Received this youth sweatshirt today with a white crusty residue on both sleeves. Disgusting. I called customer service, no other sweatshirts available. A 10% discounted ($3.00) was given for receiving a disgusting dirty shirt which I hate to imagine what this crusty residue was. Not pleased AT ALL!
I was completely satisfied with the spyder 8 pc set for 1 month until the bulb quit working on the low beam driver side. I talked to customer service and was told that the bulbs were not covered under the 90 day warranty. How ridiculous is that. So they're saying that if the lights ship to you not working, then too bad. They said they would send me 2 bulbs for $39 plus shipping.I went local and bought 2 name brand bulbs for $19. I will not do business with this company again, or recommend them.
I have been purchasing jewelry and other items from AliExpress, for about 3 months now, so far my experience has been positive, the items that were not shipped were refunded . I have found good people to buy from and others I would not buy from again, as in in other companies. I buy 1 of a kind in small amounts to get the feel of what the seller and their merchandise is . I can say I have been at least 98% happy with what I have received. Patience in waiting for orders for a month or so has become something I live with.
I would give this site less than 1 star if I could. Pain in the butt just trying to set up an account. When trying to set it up on the TV, the site cuts out and you have to try and start all over again. I should have realized something was wrong the minute I went onto the website and safari warned me about the site. I'm just thankful that I never got the chance to get far enough to enter credit card information. Just avoid the hassle and wait for the movie to come out on pay-per-view.

Never told that the shipping was so high, and was just flat rate. Paid. It has been 4 weeks and still have not gotten my goods. They don't respond to emails. Bad mistake to order from them..I am not sure they deserve any stars at this point...
I could not get my order to go through, I called and the guy said it was because I some how had two accounts so he merged them, still did not work, I got customer service on the computer she said I did not have a password, which I explained I did, so she reset it and said it would work fine now, still did not work, I contacted them again, and again they did something and said it would work. Well this time I contacted them and told them to close my account after 5 hours and contacting them 5 times and no one would stay with me to make sure my order would go through I went to QVC and guess what my order went through without a problem!! So good bye to HSN and hello to QVC!!!

Regardless of the Seal and Promise of Authenticity, these are in FACT professionally made FAKES! Period. They have been busted many times before, but somehow are able to legally survive. I had bought two Prada handbags and until I borught them in for service, I thought they will real. (though I did have some real doubts) 100% confirmation from the Prada people who repair their own product, it is 100% fake.
Worst customer service. The email said they would get back to me in 48 hours. I got an email back 2 weeks later saying they couldn't help. I bought 5 felt hats to which they were all stacked up like cups and sent in 2 boxes. Sheplers doesn't know how to treat felt hats? Is this business owned by city folk? You don't stack hats. And how do I wrap them all for christmas. I wanted to send one back but had no box to do it in. I threw it in a box and mailed it just like they did to me. My wife had the a similar experience. she ordered pants and they sent her mens wranglers for a giant. She called and they fixed the problem by deleting her order.
Shipito sent me wrong tacking number so package was returned to sender by FedEx after exceeding claim period. They apologized but charged me again for shipping to same shipping address for the second time. Second time there was missing information and package was returned again. It doesn't stop there. Ordered a frame and provided Shipito warehouse as shipping address. According to merchant the package was delivered to warehouse by store's truck driver but nobody at Shipito knows where the frame is.

Just tried to place an order for dinner from a local restaurant who used Grub Hub. Received an order confirmation and payment confirmation, then promptly received an email that the order couldn't be placed with instructions to call Grub Hub Customer Service. They could not clearly explain what happened and then hung up on me without resolving my problem. Watch out for this untrustworthy business

