So, I had my first Instacart experience here in Atlanta recently and I'm a bit ticked off. Now, I know that they have got to make money off more than the delivery fee, so I expect that there is a margin built into the prices I see online. But when I agree to pay $6.99 for a pound of ground beef, and the beef comes marked with a "special price" of $4.99, I send Customer Service a note asking if they are really pocketing the difference, or are going to credit me. Their rep comes back and says that they can't offer credits for sale prices, so they just made at least a 40% markup on that item. At the end of the day, I know I'm paying for convenience. But that seems a little rich. How many items, without a price marked on them, did I also just get jacked on? Also, I'm guessing that Instacart pockets the loyalty rewards and discounts from my local Kroger, and that they are somehow getting some of the back-end from the store as well. Will I use them again? Sparingly, and only in a pinch. Can I wait for Amazon to enter my market? Nope - the sooner the better.

We went with fair geeks as they had the cheapest flight from Calgary CA to Japan. Unfortunately I had misread the return flight boarding time and missed the flight back. This is where I had the worst service experience. I called the call centre to explain the situation. At first the call was going fine. Of course I was panicking but the rep seemed helpful at first, going over the situation and looking at options. We were in Nagoya needing to catch the connecting flight in Tokyo. Here's the thing, if we took the bullet train we could get to Tokyo in ample time. However, there are new regulations where if you miss the first flight of your itinerary there is a chance they won't let you on the rest. Kind of odd, but nonetheless that was fine, no problem. What the real issue was was the fact the rep then kept going in circles advising that the airline, aircanada wouldn't be able to do anything and they would advise to contact faregeeks. Then went about advising the ticket has to be cancelled and a new one bought. Then he went over options different flight plans blah blah blah...slowly the once seemingly helpful rep starting to annoy me. As I tried to confirm that this was the only option I have and that then I would contact aircanada just to be sure, he kept stalling saying, "wait, there may be another option". He then had the nerve to advise they have a flight from Tokyo (my original flight) and the price would be $2100. It was such a pointless, redundant conversation all while costing me $2.50/min in roaming charges. Anyway, called aircanada, they were quick and completely changed the whole flight (just so we don't take the risk of getting denied entry since we missed the first part of the itenerary), and $200 change fee which no problem since it was my fault for not confirming the flight time and away we went. So faregeeks did have the cheap flight and I'm not knocking that...just the terrible service received as I'm sure all of you who rated these guys 1 star have experienced. For that 1 frustrating episode I won't use these guys again even if they have a slightly lower price...just not worth it.
I ordered from this company, received my clothes. One particular item has completely stitched badly. I called and spoke with the owner of the company who assured me that if I shipped it back that they would send me a replacement. Mind you this was after multiple emails and phone calls and him apologizing and explaining that he was in the process of not having a receptionist. Thank goodness I used a certified sending option to notify me that they signed off on the package. However after multiple emails and multiple calls not only did they keep the dress and my money but they never sent me the replacement.
Complete scam.. i have paid for the training book about two months ago..i have left dozen messages n received three calls back with we r sorry its on its way n still no training book.. I'm frustrated n upset at how there r people who take advantage of others to make money. I will not stop calling n making it a priority in calling as many times as i can through out the day n night until i receive what i have paid for.. I too wish that I had read the reviews prior in wasting my money,time n energy .. karma is a beautiful thing.. how many people can u screw
Disappointing legal team who are incompetent and make a number of mistakes. Was not happy with Bahareh Amani Kholsari or her services. Very rude, not compassionate and extremely unprofessional. Stay clear of this firm. Fairly cheap in comparison to other law firms, but I guess you get what you pay for. At least she turned up to court I guess... But I think I could have done a better job without her.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!!! I ordered a $200 dress from this site. I chose the correct size, expecting there to be minor alterations needed if any at all. I tried he dress on when it finally arrived. Yes, it had the 32 band size (as ordered) but the bust area was large enough to fit a large C or small D cup woman!!! I am able to fit at least 2-3 fingers inbetween my skin and where the dress material comes out to in that area. It is common sense that the dress be made proportionately to the measurements given. I have been arguing with this company for months and they said a local tailor should be able to fix it. Well hey can't. In order to do that they'd have to take the dress apart, resize the areas, and put it back together. This would be just as expensive as the dress!!! This is carelessness on the seamstress' part and according to their policy is cause for refund. They will not cooperate and refund all or any of my money. I plan to return the dress to the shipping address with a complaint (again) and leave it at that. SCAMMERS!!!
I enjoy this site for many reasons but my main reason is that its beginner I knew absolutly nothing about stocks or trading and found this site not only very easy to use, but very easy to understand. It taught me alot about trading and it made the stock market alot less intimidating. I reccommend this site to both beginners and experienced traders alike.
I was directed to an airline website from kayak to purchase a flight package. I submitted my ticket purchase on the airline website and a phishing note came up from the bank that issued my card requesting security info on my credit card. It is made to look like you have to fill out the form to complete the transaction so I did (stupid me) and the total came up as the original price listed on kayak without the additional charges I incurred for my tickets so I knew I had been phished. Kayak opens a new tab when they send you to the airline site. I would close down the kayak tab at that point or better yet, not use kayak.
