called once about a utv that was miss represented on line. the man said thanks, and he would call me back with a special deal, for informing you of the mistake. never heard back ... also found same utv for less money.on other web site. customer service?
Friday 12/12/2014 at 8:24 am I placed an order with carid total bill 286.61. I immediately received an email confirming the order. Both items were listed as in stock and the website states 24-72 hours to ship. At 10:00 am that same day I got another email with estimated ship date of 12/16 for one product and 12/17 for the other. Today 12/19 I called at 10:30 am to check status because their online tracking still showed the same estimated ship dates but no shipping info. I was told that they would have to check with the manufacturer and they would email me the info. What I got was another order confirmation but no shipping info. I called back again. This time I was told the items were on back order and may not be available until the end of January. Now keep two things in mind. One, this was for a Christmas present and although close should have had time to get here in time. Also keep in mind that both of these back ordered items were showing as available on the website and are still showing that way now. I asked if I had been charged already and the lady said no. She said they placed a hold on the money. I told her to cancel the order. I called my bank and found out that they had in fact CHARGED me and it may take 2 days to get it back. I called carid again and asked to speak to a manager. I was placed on hold for 22 minutes and never got to speak to a manager. Needless I am not happy at all with carid. I will be encouraging all of my friends to NEVER order anything from these people and I will be posting this little story on every shopping review site I can find and be reposting and sharing it on Facebook every chance I get until I get my money back. I worked in many sales jobs. Anyone in retail will tell you that a happy customer might tell 2 people about your business. An unhappy customer will tell at least 10. My goal is to make sure that at least 10000 people see this and see just how carid handles their business.
I have not ordered anything yet, but plan to do so in the near future! Great site....great prices.
Listia is a scam for sellers. Living in Canada I cannot provide tracking. It costs too much. So I state as much, as Listia asks me to. Well, I believe the buyer thinks it is quite alright to claim they never received an item. And I have paid REAL $S to ship it to them. Then they want their points back, but do they have to send the item back to me---NO!--This doesn't seem to be a Listia policy, as it is on eBay or Etsy. This site is NOT FREE! FOR THE SELLERS IT COSTS A FORTUNE. As of this moment, it is no longer in my life.Write your review to help others learn about this online business
There aren't many things I can honestly say have changed my life but EP is one of them. I'm such a private person. I've never felt like anyone truly knows me but the cloak of anonymity I was lent by EP allowed me to share my true self. To my surprise, a whole lot of people like who I am. Yes, of course bad things occasionally happen (don't they everywhere online?) but the amount of trolls and bullies has been grossly exaggerated by other reviewers. I usually find for every one mean-spirited remark, at least three or four positive, supportive ones. Some people even make it their goal to drive the bullies away, like guardians of those less able to defend themselves. And the friendships I've made are real. Whether they'll outlast my time on the site I don't know and don't even think it's particularly relevant. Logging on to EP feels like taking off a suit of armour and showing the world my heart. I've learned a lot about myself and others. If you're anything at all like me, I suggest you ignore the moaners and give it a try. It might just change your life too.
Don't DO IT..Ordered Nov18th No sign of my item even though it was Confirmed shipped with a tacking number by the 21st of November. But the item never left China for 2 weeks. Now it is over a month since the original transaction. I contacted Stack Social and heard all the nice apologies and a new promise to reship. Got a new bogus tracking number 3 days afterward. That tracking number also failed to track anything so I never wasted anymore time and made contacted with Paypal. They are handling my case as a dispute. The item was originally ordered for a Christmas gift but at this late date I no longer need it. Paypal is refunding my account if Stacksocial doesn't respond and make it right by the end of Dec.
HORRIBLE, this is for kids I dont EVEN think kids would want to even wear these so uncomfortable " NOT FIT RIGHT" clothing. SIZES ARE BASE UPON TINY SKINNY JAPANESE GIRLS NOT FOR USA. even though I am asian I lived my life in the US. I see where the "Asians" basics design comes from and for god sake, please do not do business in the USA if you do not know how to accommodate the US citizens.
Complete scam site, charges businesses to reply and manage reviews. Wouldn't be surprised if 95% of the reviews are fake just to solicit businesses to pay. Cannot believe google ranks this scam site.
Just wanted to say that I ❤️love❤️ EBATES!! I received my very first check this week for $34 and I already have $64 pending!! I love going to one place and being able to shop my favorite stores. This year, thanks to the promise of cash back, I did most of my Christmas shopping online. This definitely led to less stress for me! I've even convinced my mom and daughter to sign up for EBATES. I ordered twice through Living Social and did not get the products either time. I contacted Living Social and they sent me a coupon for the product that the company refused to honor. After going back and forth between the two companies, I finally gave up and will never attempt to order anything through Living Social again.
