Cashforiphones.com gave me an online quote of $203 for two iPhone 4S phones I very accurately described for them. They sent a box and I mailed the two phones to them as directed. A week later I received an email saying their technicians decided they would pay $21 total for the two phones and a check was in the mail. I called and asked them to cancel the check and return my phones because I had higher local offers. They would not. I believe they are running a scam by offering high quotes and sending a much lower check before anyone can stop them. I highly recommend no one use this cash for electronic website.
The website is a total scam. They will only refund you 50% back after you find out they provided nothing but forms you can freely download from the .gov website and call them for refund. Credit card companies will not help, because they have fine prints you just were not smart enough to notice. I hope they will be punished in the most tragic ways by the Lord for so many curses people have put on them.
I purchased a dress and it arrived promptly. Before I made my purchase I checked their return policy. They guaranteed full refund if not 100% satisfied. The fabric on the dress was different to the material that was used. It looked good on me, but not great. After three emails telling the customer service that I wanted to return the dress I got my first response. They wanted me to take photos and show them why I wanted to return the dress? Then they suggested that it will be too expensive for me to return the item and pay the mailing costs. They have now sent me an email telling me that they will only return 50% of my money, because they took such a long time making the dress. They have never sent the return address information. I suggest that unless you are prepared to buy a dress unseen or tried on, do not buy anything from this company. They have no intentions of even returning your money. Note: there is no customer reviews on their site.
I had ordered $75+ worth of clothing items on this site. A week past when the item was supposed to have been delivered, I sent an e-mail requesting status. Someone assured me it was on the way and wait for another week. Another week passed and still nothing. Again, I inquired about my package on the site and again was told to wait as the 'package is on its way'. Two more weeks nothing and I was given the following response: "As you have not pay for insurance for your order, we can not undertake the compensation in the event of the shipment being lost. I will try to apply reshipment for you, however you will need pay us 25 USD to cover the compensation. For refund,we will refund 38 usd" Either way they are making a profit from what I had originally ordered. This place is a SCAM.
Dear MakeMyTrip, I would like to personally thank you for ruining my vacation with your poor customer service and general demeanor. Planning a trip with your company was definitely memorable as I now know never to book with your company or even recommend any of my family and friends either. It all started when I decided to spend 5 days in Goa around New Years Eve. I booked my trip with Samim Khan from the Delhi. The trip total came to 68,000 Rs. which included flight from Delhi to Goa, 4 nights at Hotel Colva Kinara, and a flight from Goa to Mumbai (Booking ID: IN1412B6S167325). I had requested Hotel Colva Kinara after finding out that other hotels were charging an extra fee for a New Years Eve Party. Samim Khan said this hotel did not have a mandatory party for their guests. 1. I was only able to pay 20,000 Rs. at a time with my debit card and I was going to pay for the trip over several days. Samim Khan insisted that I pay the full amount as soon as possible. In a hurry, we asked if we could pay the remainder (48,000 Rs.) in cash. He gladly agreed and directed us to go to the Mumbai (Andheri) office on Sunday before 6pm. After rushing to get there, we were turned away by the security guard who informed us that the office closes at 5pm on Sundays. I immediately called Samim Khan and he told us that he was unaware of the hours of operation of the office that HE had sent us to for HIS company. We were frustrated that he had made me and my 80 year old grandfather run in order to make it to this office on the other side of town. 2. The following day we went to the Mumbai office right when it had opened up at 10AM. We were now told by the staff at this location that they can only accept 25,000 Rs. cash at a time. I immediately called Samim Khan and once again, he denied any knowledge of this rule. We ended up paying at the Andheri office and then crossing the city to the Mahim office in order to pay the remainder of the trip. 3. At the Mahim office, Samim Khan tells me that he didn't book the package at the time when I had paid over 50% of the cost and now the direct flight from Delhi to Goa was 6000 Rs more. I calmly requested for another alternative flight that would leave the package cost at 68,000 Rs. He gladly gave us a connecting flight with two separate airlines that stopped in Mumbai for 3 hours. We were reluctant to take this offer as it would waste a full day travelling but we were forced by the circumstances to agree. 