“Old age ain't no place for sissies”, or so Bette Davis famously said. And things haven't gotten any easier: seniors today are subject to increasing numbers of sophisticated internet scammers....
My issue was that I was unable to find specific information regarding the property I was searching. The support team, specifically Brian Thompson, was very quick and responsive in getting me the information I needed. Thanks for your help.
letsbuymobile.com is a fraud website as I places an order on 8th of Nov and got to know its been cancelled on 21st Nov and got an email stating that I would get the money refunded in 4-5 working days and its been almost 7th of Dec and still I haven't got the money refunded and if u try to email and ask they won't respond you back and when you call them you get to speak to an agent who don't have any information. If it's not organized. I think this website if fraud and others please be aware.
FEZZARI.COM sold me a mountain bike that was faulty on delivery. The brake system failed with leaking brake fluid. Fezzari refused to replace the faulty brakes. It kept playing delaying tactics and after 2 yrs the default has remained unresolved. The quality of the bikes is inferior. The after sales service is horrible. If you buy bikes from Fezzari be prepared to receive inferior goods and poor customer service. Fezzari.com is a scam.
I sent the following to Restaurant.com via email three times with NO response what-so-ever from them: My sister gave me two Restaurant.com cards about a year ago. I finally decided to use them (or try to use them) about 2 months ago. It has been such a huge hassle it is not worth the tiny discounts. I hope my sister did not spend much on these! I have to use them when I am driving and it was ridiculous how difficult it was to get the certificate on my iphone. I had to call you guys twice - the guy at the first restaurant also tried to figure it out and he could not and I am pretty computer savvy! So I never ate there. So, I decide to try another restaurant - Little Europe. The owner kept telling me that I had to buy $37.00 to get the $5.00 discount. It was actually (I can't remember the exact numbers) $7.50 that I needed to purchase to get the discount. Finally, I convinced her that this was the case and again, had to call you guys to use the iphone app. Not only all this...the owner was rude, the service was horrible and the food sucked! Do you guys just get people out there to sell to ANY restaurant no matter how crappy they are so you can make a profit and the salesperson can make a commission? What a waste of time and money these cards are! Can my sister get her money back? I would suggest you respond with a solution unless you want a really bad review on the Internet. Sent from my iPad
Worst customer service ever!! Ordered three canvases that were three different sizes and they all arrives crooked. They were so crooked that you can tell just by looking at them. When you try to call the number provided on the site, there is a generic computer answering machine that does not even say the company name. Then you are not able to leave a response because the mailbox is full. When you email them, it takes days to get a response and when you do, it looks that the email provider they used is german or dutch. very weird. Also, the response comes from a company called Best Canvases. Forget about the 100% love it or leave it guarantee on their website. I finally got an email response from them and they requested pictures of the crooked canvases. When I sent the pictures, i received a response saying there is nothing wrong with the item and that I hung the items crooked. Absurd. Now I am stuck with crooked canvas photos that are unusable and out of pocket $98. Now I have to go through my bank to get this charge sorted out. The company is a fraud. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
I guess ill start with the best thing about this entire scam, the product itself is average to say the most, If you switch it up with a real shampoo every once in a while it "makes your hair APPEAR healthier" (its really not) if you don't, it just sucks on your hair all around. Then when you finally realize that the product is not worth the price and try to cancel, there is no way to do so untill you pay the entire 120$$ price. i called atleast times trying to do so, believe me, it didint work. And i even read a reveiew warning me and other of the same thing, this really is a scam, idn what "fine print" is allowed to not be told to you anymore, but this is definitely on the border of legal and illegal and if i had money to hire a lawyer, as dumb as it sounds, id be doing it. Good luck to any one that attempts to deal with thid horrible scam, hope you have better luck than me or anyone else!
They suck. Enough said. They are getting desperate to advertise on iPhone apps like Spacetime's Dragon app.
