Terrible. We ordered on November 20th of this year with guaranteed Christmas delivery. The item still hasn't made it from the supplier to Zuilily. We have not been offered anything to compensate for the guarantee not being met, our one year old nephew doesn't have a Christmas gift and he's located out of state so now we have to fix that, and they don't contact you to tell you any details. You have to contact them. We were told many times over the last month that it was "on its way" and encouraged not to cancel. "Just give us a few more days." Never order from this site.
I have ordered my item a month ago, it still did not show up. They keep sending emails saying that it is in the preparation process. After three reminders, today I totally got frustrated and wrote them an email with deadline to have my order reach my home address. They are corrupts. They are a Chinese company, I off course have heard about their corruption and lies, now I see it and experience it personally. I am not sure if my order will still arrive and probably they will just take my item and not refund the money. They do respond, but I am worried that my item will never arrive and they will eat up my money. I told them I will report about them with consumer bureau. Do not do business with them, anyone!

I ordered my Christmas for my family, and the split my order. I received one item December 18,2014. When I try to track my remaining 11 items I get an error code! I am in panic mode! This is ruining my Christmas as I am stressing every day! Where is my Package?????????

Both the Yanks and the Frogs in the computer market will rip you off as soon as look at you, and considering both countries share the company I am not at all surprised. After reading the reviews, an noticing how there was either one star, or five stars mainly given, the one star gross dissatisfaction wiping the floor with the five star, it sounds to me as though the staff, and a few friends of Kizoa wrote the good revues. I was about to purchase a two year subscription, I'm glad I decide to do a search first. Sorry you guys were so badly burned, but thanks for the heads up, and saving my anger, and money.
I rarely write reviews, but this time i though it will be useful for others. I will try to be objective. I made an order just a couple of days before submission and i guess paid higher than it could be. The assignment was agreed to be done by the 18th afternoon but it was not delivered i started the online chat and was told it would be finished in two hours. Guess what? It was not delivered in two hours. Actually it was not even finished in 4 hours. I can't even express how stressful it was, when i finally received it very late evening with one task still missing. It was very kind of them to send me the missing task the NEXT DAY morning, which obviously was useless because by that time i have already submitted it. One more thing while revising what they have done i noticed that it does not meet the requirements i sent them. In calculations the start day for the project (assignment) was supposed to be in October and for unknown reason they did that in December, which makes the whole assignment wrong. Please be very careful using their service! To be honest i have never experienced such a rude customer service...A good lesson for me to write other reviews before making a decision.
I WANT TO RATE THEM NO STAR, BUT SINCE THERE IS NO OPTION TO DO THAT, I WILL GIVE THEM 1 STAR FOR THE VERY VERY VERY RIDICULOUS SERVICE. I ordered a gift for my niece's birthday but delivered it to my address instead.My address is in Davao and my niece lives in Metro Manila. I clearly indicated that the item will be delivered to the SHIPPING address which was my niece's address... And waaaalllaaah! The item arrived after 13 days to the WRONG address. WHAT A SHAME LAZADA!!! Poor service! I kept sending follow up emails after the item failed to arrive to the promised 1-5 business days time frame but nobody replied to the emails I sent. Very very very poor service.I wish they will look into this matter or else they will keep losing customers.
I ordered a real Madrid top on 9th November still no sign now on 20th December. When i informed them i would notify my credit card company of not receiving goods i was threatened with costs even though delivery time had past. Would not use again. i have a son who has not got his birthday present yet for beginning of December.
this is definitely not a scam, if you were scammed then you went to the wrong site. i was also scared to order, i called them and they replied. i ordered three shoes for free shipping with great coupons and they arrived even before estimated delivery date. i was so impressed and in love with the shoes, i ordered three more and won free express shipping and it came after two business days, exactly as it looked in the pictures and even better. love this site any day any time.
First off, every single person whom I have had to speak with in the course of obtaining my new Hearing Aids have been both, professional and courteous and offered much help. The Hearing Aids are so much better than the ones they replaced. The whole setup via the Tablet was so simple, that I could barely believe it were so. The aids do not squeal like the old ones and the fit and ease of wearing them is so inattrussive that one can easily forget they are being worn. That is until they are not! Yes, these aids do work, and work very well. Hearing is very subjective, because one can only hear, what one hears and as such, has no real idea what is being missed. The fact that I can now hear a Coaches whistle and the Symbols being hit by a drummer is proof enough as prior to these aids, I could See what I could not hear. Once again, all the Staff at ClearFlex have been simply wonderful and I am so grateful to: Dan, Suzzane and Sable for the wonderful support given my during the purchase of my aids and the follow up's since. For Christmas, I ordered two items online from Tobi for my Granddaughter. Two unexpected things happened. They offered $50 off on a first-time order, but did not deduct the $50. I paid anyway, because I knew my granddaughter wanted the shirt and sweater. When the garments arrived they were stuffed like rags into the smallest plastic bag you could imagine. Small enough to fit into my mailbox. The shirt looks cheaply made, but the sweater looks okay.
I was very satisfied with all the help that your technician (Gulamgous Waghu) gave me. He understood that I was over 75 years of age and with very little knowledge of computer knowledge. I am very glad that I renewed my subscription with GuruAid and I would recommed to any of my friends. If I have any more problems then I will not hesitate to contact GuruAid.
Wish i would of seen theses reviews before i ordered 2 braclets:( I ordered on dec 2 and nothing yet, I emailed them and waitied and a few days, later got a reponse saying they were just shipped out on dec11th, still waiting and nothing! And there is no number to contact them which is very odd! I really hope this is not a scam! I will never order from them again! Very poor service! They dont even deserve the 1 star review!