You know this is the worst buying experience I have had in my entire life and I'm 63 yrs old. I have had better experiences buy a used car then it was dealing with Amazon on this. First off I will never ever purchase another product from any of amazon's affiliates. When you sell a product you ought to have someone there that can answer questions on what the products limits are. I called amazon before I purchased this unit and the person could tell my absolutely nothing on what the product could do. Explained to the person what I was going to use the product for and they said it would do just fine. I also called the manufacturer to see what they said about it too and was told the very same thing. After I had 2 units both of them damaged and had to be repaired by me to make it look decent. Took me probably 2 hours to straighten the sleeves on the units. Without any compensation whatsoever for doing it. I could have called the service center and had them come out and fix it I guess but of course the nearest one is 4 hours away and that would have cost you guys a bunch of money but I fixed them myself. The worst thing about this whole deal is I bought the unit for a new building and there was a hole cut in my wall to fit this unit. Now when I find out the unit isn't anything close to what I need to do the job I wanted it to. I have a hole in my wall where a different product will not fit. So I have to have the contractor of the building to come out and replace a bunch of wains coating and insulation. This was not free so I not only did all the repairs on the unit taking it in and out of the building several times I had to get my building fixed. And then the returning of the product was another thing. You advertise this unit as being 150 lbs. and it was 195 lbs so UPS wouldn't ship it back to you. I got the first one all packaged up and they picked it up. The next day it was sitting on my front porch on it's top. I couldn't even get out of my door since the unit was placed in front of my door. So being 63 and having to try and move this 195 lbs package off my porch was another interesting undertaking. So had to go buy some 2x4's and build a ramp to get the package up and my truck. So there was another expense. The 2nd one was the same way, you sent a tag from UPS, they picked it up and brought it back the next day. I hope all your customers aren't treated this way or your company will go the way of your first phone a failure. If I can post this message on your website I surely will because this is totally an unacceptable way to do business in my opinion. I also very mad at all the run around I have been getting on getting the refund. Was told the first time the credit you gave me for the bent up sleeve was compensation for the work done on the unit and the full price would be credited back to me if I didn't want to exchange it but that was another fib I guess because it sure wasn't. I'm sure no one will read this unless I can post it on Amazon's website someplace or somewhere I can give you a rating on your business. Thanks for nothing, thanks for all the run around and thanks for all my added expense to get heat in my building. Tim
If I could I would give it lower than a one star. I like the rest of you got ripped off. The clothes look NOTHING like what I ordered and are so tiny I can't believe it. I was careful to follow the sizing chart they provide and ordered XL things. Most would maybe fit an 8 year old. One shirt that I ordered XL I could barely get on. and was 10 inches apart from one side to the other. So I looked at the size and there was literally no tag on it anywhere. So certainly no matter what you order they pull it from a heap of all of the same and chuck it in a bag. I wasted $80 on 8 tops. only 1 of them is wearable.

Horrible, ordered a hat and scarf on 11/23/14 the scarf came on 12/20/14 but still have yet to receive the hat. Called customer service for them to tell me that the hat is still in the warehouse and there not sure why it hasn't been shipped yet. Will never order from them again!! If I could I would rate it zero stars.
I had them build a small business site for me back in the summer.They were horrible first of all they gave my number to third party companies and they called me night and day.They when I wanted to cancel the site it took me three times before they finially removed the site.I told them I didn't need it anymore but they keep making excuses for me to keep it.And finially one day I called and got a good person who finially removed the site.But I ended up having to change my number because they gave it out to other companies.This site stinks!!!!!And it cost way to much for sites that are not built that great.Don't bother with them.
Bought a princess carriage necklace for my daughter. NEVER got it. Tracking says delivered to an address I never even lived at took 4 months to get my money back. Seller refused it Tophatter had to pay it. They did the exact same thing to my mom a week later. Ripped her off on some rings she never got.. never did get her money..
I would say that I really like the end product and even thought there site was down when I wanted to order something they sent me an email. Telling me when I could order what I wanted once everything was sorted out again on the site.
I made a reservation at Hotel Cervantino using booking.com. When I arrived at the hotel, the receptionist had my reservation but claimed there was no record of my payment. The hotel also claimed that their credit card machine was not working. They required that I pay in cash. Since I had just arrived in Mexico, I did not have enough pesos with me. They sent me out on foot to find an atm machine. Once I paid for the room in cash and got to my room, I found the hotel had already charged my debit card. When I reported the problem to booking.com, they required my bank statement and copies of my receipts from the hotel before they would even make a call to the hotel to resolve the issue.This level of customer service is unacceptable. I will never use booking.com again.
