WARNING! Ericdress is a scam site out of the People's Republic of China. You may receive something but it won't be new and there is no one to resolve issues if you have them. We purchased a prom dress and it come with spots all over the chiffon. Definitely a used product. Their answer; wash them out, we give you $5.00 refund on a $100 purchase! After 2 emails it goes on auto-reply. You will not get your money back for an unwearable dress! WARNING! - The website is a scam! They do not have any business ethics and take no responsibility for their defective products.
Good Product. The BEST PRICE EVER!! HATE that it takes so long to get here, and i had to pay ex to get it. But overall, I Love Shopping with You Guys (and i will continue to do that) Thumbs Up.
My husband ordered me 2 things from Dresslily for Valentine's Day. He placed the order on 2/5. After contacting them twice through their 24 hour response and again through their Facebook, they finally told us that one item was out of stock. They refunded me for that and, almost 2 months after it was ordered, they other item arrived. It looks almost nothing like the picture in color or cut, smells weird, is not at all the size they quoted, and is poorly sewn out of the cheapest material in the world. I contacted them about returning it and when they eventually responded they offered me a discount to keep it. When I explained that I did not want it at all they said it's cheaper to keep it than to pay for return shipping. So now I'm stuck with something that I would feel bad donating to Goodwill. I suggest never buying from them.
I bought a dress from queenparty for my daughter's school prom and she looked beautiful in it. Thanks for your team to make my little girl's night one to remember she loved wearing it and we'll treasure the photos of her in this gown forever.

I am very impressed with the items I got because they look the same as picture, and the price is also reasonable. Another experience is service from staff. I got the notice from staff when the process is not complete, it means that IT system is effective and staff are also attend to my action. They are quickly reply and give me the answer I would like to know. Moreover, they have high responsibility when there is something mistake. For example, the item sold out, they are rapidly let me know that what should I do next step? They always have a good and useful suggestion. Thank you!!
People, dont hate on the merchants. We are just as frustrated as you, maybe more so. I am a merchant and have been trying to get paid since January 15. I have given many chances to only be screwed for almost 4 months. I have performed services for free, and no way to retrieve my funds. RUN!!!!!
So impressed with Hayneedle. Ordered a desk, first order with them. Good price. They sent statuses and notified me of a brief delay even though it still arrived well within the expected time frame. I called customer service a couple of times and promptly got a nice helpful person on the phone. They contracted with a great company for white glove delivery. And when it arrived with minor damage (not done by the delivery men) I opted to keep it, so I wouldn't have to wait weeks for a replacement, yet report the damage--they immediately refunded a nice amount to me no questions asked. Didn't even ask to see my photos of the damage. Great experience with Hayneedle. I'll be back.
Gotta say...I accidentally somehow clicked on "2-day shipping" and didn't notice until the order was placed. $40 shipping...ridiculous. I immediately emailed and began calling, just wanting to change the shipping type. Literally couldn't get through on the phone lines for hours (later told they have "high call volume" during certain hours) and the email response was basically "we'll try but can't promise anything." Oh by the way...my $40 two day shipping wasn't even processed for 2 days and the date to actually receive it is 4 business days (6 total days). Nice. Since they told me they were sorry that they couldn't stop the shipping process in time, I stated that I wanted a refund just because it wasn't even near a "quick" ship. I mean, if I'm paying $40 for shipping, let's make it fast....but they then told me that it is stated on their site that swimwear has a longer processing time. Great! Ok I missed that-but then why, with the extra processing time needed, couldn't you have changed the method of shipping since it didn't ship out right away? .....The response to that was "we have 300 swim orders right now and it is too hard to find the order." LOL...I would hope there is a computer and some sort of invoice number involved....shouldn't be too hard to sort through 300 invoice numbers to find one. Especially with the 48 hours of extra processing time. Basically, any other site could have changed the order immediately and been done with it. I spent a bunch of time calling (still never talked to anyone) and emailing and came up short. And honestly, who has ever heard of $40 shipping for a bikini and a dress? I have overnighted plenty of clothing orders and none were over $20-30. Oh-and they actually got to me within 48 hours as promised. Stay away from this site. I needed a cheapie suit to ruin on a trip and came across them. I didn't want to ruin any of my quality stuff.
Simple, easy to use for creating a good looking website. And with the add ons you can create a great, functional tool for your online presence. I've used monthly pay services in the past for sites that ended up costing a lot more for the same functionality.
We have had several other types of antennas, by far this is the best one and for a very low price. We live a good distance from any tv stations and now have 34 channel's, before we only picked up 19. I was worried when I first opened it and seen how small it was, but after reading all the reviews I installed it and was amazed at how well it was working and how clear the picture was. No more cable bills allowed in my house.

