WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! These people are outright thieves and must have been formed by a con artist!! I ordered 2 replacement heads for my dust mop. The specifications are exactly the dimensions that I need and the picture is exactly what I have. I received a completely different product, but with the same item number as what I ordered! When I requested a return label, I received an email 2 days later that said, "Sorry, but since your stuff was on clearance, it's non-refundable". WHAT???!!! When I called customer service (Heather O'Donell) I was told that the picture had a disclaimer directly underneath it (it was in microscopic writing and all it said was that the COLOR may not be the same!!) DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE THIEVES!! Luckily I bought the products on AMEX who assured me a full refund (now THAT'S customer service!) and I will make sure Te BBB and other websites are warned about this FRAUDULENT business!!
Awful Service Do not use this supplier. Do not be tempted by the good prices the service is terrible. They promise delivery within 3 days. Advised desptach on a friday, but did not despatch until the Monday. Took 3 days to process the order, then sent it on slow courier from Belgium. I don't have a problem ordering goods from another country so long as the service is what is promised. There is no way they can keep the delivery promises. Customer service does not exist in any form. Customer care does not exist in any form. Their attitude is we have your money, you might get your goods at some point.
Do not order anything from Rosegal ever in your entire life. My best friend ordered the dress of her dreams for a very special and splendid occasion. She got the order a month later, only to be filled with disappointment and anger. Her dresses looked as thin as can be and were the poorest of quality. Please I beg of you to never ever ever ever order from them. I'll have to comfort my best friend for weeks due to her severe disappointment and sadness! We are gonna sue them for everything they have including their left pinky toes.
Complete scam. Do not use uspassportonline.com. They make you do the same work as you would though the Department Of State and if you cancel will change you a $45+ fee for "reserving a slot".
This website is a total scam, I ordered something but never got a product. They don't reply to your messages and the status stays on 'Awaiting Shipment'. Please don't order on this website!!! I wish I had read the reviews earlier, but I found this website through Yahoo questions/replies... I thought it was legit.
I ordered a gift card for a coworker. I have received a myriad of emails stating that my credit card is blocked and to contact the bank. I contacted the bank, and there isn't a block on my credit card. I have attempted to resolve this issue, for many days. I asked them to call me and I will give them the credit card number, for payment. They do not take payments, over the phone, I was told. I located a number, online, and left a message asking them to call me. So far, they have not done that. My coworker may not receive their gift card, because payment has not happened.
This company is pathetic when it comes to customer service. I ordered two items over a month ago. I get no response when emailing support and when I call, no one picks up and they tell me to email them. I will never order from this company again and I hope they go out of business. Apparently this is a common practice for them. I now have to go with another plan last minute. Thanks for nothing raveready.
what a terrible site I bought fifa coins, they took the money off me, then a couple minutes later sent me an email saying the order has to be verified by photo id, I am not sending my details to complete strangers, why didn't they inform me about this before the money successfully went out my paypal account this site is an utter scam do not use it, I will fight it and get my money back.
Ordered an instrument cluster on January 20th. Was told by the rep who took my order that It would have to come from an outside vendor and it would be shipped within 10 days. After hearing nothing from them, I started sending e-mails. Kevin R., I am still waiting for an answer to any of the ones I sent. Now I find out that I understood wrong, even though the email sent on the day they sucked the money off of my credit card for the part and the core charge said it would be shipped on the 27th. Now the estimated ship date is March 5th. You call customer service and an hour before closing hours, they tell you that they are closed for the day. You have to call as if you are wanting to order a part to get any help. I did get a little help form a customer service supervisor, but also found out that anyone higher than them have no interest in talking to the customers.

My experience with houseofbeautyworld.com is simply unacceptable. You have no right to be in business. I placed an order with House of Beauty World on 12/29/14. My credit card was charged on 12/30/14. I never received my order!! I sent an email on 1/16/15 regarding my order. No response! I called on 1/20/15 and was told my order shipped on 1/15/15, and I should receive it any day. Still no order!! I called again on 1/29/15 and was told by Devon that my order was never shipped, nor where they going to ship it. WHAT?? She asked if I wanted to split the shipping charges of $10.00, they would send it out right away. This company is terrible! Who does business like this?! Terrible, terrible company and customer service. They had no intention of shipping out my order, no phone call, no credit to my charge card, nothing. It is my duty to warn anyone and everyone to NOT shop with your company.

