I have ordered from this company quite a few times, always getting what I ordered and in a timely matter. The last order I placed with them was in Oct. there was a problem getting my stuff. I sent an email and the order arrived a week or so later. The package had gone threw Customs more than any other packages before and the company is no longer taking orders. I just received the same items today and these had been thoroughly inspected by Homeland Security. Not sure what CellPhoneShop go caught up in doing, but I won't be ordering from them anymore, (If they ever get back in business)
I'm never buying from this store again!! Don't waste your money!!! I spoke with a person on the customer service chat and this person was very rude. Instead of checking on my order and tracking she told me to try back later because that person was going on break!! I mean really???!!! Why in the world are you checking messages then?? It's very fishy! Obviously customers aren't important! I had to contact them the next day to see if by any chance they could finally check on my order!! they were able to trace it but I will never trust or shop at this awful company again! there are WAY better sites out there to shop on and this one was NOT one of them!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

This was my first time ordering form gojane.com, and it was excellent. The prices were cheap, and you pay for what you get. That being said, I didn't order clothing as so much as I ordered accessories! And I got everything I wanted; it was perfect and all was intact! The shipping was so fast! I ordered on Friday morning, and it was waiting in my office on Monday morning when I got in!!

Don't buy from this site!!! This company is very slow with returning my emails. I purchased 3 iphone covers and they sent me an email saying they are "OUT OF STOCK" AFTER I made the purchase! I purchased 2 Phone Cases(Order#E1411152208446226 on 11/15/14 and 1 phone case(Order# E1411161926551076) on 11/16/14. They never told me when the items will be in stock but just to wait a few more days....when(Is the question)?!! I could be sitting waiting for a whole month! I ordered these phone cases for people and now they are wondering when will they get their phone cases!!! For a new user of this site, I'm very disappointed at their poor customer service! they must NOT think it's more important to accommodate their customers by staying on top and communicate like they should. If you have angry customers at your business, you need to evaluate what your doing wrong and correct it because it's BAD for business!! I will NEVER,NEVER,NEVER,NEVER buy from this company AGAIN! Please, if your reading this, I'm glad you checked the reviews before you WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY on THIS SCAM SITE!!! Don't waste your MONEY! There are plenty of Trustworthy sites out there that are better with their customers than this site! I reserved a room at the Omni Riverwalk in San Antonio, Tx. The picture on the Groupon showed the Riverwalk and said minutes to riverwalk. Not only am I not on the Riverwalk I am 20 mins. AWAY from the riverwalk. I will never buy another groupon again. Lies, lies, lies.
Poor and unacceptable service. I purchase from several online companies and have never had such problems. The customer service is a waste of time. I placed an order (as a gift to a family member) on early Wednesday. That afternoon I received an email stating Rakuten needed me to authorize the ship to address and wanted me to "add" the address to the bank, then reply to Rakuten with the confirmation of doing that along with a contact number for the bank. I did. Late Thursday they emailed to say they still were unable to get confirmation from the bank. The bank said they had received no follow up call from Rakuten. I then emailed Rakuten again and requested they address the situation properly, again reciting the information they needed. On Friday late they sent me another email indicating they still needed information and confirmation from the bank. A that point I referred to all our previous correspondence and one phone call, requesting they resolve their issue and ship the item by Monday or else cancel the order. Not surprisingly, they called me Monday late morning to advise they still needed their authorization department to take the steps necessary and could not guarantee when the item would be shipped. I cancelled and placed the same order with Amazon. What a waste of time. Mind you, I place online orders at least 6 times a month, sending to various recipients, and never had such an issue. Thoroughly disgusted.

