Write your review to help others learn about this online businessI highly suggest not purchasing anything off of their website that has to be shipped to you. When my expensive ceramic item was sent across country, it was only packaged with newspaper and brown shipping paper and with no insurance for the package, as well. When I received my item SEVERELY damaged, Surf City Shopping refused to do anything about it, claimed there was no way that I could have received it in pieces (almost sounded like they were saying that I broke the item myself), and altogether started ignoring my requests. I only contacted them in a professional manner and stated that I expected something to be done because of the condition that my item was in when I opened it. Considering I purchased the item with a "Like New" description. Upon review by the USPS, it was assessed that the item was shipped improperly. I had to go through Paypal to get anything done about this, but the seller continued to fight giving me a refund or doing anything to make the situation right. When I returned the item to the store like Paypal required me to do, they refused my return and I have now wasted the shipping costs again because they are being spiteful. This situation has not been handled correctly by this business and I am only trying to keep this from happening to someone else. The individual that I dealt with throughout this process is highly unprofessional and has been rather rude ever since I got the package. NO apology was ever given about the item or the service I have received either. So unless you want to purchase something from a business that will end up getting to you damaged and having to deal with their terrible customer service, I would not recommend purchasing anything from them via internet.
BS Lingerie is a terrible company. I've placed 4 orders with them, and I've only received the product I ordered twice. The first time, I ordered a small (my receipt says so) and I received a large. I emailed customer service and never got a response. I was dumb enough to place another order in February of 2014 and now, 7 months later, I still haven't received my order. It still says "processing" on their website. I've emailed customer service multiple times with no response. I thought I was protected by paying through PayPal, but PayPal refused to help because it was past their 45-day limit. Receiving orders from BS Lingerie always took a long time, so I didn't start to worry until after a month. Sure enough, they took my money and never sent me the product I ordered. And they won't refund my money, even though I've emailed many times. The company is a total scam.
I finally found a wholesale site that delivers the quality they boast, and they deliver it when they say they will! The shipping - for everything - is free Australia wide (if you want it within 8 days - otherwise it is a little more expensive). For New Zealand, it is but five dollars to receive within 8 days. To ship elsewhere, I am not sure, but from what I have experienced so far they will live up to what they claim. I bought a Samsung wallet cover for my Samsung GS4 phone, which had just the right amount of padding, as they claimed. I also bought some lovely little Samsung ear phones, with quite a unique design. The cord could be longer, but I am not that fussy. No longer am I uncomfortable listening to Podcasts at night with my earphones in! Take a look at this site. They have a whole range of items. A lot of accessories, including IT accessories, fashion accessories, kitchen items, LED lighting, and more. They may not have the largest range ever, but what they do have is really good so far. It feels good to be able to give a good review for a change! After a lot of problems with online sites, I was happy to find an honest one!
I got my Visa Credit Card Statement today and luckily, I DO go over it VERY CAREFULLY and I found a charge for $12.97 from this place that I have never heard of, don't want to know about them, and I pinned them out as the THIEFS that they most certainly are!! I was and am INFURIATED about it because I and my husband BOTH are disabled and can barely make ends meet now, WITHOUT some $#*!S STEALING FROM US...Of course, I BLEW UP and called "Visa's number on the back of the card, and at first got ahold of this little smart assed $#*! who said, "well if it says that you did buy something then you did and you will have to pay for it"...YEAH RIGHT!! I told her where to get off and to get someone with some sense on the phone...Suprisingly, I got a very nice guy named Chris in the FRAUD UNIT and he took it off my statement,issued me a new card, put their names on some list that is NOT GOOD, and told me not to worry about it anymore. They will take it from here.....Personally, I hope their thieving asses are dragged into court, fined heavily, and then thrown in jail, but who knows what will happen to them? Personally, what I would REALLY like to do is get my hands around their damned necks and SQUEEZE until their eyeballs popped out and rolled away!!! Also, Be on the lookout for another SCAM called, "Savings makes money", who is another bunch of thieves just like this piece of crap company. They got my acct. for $205.00, which is the $87.00, and $19.95, PLUS about 5 overdraft charges that made that total! Some way to start your month off, huh? Well, I called them and raised mortal HELL with them, reported them to the local police and D.A. but the Bank we use was who helped me the most. They called them, and had it out with them too, and sent in forms they had me fill out, notarized them for free, and turned them over to their FRAUD UNIT, and guess what? I now have 3 voice mails on my phone, more or less admitting they are thieves and saying that they were returning it to the acct. they took it from and wont bother me anymore. And, my banker called me Friday and told me that my money is back in my account, THANK GOD!! The bank also returned 3 of the overdraft charges to me, so Im pretty happy. BUT, I don't want to see this happen to anyone else so go online to the "Rip Off Report', and "Scam Watch", and you will find out all about them!! Oh, and here is a BIG SUPRIZE....MOST of those dumbasses I talked to on the phone were "RAG HEADS or some other ones like them!!" I wish they would ALL get on their Camels and go HOME, including the one in the White House...actually, ESPECIALLY HIM!! ha ha TAKE CARE FOLKS.......
This website is a scam! I ordered a 'Mesh Face Shield and Hearing Protector' for the price of $19.99 USD for my flatmate. It goes without saying that, if I wanted to buy a high quality face shield, I would have gone up the road to get one. However, I could only afford this price. I received the Paypal receipt and everything seemed fine. I expected a wait, which was also fine. However, the next day I received this email: Thank you for your recent order. We are contacting you to provide a shipping quote via UPS Worldwide Expedite for $99.59. This was not only a shock, but struck me as entirely ludicrous. NO WHERE in the billing process was I lead to believe I would be required to spend this amount of money for shipping. When I queried Bailey's, they simply replied that they only post via UPS, and that there was no other option. It is safe to say that adding this information WHEN I MADE MY ORDER would have been the only ethical method by which to sell me this product. Of course, I cannot afford this extra amount of money. Like I said, if I buy something that is worth $20, I think it goes without saying that I cannot afford almost $100 worth of shipping costs! Not able to send the shipping money, we never received the face mesh. This means we also lost the $20 we gave to this company. In my eyes, this is scandalous. If my flatmate has an accident with a chainsaw and hurts his face, I will consider Bailey's responsible. If someone could have made this right, I would have been forgiving. But they didn't. Thus my report on this site. http://www.baileysonline.com/ appears to be a scam. If you don't want to be charged a ridiculous amount for shipping, go elsewhere! Thanks guys.