4. On December 26, 2014, we got on the IndiGo flight at 630AM in Delhi. The pilot and airport were constantly giving us notifications that the poor visibility conditions (57m) was below their required standard (125m). As a result, all the passengers on this flight were seated on the aircraft for OVER 4 HOURS. When the flight finally left at 1030AM, we were relieved to be on our way. Upon arriving at the Mumbai airport, we had missed our connecting flight with Jet Airways at 12:35PM. We were then told by the Jet Airways booth that they were not able to simply put us on the next flight because it was not the same airline. They were asking for 22,000Rs to transfer us to the next flight. As this was unreasonable, I called Samim Khan and asked for a solution. He did not pick up my phone calls. I then asked Jet Airways for a fair solution. They said that they would not charge me a cancellation fee and MakeMyTrip would give me a full refund for that flight if I could find a cheaper flight. Out of desperation, I approached Akshar Travel Agency booth directly across from Jet Airways and they found a SpiceJet flight for 14,000 Rs. I immediately paid for this flight OUT OF POCKET in addition to what I had already paid for the package. 5. Finally, we got on the flight and we arrived in Goa. We get to the hotel and the reception informs us that there is a mandatory hotel party on New Years Eve that all guests must pay for. The hotel party costs 3,500 Rs. per person. I had already spent 14,000 Rs. earlier in the day and I was frustrated with travelling. I called Samim Khan again at that moment and he finally picked up. I reminded him that I had requested a hotel with no mandatory party. He "checked" the vouchers and assured me that the hotel did not mention a NYE party. I told him to speak directly to the hotel staff. The hotel staff told him to check the vouchers again as they had clearly put up the information. After about an hour or so, the situation was not resolved. The hotel staff refused to check us into our hotel and MakeMyTrip refused to pay for the hotel party. We didn't want to attend the party at all, we simply wanted to rest after a very hectic travel day. Samim Khan started avoiding my calls and calls from the hotel itself. I am going to assume that he recognized HIS mistake but he refused to ADMIT it and hoped that I would simply pay for it. We spent 3 hours sitting in the hotel lobby waiting for a reply from either party that the hotel would either wave the fee or MakeMyTrip would pay for it. By 11:00pm, I had gotten restless and I called MakeMyTrip customer support. The agent followed the normal protocol of asking for my booking ID. Within 2 minutes of pulling up my file, she said the computers were "down" and she was unable to access my file. I knew this was a lie because she would not have been able to punch in my booking ID if the system was down. She said that she would call me within 1 hour. After spending 3 hours, I refused to wait this extra hour. The hotel manager approached me and I explained my situation. I had explained to him that I did not want to attend the NYE party and nor would I pay for it. We both knew that Samim Khan had not read the vouchers correctly and knowingly he was avoiding our phone calls. He kindly requested his owner to let us check in. The hotel manager was able to convince his boss that we had a very special circumstance and our mandatory party fee should be waived. We ended up getting checked in at 11:30PM. The remainder of the trip went well without a hitch. But I was bound to get reimbursed for my 14,000Rs and the poor customer service. Sorry, LACK of customer service. After calling Samim Khan and several other customer service agents, I had made 10+ calls and spoke for 2 hours over the span of 5 days. I simply wanted a refund on a flight that delayed due to weather. It was not my fault that the flight had been delayed and it was not my fault that my UNINTELLIGENT agent SAMIM KHAN had booked 2 separate airlines. In addition, I was willing to let the hotel reception experience pass. Samim Khan is lucky that I was patient and I begged the hotel manager to let us stay. If it was someone else, Samim Khan would have gotten an ear full. Due to the lack of customer service, I give this company a NEGATIVE 10 out of 5 rating. I will never book with this company again and I hope Samim Khan one day learns that humans make mistakes and it is how you react to those mistakes that determines your character. I ordered my first outfit from Fabletics last week (capris and a yoga tank top). I loved the look and fit. The material was thin but seemed durable with proper care. I just washed both items according to the washing instructions (cold water, with like colors, and I even used the gentle cycle). The instructions say you can use the dryer but I intended on laying them out to dry instead. Well I took them out of the washing machine and the top has pulls/fuzzies all over it. The material is simply falling apart. There's one "pull" so large that it's extreemly visible from far away. I went on their website to use the "Chat with us Live now" feature as the call center was closed. I waited and waited and waited for an attendant because the chat session said to wait while they reached an associate for me. Eventually I refreshed the page and it said they were closed and to try again Mon-Fri. As of right now I am angry that I have spent money on something I can't ever use. I hope they resolve this even though their return policy firmly states that returns will not be accepted unless the tags are attached.