SeatGeek's broker, Ultimate Event Tickets, cancelled our Super Bowl ticket purchase. We are promised a refund, but it has ruined a dream vacation. We also have thousands of dollars in non-refundable costs since it is Super Bowl weekend. It sounds like Stub Hub only sells Super Bowl tickets that are in hand. I would never use a broker site like SeatGeek that doesn't have tickets in hand. Just go with Stub Hub for the important events. Can I give ZERO starts to SeatGeek?
I will NEVER order again! I ordered 3 tops on November 24, 2014. Still haven't gotten them. I have emailed many many times and get the same response. Please wait…I have waited long enough. I am so irritated and now they won't return my messages. What a scam! I will NEVER order from them again. I know it's from another country but really??? It takes 2 months. What a crock! I want you to know that the wedding dress that I received was horrendous. When received - the buttons were falling off. They were so loosely sewed that you could not button. The buttons pulled right off. The neck to waist – which was not a measurement asked for - was so long that it gapped and could not be closed properly. The length of the dress was requested so you should have approximated better. The lace back was made so far around to the sides of the dress that you could see breasts on both sides. Pink thread was wound in the material and around at varied sites on the dress. The hems were unfinished and fraying. It did not look like the picture at all. I have to say that I thought it would be alright to order from your company based on the reviews however, I guessed wrong. That left me with no dress for the wedding... So with that being said, I will not be recommending your company ever. That was $250 that was a waste. Do not be fooled by the website. STAY AWAY...FAR.. FAR AWAY
I used to love ThinkGeek. I've used them for years without issue, but this holiday season they totally screwed up. I ordered three things as Christmas gifts from them. Two arrived fine and the third had the wrong item. I had ordered a board game but received a ladies tee. I tried calling their "24/7" customer service, but after 45 minutes of holding (listening to the same song with no updates on time to a representative) I hung up and decided to email them. I got an email reply saying appx 24-48 hours to reply to emails, but 5 days later, I heard nothing. I sent another email explaining this issue and lack of response, and still nothing. Since I was travelling, I didn't have a computer that I could wait "45" minutes on for online support. At work yesterday, I started the live chat after lunch. After 3 hours, yes three hours, I had gone from 114 to 38 in the queue. What?! I'm trying again this morning for the live online chat, and so far, after and hour, I've gone from 68 to 45. FOUR hours later finally get to chat with someone and given no compensation or explanation for the crappy/nonexistent service. Got money refunded. I will never purchase from thinkgeek again. Non-existent customer service.
Really bad software, let me start: 1.) They have a very complicated pricing. You can see different coupon codes all around the web, but it is very easy to get a code for the wrong plan. So instead of quizzes you buy polls, or surveys or whatever. 2.) You CANNOT EXPORT your data. That's right. There is a feature to import your surveys / quizzes from excel to proprofs. But exporting is not implemented. So they want to make sure you are stuck with their $#*!ty software forever. 3.) If you happen to be a free user (because you bought the wrong paying plan because they are like 5 different plans for all their different products and you didnt buy the right plan) than all your users see A LOT OF ADS. I mean like 3 to 5 big ads on a single screen. And usually ADS FROM YOUR COMPETITORS. So the users / customers of your product are targeted by your competitors on a survey / poll / quiz you created. 4.) Probably I am very stupid (I am just a Software Developer) but I had a lot of problems navigating the software. I nevery knew how to get to my quizzes, to my settings, to my account, etc. In the end I saved 5 different links and navigated by the links I saved myself. 5.) I had a lot of formatting problems in designing my survey. Apparently you can customize the frontend of your survey. It is kinda a you-see-is-what-you-get editor. But in my case there were apparently some formatting saved from one of my previous versions, which i could not remove. So every text on the landing page on my quiz was in bold. Please do me and human kind a big favor and don't use Proprofs....
The worst experience we have ever had. We booked though them because they were the only ones that gave us the option to pick up the car from the city centre ended up paying 70 euros to get to the airport and 60 euros at international calls to get a car 6 hours later. Ruined our plans. Sent an e-mail of complain asking for a compensation regarding the costs of taxi and calls for something that was totally their mistake(the office at the centre was closed on Sundays did not know it and kept insisting it was open!). Never got any reply re-sent the e-mail and never heard from them. Did not even apologise.

This site thinks they are f*cking genious. But nah. After i lost my 27 dolars to a Guild Wars 2 Gem key, i went in my card and stopped online shopping option, then i changed my paypal password. And lastly I have CONTACTED PAYPAL for refund, not them. The result? I got my money back in two days but i recommend to other people who was scammed to submit their complaint to PAYPAL not to freaking $#*!OGA
Awful awful awful company. Returned some dresses in Novemeber and am still awaiting a refund in February. I am now at the point of having to contact small claims courts. Unless you are guaranteed not to need to return things then do not use them.
I was very impressed and pleased with my experiences with Ultius. They were professional and had content experts to address my needs. Anytime I called or emailed (including weekends) I always received a timely response and or spoke to a live person to resolve any issue I felt was needed. I recommend highly this site for professional writing assistance such as a dissertation or other scholarly work.
I really like this store for a quick fix and things that are disposible. As a matter of fact things that I will use a long time. They have bright colors a variety of items to choose from. Things from party items to dishes and kitchen. But also detergents, just all the things that you need but don't want to pay a lot for.
