BUYER BEWARE!! I recently purchased a dress from Angela Mall. It was made to a standard size so it was not customised. Unfortunately the dress did not fit well and contacted several times to get a refund on the purchase. I was told to take it to the local dress maker to get it altered. Apparently they do not seem to understand english. I do not want the dress and just want my money back! FAT CHANCE OF THAT!
Buyer beware!! I never received my order after numerous complaints ended up having to call my credit card to dispute the charge! Scammers!
Horrible company. Not contractor's fault at all. The ego maniac that runs it has a serious problem. If he does you as a customer or screws a contractor over please let me know your experience with this company so these issues can be addressed properly. Honestly is the best policy and he has none.

Do not buy from this site unless you want to lose money! I ordered goods 4 months ago which I never received. I have emailed them numerous times and although they admit their shipper does not know where the goods are and promised me a refund have failed to return my money. Their customer care is non existent just empty promises. Very very poor service and I most definitely would not recommend them to anyone
No stars for this buffoon company. Keep telling me items in stock, and shipping, never shipped. After EIGHT weeks of each week promising they will ship I threatened them with BBB if they did not give me a tracking no. for my $600 plus items. Gave me a tracking no, but the items didn't arrive but another toilet they had already replaced that arrived broken did! Now they have to get the darn thing picked up. The left hand has no idea what the right hand is doing in this company. Ha, now I am waiting for return of money after cancelling. They are relying on a third party to supply them, and the third party is lame. Do not, buy from this company. Customer service take 30mins plus to answer the darn phone and will not be truthful in regards to what the problem is. Michael Fox COO....take note with all these complaints and the masses already with the BBB, you need to shake yourself up and into the modern day or your company will be down the toilet soon.
Dresslily is the worst site ever. All of their product is like flea market stuff. I ordered product from this company and was supposed to received it within 3-8 business day didn't not receive it until 3 weeks later, once received it was the wrong product, it didn't look like nothing on the website. PLEASE BE WEARY OF THIS SITE THEY ARE FOREIGN COMPANY LOOKING TO GET OVER ON AMERICANS. THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AND HAVE HELP DESK TICKET TO RESPONDS TO YOUR CONCERNS. in store pickup is a joke. it would have been way faster to simply walk in and pick up item off of the shelf as opposed to ordering online and waiting in the 1 line for pickup @ customer service (where everyone is returning items and and yelling)
I belonged to RewardPort, but never earned enough to order anything, and then comes RewardYou, after RewardPort disappears. I finally get enough, after several months, to order a $10 Amazon Code. All of a sudden. the emails stop coming, and while my account is still open, my reward is still pending, you have no way to check on it, and when you try to email them, it comes back failure domain. What's up with that?! I'm on a limited income, and do this stuff for extra income and to be able to buy gifts for my family and my Grandson, and they're out there basically ripping people off! I want my reward!

I had been signed up with ODesk for 2 weeks when I was scammed out of $3,100. I had applied for a database entry job and an assistant job. Both job postings were a scam. I am a single mother trying to get extra income and I am left with a huge debt due to my interacion on O"desk. I have filed a complained with O"desk 3 weeks ago and nobody has contacted me. This was the first time looking for work on the internet and it will be my last time. DO NOT TRUST THE "COMPANIES" on this site!!!!

I ORDERED 2 FOB KEYS FOR MY 99 GRAND CHEROKEE IN MAY 2014. i WAS REPLACING MY MOTOR,SO NO HURRAY FOR THE KEYS TO ARRIVE,FINALLY ON Oct.1ST,all ready to go,I called my son-in-law (licensed locksmith ) to come over and cut and program the keys to my new ignition switch.When cutting the 1st. one,it split,he then he threw the 2nd. one in the trash (me,not knowing that ) I asked him what happened,he referred to them as " Chinese garbage" I notified extra-parts,and they said that they were a quality product that i had received, " %$&&86(& " If I wasn't satisfied with them to return them.What the HELL do I DO NOW !!!! very,very dissatisfied BAD $18.00 INVESTED WITH NOTHING TO SHOW FOR IT !