I SEND A SERIOUS WARNING TO ANYONE PLANNING TO PURCHASE FROM JJs HOUSE!!! I ordered custom made garments from this company and the 'mother of the bride' dress was the MOST APPALLING MADE AND BADLY FITTING GARMENT I have ever seen in my entire life!! My 14 year old could have made a better garment after just one term of textiles. The jacket was also badly made. The entire 'mother of the bride' garment was twisted, crooked and puckered and the beaded neckline was a total mess, uneven and puckered. There was nothing right about this dress and not even the most experienced dressmaker could have ever fixed it to be wearable! It has taken many hours of emails over several weeks to get them to agree to refund and now after negotiating for 2 months and when I have already sent the parcel back, costing me $71 in postage, they are saying they will only refund 60%. The customer service manager repeatedly refuses to give me a phone number where I can speak to someone and I am about to report this company to several international internet fraud watchdogs plus authorities in China if I do not receive a full refund on these shocking garments, as agreed. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND JJs HOUSE - THEIR WORKMANSHIP IS HIDEOUS and it seems their customer relations cannot be trusted as they are attempting to go back on their agreement now that I have posted the items back.
Purchased 3 items the first night. I believe two to be Very Bradley knockoffs but have no way to prove so I just won't order again. The third item was of such low quality that I contacted the seller to tell her how misleading her ad was. she said she was refunding my money. I paid $19 she refunded $5 and not to my credit card but as a credit on Tophatter. RIP OFF!
I ordered an otterbox case from these guys. It came quick and was the original product.
Horrible site! 1st, you spend $60 fee. Then, there is no guarantee that you will win anything back. I spent $60.80 for $10 shell gas gift card. What a waste of money. Ebay is much better because if you do not win the bid, you do not loose money. You will loose the money at QuiBids. I consider this site like a casino (gambling). Most of the time, you loose than win. I quit this site after a few days. If I can give 0 star, I will give it to this site!"
I got my package today and I'm so disappointed with the quality. So cheap quality, I ordered 5 and I only got 4. I called them and they said the other one is on the way. Don't ever buy on this site. Cheap quality I ever had.
My screen arrived damaged and had a big black dot, which is appearently not covered by warranty's fine prints. Scott from Laptopscreens.com was not helpful at all, very blunt and cold in his replies to my inquires. He couldn't care less about his customers. At the very minimum, Scott could have at least expressed some sympathy, or perhaps offer me to buy another screen at a discount. Instead, they were delighted to point fingers and blame me for the damaged screen. Very little committment to customer satisfication. In the end, I bought another screen at full price just to complete this project and move on. I should of just bought a new tablet in the first place... It was a very frustrating experience communicating with them. As you see from the replies to these comments, Laptopscreens.com also does not respond well to feedback and always blames the customer for everything. They often try to portray the customer's experience as "unbelievable".
Excellent....we booked two sets of tickets, a set of 2 and then a set of 3 to get our family to sit close together. The company ended up putting us all together in a section closer to the stage. We got our tickets quickly. What more could you ask for?
Good travel site but do not restrict your search to only Booking.com. This article explains why: http://travel-search-engines.com/booking-com-review/ Use the "travel search engine" in the article above that searches Booking.com and many others to find the best rate.
I searched for the best price for Adobe Acrobat XI download version and Tek-micro.com was the winner! I bought from them, and my order was sent quickly to my email. Dealing with them was less complicated and both the service and product were great! Thank you very much.
For those who shopped at au.cellphoneshop.net - if it is an Australian business, you may have recourse under Australian consumer guarantee laws. Check out http://www.accc.gov.au/consumers/consumer-rights-guarantees/consumer-guarantees and also information about Online Shopping.
I ordered an outfit for a photoshoot but didn't do the shoot for a couple months. It was a unitard and the hands and finger component was sewed in backwards and unusable. I contacted customer service, sent several photos and was told that they continuously needed more photos though I couldn't take anything that would show it better. I have bought several things from this site but the customer service was so poor that I would not use them again!
