At first, I was so hooked on quibids. Just seeing how little people were paying for their items i decided to give it a try. The bids are 60 cents each, which is not much but it adds up, so if you use a lot of them, you end up losing more than you win. I've won a few great items, some not so great. The shipping is pretty fast. What I don't like is with the buy it now option, only the "real bids" count towards the total price. Sometimes I'll use real bids for a bid pack auction and i end up losing them all and use the buy now option for the voucher bids, but then those bids are useless if i use them on something else and don't win because they won't even count towards the buy it now price. Quibids is good to kill time, not to get great deals. Its a gamble and most of the time its just not worth it. Ive lost more than I've won.
Fast and decent. I ordered a cheap item just to test the site (a bracelet) and chose to pay through COD. 1 week later (I'm from Laguna), I woke up when my phone rang. A guy from Zalora is calling to inform me that he was infront of my house! Got my order, paid the guy and everything went smoothly. Packaging is in good condition with no noticeable scratches or damage. I already recommended this site to my family and friends. The only downside I see is the lack of tech accessories and gadgets. Zalora mostly offer apparels, trinkets and small gadgets like watches, headphones, phone cover etc.
Bought a relatively cheap item just to test it (via COD) and what do you know, they fail to deliver! But whatever! Tried again after 2 months and surprise surprise! Still nothing. But fine! Against my better judgement, I tried for the third time after 3 months. Waiting waiting, another month has passed still no order! Hahaha. FAIL. Customer service is crap. They don't know sh**. They're just gonna tell you generic things like "It's not within our control." "Please go to branch..." Blah blah blah. I say about 70-80% of the buyers are unsatisfied with this site. But if you really wanna risk it. Go ahead.

The camera I ordered would not power on. I contacted the buyer and requested either an exchange or refund. The buyer sent back pictures of a working camera to try to demonstrate that my camera was not defective. How that proves anything is beyond me. I opened a dispute. Ali Express wanted pictures to prove my camera was not working. I sent some pictures of me pressing the power button and no power light on. Then they wanted video except the site does not allow video uploads. Then they sent me a site to upload videos. I got tired of the hoops and just ate the cost. Awful experience with urban outfitters online shopping. I placed an order and kept checking the status to find out when item will be shipped - I paid extra for shipping because it was for an Xmas gift for my son. Finally I called customer service since website gave no updates and they tell me that the can't find the item and it will not be shipped!!! They should have told me when I placed the order or at least let me know - I had to call to find out and now I have no Xmas gift for my son. Not a happy camper! Do not order from here if you really want an item cause you may not get it.
I recently signed up as a free member thinking that I had stumbled across a classified site, where workers paid to run an add for their services, etc. I also saw that background checks were available for potential workers and was pleased to learn this. Since then I've asked for house keeping help and have had MANY responses to my add, but only two messages allowed me to reply. Although the other responders listed their phone numbers although they were "x"ed out and I wasn't allowed to reply unless I signed up for one of the premium memberships. After reading multiple comments about thinking you've only signed up for a month then getting additional monthly charges, I'm reluctant to use this site.
I purchased a mini projector,Order Number: 1412101416545172, its completely 100% waste product, I am being fooled by this company, the product specification says 500 LM super bright 100 inch projection with super colors, but its just 10 inches projection with very poor visibility, completely blurred vision, with big big pixels, u cant read anything on the display, u cant make out anything in the display no matter whatever adjustments u do, its like half blind person watching a 20 year old 10 inches television from 1 KM distance, I am very honest person but this company cheated me by selling such a cheap product. so bad, don't fool people by selling such cheap products, I wanted to return this product and get my money back thats it.

I ordered a sauna from Great Sports and after ordering I checked out the company on Better Business Bureau In Joilet Il. They gave you and F. I would like to give you my rating. I would give you an A+ in all aspects of the purchase. The sauna was great, delivered on time and in great condition. The sauna was even better than I expected and was easy to put together. I also liked the fact that I saved over $1,000. Great experience all the way around. Next purchase I will not check with Better Businesss Bureau. I love doing business with a company such as yours. Keep up the good work.
i paid 199.00 for six months service. turned around the next day and canceled account. been asking for refund now for over a month. now they just don't answer me.i'm going to bank to see if they will charge the money back to them. they SUCK!!!!! thieves in my book.
These guys are awesome they have my website up within the first two weeks. I also post and maintain my website for me all I have to do is literally send them an email of our new pictures for listings and they go ahead and updated for me within the first next two days.
They should be held monetarily accountable for not making a confirmed delivery time. The head of the customer service department - Levi Hamilton III - is from the funeral industry. Guess he doesn't know how to manage his operations with living customers who have a voice!
Extremely disappointed with the handling of a error in a check transaction for an item ordered. Problem with information and cx transaction without putting more effort into contacting me with 2 phone calls to the party it was being delivered. And it is a Christmas present for my 4 grandchildren. I found out it was cx when I called to check delivery status! I did reorder item this time using my credit card, as the "young" children were awaiting the arrival of the backyard ice skating rink. But, in spite of an email request, I have not received an email confirmation of this recent transaction, which took place on 12/16.
I have had it with this site. I would give negative stars if that was an option. I have tried to look over some of the order delays, and poor customers service issues as a "trade off" for the discounts. IT'S NOT WORTH IT. Any money I save shopping here is not worth the pure aggravation and frustration with their incompetence. I have received incorrect items on numerous occasions. Even if I have managed to get a refund, once an items is gone from the site, it's gone and there's nothing you can do about it. The last straw was when I ordered some items for Christmas, paid for the expedited shipping to make sure it arrived on time, and WITHOUT EXPLANATION, the order was canceled. I had no idea until I logged into the website to track the delivery. Despite receiving an email to confirm that my order was being "processed", it was then canceled without explanation. There's nothing wrong with my credit card or my account. Needless to say, I'm super angry AND do not have time to order something from another site. Stay away from this shady website with questionable ethics, and horrible treatment of customers. They do not give a s**t about you as a customer.
I placed an order for a Christmas gift on 12/16/14. The site showed the item available with guaranteed Christmas delivery. I received a confirmation email showing that my order was successfully placed. The evening of 12/18/14 I received an email telling me the item was no longer available, but I could purchase a different item instead. I was not offered anything to accommodate for the inconvenience and the fact that I now had to try & replace a $440 Christmas gift, a week before Christmas. I will never place an order with this site again.

Horrible user experience. It's a shame that the sometimes interesting content is embedded in such absolute garbage design. Especially detest that they spread one image literally across three pages by changing just the caption. So for 10 images they harvest 30+ page views. Of course the load time is horrendous. Navigation is like trying to find the light switch in the dark. Love how they place advertisements in close proximity to the content with fake navigation arrows to bait you into accidentally clicking the ad. Come on, really? If Ray Charles designed websites, they would look like Answers.com.
This is a scan. They get you yo allow access into your computer Under the guise of fixing it. Then they tell you in Order to fix it you have to. But their Ive year ir five year plan. if you don't, they still got all your computer information. I lost mail and probably a lot of persinal information. Don't let them fix anything or keep you on the phone!
