Ordered a bed frame and the package was delivered over a week later without the screws and legs. After calling and asking for superiors we were promised overnight shipping for missing parts and a call to let us know the items were shipped. Still haven't received the call and still haven't received the package. Will be buying from Amazon from now on.
Recieved an email from Otterbox 10/24 saying my case has shipped. Just called them today 10/31 (7 days later!) and am told it had not really shipped. I call that very poor sevice. Customer service rep was friendly and said will do 2-day shipping but may take a couple of days to "process" in the warehouse. Now my wifes new iphone6 is here and she has no case for a $700 phone and we are extremely frustrated. Have always liked their cases but would sugest ordering from Amazon (they take customer service seriously).
So the ad promised a base rate of 24/mo + 3 cents a mile, then when I entered my license details (I have an impeccable record) it switches to 36/mo + 5c a mile. So they thought they could rip people off too, just like other ins companies do so easily
Oh God, wish I would have read the reviews before I took the bait. I have ordered several items from Zully and am still waiting. I can understand their time frame of two weeks, but after two weeks and a search for my order, I see that it will be shipped in another three weeks. If you are planning to wear boots this winter, you probably will not receive them before winter is over. Forget Christmas goodies, Go to Amazon, or somewhere else and spend your money.This is not consumer friendly at all.
I've been a member for a long time and while I've always hated FB, I've always been happy with WT. At least no one reports you or causes problems cause you speak the truth or speak your mind!

I called when I was having trouble and they were so nice and walked me through it! Really like these guys!!!
People have to understand that there is always a risk in online shopping. You must protect yourself. Before you click "Pay," you have to make sure if you can trust a seller. I was very, very, very careful and had a great experience. I was looking for both front and rear seat covers for my car, and I found some very cute ones at Ali. Of course by this time I already read many negative reviews about the website so I was really careful. I picked a couple of stores and emailed all of them, and purchased from one of those who replied me immediately (She replied me in a minute after I emailed her!). Many times I made sure that I would receive the exact same product in the same color as shown in their photo in a right size. It took about 2 weeks for them to process my order but the product arrived only 5 days after they sent it to me (they used FedEx). It is exactly same as the photo. It's beautiful and I love it. Yes it IS true that there are many bad Chinese sellers, but if you become a smart buyer and choose a seller very very carefully, you will be fine. And if you are looking for great seat covers go to The best price best service! Only thing is that it would be better if the product description was in English and it came with a how-to manual book. But I'm just so satisfied so I don't care! Thank you very much. Photos are the actual covers I received. I haven't done putting all of them, but there is no missing part. It had some wrinkles but that's one thing they can do nothing since they have to put the product in a box, so I don't mind.
Just received a book from "Your Online Bookstore" Houston" via abebooks. They offered a rare title about italian Renaisscance. What I got is book about" Catechism of the Catholic Church" withinthe the bookcover Italian Renaissance. After complaining I was told that I have to send it back within 5 businessdays (I´am in Germany) Otherwise I will get back only 50% of the purchase of the book. Beware! This is fraud. You order a title, then they send you some junk like "Catechism of the Catholic Church". If you don´t send the book back, they give 50% back. A fine business. The reply : "I will issue your refund when I receive the book back as long as you ship it via USPS Media Mail and it is postmarked within the next 5 business days. Upon receipt, we will inspect and credit you through the website within 3 business days. You should receive an email confirmation once the transaction has processed. If you prefer to keep the book or if returning it is not an option for you I would be willing to offer you a 50% discount off the purchase price of the book. HI, I have read some of the reviews and am now going through EXACTLY the same frustrating, basically pointless process of trying to get my money refunded. I had placed 2 orders (for a 10 items at a total w shipping of about $125.00 US) on Sept 27th, my money (via debit card) was taken IMMEDIATELY, I was sent confirmation emails of the order and that my payment was accepted then I heard nothing…. 