After about three weeks of moderately using this site I quickly realized it is a scam. The free site barely allows you do to anything with emailing persons in hopes this will entice you to fork over some money. After three weeks of use I've already clearly realized this site is jank. Match.coms’ website stops working by not allowing me to retrieve any of my emails. Every time I click on the email tab the system completely logs me out entirely and I have to log back in again. Same thing happens every time I attempt to check emails therefore leaving this site unusable to me and I've already paid my money to Match.com, a years’ worth. I had thought it would go to good use since this site seems to have such good reviews advertised. So I call Match.com with my unhappy experience with their site, how it is not for me and now not only is it a lame site but I can't even check my emails therefore I am no longer able to use the site even if I wanted to. The foreigner on the other end of the phone says there is nothing he can do to correct their malfunctioning website, that he cannot refund me "any" of my money not even for the time I have not been able to use the site and after he cancels my subscription (thanks) from reoccurring after the year is up I ask him to put a manager on the phone. He stalls me for a good duration of time then takes my phone number and says that a manager will call me back, he promised actually that one would. After another few weeks go by and I never received a call from a Match.com manager, I call again with the same complaints and I am told exactly the same thing, there is nothing the foreigner on the other end of the phone can do to correct their malfunctioning website, they cannot refund me any of my money not even for the time I was unable to use their website due to their technical issues and I am again PROMISED that a manager will call me with my concerns. So I called for third time just minutes ago before deciding to write this very poor review and I actually, after about an hour, got a manager on the phone. Not surprisingly the Match.com manager in which I spoke to confirms my horribly poor experience by saying that there is nothing she can do with honoring their malfunctioning website during the weeks I was not able to retrieve my emails nor is there anything she will do to cancel my subscription and refund me any of my money, NOT EVEN FOR THE TIME I WAS NOT ABLE TO USE THEIR MALFUNCTIONING WEBSITE.
I was looking at hotel options for Indy yesterday on TRIPADVISOR... I never made any reservations, or proceeded looked further into anything!!... Then today I get an email from Booking.com telling me they had confirmed my room on April 28th, 2014 in INDY for $2,249.oo... They provided a booking number and a pin code and that I had until Aug.6, 2013 to cancel... 2013!?... Neither the booking number or the pin were recognized when trying to access them to cancel... So I replied back to their email, telling them to shove this up their ass... It bounced back non-deliverable... Damn the internet
I ordered a dress just recently from Missy Dress and was incredibly happy with it. It was exactly as pictured, perfect colour, beautifully made and in fact I thought it was a fabulous bargain considering the obvious workmanship. I ordered the dress made to measure as I was careful to check their measurements for the sizing against our typical UK sizing and found that it didn't match up. I was so glad I did this as it didn't cost any extra surprisingly!! It fit like a glove and no-one could believe how beautiful it was for the cost. The communication from Missy Dress was excellent throughout and I was quite shocked at how quickly it arrived considering the shipping times. I am very happy with the service and the product and will recommend and certainly buy from them again for any special occasions :-)
Ordered a set of tires for $470 and a week later got an email saying they have them on back order. They told me give it 2 more weeks then they will have them. A month later still nothing so i canceled the orders. 2 more weeks went buy and i didnt get my money. Went to the bank and they said they cant do anything about it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. THEY LIE AND STEAL FROM PAYING CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!!!
I made my first order from dresslily.com and i was happy with my purchase. i had read a lot of negative reviews but i thought i would take a chance anyway and im glad i did. i ordered a pair of heel/boots which arrived within a week and they ended up looking exactly like the picture, they are now my favorite and most comfortable pair of heels. i will definitely be ordering from them again. Everyones experience will be different, you just need to take a chance and make the conclusion for yourself.

I ordered a turn table last February. I called to ask if they even got my order. Some guy said "back ordered " and would be sent 3 day air when more come in. Today when I called the recording said they were closed and the mailbox was full. I know I 've probably have been scammed. I called my bank and they said that if my account has been debited I can dispute the charge and get it taken care of. They will put the $69's back into my account. Hope all of you can get your money back!!!@
Users using the service's provided from the "numerous" websites containing the same information, run by the "same company/person" should read the reviews pertaining to any of those numerous sites. Just Search for their "contact phone number" - 877-888-0889 One should ask, Now why would a service need soooo many websites with the same information where they only changed the site name? I ordered a report and was told it cost $1.00. I contacted on line report access and was told I agreed to the $18.95, which I did not. I think the $1.00 charge was only to see if the card account was valid so when the payment was processed I was charged $18.95 and not $1.00. I had to contact them on live chat because there is no phone or address, as would be expected in a scam. I was told they closed my account and removed the remaining charges of $18.95, but the original $18.95 apparently isn't being credited. I am going to pursue this farther. It is more the principal than the money. However, stealing $18.95 from every consumer requesting a report still adds up to big money.
