This company is totally scam! It list the goods are brand new. But actually it is used. Many dirty on it. Make me feel sick! Be careful.
I had to replace my laptop screen and didn't want to pay a lot to get it done. I am a technology person, and had never done this before. Ordering at laptopscreen.com was easy and it came much quicker than I thought it would. I would absolutely recommend this site to anyone. the rework was not bad, understanding the construction was the key to the replacement of the screen. The pictures from laptopscreens were great. I had the tools and did the job.
Will- Justin & Jake delivered the cooker today & I can't say enough good about them. They are 2 outstanding young men. Problems with the cooker: 1) As per my request & your invoice this was to be a reverse flow cooker & it is not. 2) I asked for & your invoice indicated that there would be a propane ignitor in the firebox & there is not 3) The firebox cannot be opened without first opening the warmer box - not acceptable 4) No stops on the grates inside the cooker to keep them from tipping forward when pulled out just a piece of angle for them to ride on 5) Door handles/latches are not easily functional - probably will bind up when grill is hot 6) Missing thermometer for cooker only thermometer is on warmer box - invoice indicates 2 thermometers 7) Welding is amateurish looks like chicken droppings nothing was ground down & finished as a professionally finished piece would be. 8) Paint has popped off when heat was applied - not hi temp paint. 9) You knew better than this yet you deliberately tried to deceive your employee that delivered the cooker & put the entire cost on me even though the agreement reached with the BBB said we would split the cost & that was only because I wanted the cooker now even though your invoice indicates shipping was covered.You had indicated the entire cost would not be over $300 then tried to have me pay $400 total cost by telling your employee who was kind enough to actually bring it up here that I was responsible for the entire cost. 10) On your website it is stated that you fire the cooker up & burn it in to be sure everything is as it should be - no evidence of this. 11) I can see pinholes (daylight) in some of the welds now. A lot of the welds just seem to be laid on top (cold) of the steel definitely not burnt in. We will see how long this lasts. The overall workmanship of the cooker is not professional in fit & finish It is my understanding that the cooker was basically thrown together this past week even though you have indicated to me that the cooker has been complete since early April. The above are just my observations after having the cooker for under 6 hr.s. I am sure I will find more issues when I really have a chance to inspect it. You need to learn to tell the truth in general & to your customers in particular. You have consistently lied to me about where we stood on the construction of this cooker. I based everything on what you told me and now I have another week or so of work before I can even think about having the health dept. look at this. I had told you how critical it was that the fit & finish be as it should & it is not anything near what a true fabricating shop would even want to be associated with. As I told you, this cooker was to be the centerpiece of our restaurant. Something anyone from the Carolinas would be proud to let their customers admire. As it is I have something I cannot showpiece nor explain how something cobbled together like this is took almost 5 months to produce. I regret the day I first spoke with you and actually found you to be believable. You have totally misled me as to your qualifications as I have never known a true fabricator who would want their name associated with anything thrown together as this has been. I noticed you did not send the other cooker you had promised me for the foul ups you admitted to. How do you plan to make this right? I am sure it was an oversight on someone else's part that this was missing. With this & from what I hear from other people that you have done to them I would not want to be in your shoes. Karma is a funny thing & will eventually find you out. My suggestion to you is to give this up because you are not a craftsman - swindler fits you to a tee. This is my favorite FLASH SALE sites. Flash sale ...its purpose is to sell off low inventory items at a discounted price. If you act fast, you can score some great items. The only gripe; the shipping department needs to learn how to pack fragile home goods.
Smooth, fast and an overall good experience. I only wish that the Amazon shipping department cold learn to pack quality books properly so they are not damaged during shipping.
TRIP ADVISOR REMOVES REVIEWS. After a VERY bad experience with Island Choppers, Cozumel, MX, we posted an honest, but negative review. PROOF: Just Bing or Google Island Choppers, Cozumel, you will see 6 or 7 reviews listed on the index (at some point this index will be revised). When you click through there are only 3 reviews (as of 5/24/2013), every review is negative. This company is/was a complete "Scam" and Trip Advisor removed the reviews. Take notice, if you search Trip Advisor own Form, there are similar complaints. We have deleted our account for good and will never return.
As a test I purchased a $12.00 item. I received a woman type product instead of the man type product. 3 month later still disputing. When I would try to upload the information and proof as to what was sent it would not go through. Finally I was told to return the item for a refund. The seller never gave his return address. How do you return without address? Each time dhgate contacted me I was given a few days to respond, not like their weeks to respond to respond to my emails.

I found this site through groupon, and I had ordered a pair of glasses too big for my face, and although the sale was final they gave me an opportunity to send them back and get a new pair. The customer service was prompt and eager to handle the situation, so I will continue to shop with this site.
This site DEFRAUDED me out of $75. I ordered an item in March, over two months ago. I contacted their customer service in early May, and their own customer service team was unable to look up my order. They asked me to wait a few days while they contacted the supplier. Two weeks later, and three more emails, and I NEVER HEARD a thing.

Bell has horrible customer service! They misbill! They are a horrible company that rips of its customers! Do not sign up with bell! Its a headache to deal with a company that takes pride in lying to its customers!

Great service and extensions! I bought mine in a blonde mix with the intention of dying them to match my aurburn hair. I used Adore Paprika dye and they match my own hair perfect! Then hair is still in perfect condition. Unfortunately some strands do come out but for the price I really can't complain.
Excellent experience. I read all the reviews before ordering and called the company with my concerns. The customer service rep, Charlene, answered right away. She explained that sometimes they have to wait for the product from distributors, but that the burlap I wanted to order was in stock. She also explained that emails sometimes go into a person's junk mail and they don't look for them there and think they are not being answered. So she eased my concerns. She even gave me her direct line so I could contact her for any issues. The fabric was shipped the next day and I tracked it on line with no problem and it arrived in three days. Charlene even told me that I needed to order burlap that had been treated with a vegetable base so that it did not have a petroleum smell. This is something I would not have known to even ask about. My experience was perfect, from the customer service to the shipping time and costs to the end product. I will definitely order from this company again. I feel bad that they have so many negative and not as many positive experiences that people report. Maybe it is just that people who have a good experience may not be inclined to report it, but as for myself, it was great! One other comments as to customer service...Charlene explained that sometimes burlap can be "stamped" with various wording. So, as the burlap is for a beach wedding, she sent a note to the warehouse to say that when the 32 yards was cut to avoid any writing and they did! My experience was a 5 without any hesitation.
