Given that I've had negative interactions with two employees of theirs now in the space of a week, I felt I needed to speak up. The most recent was yesterday afternoon at the Whole Foods in Potrero Hill. While grabbing bananas from the produce section, I ran into a woman blocking a narrow isle with her cart and talking on her phone. When I said "Excuse me" she glanced at me out of the corner of her eye, then proceeded to look away and ignore me as if she hadn't heard. A few minutes later I went to check out in the express lane with my bananas, and box from the salad bar and encountered the same woman again. She tried to push past me with about 20 different items in her cart, which I put a stop to, but rolled her eyes and ignored me when I pointed out the sign that said "8 Items or less". When she got to the next cashier, who politely scanned her goods despite the overloaded cart, I clearly overheard her tell them she was with Instacart. While the Google Shopping employees I've encountered have always been upbeat and polite, Instacart's employees are as ignorant of proper etiquette when interacting with other shoppers, as Uber drivers are of the rules of the road!
THEY DO NOT HONOR THEIR RETURN POLICIES. I attempted to cancel an order I placed within 24 hours. According to their websites return policy, they state you are entitled to a full refund. They are not honoring their own policy. I also received several voice messages from them trying to work something out so I either keep the dress or exchange it through them. They left no return number. The caller ID number doesn't work and you cannot find a number on their website. Absolutely awful. Me and my friend ordered about 5 dresses from tobi and they took about 3 weeks to come. When they finally arrived I noticed that they sent me the wrong dress and along with it being the wrong one, the one they sent me was ripped in 2 different places and unwearable. I emailed them explaining that they sent me the wrong one and they said the one I wanted was no longer available and to send the wrong one back for a refund. They also failed to mention that we had to pay $40 for customs separately for shipping to canada
Hi, I bought this product. It did not work for YouTube and only gives me errors for Amazon Prime. I have only gotten a few lame excuse emails from their support saying they are looking into the problem, but nothing else. This has gone one for over a month. I have asked for a refund, but no reply. Seems to be a rip-off. Buyer beware.

Booked and paid for a place to stay. Based on that, registered for a nonrefundable race, and then my reservation was canceled. Now all the places are sold out so I either eat the 120 cost for the race, pay twice as much to stay in the same area, or stay in the suburbs. Their response was it doesn't happen often and sent me places 10+ miles away to stay at.
It is more than 2 month which I am waiting for my card to be delivered, I wasted a month for the firs card and then they asked me to request for a second card as the first one never been delivered. again after more than a month, the second card not been delivered. now they ask me to deposit some money to my account to make them able to issue a second card and I have to wait another month for it. How on the earth is it possible to ask some one to put money on an account which he/she has no card to withdraw the money? and they ask to pay for DHL fees for faster delivery. IT is their mistake, they could not do a simple delivery! How they can help you with banking? I'll look for an alternative way of getting paid and will close my account with Payoneer as they are a mess!!!
FRAUDSTERS After a year they charged my card $50 every few hours - I had to shut down my credit card. This company should be reported to the police.
Hulu is the worst! Shows just stop for no reason. You have to watch as many ads as you would on TV, but worse than TV because the same ad is repeated over and over, every few minutes. To get away from the ads, I subscribed to Hulu Plus. Huge mistake! Still a horrible ad-to-content ratio and random stops, and now a money suck. Because I've lost my password, I can't un-subscribe (or use the site) in spite of spending hours trying to navigate their impenetrable system, which won't send me a password reset or let me email the company. Because I made (another) mistake of auto pay on my credit card, I'll have to cancel my card to get away from them. Bad, bad, bad.
Not good. First doctor I went to using Zocdoc ended up being a walk-in clinic. I never actually saw a Doctor. No mention of either of these details on the site. The second doctor I went to ended up not taking my insurance, despite having entered that information in on the site when doing the search. Wasted more time, and they said at the office that they have contacted ZocDoc more than once to get the info. corrected. I did get 2 calls from reps at ZocDoc to right the situation, but that has yet to happen. One rep. helped by calling some of the doctors listed in my area to confirm that they took my insurance, but that list fell very short. I emailed her back to request more than the 2 she came up with, and have yet to hear back. The concept of ZocDoc is great, but if the information provided is not accurate, it's equivalent to the poor service the insurance companies already provide.