2+ weeks later I contacted RoseWholesale via their website to ask what had happened to my order. They replied that they looked into it and while some items were now out of stock others were being shipped via DHL from China. I was given a link to DHL and could follow the progress of my shipment. So.. long story short, after nearly 2 weeks I did receive 4 items via DHL. The sizing was definitely far too small even though I had ordered L and XL - these are size 6's at best (I am a US 12). I contacted them about returning those items and asking about the rest. NOW, 3 remaining items, out of 6, were out of stock and I was offered, at first, a 6% discount on a future order and to keep the too small items I had received. I responded that I didn't want a discount and simply wished to return the items for a refund so I needed an address to return them to. That was ignored and I was then asked by them if I could wait until the end of the week for the out of stock items to become in stock. I replied that I wished to cancel the remaining order and AGAIN return the items that I currently have. Next I was offered 70% off a future order but NOT given any return address. I, once again stated that I only wish to return what I have received, cancel everything else and get a FULL refund but they still will not give me an address to return items. Now I believe that they do not even have a facility to process returns. This daily emailing has now been going on for 2 weeks. The company's customer service department is obviously in China because I always have to wait at least 24 hours for any replies. (I have also now gone through 2 reps, "Hugo' who has disappeared - he is on leave I am told and now I have been dealing with 'Avery'). I have warned them that I will report my experience to their own website, social media and even my Attorney General's Office (I live in Massachusetts, USA and our AG office has special departments to deal with fraudulent businesses. I am now going to do that on Monday. I know that I will never get an address to return the 7 items of clothing that I have. I really doubt that I will ever get any of my money returned based on the obsfucation and stonewalling that I have received so far but I am not giving up without a HUGE FIGHT. Very sadly, I was conned into ordering with them again after I had ordered (and had delivered on time with zero hassles) and BEAUTIFUL vintage polished cotton dress back in June. The dress fits perfectly, is lovely and was an amazing value for the price. After this experience I will never order with them again.
When I first discovered Jane.com, I was pretty excited. The items looked great and the prices seemed right. Jane also makes a promise that if you don't love what you get, they will replace it or make it right. What they do not say is if you don't like what you get, you will not be refunded shipping costs and you must pay the return shipping. You are better off looking at the items on Jane and then, trying to find something similar on Amazon. By the time you factor in shipping costs, you aren't really saving any money at all. You can find most items, or a similar item, on Amazon for a better price and with free shipping and returns. As far as the items themselves, the quality is sub par and that is being kind. Customer service doesn't really help you. Sometimes vendors don't return your email when you have a problem so if you buy something, you had better hope you like it because getting anywhere with returns is an exercise in frustration. I would absolutely not recommend this site. Most of the items I bought were seriously disappointing and my experiences with customer service went nowhere.

i have used this site numerous times - you have to do your homework to see if the prices are good. Usually they are very good and shipping is fast! You also have to log in early, especially if you are of a common size. I really do think that shoes are factory seconds as I have had issues with them, and I may stop getting shoes from them. But overall I love them. Refunding was a breeze when I received a slightly defective chair, even though it was not refundable. Myhabit refunded the full price and had me keep the chair!
I placed an order from Canada and received an order confirmation. I was excited to get my order to wear to a party that was three weeks away. I chose express shipping to guarantee my order arrives on time. I never received a shipping confirmation, only an order confirmation. My money was refunded, no reason was given. I emailed them several times and received no response. I called them but could not wait it out on hold. I googled around and assumed that they yet again sold something they do not have in stock, and they did not inform the customer of this. I was extremely disappointed because this seemed like a legitimate business - and this behaviour is a scam.
Someone stole my credit card (Amex) and purchased $527 worth of merchandise on this site. I have e-mailed several times and Amex has reached out to them and no one has responded in 2 months.
My husband and I will never order from them ever again! My husband was trying to surprise me with a very nice cast iron bench from Hayneedle for our anniversary that was over $400. They shipped the parts to two different benches so we had to return the item. They were very nice and apologized about ruining my husband's anniversary gift. They guaranteed that when the FedEx crew picked up the package, we would recieve our credit. Fast forward 3 and 1/2 weeks later and multiple phone calls and we still have not received our credit for something they messed up AND they have the bench and have had it for 3 weeks and still have not refunded our money.
