This is worth experience that I have had buying online. Customer service are useless, the quality of the produce is terrible, and to get a refund is a nightmare, and the refund that they want to give you is point in to the account like if after the bad experience you will go back to buy with them.
Dont buy vacation deals from groupon pd almost $1200 including hidden fees for a rat hole! Dont waste your money!
I too made an On-Line order to this company. The items I received were NOT as expected either in quantity or grades of material (T-SHIRTS, etc.) I have been attempting to contact the company via SEVERAL DIFFERENT TEL. #'s that they list on-line, but NOBODY EVER ANSWERS THE TELEPHONE and E-Mails to them are not acknowledged nor answered. So far I am VERY unhappy with this company ESPECIALLY the CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPT. It makes for a reasonable assumption that it is NOT a LEGIT COMPANY, but someone selling products out of a garage, somewhere. Until and Unless I get a reply from "THEM", I would suggest staying away from ANY ordering from them....Good Luck.
I had a good experience with this company, the tablecloths and runners that I purchased are very good quality... they are very heavy fabric and the colors are fantastic, as far as the prices go it's a very good deal, I will buy again from tableclothsforless.com.
I have used this site to transcribe interviews for data analysis. They have been on-time and reliable. When I had questions before choosing them, the customer service replied right away and they were very helpful! I've had 13 files transcribed and one of them was supposed to have time codes, but didn't. Customer service was great and had it fixed within a day. Super great to work with and saved me so much time.
subscribed to "premium" plan over a year ago - 3 months at a time, I have been auto paying and receiving service. Suddenly, my account is not active - I call and they say "due to a glitch in the system your account was deactivated". I said, well, re-activate it! They said, "well, sorry we no longer offer the plan you used to have." I said, that's what I paid for, have come to expect, and would like to continue. They said, "sorry we don't have that anymore. We've made CHANGES." Basically you now get the "privilege" of paying A La Carte for each search! Component by component... Sheesh - talk about tone deaf customer service. Buyer beware - IMO they created the glitch as a way to force an upgrade on their clients. A fool's errand from my vantage point. Greedy sobs misunderstand the market and the value of loyal customers. goodbye forever Spokeo.

I have never used it as a guest, but as a host it is a terrible company. If they treat guests like they treat hosts then stay far away from them. The customer service is non-existent, they do not even list a telephone number! The owe me money from 13 days ago, they say they pay in 3-4 days, and they also owe me money from 30 days ago. I have e-mailed them three times and have gotten no response except that they are working on it, that was six days ago. Good luck.
AVOID this website a total waste of time money and emotion. From my experience, the site is filled with fake profiles. Not sure who is behind all these Fake profiles but use your common sense and see who benefits when they constantly try to get you to spend money on messages. Felt totally ripped off and someone needs to file a lawsuit against this company.

Do NOT order anything from this website. I ordered a dress before I read the reviews of the website. The website advertises that your items will ship within "24 hours" BUT, I ordered my dress almost 3 weeks ago, and just received it on Monday the 21st. It is a beautiful dress, but it does not fit. And now, I find out that I have to pay for the shipping costs back to CHINA. I will not ever be ordering a dress from this website ever again. Oh, and when I emailed them about my order, no one responded for over a week. It's also funny how the "24/7 Livechat" NEVER works. I called before I placed my order to see if the item was in stock and they told me it was. I paid with my credit card and got a confirmation that is was paid and the next day got a confirmation that is was shipped with tracking number from UPS. Waited and waited and then after a week I checked and the UPS tracking number was voided and I was notified by email that my order was placed before they checked their stock (even though I called to verify and they told me it was in stock) and they did not have the item and I was fully refunded. I check my credit card and it WAS NOT refunded. I called and the lady that answers the phone sounds like it is at a home and not a business said it takes two days for a refund to a credit card to go through (bull) still waiting. I feel like since I am not the only one on this post that experienced the same thing that this is no more than a "Ponzi" company keeping money flowing through their bank account. My brother works for the Justice Department and he going to start an investigation on the firm. The thing that is most painful is it was to be a birthday gift for my son that I ordered well in advance for his birthday but now his day is ruined!!!!!
Purchased a bright orange purse a few months ago. The front clasp broke. Theiir return policy is only 30 days. First time in years that a purse has failed so fast. Do not buy from this site. Plus, you get automatically get signed up for an approx 40 per month deduction on your credit card. Not good. Nothing beats a good retail store with a solid return policy that doesn't take money on the back end.