Well.....DO NOT use this site.. I wanted info about a vehicle the other day and was charged more than I expected to pay. Today they said I would receive and email if I gave them information, which they already have, to resolve the issue I had with them. Tonight I was told I would receive an email within an HOUR, no message rec'd yet. I, too, was told I would receive a gift card for amazon if I would reconsider my comments on this site.. Believe me I will share this with everyone I know on every social media source available.
Overall this site is great if you are a buyer looking for a great deal. On the other hand as a seller just starting out is O.K. But when you transition to becoming a more experience, popular seller, the high wreak havoc on your bottom line. That's the main reason I quit eBay. Why should the seller have to forfeit there good fortune for someone else's greed!!!!!!:(
I noticed information on here that the dealer did not report so i was very happy to have done this, you can't beat the price let me retract this, they charged me 14.95 when it should have beeen 1.00 trying to find out why as we speak...While I do appreciate the information I do not appreciate the extra charge when I did not sign up for naything and they stated that I did hummmm. I believe I will get a refund in 5-7 days we certainly hope so.
site was not workin, but chated with pop-up messaging Vinny, then he contacted BriAN who sent me a report - good service - lousey site this is twice this week I tried it instead of others - want to buy a car, this is no help
I was looking for a affordable laptop, so I tried bestbuy.com WOW! what a great experience I ordered the laptop online and picked it up at my local BEST BUY!!! Great service all around!
I like the site and the members & staff. Never had any issues with censorship. My tracking blocker never blinks. Staff actually responds to members and tweaks site often. Great posts with useful information.constantly.
Following up about a previous post I made, I ordered the Cubot One phone mid October and it finally arrived last week (December). The phone costed me $183.99 and Irish customs came to €37. The delivery process was painfully slow but to be honest, I had read that the shipping was slow & I opted for free shipping. I can't say I wasn't expecting slow shipping. I tracked the phone every day for a month and a half, the tracking system was fairly useless in terms of information about where your product is. Anyway, the main reason I want to write this is that the phone lasted me all but 4 days. I was delighted with the phone itself, the Cubot One had met all expectations and I loved it. However I picked it up one night and noticed the headset was extremely hot and was powered off. I took out the battery for a few minutes and put it back in and pressed the power button. The headset heated up again and would not switch on. The phone came with a second battery which I tried but it still overheated and wouldn't switch on. Now, extremely disappointed, I submitted a ticket to Everbuying customer service explaining the problem. They don't seem to understand that the phone is faulty, I have tried everything they've suggested. They claim to reply to tickets within 24 hours. This is false as I've been waiting for their reply for 48 hours. I'm desperate. I just want a working Cubot One but I don't think I could bare the length of time it would take to ship another one. I'm still waiting for a reply on my ticket. The livechat won't deal with my complaint. I tried calling both the USA and China phone number but they ring out/invalid number. I'm at a dead end at a $200 loss, looking at what to do next. So, not all customers will go through this but just be wary and take my experience into account when you're using Everbuying.
Twice the website has sent me confirmations and the hotel couldn't find them. The only thing making the experience worse is the obnoxious customer service reps answering the phone. They try to convince you that maybe you didn't book on their site. The woman I spoke to tried to convince me I made a reservation in the past (um the site doesn't let you reserve a hotel yesterday...in another country too).
Any company that has auto renewal policies is horrible in my book. Why do they even bother having different 1 month, 4 month, 1 year membership subscriptions. Every membership with them is infinite b/c they continue to charge your credit card even if you haven't used the website in months. No- I did not read the fine print- I had a 6 week old baby when I signed up with them. Why do they present it as a 1 month subscription period when that is not the case at all? And the fact that they respond to everyone saying that the auto renewal feature is a benefit to their customers is an absolute joke. At least the company should admit that it's a money-making practice for them.
