This mess up to USPS losses an important package of mines again. All they had to do is reroute a package instead they lose it for the past 3 days they have been giving me the run around along with FEDEX.
A package was sent to from Nomorerack and the turned it over to USPS to be delivered but they did not give any more shipping information to USPS or me.and now for 3 days I have been getting the run around from them.
Overall service is very good. I like this website because it provides a good platform for account traders and buyers to pursue their goods. I would like to come back if I need to purchase an account in the future. Ryan
i spent much time preparing the documents and waiting for the call back from the provider. they did not respond by phone; but sent an email to cancel it which i got hours later. it didn't feel like an authentic exchange. search "medical diagnosis and treatment" for other online options.

I've used this company a couple times via Rosegal, but this is the first time I've used the website Rosewholesale. I ordered some items back in late September (yes, September), one of which was a late anniversary gift for my boyfriend. A very, very late anniversary gift. The first two of four items didn't ship until October 23, a full month after I'd made the order. I wasn't told that the items were backordered until I asked, and even then I still only received 2 of the 4 items! If they were on backorder, wouldn't you just send the ones that weren't on time instead of waiting and still sending an incomplete order? Then, the third item finally shipped on November 6, about 2 weeks later. Yay, great! The last item--my boyfriend's gift--still hadn't shipped. After an additional 2 weeks, he was getting fed up and so was I, so I asked them if they could refund my purchase for that and just not ship it. Magically, this item shipped the next day (this would be November 21st). A couple days ago, we finally received his gift, a jacket, and it was too small, even though we took measurements before we ordered (I'm aware that this company sizes small and have always done measurements beforehand to avoid having to wait another year to exchange something). Let's go back to that third item...my coat. It didn't have a tracking number like the other packages, even though I'd paid for my original order to include tracking numbers. I was informed that "I didn't ask for a tracking number on that package," to which I told them "I didn't ask it to be shipped separately either, so when was I supposed to let you know that I wanted one?" It's now December 21, four days before Christmas. It has been SIX WEEKS since the item was said to have shipped, and almost THIRTEEN WEEKS since I put in the original order. Thirteen weeks=three months. 90 days. To get a $&%^ing COAT. I probably could've walked/sailed to China faster than that to get this thing. Winter will probably be over by the time I get this coat...thank goodness I ordered a different one already from Zulily (which I shouldn't have had to do). And the best part...this is the only item on my entire order (even the other separately shipped item) that doesn't have a tracking number, so no one can even tell where in the hell it is. Nice. Customer service hasn't offered to refund me any money, not even the $24 cost of shipping, and gave me a 30% off code for my "next" order. Yeeeeah. So, if you don't mind waiting 1/4 of a year (literally) for your items, then I guess this place is okay.

