SiteJabber is the best way to find & review great online businesses
I love my beautiful handbag which I plan to use for my son's wedding, and quite possibly, my daughter's wedding a year later. The ordering experience was easy and fun. I will buy again.
This site is great. They have the meds I need and they're not exhorbant. I've never had an order lost or not shipped on time and their customer service has always been really good to me. The site has gone down once before a long time ago, and it did take a little while to get it back up. But if you placed an order and actually talked to a person there, I would say not to worry too much. You're probably fine and your meds will most likely ship when they're supposed to. I can't wait for the site to come back up though, because I really need to place an order!!!! :( Overall, as long as amc doesn't change the way run, I'll stay with them. Although faster shipping would be excellent as I'm in the US and it generally takes 7-10 days to get my order lol. Just takes a little more planning though.
Nice and easy way to buy some nice things. Thank you very much for fast shipment. Best regards. Blondy800
I have been a Melaleuca customer for over 11 years. I love that there is an easy way for me to remove toxic chemicals from my home, just by switching stores. I started shopping with the company when I was 28 and single. Now I am a mother of a two year old and pregnant with my 2nd child. One thing I don't worry about are chemicals in my detergents, or contaminates under the sinks. The vitamins have given me the nutrition that I need while pregnant and nursing - which I now appreciate more then ever before. Thank you Melaleuca!
Ordered few products received on two of them so far both are fake and when tried to return wants evidence where I offered to return the products no response and they leave Robot to answer your problem and when I asked for live person no response I know it was a biggest mistake to buy from them many hundreds of dollar went down the drain but if people read the review please avoid them thanks
Their customer service is GREAT. I had a minor technical issue with adding a certain link to my website and not only did they fix it very quickly but the woman who helped me was very nice.
it is a very good site to by very cheap things for electronics or jewelry. they also have a good service. and you always receive your order on time. so thank you very much
Due to a colon disease, my gastroenterologist suggested that I take vitamins. He "prescribed" if you will, the vitamins that I should take. I had been taken vitamins for 10 years when I was introduced to Melaleuca's supplements. Coming from the medical field made me very interested in the science behind these vitamins. After reading all the science plus the patent on their technology, I decided to test them out. Here it is 11+ years later and I have never been healthier! I've had one minor relapse with the colitis/Crohns. My doctor says I'm the healthiest sick person he's ever treated. I couldn't be happier or healthier!!
Horrible. It has been over a week now and they have yet to send me my money. After spending 20 minutes on the phone yesterday explaining the difference between a contact e mail and a payment e mail they have yet to pay me. Today when I contacted them they told me I would have to confirm my e mail AGAIN. So what was yesterday for? $#*!s and giggles? Will never be using them again. And will be filing suit if they hold my payment another day
I would give Groupon zero stars if I could. They have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. They have a so called "groupon promise" which makes you feel comfortable buying from them but this "promise" is nothing more than BS! The representative was extremely rude to me and when she put her supervisor on the phone he was just as rude and completely sided with the first lady who was totally unacceptable. I have been using Groupon for years and now I will never purchase anything from them again. What a horrible company.
I have been shopping from Melaleuca for 22 years and am very satisfied with their customer service, wonderful products and their emphasis on health and wellness. I have also appreciated the savings over grocery store prices because of their preferred customer program. I am grateful to this company for improved personal wellness for me and my family!
I find that the Melaleuca business to be the BEST online business to be in, I have been a restaurant business owner for 35 years, I have retired that business and am now actively building Melaleuca, great product, great people
Good stuff, it is the smallest camera I have ever seen, I will keep looking to see if it is the smallest one ever made. Good details about the item, good communications about it and deliver times, fair price for P&P.
I have been shopping at this store for the products for 16 years. My son had severe asthma and I found this company by chance. The products changed his health in ways I can't explain. Four and a half years ago we were struggling due to the recession and I learned how to refer customer's. I am so excited how many people I have helped. They have NEVER disappointed me!
I LOVE Melaleuca! My orders are always on time and only take about 2 business days to get to my house (I live in FL). I have only had 1 instance in the last 4 years that I have had a complaint. I called customer service, they replaced my product (the next day!) and added an additional one to my online shopping cart for free! The customer service is second to none! THIS is how shopping should be and THIS is level of customer care I have come to expect. The savings are amazing... I am saving an average of $100/month for a family of five. I even get to use coupons and shop at other retailers for less. I will NEVER pay retail again! Thanks Melaleuca!
Doesn't seem to work anymore, at least for me. Lost my password and sent request to get it reset several times and got no emails. It's not very well-run in the first place, it's got sub-Facebook interaction as far as accounts and messages. Not good.
Was looking to buy an itunes gift card online and found MyGiftCardSupply. They accepted PayPal so I figured I was safe.. but didn't have any reviews on sitejabber about them. I ordered a $10 iTunes card to test them that way I didn't risk too much money.. and my card was delivered in about 15 minutes. I was pretty pleased with this so I made a second purchase immediately for $50 and the delivery was even quicker than the first time :) I would definitely recommend this website if you're looking to buy an itunes gift card. Cheers!
This website is pretty cool. I got free bids when I joined and was able to win 2 auctions without having to buy bids. Not only did I win an auction for a gift card, but I got more bids because they came with the card.
I have been a customer for almost 11 years and I have been so pleased with the product line. I have so much more energy taking our Supplements and I have arthritis and broke my femur last year and am now not in any pain and don't limp. I owe alot of it to taking our Joint Supplement Replenex Extra Strength and our Omega 3 Supplements. Thanks Melaleuca!