An absolute waste of time. I have never been bombarded by more scammers and spam. I even had a Nigerian Scammer hit me up. Reporting a profile doesn't do anything either. You report someone as suspicious and you still see them on the site weeks later. I imagine they like to keep the search numbers high. They don't really care if you have quality results, just quantity. The affair guarantee package. Have you read this? So crazy! They require so much trying to have a hook up becomes a full time job. This is the third time I've tried the site out, and it's been worse everytime. I won't do it again.
I bought the "Apple OEM earpods" and I had previously had some from when I bought my Iphone. After a year I eventually needed new headphones. I bought some from Nomorerack but as soon as I removed them from the packaging I could tell they were fake. They are poorly made and sound terrible. THERES A REASON THEY DONT LET YOU REVIEW THE PRODUCT ON THEIR OWN SITE. I will never buy from them again. They wont even let me send them back because I had put them in my ear to test their fake product.
This place is a joke. Like many others said I wish I had read reviews before ordering. I ordered the correct size and everything was way to small. 3 items were missing from my order and the necklace came broken. The heal immediately broke off my shoes I ordered. They will not exchange or refund my items after I spent $200. The material and quality of everything is terrible. I hope they get shut down!!!!
It's very hard to narrow the search to people in my area, and I am not willing to relocate. Messages come in from many miles away and the responses to my profile picture and about myself were overwhelming. There should be a better way to only allow messages and chats to come from people within a specified distance of me. But I did find a man I like within forty miles anyway so yay!
I applied to go to camp through Camp Leaders 4 years ago, they were so friendly and helpful. Any question, not matter how small, they would be very happy to answer and was always there to point me in the direction I needed in order to get me into the right summer camp for me. They weren't just helpful before I went to camp; checking everything I needed was done, even ringing me before I flew to check that my paperwork was all correct and being packed. They also had people in the states who would come and see me through the summer to see how I was getting on. Its this experience with Camp Leaders and my own summer camp that kept me returning for the last 4 years. I have never met a group of people who love their job so much and are happy to help no matter what is going on.
I've just started my application process for the third year running with Camp Leaders and I'm still just as impressed as I was back in 2012. I researched a large group of similar companies before committing to anything as the prices can be a little bit intimidating to a student who hangs on to every penny. Since my first application I've received nothing but outstanding service from Camp Leaders and every member of staff I've ever dealt with. Any questions I have about the program, costs, camps, visas etc are dealt with immediately by knowledgeable staff and I truly feel time after time like all of their attention is focussed on me, when I know they actually have hundreds of applicants to deal with everyday. As far as costs go, it does come off as expensive initially but it's no different to any other company and I think that some people forget what they're actually paying for. You'd pay a significant amount more if you were looking to spend 3 months on holiday in America, and the whole program is based around the experience. The reason I'm going back for the third consecutive year when I could be spending my time and money elsewhere is because the experience I'm gaining and the fun I'm having every summer is incomparable. In a now saturated market I rate Camp Leaders as the best company by far to work with and I'd highly recommend them to anyone thinking about a summer abroad.