My review isn't about the company. Its about some of the customers. We state all of our policies inside the catalogs AND the website! Do not take out all your anger out on us reps all because you did not bother to look up our policies on returns, exchanges, etc. WE ARE JUST DOING OUR JOB! We do understand your frustration if you didn't know about the return fee, or that we don't credit shipping, etc.....but please stop yelling at us and bashing on us because we can't manipulate the system for you! I had a customer yell at me for not being able to use 2 coupons on one order. If you turn to the page that has more details for the coupon, it will state "CANNOT BE COMBINED WITH OTHER OFFERS". Not only that, a customer wanted me to send her the exchange right away WITHOUT charging her even though she hasn't sent us the original order. Uhmmm hello, anything that leaves the warehouse IS always charged! It's like going to walmart and demanding to exchange an item but not having the item with you and expecting them to give you the new item for free! We can only do so much. We are just doing our jobs. Please, for future references, research the company's policy before you order from them. It would save not just you, but also an associate from having a bad day.
Do not order from this company. After you PAY and order, they send a list saying this garment is coming, this one will come soon. Then a notice, sorry sold out, would you like another garment? I eventually was refunded for the sold out garment. Then the four other garments arrived 3 weeks later. 3 of the 4 were to small. Their measure chart id incorrect. I wanted to return the garments but they suggested I keep them, re order & pay 50% for the next size. I did, I'm now waiting for the refund. Its a shame, the to small garments quality was OK......but its just not worth the hassle.
how do you e-mail them? I keep getting a captcha, key it in and it says it's not correct. I ordered 1 shirt got 2 and ordered one jacket didn't get it. . When I key in my order no. from their e-mail it says it's wrong?
I ordered a coat and paid with Pay Pal in September. It is November 24, 2014 and I still don't have it. Anyone else have this problem? I saw it on Face Book. Hoping to get my money back.
Recently I made a purchase from Spool 72. It ended up being a horrible experience as their customer service representative, Mark, was nothing but argumentative and put fault on me and they have deleted every review I have placed on their page because it is not a positive one. Good thing they can't delete something off of my own page. Very unprofessional. The following was my post to their page, "Not happy at all with this company. They sent me the wrong pair of boots. I contact them and they offer me either a refund of 50% or to prepay the postage fees to ship the boots back and receive the right pair. I wait and wait for the packaging label and it hasn't come. I email them again and they sent it to a completely different email address and say it has to be scanned by the next day. A SUNDAY. When the post office isn't open. I ask to just take the 50% refund instead because that is not possible, and they reply with the fact that they can not do that because they already shipped out the correct pair of boots and I had received them-lie, I have gotten no packages in the mail from Spool no. 72. So they extend the day on the package return to avoid processing fees, so I take it to the post office and they shorted the packaging label weight so I had to pay for it anyway! For the amount of trouble I'm going to to correct YOUR companies mistake and wasting time out of my day for it, I should be receiving both boots at no charge. I have already emailed customer service about everything and have received no offers to reimburse me or make up for your mistake." They have no phone number to contact, only email which is a hassle when it could be taken care of with one phone call. Not impressed whatsoever.

Ordered HP97 cartridges, they sent HP99. Unit would not accept it. They refused to accept returns on the open, (but unused) unit. Am thoroughly disgusted with their attitude and return policy Its obvious they are extremely hungry and desperate for any cash they can get their hands on. Since they obviously need the money a lot more then I do, I donated the entire $30 to their bankruptcy. Hopefully they will choke on it! Don't make the same mistake I did and waste your time and money buying from them. Pay bit more and deal with a reputable company!
Stay away from these scammers! All I needed was to install Microsoft Office Home and Student 2010 on my new computer, so I googled Microsoft's contact on the internet. I called the number that came with the search thinking it were Microsoft. They pretended like they were Microsoft technicians. Someone claiming to be a technician took over my computer and began to walk me through the process. I knew something was not right because he kept getting failure messages on whatever he was doing. Then he/she said to me that my 2007 operating system was infected, so I needed to permit him to fix it before the program could be installed. I told him this was unusual because I always had Microsoft techs installing the program without any problem, because the computer I have now is a new one, so I do not see how it would be infected. He said sometime it happens - that it could have been infected from the manufacturer. He wanted me to agree to paying $199 to fix the problem before installing my Microsoft office. Upon hearing this I told him that I had no money to give him and that I did not want him to do anything on my computer. I told him to get off my computer before he/she got it infected. I immediately shut the computer down and threw him out of my system. I then checked my email for previous survey from Microsoft. I got the real contact and got in touch with the real technician from Microsoft who installed the program speedily without asking for a penny. She never saw the infected 2007 operating system for which Fixnow scammers would not install the same program. I explained my ordeal to the Microsoft technician and she gave me the office direct number so I won't have to snuff internet again and meet the wrong people like Fixnow. After the Microsoft tech left, I called Fixnow and confronted one Kyle. He apologized for the technician's behavior but claimed that Fixnow is not a scammer's business. I could not be more differ with him, because if you employed bunch of scammers as a company, then there is no excuse that you as a company is involved in scam. I am glad I caught this very fast and was able to kick him out of my computer immediately. I told Kyle that I will report this impersonating company to Better Business Bureau. Microsoft is a well respected corporation and must not be used by fake people like Fixnowsupport to dub customers in need of Microsoft technicians' assistance. BEWARE, BEWARE!!!!
I have been with Globe Life Insurance since 1986. They have these young people in the office that do not know how to do their jobs. There are these new young managers that don't know their jobs. They have messed up my account after all these years. They had these young folks taking money from my insurance doing one thing and now they say it is not correct. They don't know what they are doing except taking people money and then asking for mrs money. Will someone please look into Globe Life Insurance.