This is pretty much a stab in the back for the hard work and dedication I had put into Elance. As with many of you we put in the extra effort to have our clients satisfied, thinking the result would be more business for the service we offer. Out of the blue my account was under review with no explanation as to why, other than form letters. "Close out all your jobs" and then we will review. I strongly feel it did not matter what I did ... something triggered my account to be shut down. I guess I will never know. In the long run it is better off for me not having to deal with an unprofessional company that does not have the "Balls" to talk to me to give a reasonable explanation. I just have to apologize to all the people I have worked with who put the trust in me recommending Elance. Brian Verigin, YahSuccessBlog.com PS .. The order itself came in and the product was fine, it is of good quality and has unique features. The process beforehand was a big issue. The system that is set up where you can 'opt out' of the monthly payments is not executed with the best interest of the customer in mind, which made me feel taken advantage of and scammed in a way. It's not easy to remember that you have 5 days before you're charged $50. I was charged for 5 months that were never used, and when talking with Customer Service to try to remedy this I was treated as if I were a nuisance, and told I could use those points for outfits. Look, it's a great service to have $50 to get specially priced outfits, but who buys $50 worth of work out clothes EVERY month? Obviously someone who can afford to pay full price anyway. I would never recommend this company because of the customer service experience alone. The clothes and deals are great, and opting out is a good option but people have lives and other bills and can't be expected to remember with no reminder email whatsoever. My power bill, yea, I am going to remember I didn't pay that one. Athletic wear? Of course it might slip someone's mind that that they decided to sign up for this expensive and money sucking experience. <br><br>In the conversation with the customer service rep, I had to fight to finally get only 3 of my 5 months back. I had to stand up for myself, and continue explaining my problem, with being made to feel that I have greatly inconvenienced the company. Of course they could give me all 5 months, they just didn't want to. I ordered this order only because I couldn't get the other $100 back!! If a customer is dissatisfied and was clearly unaware/had forgotten an ongoing program that exists to BENEFIT the customer, this customer is clearly distressed over the amount taken out, and offers solutions, and you still don't listen to their concerns and go out of your way to ensure that they will come back again and their concerns are met, that is extremely poor customer service. This comes from someone who works Customer Service, and I get treated similarly (very poorly) by customers daily as I try to assist them in finding a solution, so I would like to NOT be treated that way when dealing with other customer service reps. That $100 I lost was a big deal to me, I don't just have $100 to throw out. So, the clothes are great but I didn't need them at all and actually really needed the situation properly remedied. I will wear them and when people ask about if Fabletics is a good company, I will be very honest in my reply that they should not use this company for the reasons I have explained. If a company is not existing for the customers who keep it running then it is going to be running on empty. Just know that if you goof up and forget that you signed up for monthly payments (not everyone is Type A and on top of something as insignificant as work out clothing), you aren't going to be treated well and their customer service department will not go out of their way to ensure that you are taken care of. If there had been an attempt to show kindness and understanding it would have gone a very long way. Forgetfulness is not stupidity, especially not when caring for your customers. Trust me, I get way bigger doozies than this on the daily.
Men think they are talking to the woman in the pictures when really it is the mother or grandmother or anyone in the family (sometimes multiple family members at one time) who has time to sit and chat all day and write letters. They get a percentage of the cost to chat and write letters and if their pictures and videos are viewed. Why do you think they say the things they do so you will keep coming back. Come on, if you have been chatting with a woman on a regular basis for several months and she was really in love with you and wanted to spend the rest of her life with you here in the US, don't you think she would eventually give you her personal email or even phone number. They make a living off of this site and it is so sad and pitiful and egotistical for an 58 year old man to really believe that any woman under the age of 40 would want to be intimate with you "DAD". Keep giving them your money, grandma loves chatting with you every day!
Rèmi Saby's Mister-Auto is a weak copy of Ryan Air. As long as there is no problems, they are perfect BUT if any problem occur, Mister-Auto is 100% disaster. You will face mistreatments, high costs and severe delays. If you are willing to risk, then do shop at Mister-Auto, if not, turn to other supplier. The money you save at Mister-Auto ain't worth the risk.
I called Applecare today to help me with a problem on my Mac. I got Click4Support instead. They led me to believe they were Applecare. I kept asking if this was an Apple Care Technician... she said yes. I kept asking if this was Apple products and they all said yes. I turned my computer over to them believing they were Apple technicians. They had my computer for 3 hours. I'm taking it in tomorrow to have it checked to see what else they loaded on the computer. If they were a decent, honest reputable company they would not lie and cheat people for business
Ordered gift card for restaurant Seasons 52 for $200.00, went to the restaurant and it never worked...innumerable emails, 10 days later still waiting for my refund check. Ordered a Petsmart gift card, 3 weeks later that card never came, waiting for credit on my original credit card. Company willing to give me 5.00 off for my troubles!!! What a joke.