I absolutely LOVE Melaleuca! I love their mission of enhancing lives by helping others. I have been shopping for their superior products for 18 years and now my grown up children and my grandchildren are. We would not be without these products. So many health benefits and now turning a household expense into a revenue stream simply by referring other families to a superior shopping system.

this company withdrew $9.95 per month for two years before I realized it was an unauthorized charge on my bank statement. i had made one initial purchase and they continued to withdraw a monthly sum without my authorization or any notice whatsoever. i mistakenly thought my husband was ordering a product from them monthly. when i contacted the company they said they were going to issue a 4 month refund and lied about when i made the purchase saying it was recent which it was not. i also contacted my bank and they issued me a full refund for ALL of the charges. If you are having the same issues as i did CONTACT YOUR CARD COMPANY NOW and let them know! it's the only way you will ever get your money back. as long as consumers allow this to go on, these scammers will get away with it. good luck! would give zero stars if i could.
Carefully consider buying expensive items—especially furniture! I received the Calcutta arm chair in last week of May ‘14. With shipping, the chair was just over $1,000. Although the chair was not very comfortable, it was beautiful and fit well in the room. I was happy to keep the chair. I went on vacation in early June for two weeks. In mid-July I noticed the fabric on the chair was torn in several places and the stitching where the saris are sewn together was coming undone in several places. I wrote an email to the company July 20. No response in three days so I called. The customer rep I spoke with was very nice and assured me the company would look into the issue. Over a week later I received an email apologizing for the delayed response (my email was lost). The email stated Dot & Bo would offer a $50 credit if I provided pictures of the damage. Fifty dollars is .05% the cost of the chair. I asked to speak with a manager. Two weeks went by without contact. I called and again, the representative I spoke with apologized saying she left a message on my phone and was unsure why I never received it. My contention is this: One THOUSAND dollars is a lot of money to pay for a chair. Yes, I called about the damage after the two week return policy (I had at this point owned the chair for about a month and a half). Considering the price of the chair I felt Dot&BO should do one of three things: 1. Replace the chair, 2. Provide a store credit, 3.Provide a refund. The representative said they had no way of knowing if myself (small children, animals, wild and crazy parties…had caused damage to the chair). She also said this chair was among their best-sellers and no one else has called to complain. Again, implying that the cause of damage was due to excessive use during its two month stay in my home: “We try to be clear about our returns policy, and when a product uses sensitive or reclaimed materials so you can be as informed as possible upon purchase what to expect from your item and how much use it can likely withstand… I am sorry if the material was not able to sustain, but there is no way for us to determine the cause at this point.” I have no animals in my house. I do have small children. However, I also have a house full of furniture ranging from 6-over a hundred years old—three couches, several chairs, even a four year old all white sectional and none of the upholstery is in as bad of shape as this two month old chair. If other customers are not experiencing similar problems, perhaps my chair was somehow defective as the material is recycled sari fabric. My experiences and concerns as a customer should be valued and considered as individual and unique. The rep asked me to send her pictures and promised she would look into the issue. Two weeks went by with no word. I sent an email inquiring about the status of my request and again, the company offered a fifty dollar credit stating this compensation was “very fair” since my complaint was “well outside” the return window. Consumers! Learn from my experience. If you are going to spend a large chunk of your hard-earned change on a piece of furniture—buy from a company that stands behind the quality of the products they sell. Although every time I actually spoke with a representative from Dot & Bo, they were polite and professional, the customer service was very poor in returning emails and phone calls in a timely manner. I will not shop at Dot & Bo again, not even to use the fifty dollar credit. You are almost sure to get better quality furniture and better customer service at Room and Board, Pottery Barn, West Elm even Target, or your local used furniture store than Dot& BO. Every time I look at my chair I see my wasted money. Oxfam, the local high poverty school I work at….all the things I could have done with this $1k…if only I had known. Dot & Bo: such cute products. Such potential. Such a disappointment.
I found Peggy Li jewelry from a Google search for "handmade jewelry," but discovered that most of her jewelry is actually just findings she buys from suppliers and passes it off as "handmade." Etsy actually has been dealing with the same issue. I think that this is highly deceptive to the consumer to promote something that is handmade, when in reality it is mass produced.
I love Melaleuca, The Wellness Company. I will be a customer for life! I have been a customer for 4 years and I have a phenomenal health story I share with many people. I know others who have spectacular stories of health and wellness. I love that I can purchase health and wellness products that are safer for my home and my family and I don't have to pay an arm and a leg to have them in my home and to be able to use them. I love that I can shop directly at the manufacturing company and the products sell themselves. No one gets hurt with Melaleuca!
I don’t like this site.. the colours..the way how it looks...but I do like the girl named Mercedes there. I want to see her in real life, cause she is perfect to me, don’t believe until I see HER! Looking for the way to do that.
My family has been using Melaleuca products for 20 years and it has been an amazing experience. By getting the toxins out of our home and switching to this phenomenal product line, we have been able to help our daughter's asthma and our son's eczema while getting healthier ourselves. We also chose to take advantage of the referral marketing component of Melaleuca - definitely a blessing on our family :)
This is the worst stainless steel company out there in China market. Their quality is very bad and inferior. Their prices are also exorbitant. They treat their customers in not so professional way when something goes wrong with their bad quality product. Stay way!!!!!!!
