I WISH I READ THESE BEOFORE I GOT SCAMMED MYSELF!!! I AM IN THE MIDDLE OF BATTLING WITH THEM, THE AGGRAVATION AND LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM IS AWFUL! SAME STORY, CANCELED AND GOT A $127 CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD, THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD NOT SEND A SHIPMENT, GOT ONE ANY WAY. BEING THAT I DIDN'T KNOW IT WAS FROM THEM, I SIGNED, NOW I AM BEING HELD RESPOSIBLE. I CANNOT SPEAK TO ANYONE ON THE PHONE, IT'S ALL THROUGH AGGREVATING EMAILS. WORST DECISSION OF MY LIFE GOING THROUGH THEM, THEY ARE TERRIBLE AND ARE OUT TO SCAM YOU....STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Awful service and awful company. It was a mistake to order many things for me and my son on November 28, 2014. Number of the order No. 210205. Two and one half weeks later they wrote that they did not have one thing in my order and suggested I order something else. So I did. I received the first parcel from them one and a half months after my order. Two weeks later I received the another parcel. I felt strong disappointment when I received all these things. The shirt (awful quality) for my son came with dirty spots and a manufacturing defect for button holes. The size of other things appeared much less than specified on the site. For example, the man's size L corresponded to the female size 4 at best. When I wrote them about it they in a polite way suggested that I give these things to somebody and make a new order at greatly reduced prices. I do not need additional damaged and useless stuff and more money wasted. I refused and told them that I want to return these things for a refund. They said that I will have to pay shipping of these things. Of course it would cost much more to ship to CHINA than the items originally cost. They know this. Great way to eliminate refunds! As a result I have absolutely useless things and an inadequate response from this company. Add in the two months I waited for these item (I received the last thing 3 days ago) and the entire experience was horrid. I advise everyone not to order from this company. You will receive absolutely not what you expect and can not get a refund. Time and money spent in vain.
We purchased a bathroom cabinet from signature hardware that cost over $900. When it arrived we opened the box and saw that the cabinet was damaged. The bottom open shelf, which is made from a very thin piece of wood, had nails coming out through the top of the visible shelf. The cabinet, of course, has a sticker that says "made in China"! When we contacted signature hardware they offered to give us a 10% discount if we kept the cabinet. No thank you. Have someone pick it up and have it shipped back. I can go to Lowes or HomeDepot and find the same quality at a cheaper price.
I never write reviews and I feel like I have to for this site. TERRIBLE! I ordered a jacket and two different shirts. The sizes were incredibly small and the quality was horrible. The company themselves were not helpful in the return process and since they are overseas, the told me if I shipped the items back, they would reimburse 70% of the cost of the order. That wouldn't even cover the cost of the shipping that I would have to pay. I'm SOOOO disappointed.
Bought and paid for 1 million FIFA coins. Coins were not delivered. No response to queries. Stay away from thegamekeys.com.
Borderlinx is horrible. They are just out there to fleece. Promise fair charges and then ask for USD 142 for shipping 3.5 lbs to Oman. couldn't be worse. They say that they repack to save but then estimated volumetric weight to be 5 times the actual and then said that it is also not possible to reduce. Would ask everyone to completely stay away from them.
I ordered from this website a while ago, but based on the reviews i've read its still the same. Great message! Terrible company. It took 6+ months for my order to get here (to Canada). And it was sent only after multiple threats to report them for being a scam. MULTIPLE. My father is an officer (which who probably wouldn't do much about an online case since he's in a completely different unit) but it wasn't until i mentioned that, that i finally received my order. Which contained all wrong sizes. The actual quality of the clothing is pretty decent, the lettering on the hoodies started cracking after only a couple months though. Like I said, it's a great message, but whoever is running the merchandise part of these needs to be replaced. It's just awful.
costs £3.99 a month and you get banned for 99 hours every week with no explanation! I've emailed the company via their contact page with no response I've been waiting over a week now and sent more emails. My daughter is sat with me when she plays and I know she's playing responsibly so I can't understand why she's being banned.

I have purchased a number of dresses and shoes from Sammy Dress and I am very pleased with the quality of the items. The prices are great and shipping was wasn't too bad. I had to deal with their customer service for one item and they were prompt in responding to my messages and they did their best to accommodate me. I have made three separate purchases and will definitely buy from them again.

I am not usually very big on buying clothes online because the experiences I have had are mostly negative. However, SheInside has caused me to rethink my perception of buying online. I recently purchased some clothes for myself and my husband - and I was satisfied with the order!!! Firstly, the clothes were great prices. Secondly, the clothes I ordered were as I saw them online and ordering was very easy. Also, the shipping time was good. My husband is already asking when I will place the next order! On 5/6/2014, my wife ordered a RCI-22, 22 Foot Fully Loaded Pontoon boat, as a gift for my 20 year retirement from the United States Marine Corps. It was a great deal! She was very excited! With a delivery date of 8 weeks, we would be able to take the boat and family out on a couple of trips before the cold started rolling in. However, 7/21/2014 we found out through our sales rep that the design we wanted would not be available for another 8 weeks or so and offered us a "Newer" model. We expressed our concerns about the newer pontoon being a RCI-21, (turns out to be a 21 Foot Boat), not fully loaded and were assured via email that it was the "Same boat just with a different configuration. The included features are: Bimini Top, Navigation Lights, Captain Chair with Flip-Up Arm Rests. Optional features include: Power Stereo w/ Speakers for 499.99. Your total refund for the difference of the boat will be $1963.00." My wife chose the Stereo so expected refund would be $1463.01 (still have not received this) (and no, there is no record with our bank "NFCU" that shows any deposit attempt). Now the date is 10/20/2014, after hearing NOTHING from the company, we wrote another email expressing our anger at not only the lack of communication (regardless of what they wish you to think), but also the infinite extensions that were obviously taking place. We filed with the BBB and FTC and advised the company that we wanted our money returned and did not care to receive the boat that we had been waiting on since May 2014. By the way do not bother with the BBB ... the company never returned any attempts at communication by the BBB which translates to a lower rating submission and nothing that really helps you as the customer. Then comes the email response stating that, "Unfortunately, as a wholesale company we do not allow returns or cancellations." and "Once a deal has been brokered it is final." hmmm... **Please be careful if you still choose to shop at this site and read everything before agreeing to anything!** Now lets roll to a call made Jan 2015 with a gentlemen at sales that states, "If we (my wife and I) were not so wishy, washy about the sale, we would have the boat already." (you know who you are) .... interesting ... I was under the impression that "Once a deal has been brokered it is final." Not only that, so how many changes have to be made and exactly how long is TOO long to be waiting for a $16,000.00 product before a customer is "allowed" to get frustrated TO THE POINT of not even having the taste for the product that he/she was so excited about half a year earlier? Fast forward now to 1/19/2015 and we receive the boat. It did NOT include: 1. Battery 2. Gauges 3. Jack for trailer 4. the extra foot of boat that we were informed we were getting. It did have: 1. Stereo 2. Detached outboard motor And we have still received $0.00 of that refund. Again, we have no control over where you wish to shop. All we can do is share our experiences (good or bad). Unfortunately, nothing but bad here. Good thing we have folks out there that fight over seas to ensure the freedom of treating others like dirt is always a choice. Your move Customer Service! Hi I was about to try the $1 free trial but then I read all these negative reviews about your company complaining they were charged even after they canceled before the trial period ended, no response to calls or emails, unable to reach anyone on the phone, etc. So now I am fearful of joining even the $1 trial.