Well I thought I discovered the biggest dating scam until I read the prior reviews which I totally agree with. One thing I can add are the pics these scammers are using in my experiance. The following four I constantly get likes from. Janessa Brizel, Corin Riggs, Karen Dreams and Josie Ann Miller. Almost all have their own porn sites. So if you get a LIKE from a beautiful sexy girl google these women before getting aroused and scamed very slowly. They get to know you over time and then need money for some sad reason. Whats amazing some guy was so heart broken by Josie he created a video of her on utube. I guess I did't know it was this wide spread until I saw all 4 on topface, asiadate, international cupid, russian cupid. And you I do have a lot of time on my hands coz I've been in the hospital due to a bad injury but at least not a broken heart!
This site is a gift to true fashionistas in every sense. Starting with a "killer" combination of choice selections from the top world designers and even better prices, and ending with a knowledgable and caring customer service that is always on top of every logistical detail. I have been a customer of theirs for many years - my one and only one-stop shop for every fashion and season because they simply blow out of the water all other competition.
This web site is a rip off. Cheap Chinese goods sold at a premium. But poor quality for the price is something I see a lot of businesses offer, far worse is the way they treat feedback about their products. When you post a review, the site is sure to inform you that your reviews are now owned by them once you submit. When I posted a bad review for a crappy product, I was sent an email asking me to send a picture to verify my problem and the email included the follow very disturbing statement: "It is up to our discretion to determine which reviews accurately describe the items ordered by our customers." WOW! This is exceptionally poor for any retailer or manufacturer. The item I purchased had 50+ reviews and nothing below 4 stars - now I know why! In my experience, even excellent goods at great prices will result in a few displeased customers.
Waste of time and money. As a guy u HAVE to be a paying member to have any success at all. Initially an ashleybot will mess with u - there are tons. Usually the too good to be true are a clue to the fakes. Plenty of young gold diggers looking g for sugar daddies. Plenty of crazies and i appealing women. Some good ones but usually have high standards- which wasnt a problem for me. Plenty of swingers on here too. Havent met one couple . as of yet. Last credit was used to read a lame msg from a lady with a fake pic. Since i was out of credits, i could not respond without paying for another round of bs. This is total scam my methods. Let's face it, the dbag lawyer who owns the site knows its crap and has to rip people off in order to keep his gravy boat flowing. Plenty of other sites that are more affordable and better results. MadAsh is at the bottom of the list and is relying on press and suckers and imo deceptive and unreasonable business tactics
I had a slight hick-up with a recent purchase of tickets through Uber Seat. It was totally unrelated to them but it gave them the opportunity to showcase their amazing attention to the problem, rectify it, communicate back/forth with me via email updated me on the progress to getting it rectified and then closing the loop with 100% satisfaction guarantee. Their customer service was prompt and excellent. You can trust this site that if ever an issue with a seat ticket purchase, provide them with the details and documentation an they will compensate you 200% for your purchase if the problem is found to be with one of their seat brokers who ends up less than honest and legit! Love them so much!!
They royally screwed up my order last year and could not deliver it in time for Christmas. So they sent me a $75 "gift voucher" that says I can use it anytime, for multiple orders and it doesn't expire. No where does it say that I cannot use it for one of their sales or voucher campaigns so I'm annoyed. Just a warning that they bite off more than they can handle and if you're not in a hurry for their product, the product is fine, their service is not.
Bought a snowblower at Menards in Hermantown (Duluth) MN on Oct.30. Only had my car and the blower wouldnt fit in it. I live in Canada, a four hour drive away. I asked the young salesman if the store would hold it until I could return with a trailer to pick it up. He said store policy only allowed it to be held for 3 weeks and suggested I make special arrangements at their service desk, which I did. The woman at the service desk assured me that it would be no problem at all to hold it until I could get back down to Duluth on Nov. 26th. In fact she said they would take it off the floor and put it in the back. All I had to do was to present my receipt at door #11 on Nov.26th and they would load it onto my trailer. So, with those assurances secured, I paid for the snowblower. Fast forward to Nov. 26th. I rented a trailer in Canada and drove back to Duluth on Nov. 25. When the receipt was presented at door #11 on Nov. 26th, you guessed it. NO snowblower. They had sold it and everyone of that model all area stores. How the heck does this happen when inventory is so carefully monitored by computer? They sold my machine, fully knowing that it had already been sold to me. Even after I went to all that trouble to get extra assurances that it was okay to pick it up past their policy timeframe. It gets worse. I then asked to speak to the dept. manager, He told me that their policy was to hold prepaid merchandise for only 2 (that's TWO) weeks and that it didnt matter what his employee had told me. I then asked to speak to the store manager. He was completely unsypathetic to my plight, stating that it was store policy to hold such merchandise for only 1(you read that right, ONE) week. you must be kidding me. and of course, he didn't care at all that his employee/store representative and I had made an exemptive agreement. The same girl who had given me the guarantee that I wouldnt have any trouble getting my blower on Nov. 26 was present during my conversations with both managers. She readily admitted that she had told me it would be okay to do the pick up on the 26th. She also stated that she clearly remembered our conversation. but the store manager refused to stand behind his employee. Poor woman looked so embarassed, especially when the manager said he would "deal" with her later. I sure as heck wouldnt have rented that trailer and driven all the way down there if I hadn;t been guaranteed that the blower that was rightfully mine would be there. He tried to sell me a bigger blower with no offer of a discount or anythng for my trouble. He clearly was not interested in satisfying this customer. In fact. every offer he made would have cost me more money but his store wouldn't be out one cent. What the heck kind of compromise is that? I am putting this out there to warn people about the unscrupulous and confusing "policies"at the Menards store in Hermantown MN. The worst thing about the whole encounter was the blatant lack of caring shown by the store manager. He wasn't the least bit concerned about my problem, he refused to take any responsibility for the mistake. He hid behind "store policy" and tried to tell me that there was "nothing he could do" Store policy has no flexibility, his hands were tied. What a crock of .... Any manager worth his salt would have bent over backwards to keep the customer happy. Especially one who had spent thousands and thousand of dollars at his store over the past few years. Not this schmuck. my advise? Shop elsewhere. There are plenty of good retailers who really WANT your business.
I can't stand companies that trick you in with a promo for new clients only. Once you're in, you are garbage, and any other promo is for the "newer" people. Take care of your clients, and they'll come back. It must be tough for them to always try to find new customers ....