The same as someone else who rated this site. Hidden $60 dollar charge. They're located in Leipzig Germany so good luck in trying to resolve any problems. The airlines will not be any help because Flighst24 has your Reservation Number and anyone with that number could cancel your flight. If there are ANY good ratings for this site they must have been submitted by the owners and employees of the website!!!
Poor customer service. Not the place I am comfortable giving my personal information to. I want my pet Rx at the best price, possible, but I am afraid I will pay in other ways.
Ordered 15 balls for my team in Virginia, customized with the club logo and individual player numbers. They got it right, made them look great, delivered on time and as promised. Very happy with the service and communications - both over the phone and via email.
terrible experience. delivered damaged goods, no refund, no replacement, unresponsiveness from "customer service". total crap, do yourself a favor and dont risk ordering. i mean even if you have a great experience, your odds, based just on the reviews i have read here are 50/50 at best, why bother when there are so many other places to order from.
Do not order from these guys - worse shipping experience, 3 orders, well past the 30 day mark and no sign of the orders. since these items are seasonal (halloween) - and I ordered in mid-sept. one would assume that they understand the urgency behind WHY to ship in a timely fashion. They will offer you a (semi-useless) $10 credit when you complain...blah - i'm done with them
SCAMS! I was sent to the site with the appealing "buy 2 pairs for $40" They trick you into some bs membership to get the deal. Well i just went to make a purchase and called to cancel the bs subscription (so my cc wouldnt be charged $40 a month for no reason.) I got the run around~ had many speels prepared to try to make me change my mind, and then GET THIS!!!! She said ok, since you are no longer interested in this VIP membership you are no longer eligible for the discounted purchase you just made! Even though the website claims you can cancel anytime. so yah, dont bother with this $#*!ty company.
Very poor service. Was told my item was out of stock after I had already made my purchase. 24 hour response is not true.. It took days for someone to get back to me. I canceled my order.
I have been a customer for 2 years now. I was in the office on 12127 East Kellogg on Tuesday October 21st. I meet and talk with Kayla for a while I even open another storage while talking with her. I also wish I could rate with negative stars. I reported this company to the BBB and Paypal as a fraudulent company and they are flagged by PNC Bank. They remove money immediately from your account and never send the product. The website phone number is not active, the live chat leads to a blank page, and the email address is not valid. STAY FARRRR AWAY. Don't get scammed like I did.
I absolutely love their message BUT I ordered three shirts from them two years ago and months after I ordered them only one came and it was the wrong shirt and the wrong size. The other two still have not come. I tried calling and calling and usually no one would pick up and when I finally got someone on the line he promised me it would be shipped the following week. When it never was shipped, I called again and he said they were back ordered and that it would definitely be shipped the next week. Needless to say I wouldn't buy from this site until they get their act together.
The dress is beautiful and really great quality. The owner kept me updated on status and was quick to respond to emails. Very appreciated . I would recommend queenparty.co.uk to anyone.
This site is a scam. It is a shame that IGE recommend Epictoon.com for their virtual currency for WoW. I do not recommend this site to anyone. Except to our President Obama. They seem to do business the same way. STAY AWAY!!
I was really upset after ordering from the websites, and extremely skeptical of a not so recent purchase from rosegal.com after reading all of these reviews. I placed an order on September 16th, eagerly anticipating it's arrival. It showed up today, October 22nd. Now, solely because of that I will say that I will never order from this website again. HOWEVER, the material of the clothing and well as the sizing were not nearly as bad as what other reviewers have sad. The jacket and cardigan I ordered were appropriately sized as a Medium which could have been extremely small, and the quality of the clothing seems to be okay. I have not worn either of these pieces yet, so I guess I will know how they really hold together after washing. I will never place on order from rosegal.com ever again, after waiting 5 weeks for 2 items of clothing. But I will give it 2 stars for the clothing being pretty comparable to Forever 21.
Robbing Peter to pay paul. Most items on the site do not exist. They are selling items on sale that do not exist to make money to fulfill thousands of ordens that they are behind on. I know this because I was shipping and printing these. This site is a scam. Do not order from this site. He not only owes the customers what they paid for but many others that worked for him. And yes he is my brother.
I ordered a halloween costume from Party City's website for the first time on Monday night. I unfortunately missed their 5PM Central time deadline--if I ordered before 5 PM, they would have shipped the order out immediately that day. Anyway, it didn't matter because when I checked my email at 6:12 AM the next morning, they notified me that my order had shipped! To make the experience even better, I just checked the shipping status (7:03 PM on Wednesday) and discovered that my package was originally scheduled to arrive by the end of the day Saturday but now it's scheduled for early arrival on Friday!! The costume is reasonably priced, as far as costumes these days go. I checked the reviews for the costume on Party City's website and most people gave positive feedback so I went ahead and ordered. I really like that the costume includes the full outfit and an accessory. I avoided a lot of other Halloween sites because they sold outfits separately--you have to pay maybe 15 bucks for the top, another 20 for the bottom, 6 bucks for a neckpiece, another 4 for a headpiece, etc etc etc. - My costume from Party City includes the top, bottom, and a small scarf all for $29.99. With tax and shipping included, the order came out to 41 bucks. Way better than all of the other sites I've browsed through. I will update my review when my package arrives.
