school student. I asked her if she was a cosmetology student and she replied “No. And students cannot work with the public.” Apparently that question may have angered her. I told her that we had never met and I looked at Tracy who said that she would be fine. All of this is transpiring while Tracy is busy reading a magazine and clearly had no time for me. The new girl asked what I wanted and I told her a trim, that I parted it on the right side and as I recalled, they usually use a number two on top and a number one on the sides, the same request I have made on every visit. I asked Tracy if that was correct and she said yes and that I liked it shorter on the sides than the top. I assumed at that point that Tracy was observing the process and was watching out for me. All of the stylists in the shop know how I keep my hair because they all have cut it. All I wanted was a trim of what I walked in with. The new girl promptly shaved the top of my head before I could stop her. She stopped when I asked, “Are you leaving me something to comb over my forehead?” At this point Tracy put down her magazine and finished the cut. Please keep in mind that I am a 55 year old professional man who has already thinning hair and meticulous in maintaining my appearance because my profession demands it. I have not changed my hair style in 35 years and this incident is extremely upsetting to me. It will take months for me to grow this back and in the meantime I look dramatically different and out of character. I walked into their shop with a part on the right side of my head and walked out with no hair to part through no fault of my own. My living depends on my appearance to the public and my confidence and self esteem have taken a direct hit. The worst part of this situation was Tracy’s callous response. She said it would grow back and she wouldn’t charge me. No apology, no explanation. I am beyond appalled at this betrayal of trust, unprofessional conduct, and ‘I could care less’, attitude displayed by the staff at Fast Eddie’s. I fully understand a bad hair day and that some cuts are better than others and that is to be expected. I am far from being overdramatic here. What happened to me is way beyond that scope as the attached photos will attest. Wrongly, I have returned time and time again to Fast Eddies because I felt they would never let me down. I insist that Fast Eddies stylist’s licensing be checked as well as their business credentials and practices. I have contacted the BBB, the City of South Bend, and various social media outlets that are designed for consumers to warn others of substandard businesses. I will continue to pursue this issue relentlessly not excluding litigation, as I will spend plenty of time waiting for my hair to regenerate. DO NOT buy shoes here, you will REGRET it! Sizes are not true to size, horrible customer service, exchange is NOT an option, you must return for store credit then go on and start from scratch! So it will take you a good 30 days to maybe get a pair of shoes that fit right! Oh wait then they charge you $8, every time they mess up the size! Sure the shoes look great but definetly the WORST shopping experience ever!

