Yes I order from this site on 9/29/2014 and still havent received my dress i ordered!!! I complained to them that its been over 25 days and they keep saying that it will arrive in a couple days and it still hasnt so i told them i wanted a refund and they said they cant give me one unless theres something wrong with the dress well there is ITS STILL NOT ARRIVED!!! They also told me i couldnt track it because i have flat rate shipping this site is bullcrap I reported it to the ICCC the INTERNET CRIME COMPLAINT CENTER.
This company is a total rip-off you order product they send you half the stuff and then try to dispute saying, they put the items in the customer service people are the worst ever there so rude , they have no knowledge of good customer service policies anyone planning to order before they will rip you off and then your out of money and vitamins, They always try to blame someone else for there lack of good business practise. If you planning on buying vitamins don't use them they will take your money then rip you off.
STAY AWAY!!! (Unless you want to donate your money). I placed an order on September 13th. 50 days later I FINALLY got my money back only because PayPal had my purchase covered. Customer service is god awful (might as well be non-existent) and blatently lied to my wife and I on multiple occasions. After almost 2 full months they could not provide a tracking number nor tell us what the problem is. I will 100% NEVER shop with Zulily again and I promise neither will my close friends and family members. What a joke!
What a rip-off place this is. Haven't even received the cheap looking dress yet but they give very unclear shipping options - the standard UPS ground is default while at the same time they "guarantee" to deliver by whenever you need it . Not true. And guess what - they charge a re-stocking fee for any returns. Don't order from "PromGirl"
I ordered 3 items from this company they took my money and all I have received is 2 items. Had to submit a ticket to figure out when or if I will receive my 3rd item. Clothes are small even though I ordered large. Keep in mind it took me over 15 days to receive the two items I requested. I will never order from here again.

They made a mistake on my shipment and ended up blaming me for their mistake. The customer service is awful. Don't even waste your time with the chat support because the agent will tell you to email customer support. Their "COO" Jason Luong responded to my emails with the worst tone and attitude I've ever seen from a company. Avoid at all costs! Not worth the risk and the headache of dealing with this company.
Ordered THL 5000 on Sunday from warehouse in Germany and received phone Thursday. Was also able to track order on DHL website. Pleased with service.
I received my phone just 2 days after ordering it from the site. It looked to be in perfect condition. Everything works just as well as a friends Iphone5 that he has. The battery seems to not stay charged as long as i like it to, but it is a used phone and if i wasn't always on apps that require location services I'm sure it would be perfect for most. Definitely worth saving the money over a new phone. Originally I wanted this phone just to last me till next year when due for an upgrade, but the quality is so good I hope it will last me 2 years. Thanks Orchard for a great product!!

I really like their new perks program. I don't like not being able to just spend cash like normal, but you get a lot of free stuff from it!
Their customer service sold me on a better screen because I couldn't control the lighting in the room and I'm so glad I did. My neighbor is having the same problem that they brought up to me- the sun glare is making part of the picture streaky. Glad I listened to them!

STAY AWAY from Zamek Limited posing as UK Toy Wholesaler on Alibaba. This is a fraudulent company that states 50% at purchase (wire transfer sent $1,37.40 USD) 50% at delivery. First 50% to Barclay Bank London then received email won't ship out until another 50% sent to a Nigerian bank. Danny Bogden (supposed Marketing Manager email@example.com) is very responsive to emails up to the point you send money then MANY emails later-no response! Wishing I had read this jabber because losing my money.
Great store - wonderful selection - I needed a book for school and they actually had one and was INR 200 CHEAPER than my school bookstore - received it in 3 working days and only choose Free Shipping option!!!
Wow wish I had looked at this review site sooner. I ordered a costume for my 8 year old daughter 3 and a half weeks ago. That's more than enough time in my opinion. Yesterday I got an email. Not from them, but from Paypal saying my amount was refunded. I was stunned. I went to ledchristmaslighting.com to log into the account i was forced to open. Sure enough the item was listed as refunded and out of stock. THREE days before Halloween. They could have said at the time of ordering that it was OOS. This company is the absolute worst I've ever dealt with online. There is no cutomer service to speak of. Every call I make is answered with voicemail. Now I have a young child who is crushed by this news. Never again will I shop from them. They have forever lost myself and anyone I can discuss this with as a customer.

There are several other websites around that seem to be associated with this outfit, selling a wide range of items. Computers, computer parts, bedding, high-end name brand candles, all at "too good to be true" prices. When investigating, I found the "coach outlet" address buried in the FAQ's of all of them. Weird acting websites, poor english and questionable prices should be the clue here.
I got a Canon 450D for my birthyday a couple of years ago and i love the thing to death. It is pure quality on all levels.

I can't even give these people one star but I am forced to. They will NOT give me my refund. It seems like their accountant Ingrid De la Pena (firstname.lastname@example.org) is afraid to answer emails. Their voice mailbox is always full. This is the worst, most expensive mistake I have made with online ordering. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM…a slightly more expensive dealer in these products is worth it. give business to people with integrity.