I went to a job fair with these guys last year, it was crazy busy with hundreds of people like me trying to get a job at a camp. The ques were long, but it was totally worth it. The staff were really helpful and looked through our profiles to help us get to talk to the right camp for us! I sadly didn't get placed at the fair, but that was ok too! The camp that I got placed at through the online system was 100% the right place for me - these guys know how to do it right! The job fair was a really good experience meeting other people in the same situation and getting to talk to camp directors to understand what they're looking for. Camp leaders were really supportive during the whole process and even though I had a few problems (my fault), the office staff waded through them with me and got me to camp! I would recommend them to anyone thinking of camp over summer - and those who aren't!

This place is a joke...although not a funny one. I have been dealing with these clowns for a couple of weeks after they sent me the most ridiculous shirt you can imagine, in lieu of the beautiful shirt that was advertised. This thing looks like it was sewn together by a blindfolded eight-year old with spoons. The fabric is like fiberglass and doesn't stretch at all. I was actually dumb enough to try it on and then managed to get stuck in it because the fabric won't stretch enough for you to remove it. I need help getting out of that nightmare, only to find myself in another one when trying to get my money back. The non-English speaking customer service person I've been dealing with only tries to negotiate refunding me $4 or $8. This site is a huge scam and I have actually contacted Dateline NBC to let them know that this would make for a great investigation. I would love to see them shut down!

I have ordered from hairplayground numerous times, and they never disappoint. Their prices are low and affordable, especially for those on a budget who still want to look good. Their customer service is exceptional, very patient and willing to answer any questions you may have. They have text ordering for your convenience. The hair that I first purchased from them I have reused about 4 times, and I have had it since July of last year. With the hair shedding is minimal, no tangling unless the hair isn't cared for correctly. But that is expected. Very low maintenance, holds curls very well, I don't really straighten my hair, but the hair did straighten well after being curled. And I was able to have the curls in for 4 days before re-curling. I only co washed with cool water a couple times in order not to dry the hair out. The hair when I got it had a medium luster which gave it that natural healthy shine which allowed me to blend it well with my African american hair.
Really was a good company until recently. Trying to get your hard earned dime by all means. Standard load is refreshed after the two days making that a total 4 days waiting for money. Very annoying tricks and tendencies just to rob 2.5 dollars? Seriously?
This is a UK based company offering to connect families and au-pairs/nannies. On closer inspection, the the company itself does not appear to exist. Text at the bottom of the website page reads: "Copyright 2014. Elite Household Services Limited. All rights reserved." However, the company is NOT LISTED at Companies House. The company website domain itself is registered to another company called "Domains by Proxy" who are registered in the United States and appear to be of some disrepute as they specialise in hiding the real contact details of the domains of other companies.
My hair is absolutely Fabulous!!! It doesn't shed nor does it dry out! Currently rocking the Brazilian Deep Wave 22in and I've had it for 2years 3rd wear... I'd recommend this site to anyone!! Thanks hairplayground for the great quality hair

Hope you have more employees like Jay :-) I even thought at one point he was going to tell me to go somewhere else. BUT he did not! He kept his calm, patience and jovial behavior throughout this tedious book. And to my surprise after i placed the order ...he said he was up for more. So, guess what. Dermstore is a beauty, personal care site that has 3 branches with 1 checkout-Dermstore, Blush, and Hair Envy. They carry many brand name products. I've ordered from them way too often, per my husband! The delivery of orders is usually faster than stated. I had 3 bad products out of probably 150 I've ordered (see, hubby is right!). I had VERY good customer service after complaining by email alone about those products, with Dermstore crediting my CC without me having to ship the items back. (I took photos of the items). They have some good coupons, too, if you check for coupons before ordering (go to Dermstore coupons on google). They also send free samples. I recommend Dermstore.
