I bought a wedding dress on their website. The fabric of the dress is good. I like it. What disappoint me is that the express. It cost 6 days to arrive in my place.
I bought a black prom dress in this website. They told me that I can get this dress in 3 days, however, it actually cost 5 days. The dress itself is sexy and beautiful, and it fits me very well. The attitude of those staff is not bad. That satisfies me in another way.
They sent me a $5 promotion code after taking a survey, after shopping the site I went to pay only to be told the code was "invalid". Awful experience
Hover cancelled some mailboxes that were not being used by a customer, even though that customer had ordered these and paid for them (and planned to use them in the future). They reallocated the space from the cancelled emails to those emails that were not being used, but that is not what the customer wanted or needed. Unbelievable that a company would just do this, as though they could read minds. They did reverse the move after the complaint, but a company is supposed to have your back, not make you have to watch your back.
Another China scam with fake address that is flooding Sidejabber with fake reports.
There is no accountability for product. I ordered a set of 1000 TC sheets, received them and in less than a month, the corner seams literally shredded. I asked them for the information for the supplying company to allow them the opportunity to replace/refund the product and was actively REFUSED the information! They wouldn't even allow me the courtesy of contacting the vendor so they could know the product was defective. Each email I received was a simple regurgitation of the '14 day return policy'. So, essentially, even though the product was defective (I'd be happy with a replacement) they refuse to do anything except shut me down. TERRIBLE SERVICE.

Fraud! I, too, was scammed, the book I wanted was shown on the page. After getting my credit card information, it suddenly was no longer available. I canceled, but that was over a month ago, and today the charge was on my card! BEWARE!
tbdres is the second place I went shopping for my niece. They really have some unbelievable deals and my niece liked the styles I picked out. My only skepticism is the quality of the fabric. I think it may be a bit like Zara in the sense that you can find lovely looking trendy tops but they only last for one season before they fall apart. But I guess that is the price you pay for a deal.

I am completely surprised by the reviews. I ordered from Hair Sisters twice and both times my orders were received within 4 days. The items were exactly as described. Maybe I was just lucky. Paypal enables internet scammers. That's my assessment. Their so called "buyer protection" has too many small print the biggest one being exclusion for any digital purchase! Any digital content bought using paypal u can not dispute. Also when you do have an issue there is little support from paypal. Unlike a credit card company thier business seems to favour more the sellers than the buyers. Please beware before using paypal again.
This is an internet scamming business. I bought software and they "supposedly" provided product key. On use Microsoft activation says this key is previously used. On speaking to Microsoft help desk they say in thier records this is pre activated and suggested i get in touch with Mmoga for a refund. Unfortunately Paypal who is used for this also does not do buyer protection on "intangible" goods. So I have been well and truly scammed. Thanks Mmoga and Thanks Paypal

They have changed their carrier and they now charge extreme custom fees outside the US. My package was shipped to the UK (where I live) only for it to go Germany and come back so they could charge more fees. When I contacted Nasty Gal, they were extremely unhelpful and said that it was clearly listed in the terms and conditions that 'fees may vary by country'. Was a good customer, now will never buy from again!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM TINYDEAL.COM I recently purchased a P98 Air (NEW) for $220 US Dollars. Upon receipt of item I found the item was damaged and has hardware failure. I provided video documentation showing the hardware failure. The item doesn't work. I didn't agree to pay for a broken, damaged item. I agreed to buy a NEW working item. After reporting the two hardware failures, the Customer Service Representative didn't even bother to watch the video proving the failure. She told me to Factory Restore it and other nonsense that can't in any way resolve the issue. I have gone back and forth about 10 times with this person who told me to PAY to return the item for REPAIR or REFUND! The Sale of Goods Act 1979 makes it an implied term of the contract that goods be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Any returns policy that says I have to cover the cost of returning items must only relate to the situation where I change my mind about the item ordered and not where there is a problem with the item. I should not lose out financially as a result of your breach of contract and accordingly all costs of returning the item should be met by TinyDeal / Seller. I am expected to pay $80 to return an item I didn't agree to buy in the first place. I am expected to pay for an item that was sent to me broken and damaged. (IT wasn't damaged in shipping, box in perfect condition) CONSUMER RIGHTS / LAW Dictates: Goods you buy should always be in a satisfactory condition, defect free and fit for the purpose they were intended when you receive them. Under the Sale of Goods Act 1979, you are entitled to return and get a refund if items do not meet the basic criteria. I have 6 times requested the representative to escalate this issue to her supervisor/manager. Each time she refused telling me she is the handler of my case. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! They have horrible customer service, they ignore documentation/proof, they do not honor the purchase agreement and Consumer Rights to receive goods in satisfactory condition free of defect expecting you to pay to return the damaged goods. This is not legal!
I've been a customer of JTV for about 2 years now and I couldn't be happier, and I'm a jeweler. I've made many, many purchases from JTV summing in the thousand and for the most part, I'm very happy with the value of what I've spent and know that I have paid far less then I would have elsewhere. I will admit that from time to time, I receive a piece that I feel does not measure up and I simply send it back for a refund or exchange...no questions asked, no hassles. What set this company apart from the rest is their positive customer service approach to everything that they do. They care about their customers and it shows. In my opinion, there is NO other company in any industry out there that is as good with customer service oriented as JTV. They understand that without their customers, they would not exist. They also take the time to educate their customers on gemstone treatments, origin, history and what not. What other jewelry company does that. I used to be a moving help provider on movinghelp.com, but recently I was removed for telling them that a company was putting money into his crews bank account and ordering services just to boost their ratings up from a 1.5 star. And I had a misunderstanding with the agreement and thought even if I had family or friends wanting my services as paying customers, that they had to book through movinghelp! I never went to the jobs I sent my crews out and then I submitted the payment codes and just cause the customer had my last name I got accused of making false reviews on my account yet I had no access to that information. And I tried to communicate with movinghelp.com they only have a contact number for customers no contact number for the actual moving helpers. So in a nut shell they just want your money then as soon as they have it they say your on your own.. Absolutely no communication. And not professional at all, I mean were all human and we do make mistakes from time to time but as soon as I was told NO!!!!! "Family or Friends" could use my services I didn't do it again and it was only 3 days later they just shut me down and said I was warned several times but have documents proving otherwise, and they refuse to email me back to discuss things. They treat people feeders bottom and think they are better than everyone else and have never made a mistake or misunderstanding. If I could I would give this company a -10. Next time go with "MOVERSCOP.COM" And look for Rise And Shine Movers" if your ever moving to the Missouri or Illinois side I know they do an outstanding job and very reasonably priced.
For international buyers ,i wouldnt recommend to buy from freepeople.com ,they are shipping the dress after 7 days you ordered it and they are working with a shipping company which their best speed of delivery time is 20 days so if you are an international buyer and have 30 days wait time for a dress its not a big deal . Before i order i checked the international shipping time information at their website which claims 4-7 days for delivery but dont believe that misleading information and Beware the dog!

This website does not really care for writers, they looooove their customers tho. they believe everything their customers say because even if their QAD would clear the quality of the paper but the customer still complains about the quality of the paper. the QAD would fine you big-time. You get a nice email from them that you are being fined, thats the extent of their communication with you. so be careful about working for them.