I had a really great experience buying a golf cart from them, they were courteous and helpful when answering my questions and the cart itself is in perfect condition and is just what I needed. After using it for a while, I can definitely say every component is in great shape and I would buy other things from them in a heartbeat. Definitely one of the best out there. Highly recommended.

Just received my wig, I will admit the colour is lovely but the style only bears a fleeting resemblance to the style I ordered, It is wearable with a lot of tweaking and it itches a little. I would not buy from this company again

DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE FOR HELP. I did in a desperate moment searching for help with a parent with worsening Alzheimer's. I entered some info into their website and my Phone range before my fingers left the mouse with an Agent from a place for mom was on the other end. That should have been a warning signal to me but as mentioned, I was desperate. She seemed to be the resource I was looking for. NOT! Instead of help, what I received was 5-10 phone calls a day from facilities referred by a place for mom with sales calls. None of them are even remotely close to the what I had explained to a place for mom my loved one needed in a facility. After finding a place on my own, a place for mom agent calle and emails doubled looking for more detailed information on his placement. 10 MONTHS LATER, I still get these calls (and you should see the emails) despite my repeated request to stop. At the most trying time of my 52 years on this earth, A place for mom has proved to be nothing but a pack of hyenas smelling blood and looking for a meal.

I will go into greater details after I have contacted the right authorities. I will say when I placed my order I asked what my subtotal amount is before having them charge my credit card. I decided to call back in to see if I could add something else to my order. I gave the representative my confirmation number and asked what my subtotal is for the order I had just placed. This person gave me my subtotal and it was over $100.00 more than what I was told from the person who took my order by phone!!!! WOW!!! :( I told this representative this is unacceptable. I had all the prices in front of me which included my discount coupon. There online store system, I was told jacked up several clothing items! FOR Example, a short sleep shirt was $13.00 with coupon code $9.97, was jacket up to now $29.99!! Several prices went up over $20.00 per item and my new total with adding nothing else to my order was $100.00 MORE!!! What I was told AND agreed to pay when ordering was not the fact. When the lady took my order by phone she gave me a confirmation number with my subtotal amount that was to be charge to my credit card. That is what a confirmation number is all about. In the beginning I was going to place my own order online but the online system would not take my coupon code for some reason. The coupon code was not expired I was told. I called in to have my ordered placed and the person I spoke to said the coupon code works on her side and she will take my order by phone. I said okay. I had the prices right in front of me on my computer with my calculator with my totals before calling in. I just needed the tax amount. I am a osp member, however; since this whole thing wasted hours of my time, I am giving my business to a reputable company who doesn't work hard on stealing from their customers. The people in charge of this operation know what they are doing. I have a close friend who is an attorney who I am going to have his office take a closer look at this company policies. I am also going to report this to the right authorities! They have their system change the prices on purpose. How do I know? Please continue to read on. This is the reason onstopplus, women within, etc does not send you a confirmation receipt to your email address with detail information of what you just purchased. They will send you an email concerning your shipping but not a detail receipt. I interviewed dozens of employees from the call center and recorded what each one of them said about the prices after a purchase is process. Basically, the representative at the call center are told if a customer calls in about an over price item or purchase to refer them to customer service. Customer service is careful about what they say to a customer and makes an excuse as if there are different prices for the same items within thousands of other catalogs they send out. Customer service does not care and according to my interviews and recordings I believe they are fully aware of over charging and taking advantage of their customers. This is illegal and something must be done about it. When all of this was taking place, I had decided to call back again with in a few minutes later. I had resolved the $100.00 over charge to my order, but it was still off a few dollars more out of my pocket. I spent an extra 30 minutes on the phone going over my order and the person at the call center made the corrections. Before hanging up I had my subtotal, the amount that is to be charged to my credit card. I am keeping great records of names and what was said to me. I called back in and spoke to another person and wanted to know what my total amount that was charged to my credit card and this person told me now $76.00 more! WOW!!! It was just corrected and the system over charged me again or what I was told!!!!!!!!! We went back over the charges and this person corrected it but could tell this person didn't care about making the corrections. I again recorded the conversation and wrote down more details and I decided to call onestopplus.com again a few hours later on to see what is really going on here. I did and AGAIN THEY WERE CHARGING ME NOW $47.00 MORE than what I agreed to pay. This is called false advertisement and is against the law. This company is NOT TRUST WORTHY. It appears they do not send out email receipts to their customers because they don't want anyone to acknowledge they are taking advantage and over charging their customers whatever their system is setup to do. At this point, I have canceled my order. I will not be a member and of course, they will not refund my money but this is okay with me. It is better to acknowledge this is an on going problem than to be swindled out of your money. When you place an order you know what you are spending before giving the company permission to charge your credit card. Later on when you get your order delivered your mind is not so fresh about the total amount you had paid. Just because I have invested hours of my time to experience this horrible situation I'm going to see what I can do about getting the right authorities involved. There are laws in our land to protect us from theft . I am going to call a investigator news reporter, etc. I am interested now in pursuing this matter and getting to the bottom of this. If a Company over charges each customer $1.00 and they to this to a few million customers. That adds up to million of dollars of stolen money. OneStopPlus with all the other stores involve over charge you and then act like it is not a big deal. I recommend you find another place to spend your money and energy.