If you want to receive your merchandise two months later than expected or if you would like to receive the WORST shopping experience of your life...please shop at Chicnova! I'm very fortunate to have not even bothered with this unprofessional company. But unfortunately for my sister she got the short end of the stick and had to deal with them and their BS. Please allow my review to save you the large hassle of dealing with these people. I can 90% guarantee you that your experience will be bad. To be honest I believe that they have people from their own company writing fake reviews.
After several years of subscribing, my 6 month subscription had ended. I was on my smart phone to hide my profile and accidentally clicked on the one click subscribe button. And of course, I was automatically billed for another 6 mos. I attempted to contact Match.com through their customer service link which is obviously intentionally difficult to find. Evidently, they don't want to provide customer support because they didn't reply in either case when I complained about my unintentional subscription. Therefore, I contacted American Express to get my money back. I got my money back, but Match blocked my account so that I can't even go into remove my photos or delete my profile
I stayed in Rathbone Hotel for holiday on july 2014. It was 4 stars hotel in London. My 1000 pounds, my two leather bags, my local currency all were lost in this hotel in my room. I had only 20 pounds in my pocket. Thanks God i had put my credit card in my travel handbag. So my credit card was not lost. All the others i was saving in my hotel room. I had to cancel my holiday, had to buy another ticket to fly back to my country one week before . So i had to pay again for ticket.All my holiday in UK was a trouble. I had no idea how would i return to my country back with 20 pounds, if i didnt have credit card with me. It is a big disaster. When i told this to the workers of the hotel; they didnt do anything. They only said they were sorry. This hotel caused a big trouble for me which im still in the effect of but they didnt interest with my problem. It is unsafe hotel. There is no security for the customers belongings in this hotel. If You still want to stay in this hotel, dont think your belongings will be safe in the room. Dont leave them on a chair, on a desk ...etc. Better to carry Your belongings with You not to leave them in the room. If the room is unsafe which You had trusted and rented , it doesnt mean anything how many stars of the hotel has or how luxury is the hotel is. The biggest and worst event happened in my holiday and my holiday turned to a disaster. It is unbeliavable isnt it??? Im still in shock. I lost lots of Money which i worked for 8 months to save for going to holiday. If You want to stay in this hotel; DONT LEAVE IMPORTANT BELONGINGS IN THE HOTEL ROOM!! IT WAS MY FAULT. I received an email this morning from Tara Medium and it was so convincing and seemed so genuine that i whipped out my credit card and was ready to pay her. She had been sending me emails for months now. Some of them were optimistic and some were downright scary. This email included 7 numbers that i could use in games of chance or lotteries or whatever. The person who writs these emails is very talented and knowledgable on the school of hard knocks and is very convincing of their concern for your well being. It is kind of sad though I wanted so much to believe in her. I do believe in sixth senses so this will not deter that aspect of the world for me.
HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE stay away. I love go to Target, and I had the false expectation that their online services were equivalent. Boy was I wrong. I place one order, and a glitch, so they said, led to a duplicate order, when I called the next day they said it was too late to cancel the duplicate. These were sent as gifts to family in another state so it was embarrassing to have to ask them to return to the store the duplicates. A few days later I was charged again for the duplicate orders, Target said they do this once one you place the order and then as the items ship they show up as pending and then will drop off in a few days. So now I have been charged over $500 on my account as pending charges (money you can't access) for one $125 order. I have called several times on this and more recently the lady, Carol I was talking too, was rude, aggressive, and refused to transfer my call to a manager. Instead she hung up on me and I have to call back to request they pull up and listen to the recorded phone call. Unbelievable, I will never shop at target again. They have lost one of their biggest fans.
Really should have read the reviews because I would not have ordered but I did... food took 2 hours to get to me then they didn't have my drinks but he was going to take my money to get some... opened order while he was gone and nothing was right and it was cold. Called then up and they said I would get a refund but when the driver came back he could only give me what I have him minus the $4.00 he spent on two cokes... never again. Now we are hungry and grumpy with two cokes... lovely.
Tried to write a review about Camas Hotel in Camas, WA which was mostly positive regarding cleanliness and the hotel itself but mentioned that hospitality could be better with the innkeeper making some negative comments and the fact that the hotel should probably get rid of the sign in the bathroom that says you will be charged $5 if you leave your towel on the floor. Bedandbreakfast.com would not allow me to leave my review. To me, this is a fraudulent, false advertising, practice. Hopefully, this site will make consumers aware of their deception.

They behaved as the lawyer of the hotel. They didnt want the other customers know the fact about the hotel. Because booking.com only accept the positive comments about the hotels. The people choose the hotels according to this comment. So nobody will know even if this hotel is 4 stars hotel; there is no safety in this hotel. It is Rathbone hotel -London Think twice about the hotel comments if You still want to book via booking.com which i cannot trust anymore.

When I first saw this website i thought it was a scam, but i did some research on it and found that it seemed pretty good! I ordered a pair of D ROSE 3.5's and they came within 8 days, just like the website said they would. The box was a little beat up, but the shoes were fine! I have had them for half a year and they are still in one piece and get the job done on the court. Basketballmallvip.com has unbeatable prices and authentic, name brand basketball shoes and i will certainly buy from them again:)
I ordered 2 tank tops from RC. I received a tracking number 4 days after ordering. After 2 days of no movement on my order I contacted them via their website. They told me that there was a "minor delay" in shipping and offered me 10% my next purchase. Mind you I was getting emails from them already offering 10 and even 20% off. Another couple of days go by and nothing. I contact them again and they come up with a different excuse this time about the tanks that I ordered being in high demand and offer 20% off my next purchase. I blast them on FB and get message asking me to contact them via FB. I contact them via FB and also back through their website again. FB contacted me and said they were going to track my package and find out what was going on. Website offered another excuse, this time USPS screwed up. Bull. So I finally received my package 3 weeks after ordering. I got my shipping refunded only because I raised a stink. I know of someone else who ordered a tank and it took three weeks for them to get their shipment as well. I live in Florida and the package came from California. Should not have taken 3 weeks. I will not order from them again.
If this was 6 months ago I would be giving a lot more stars. This site does give access to unique products many from small companies. Usually their merchants are very good but sometimes you they send the wrong product or even don't send an item. The customer service used be really good. One could call and get a person and have the problem resolved very quickly. Then it becam harder to call so one had to email. It took longer but still the problem would get resolved. Now there is no response via email and the customer service number I was able to track down just has a recorded message and does not answer. I had to post a message on the merchant's opensky feed. They got back to me right away and I'm expecting the item in the mail. All opensky did in response was post a like or love comment. So even though they have items I may like to purchase, I'm reluctant now as I know that if anything goes wrong I'm totally on my own. They sell some pricey items and it jsut doesn't seem worth the risk.