I'm just like everyone else on this site. I placed my order and paid my money in good faith, but it was misplaced. If I'd read these reviews before ordering I wouldn't have. My order was received and processed July 18, 2014 and I'm writing this angry missive on Oct 1, 2014. Cannot call anyone nor email anyone at Spa Boutique. I'll be trying to get my money back through my credit card company.
Elance was great at first but I got notice that my account was closed due to "too much negative feedback." First off, I had a solid 5 stars on my reviews with clients saying that they would love to work with me again. Out of 10 projects that I worked on, I had two that I personally disputed. Client number one and I MUTUALLY decided (based on her lack of direction and my inability to pull more information out of her) that her going with another designer would be beneficial. That was MY idea. Client number two disappeared completely. We had our first meeting, discussed workflow and payment and then they stopped responding to me. I called, emailed through Elance... nothing. So I closed the project because I didn't want an open project that was going nowhere. These two reasons are why Elance closed my account WITHOUT talking with me about it first. I received the email this morning and when I emailed them back asking for evidence, they responded saying "once it's closed it cannot be reopened." I replied with "I wasn't asking you to reopen my account, I was asking you for evidence." Elance, I'm disappointed in you. I was a paid member and you didn't even have the decency to contact me to come to a resolution? Frankly, that's bad business and I for one do NOT appreciate the brush off when I inquired for more information. If I ran my business that way, I wouldn't HAVE a business.

The materials were not at all what was pictured on the website, and the sizes were all wrong. The skirt fir snugly and the top was HUGE. The corset-style lacing in the back made no adjustable difference. The 20% off coupons used to be great but over the years there have been more and more restrictions. Now the coupon is not valid for most of the quality name brands I shop there for in the first place: Breville, DKNY, Kenneth Cole, KitchenAid, Le Creuset, Lladró, Miele, Nautica, Nespresso, Orrefors, Roomba Vacuums, Swarovski, Vera Wang, Waterford, Wusthof cutlery are all NOT eligible for the 20% discount. Why bother?? - I'll shop somewhere else.
Wow, please read these reviews and stand clear of carid. I wish I did. I spent over $4500 on two sets of wheels and tires with this bs company. After three weeks the first set came. Wow they looked great.then after cleaning them reality set in.One was damaged. Noooo!! Ok grabbed my composure. Called carid. Closed.Damm left message. Next day no return call. Called them again. Explained the problem. No problem just send us pictures and we'll take car of it. No problem. Sent. Can we have one with the wheel not mounted on the vehicle. No problem. Sent. Now they're saying that because I mounted this wheel ( keep in mind has not been driven on, just mounted to make sure it fits following their procedure) we can't help you. The best we can do is offer a $25 credit or a $50 credit on a new purchase. What the F? Over $400. Rims. I will never buy from them and I suggest that you look elsewhere for your part needs. They're now blaming the shipping company for the damage and tell me I'm on my own. Btw the 2nd set just arrived and yes one of those were scratched. You have been warned by me and others.
had 2 -3 yrs work through this site as a photographer, a few big jobs 2000$+ so was quite happy but then had one client who took forever to decide on images and suddenly my account was under review which i had no idea what this meant. contacted them and all they could say was the same reply over and over, complete the job and account will be reviewed. so job finished and nothing. so contacted them and within 48 hrs they decided that my account should be closed. no explanation as why they thought that just closed. i have been a pro photographer for over 20 yrs so run a professional business so for them to call my professionalism into doubt really annoys me.at least give the elancer some feedback as why they think this. happy to take my money when i upgraded my account now complete bastards when i ask wtf they are doing this. luckily they are less than 1% of my income but it really f**ks me off how they have treated me.
Being happy is so important for everybody. I want to find my own. I do really believe that if you find your real love, you can be with this person with the last days in your life. It never looked so good as when you are side by side with the person you love.
My wife and I were travelling in Carlifornia in June, I did try to book a car on this website in San Francisco but the booking was never complete after I supplied my credit card information without 3 digits security code. There was no emaill confirmation received and no pick up point told in the City. I was trying to call to check whether the booking was valid but the phone line was just playing music for a half of hour long twice. I had to give up. I went to other company and got a car. On return my credit card statement shows I was charged. I had called economybooking's London office and SF office twice, I heard half hour music on both phone lines again, the worst experience I have ever had. Finally, I had emailed them numerous times and took 6 weeks long to get partial refund. I regard ths website and their customer service extremely poor and I will never recommend them
Totally awesome, ontime delivery, didn't, need hemming,just beautiful, I was s ready to wear it as soon as I opened the box. I was surprised. That my dress fit in such a small box but when I opened it, it was perfect.
