I just wanted to thank everyone for their reviews. This has afforded me the luxury of avoiding this company. The restocking fee is outrageous and the customer service rep responding to these reviews is lying when they say they are reconsidering this fee. Look how many of you writing reviews paid it and had no choice. Why would they stop that? Its free money. Too bad though, I was excited to try them out. Just Fab shoes are almost as bad, crappy make, falls apart, sizing varies, and they force you to keep your money in their account AKA no refunds just store credit. Thanks again for the warning ladies!! xo
If I could give them less than one star, I would. I ordered two items which arrived and did not fit me. I contacted customer service (the only method of contact is email). They allowed my return and so my merchandise was shipped back in brand new condition with tags still on. I heard nothing from them and got no confirmation that they received my return until I asked for an update to which they responded that they will inspect and then issue a refund. A couple of weeks later, with no communication at all from them, I received a package with the items I returned. The items were WET, TAGLESS AND WORN. THIS BUSINESS IS SHADY AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE. They are refusing to refund my items and are claiming I returned them in that condition. Shame on whoever is behind this. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.
Ordered a sweater on 1/9/15. Site stated sweater was shipped on 1/1015. It is now 1/29/15 and I have not received it. Was not successful when I called their number...got a recording that I could not understand, checked my order status and that indicated item had been delivered by HUNGARY PRESS as in the country Hungary. When I completed the email inquiry, site stated order number was incorrect. I had copied/pasted the number several times so was not able to submit this form. Will contact my credit company as I am convinced this is a TOTAL SCAM.

The worst job board experience we ever had as a firm. We got hooked into a trial for their job posting service by a slick salesman. The service never produced results and we cancelled within 3 weeks of starting it. Indeed hit our credit card for over $2,300 off of 3 job posts that produced no matches. The 'resume traffic' they sent us was complete junk. When we tried to get our money back we got bounced from supervisor to supervisor with no restitution for the bad service. Your money is better spent staying with CB, Monster, Linkedin and Dice.
Terrible doesn't even come close to describing my experience with CARiD. This company is one of the many online marketplaces that stocks very little and drop ships. Unfortunately, their technology does a horrible job of keep track of inventory. I ordered a battery they showed as "in stock." I checked on the order two days after it was placed and told by a CSR at CARiD that it took 48 hours and that my item should ship on January 29. In addition, she provided me with a $10 gift card number to use on my next order. I figured all was well, then I checked my order status again on January 28 and the ship date had changed to February 4 with no communication. I emailed them again and have yet to receive a response, so I ordered the product from a different source, and requested a cancellation and credit (time will tell how that goes). I run an eCommerce store, and I understand that things happen, but this is just unacceptable.
Product descriptions on website are misleading, very poor customer service (Wayne -supervisor), and untruthful about shipping guarantees. Will lose money in the likely event that your order is not what you were sold or if you have to make a return. Unfair commercial practices

Liars and thieves.I ordered $1200 worth of brake parts on the web site. All items were stated as in stock and would ship in 24-48 hours. Confirmation email said shipping in 8 days.I called them and was informed they do not ship in 24-48 hours. Then I was told that their warehouse didn't have some of the parts and had no restock date. I said "you don't have a warehouse" He said "yes we do" When pressed he said that the manufacturers have warehouses. Most everything they told me was a lie. They illegally took payment from my credit card and didn't have a single part. (my next complaint step)
This website offers more wigs than humanly possible in my opinion. I ordered a wig from a picture but in a different color. When I received the wig, it was not at all to my liking. When I read the return policy, I attempted to get a return authorization number but instead met with refusal and grief from vendor with e-mails trying to convince me to keep the product and to have it styled. Funny thing is you're not supposed to try it on. On the site, many of the wigs have double digit outstanding reviews that seem made up by the vendor because of their wording. When I attempted twice to review the wig I purchased, my reviews never showed up on the site. The wig was shipped to me from China and the vendor insisted it was custom made! IMHO that would be so if my head was measured and styled directly by the vendor. I finally settled for a refund of less than half of what I paid for the product through much discussion with my bank and Pay Pal. BUYER BEWARE!!! This website has cheaply priced wigs and their return policy is as ambiguous as the day is long. The vendor did not want the wig back so I will probably be donating it to a hospital or cancer clinic. Hopefully someone can use it if it can even be styled. It was way too bulky for me and not at all as pictured. My opinion and displeasure was totally disregarded by this vendor. There are many other reputable wig websites and I should have used them because of past experiences with them. DON'T BE FOOLED BY WIGSWAY.COM!!
Hi all, I have been using MyHeritage Family program (Premium and SmartSearch) only for 3 weeks now so I have not a long experience. But what I've got from it so far gives me almost full satisfaction. My family is full of expatriates so it's quite interesting to share information via this program. And personally I'm very happy with the results concerning information also about my ancestors who have moved to US long time ago. SmartMatches and RecordMatches appear immediately. It is very exiting! Customer Service (Jonas) has been quick and efficient so far. One negative point is that the Apple version, at least, shuts down suddenly while viewing details on RecordMatches. Another point is that the invoicing takes place without second alert at the end of your testing period. Also it is not easy to find out at first sight the possibilities of each program and understand for what you are paying. In spite of that my overall opinion is still very positive on this program.

Worst company ever! Not only did their product not do what it was stated it would. They wouldn't honor their own refund policy and issue a refund. Called customer service and only received the run around; the minute I asked for a manager they would hang up on me. After posting reviews on other sites did a billing manager reach out and offered a FULL refund after I take down my review postings. This company isn't a company - they are a get themselves rich scheme. Don't purchase anything from them - you won't have a useful product or your money.

joined the site to try it for 30 days.paid $22,ran a check on myself to see what showed up. They acknowledge completion and went to preview.They wanted more money to obtain full report. All they gave me was generic info for the money I paid. If you are not ready to pay more money for full report then stay away.
Great prices but I ordered a pair of shoes and a new bag 1 week ago and still no sign of them. The website clearly states "We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours except for Custom Fit which can take between 7-10 Days as these items are built to your specific requirements". Neitehr my shoes or bag or custom fit so what's the problem?! I have tried phoning all day and the phone doesn't even ring, it's straight to a looped answerphone message which my previous call centre experience tells me that the phones are not even manned. I then emailed customer service to be told that it can take 72hrs to get a reply. not what you want to hear when you are chasing something that is already late. The order confirmation has a link to track the order but it has just said that it's being processed for the last week - most unhelpful again! I'm guessing the fact that this shocking customer service is designer to cut costs their end, but they need to realise that managing customer's expectations is not only free but key to a good shopping experience. Shower of shyte; I would not recommend anyone uses this company!

I had purchased the Lifesmart Lifelux room heater from Air-N-Water, and have been extremely pleased with them; Christine in customer service is awesome. I had previously ordered this same heater from another company online, where I had paid full price but received what appeared very much used in a make-shift box and not even the color I had ordered. I don’t want to trash this other company’s name, because their customer service handled it very well with return shipping label and UPS pick-up. When I had ordered it from Air-N-Water, I received the correct unit in perfectly brand new condition, in the manufacturer’s box and no delay in delivery. I will definitely do business with Air-N-Water again.
The old handkerchiefs I was using had become really worn out and were not at all usable. Decided to purchase new ones online as did not have time to go out and buy it. Found a nice set of three cotton handkerchiefs on Infibeam at a very good price. Ordered it and it was delivered to me in just 3 days. Cotton quality was really nice. Would definitely recommend purchasing them for daily use.