We will NEVER do business with sheplers EVERY again we ordered a vest after 3 × weeks it never arrived I called canceled the order a week later on a Sunday (late) that they were shipping my order I explained to the very rude customer service rep that I had canceled my order over a week ago she informed me (her words) to bad it has shipped
SCAM -- do NOT use these people!!! Their online quote based on very concrete specifics was $119 for an iPad 2 64G with cracked screen. After waiting 30 days for the mailer, I sent it in and they emailed me back they would give me $14. TOTAL CON - DO NOT USE! I am reporting to any agency I can find to stop these scams.
All of their games are rip-offs (and very cheap at that). Apparently, their games end up becoming a slot-machine in the long run, requiring you to win by pure luck or by paying them money. Candy Crush and it's variants are awful. The Farm Heroes are just Candy Crush with a different theme. What's bad about this site they took down a game that's similar to them by name (and the said game is older than them, btw) for trademark and business purposes. Now, they own the trademarks for the word "saga". They can file a lawsuit for any game that uses that word as a title. Again, this was just done for attention-grabbing and money purposes. They also made a game called "Pac-Avoid" that is also a definite rip-off of some other game. This site is awful. I ordered some boots about a month ago and have not received any confirmation of the order aside from my card being charged. I have filed multiple complaints to the company as to how to get a refund for an item I never received and have heard nothing back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. If you do you will surely regret it
You need to make it possible for people to pay with credit cards. When you verify that the card holder is using their bank account the credit card takes any charge and rounds it up to $1.00. I went through the process of filling all of my information in like 4 times because of this. Finally when I switched to debit card it worked. But then after verifying that the account was mine, I had to fill in all of my information yet again. This is counter-intuitive. If you just verified that I was using my account, it is obvious that I am going to be paying with that same exact account or else you would reject my payment for not using a verified bank account. The information should be auto filled in. It is just a pain to continually fill all of that in over and over and over again. Please make your site a little more functional. I appreciate your attempt to verify bank accounts before accepting payments. Great idea, but it needs to function better. Please address this.
My best friend recommended your website to me. I ordered the dress for visiting my daughter's future in-law in December. But I filled in a wrong address and I didn’t know about it. Fortunately, the customer service emailed me on time. Now the dress arrived before that day, and the dress is very nice. I believe that day will be very smooth. Thanks to the customer service Janice.
It's been about a week since I have ordered about 165 US dollars worth. All i received was an e-mail saying that they received my payment and i got nothing. No tracking number or anything. I wanted to know what was going on and clicked customer support center to find out that they needed picture of my card and photo ID to insure a credit card fraud? So i tried to send them the pictures but every time i tried the site would turn out to be error and would not let me send anything. So now i am lost... i can't contact them.. i tried calling and the phone line is always busy... wouldn't even let me send them e-mail...i will most likely call my bank and get my money back since they don't reply nor get in contact with the customer service. DO NOT buy stuff from this site. This site is not ready to sell products to customers.
Placed an order on November 21,2014, and they sent me an email with a tracking number that goes nowhere.
Corban Direct have disgustingly bad ethics and business sense. Ps till no refund three months down the line, nearly four. They have lied repeatedly, delivered incomplete orders and delivered broken orders. SO MANY REVIEWS THAT ARE BAD. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Please - you will possibly have fraud committed against you and almost certainly will be lied to. They have so many excuses and reasons up their sleeves...none of which are true. Apparently refund system has been down for three months! Haha. Since our refund was due...oh but in that time they have refunded part of our money? Funny that. STEER CLEAR. Review will probably be deleted, but please let's stand together. Go on Twitter and Facebook and don't let people buy from them. There could be people a lot worse off than me who cannot afford to go without the money being returned.
Ebates BY FAR has the BEST customer service I've ever experienced. They are PROMPT, EFFICIANT, and FRIENDLY. I can't say enough good things about them. So nice and refreshing to know they really do care!
Zero stars. Everyone has the same story. These #$#@%s need to be shut down. Of course the book I wanted is not available. Paid $3, forgot to cancel. Paid $50 (said 35) for nothing and have requested cancellation from now. See if they will reply to that request. Fear is that of viruses, others accessing my pc - does anyone have this following contact with these fraudsters?

I bought a battery for my Toshiba laptop from the company and it is poor quality. Month ago I ask them to replace the battery by warranty the company provided. In last couple weeks they promise me every day by phone and chat the battery will send to me at evening, but I did not receive the replacement after the month I sent them the broken battery. Looks like the company sell unconditional products because the battery never work as promised: 2 hours instead 6 as Toshiba brand battery and after couple months my laptop start notice me I have to replace the battery
I wish I read the reviews before ordering anything from groupon. I ordered a duvet cover set in beginning of December it was supposed to be a Christmas present. It has now been 3 weeks and when I go to UPS website with the tracking number they provided me it says label created waiting for package to be received. It still hasn't been shipped!!! They have falsely sent me an email saying it shipped 2 weeks ago.

Ordered 2 items, received in a timely manner however, the ladies blouse I ordered wouldn't fit a 2 year old and the dress....omg.....doesn't look anything as pictured....both items very cheaply made. When items arrived there wasn't any packing slip or receipt .....How can I return this crap and get a refund?

I used the paypal link inside their checkout window to pay and payment was confirmed. Now, they tell me they cancelled my order because I didnt check out and have no receipt of funds. These people are crooked. BEWARE!