Ordered Clothes(kids). I did not had any time constraint but delivered quickly. But I do ordered a Birthday Cake along with that which should be delivered on 23rd september. I placed the order one week ahead and it is delivered on time. Pros: Given proper tracking information for clothes Cons: 1. No phone availability 2. No updates when they are going to deliver. In my case cake 3. No replies to messages that are sent through their website 4. Once order placed, there is no way to communicate with them. Which is really bad. They should work on that and should have proper rapo with the customers. 5. Should stop false promises like same day delivery or over night delivery if they cant keep up their words.. 6. Should not charge extra money or should return if needed. 7. Should deliver good quality of products for the price quoted. 8.Should not charge extra money and create issues to deliver the things once order has placed. 9.If they are reading these reviews then they should understand and follow some basic rules in-order to improve their sales. It will benefit both.
very desappointed at my decision of joinning this stupid site..... lost the money .... and got contacted by fake profiles which some of them tried to guide me into another datting site and the others just made me waste my credits and no sex at all ..... that's right ...NO SEX AT ALL .....certanly the owner of the site is laughing his ass out cause he's earning every single penny of us men who use our $#*! heads to think .... very desapointing ....

Ordered many times from this site. Always fall in love with the clothes and shoes. Both the clothes and shoes are 95% of the time perfect sizing. I would like cheaper shipping options for fewer items. But for now il continue to order with friends n family to split the costs
I have sent numerous messages and emails to ericdress trying to get instructions on how to return my entire order of items that do not fit (and took much longer to receive than listed on their website), but they are extremely slow replying to emails and instead of giving me instructions on how to return it, they keep trying to convince me to keep the items and order more stuff!!!! Do not order anything from ericdress! They are horrible to work with, most likely a fraudulent company and we will be pursuing action against them!
Got my order by fedex to Ireland in less than a week :) ordered 2 different dresses. Both a 14.one was to small and see through. Other was nothing like the picture, it's the orange dress in sale section. Mailed about orange dress.they just wrote back saying colour depends on my screen etc. It's a different dress totally with a random 2 inch stitch on the bust.do not order! Got a high waisted bikini which is perfect:) n some wall stickers . makeup brushes were good to but smell abit? So im giving it an average rating.maybe I was unlucky with the dresses

I have ordered server all things from Zulily over the past 2 years. Their customer service is terrible. They have a no refund policy, shipments take a long time, and their shipping costs are way too high. After getting emails for 2 years straight, I am un subscribing. Customer service is what makes or breaks a company and they are failing in my book.
Excellent service. Product which I've bought (cell phone and accessories ) arrived in time. Which is even more important, description and features on the seller website were very precise and accurate. Cell has got everything what's been promised.
I used them on a transaction and got royally screwed. After shipping the merchandise to the buyer signature signed, the buyer decide to return the merchandise a week later claiming damage. On the return, the buyer didn't send the merchandise back signature required (as was required IN WRITING at the time). As a result, this $1000 merchandise was delivered and left out on a porch in the rain! But hey, never mind if a buyer doesn't comply with the agreed terms of the transaction, To add insult to injury, I also never even received a check for a refund on my shipping from Escrow (which was also written as required). Not that it mattered on this loss. Stay far away from this crooked company. They backpedal when confronted with policy violations and like others have said, it takes forever to get nothing resolved.. They are mainly interested in their fee which is almost always paid for by the buyer - who you think they are going to side with? I have had hundreds of transactions online and this was the worst experience ever. NEVER sell any item through them or you're asking for trouble.