This hospitality outsourcing business is becoming a cult for those inside the tent. The endless striving for Superhost status, the needy requests for other hosts to give feedback on their listing, the 1000s of agonizing posts regarding the virtue or necessity of leaving soap v tea bags, to iron sheets or not, to supply shampoo or not, the cogitating about whether soap scum or drain hair, fridge access or feng shui was the real cause of that last poor review... Not to mention the thousands of horror stories and near misses that appear on the site's Group Host Anecdotes. These wanna be Martha Stewarts have created their own well furnished and tastefully decorated prisons. Hosts are hostage to guest reviews, and are developing coded review strategies to alert each other but not provoke the dreaded negative review, or worse, apparently, no review. The supposed emphasis on security results in a "pant down bend over" protocol for hosts to "verify", but a loose protocol for guests who reportedly game the system. The site has inaccurate Google tags if you are searching for properties by location, a so called security device: but gives out real addresses to unverified guests whose emails are faked, whose phone numbers are no longer in service, who turn up with extra bodies, and who have trashed, burgled, and robbed hosts. And a hosting service who thinks it is appropriate to use videos of sleeping women, (no sleeping men mind you) to advertise their site is just out of touch. These videos look real, and show women waking from sleep, apparently unaware they are being filmed. Airbnb say they are actors, but either way, it looks creepy. The site is hard work, glitchy, under resourced, slow to respond to issues, and lacking support for hosts. Forums do the work of site administrators, and newbies are thrown to the wolves. Guests have the whip hand, and hosts are just collateral damage. You would do as well to do what they used to in the old days, put up a sign: room for rent, apply within.
Worst online shopping experience to date. The sweatshirt I ordered nov16 was lost once and the order was cancelled twice. I called the company twice and they assured me that they "re-sent" the package. The third time I called they said that they didnt have any in the size I ordered and that they would refund me in 2-10 days. I guess i should've read some of the reviews below before i "purchased" the sweatshirt. I have never written a review until today, thats how bad my experience was.
Hi My daughter is 13 years old and is a model and future actress and I went to a talent scout and it was a RIP OFF!-totally scam My daughter is African-American and no offense but the only kids she chose were whites and Latinos . The only black children she took were the ones with the wild curly hair. I will defiantly not go back to Adorable Talent scouts scam again! Now the only way my daughter feels like she will be picked is if she has curly hair[which she can have, naturally] . I just started working for a larger company doing its marketing and I have a great deal of experience in the field. I am savvy with all the leading web platforms and how to make updates on them. I had never even heard of Thomas Net before starting here, and let me tell you there's a reason why! First of all, they use an extremely outdated website creator that is nearly impossible to operate. Which I only found out after WEEKS of asking Thomas Net to give me the back-end log in. They have terrible customer service, pry on less-tech savvy companies that often fall victim to paying them thousands to make any changes for them. When the company could have just went with a private designer, paid them less, and had their unpaid intern doing their updating on wordpress for free. Whenever I try to apply and publish any changes, it either doesn't work or publishes them differently than how they appeared in the preview... It constantly throws its own alignment-off, and makes it virtually impossible for you to fix. Oh and don't bother calling them to ask for help, unless you want to pay $1500 in tech support!!! If I could give them -5 stars I would. Stay away!!
They probably can't respond to your emails because they LOST on appeal of a lawsuit filed by another online autoparts company in California (USAP aka U.S. Auto Parts Network Inc) against PartsGeek and their owners. They are up to their neck in legal fees that they thought would be paid by USAP when USAP lost the original case, but NOW that decision has been reversed and PartsGeek has a large legal bill to pay since they LOST. Buyer beware - buying through this site is not only painful and if you are on internet explorer, prepare for constant crashes when you access their order confirmations. Just filed a credit card dispute, plus dispute for non-delivery for merchandise delivered through USPS. Not worth the effort!!!!