I have told them not to call me about ten times over the past two years. They still call me once a week, and sometimes three or four times in one day. The have "sister" companies that perpetuate the same fraudulent practices as 29prime. In other words, they keep scamming, but under different names. The only solution is to stay on the phone and waste their time (while you catch up on you web surfing). When they feel comfortable with you, ask them about 29prime.
Recieved Zozi credits as a refund, but they took the Atlanta market down so now I can't use the credits in my local city. Horrible customer service.
I bailed on my purchase at the last second. There were several red flag. The attitude of the people, the need to collect as much personal information from me as possible and the blatent mis representation of some of the items on their site. As it turns out, there have been complaints about them both at the state and federal level. Be carful!
I have bought 3 sets of headphones off these people came in 7 days and not a mark on them always rapped up well i would recomend they have good headphones for next to nothing in money
IT IS A SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT DOWNLOAD THEIR PROGRAM!!!!!!!!!!!!! I download it and had to call them as it was not working. They said that my computer had a fatal virus and I needed to buy a $300 program to fix my computer. They used hard sales techniques. I hanged up and called my computer repair service who said that I do not have a virus whatsoever. They fixed my password problem and everything is fine. PROSOFT3D IS A SCAM, DO NOT BUY INTO IT.
Purchased a template on a great sale. The site is easy to setup and easy enough to use once you get the hang of it. Had some issues with getting the cart option to work, it took almost two weeks due to the length of time it takes them to respond and because the guy answering kept saying the SAME EXACT thing every time. I finally figured it out myself. A few weeks late, having trouble with the site. Email in, takes a couple days to hear back. The guy who helped was actually helpful if slow. Fine. A few weeks after that, having the same trouble again. This time the guy who helps basically tells me it's my fault I'm doing something wrong he can't do anything blah blah blah (this takes 2 weeks to happen) then magically the site is fixed. Hmmm... Having trouble once again with client galleries. The bugs within the templates are ridiculous. And guess what? Just found out in my template clients can save from an iPad!!! Yikes! This template has to go when the term is up. Which sucks because I love the site, it's beautiful. But if it's not functional at least 95% of the time I'm spending time and money to get it where I need it to be.
I had a terrible experience with climber.com, I think it is important for people to know which agency is really helpful with career development, which is not. Here is what I have experienced with climber.com: 1. In February, I purchased the membership of climber.com. after that, I always received the email from CEO about the service of resume and cover letter (here and after I will demonstrate how they want you spent money); after I purchased the service of resume and cover letter, immediately I received a phone call ask my credit card information, and told me how much effort they will put in to make the resume look good; also, they told me 6 months of membership could be waived as a discount; the service is around 650$. The result is quite disappointing, they ask me to write a draft of my resume and fill in the forms; note here, you need to do the work all yourself; what they do is only put a frame on your resume and combine all the information you fill in the form! The language is ridiculous, I’m a research scientist with Ph.D., but the languages they use make me look like a person with high school education level. I have to delete it and edit myself again. I asked for the refund or half refund, but didn’t work. 2. As talked when I purchased the service, 6 months membership fee was supposed to be waived, but that’s not the case, every month my credit card will be billed 39.99$ until this August, when I found the fact, so I cancel the membership. 3. I called them several times, they just keep transferring my call, and finally I can reach a person who said they will mail me the check on 9/5, I told them my updated address, but haven’t received anything until now 10/5. I called them 5 times again, no one picked up the phone; I left three messages, no reply at all. This is an obvious contrast with their enthusiasm before I purchased the service (see point 1). The conclusion is DON’T use climber.com, not helpful at all and you will waste your money. I personally think they will close business soon because no one will refer to their friends with such poor service and reputation.
Order bulbs in July ...it's October and I have not received my order?!?! Keep getting the run around and will not refund my money! This company is worthless. Do not waste your money!!!
I inadvertently ordered the wrong colour but the delivery was caught in time and the order corrected very promptly without the slightest hint of criticism of my error. Delivery was exactly as promised.