I tried qui bids and lost at an auction. I had 120. towards a new GoPro with the buy now option. When I tried paying for it they said to call customer service. The next day they contacted me back and only gave me 5 voucher bids in return. How is it your system messes up your only willing to give me 3.00 worth of bids back in return out of the 120 bucks I had toward my item. Never again do to terrible service and no morals.
Haven't found a single person that has reported actually getting paid by them. It's all complaints, and here is mine as well: I made several purchases using Coupay and although they successfully tracked the site visits, they never report any purchases made through their links, so you end up with absolutely no cashback... ever. They promise high payouts and a $5 signup bonus, but you will never see either. They require $25 in accrued cashback before they will send you a check, but since your purchases never show up, you will never reach that. They keep all the money. With dozens of cashback programs out there, don't waste your time with this one, regardless of their claimed payout commissions. You'll never see them.
Wish I had seen all these reviews prior to purchasing from this site. What a ripoff! I ordered a baby gate from Bonanza, and after three weeks, I had not received it and could not get a response from the seller. I filed a claim in their joke of an Order Resolution Center, but two weeks later, I have not heard back from them either. I just sent their "customer support team" another complaint, but I highly doubt I'll get anything back. I'm working with PayPal to get a refund, so we'll see. In the meantime, I also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Hopefully everyone else that has experienced these issues is doing the same thing so that this scam of a website will get shut down.
Booked a taxi from Horsham to LGW. Due at 0525. No taxi. Created a lot of hassle for me and I had to take my own car to airport and pay 10 days car parking. Nearly £200!!
Products are nice looking but don't work or are out of stock, they contact me weeks after the order was placed, the customer service poor not happy I'm a gadget guy and buy qlot but they don't honor the point system or there own policy. Not happy over all
This site is a scam. They took 129.00 and refused to refund the money. Wouldn't let me speak to a manager/owner. Very rude on the phone. BEWARE!!!!
Prices high exceptional products but only to apple products so one to two stars for keeping in store products limited not happy
I ordered a jacket from them using there sizing chart on there site. It took over a month to get here, I ordered it on Dec. 18th and didn't get it until Jan. 23th, and when I got it, it was to small. So I emailed them asking about their return policy so I could try to get the next size up so I could have one that fit. They told me that I would have to pay for the return and since the shipping was so high they said I should just keep that one to give to someone it would fit and they would be willing to give me an $8 cash coupon to put towards ordering another jacket in the correct size. I ordered the size according to their size chart and now there telling me that I have to pay to fix the mistake.
My mom ordered this product an it stated trail but she didn't know that they still charge your account 87 dollars. I called for her to have it cancel i was told they could not do it until they received there product back. I told her that i never heard of a company that cant stop a subscription on something. She was a rude A** B****. Well mom account was hit up for another 87 dollars with in the same month i call again to ask them to cancel i was met with the same answer but he told me her account will not be charge no more he too was rude and screaming at me which made me extra mad was i asked to speak to a supervisor but no luck he would not give his supervisor he told me to go on the website if i want to contact someone but of course when you go too the website there is no way to contact someone only by phone. This company is very unprofessional and rude they should be shut down.
Product may be fine but the service is quite appalling. Pay a few pounds more and go anywhere but here. They really are dreadful. They don't answer phones, don't respond to emails. Wish i had never come across them . Dont make the same mistake as me.
My name is Robert, and I have been using Thumbtack.com for leads in the home improvement industry. I have been using them for about 3 months now, and I have had no return on my lead investments. I have a good profile built there, according to their standards, and the correspondence from potential customers is extremely low. There is zero accountability for the customer to commit. Up to 5 service pros at a time send bids to potential customers. The leads are very vague, and customers appear to be "kicking tires" most of the time, instead of looking for a service they will actually use. There are those that have had a very good experience through Thumbtack, and good for them. I, unfortunately am not one of the privileged in that category. I have spent about $300 in 3 months, and have not landed a single job from them. I do not think it is a scam, but I also think that there is absolutely no qualifying to the type of lead I pay for. I recommend that Thumbtack refund any leads that are not hired out. That would at least keep money in the bid pool for the actual true lead that seems to come 1 out of 50.
I ordered a buggy that was missing parts and notified the company. They told me I was lying and refused to resolve the issue. I then talked to a person from GoKarts that helped me order what I needed (I had to break down and pay for what I needed). The parts took roughly 3 months to come in and were wrong. I called back, got an RMA number and sent them back using registered mail. GoKarts received my parts and signed for them but refused to credit my back and still to this day will not. After sending the Better Business Bureau the signature, tacking info and delivery date the BBB told GoKarts they were wrong and to pay me back. They still refused to and now I am in the middle of suing them. Out $600 in parts and legal fees. I finally called the OEM, paid less that half GoKarts price and had my parts in roughly a week.
Bought 2 tickets for Chelsea v Man City about 6 weeks in advance as a Xmas present. They rang a week before the game and said they had been "let down by their supplier". I had to disappoint someone who was expecting the tickets. They offered me free tickets to a game a few days away - but I was out of the country. I wonder if they sold my tickets for a higher price to someone else - SO, AVOID THIS SITE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE DISAPPOINTED LIKE I WAS.

Do NOT order from rosewholesale! I ordered a pink coat on November 15, 2014 and still have not received it. I emailed them and they told me to wait until 45 business days have passed. When I still did not receive it, I emailed again very annoyed. They just kept telling me I had to pay for the shipping again and they'd resend it or I could get a refund of $20 (I paid $42 for the coat.) This website is total garbage and is run by $#*!s who don't know what they're doing.
