SiteJabber is the best way to find & review great online businesses
I love IMDB! When I can't remember an actors name, I just look at the movie they were in and there it is. Best site!!!
Well yea, kind of,but I found out that Danielle Lam is married. Well just in case, if I won $5000 a week for life, tell her,"TOO BAD! YOU ARE TOO LATE!
Worst customer service ever . This was my first and will be my last time ordering from this company . Beware
******** CARD THEFT! ***** unless you want your identity stolen as well as all your credit card information. do not order from the. this isnt the 1st time this has happened but the 2nd time this has happened. they will steal your information. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. SCAM !
They have a piece of $#*! business model. They guarantee that 70% of their costumers get the gold withing 30 minutes! I GUARANTEE 100% of that statement is complete bull$#*!. I know what you are thinking, reading some bad reviews here and there, then reading the good ones. TRUST ME!!! YOU DO NOT WANT TO USE THIS SITE. I did a 10k gold test, and it has been over 4 days, yes i am not kidding 4 FREAKING DAYS FOR 10k. they are advertising $#*! they don't have, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE
I have been very happy with the price of the hotels I been booking. Hotwire adds a fee on top of the sales tax and has it all in one on your bill. You might just think that it is hotel tax, but it is twice as much as it should be. My identity was just stolen today and the local news reported yesterday that booking with hotwire is the culprit. I have only used my charge with them for the last three weeks booking hotels every weekend.
I ordered and no results. Cancelling was easy on the weekend because no one is there to pressure you in to staying.
NEVER ORDER ONLINE if you're not 100% sure you will like the top. I bough a top and when I tried to return it, they told me I was out the money I spent to have the item shipped to me and then I had to pay out of pocket to return the item. The shipping cost was $7.99 to have the item sent to me and then another $5.60 to send it back because they want it insured! Plus they didn't refund part of the tax i paid so I am out over $14.00. The shirt I bough was only $18.75!!! What a joke, this place is a rip off!!!!! I recommend never ordering online from Deb Shops! I will make sure to tell everyone it know to never order online!!!
Very happy with the service. This is my second time and I received the code quickly and the explanation was clear and concise. I unlocked a BB Bold.
I needed a re-write of my business assignment and mypapergeek.net did a better job than what I had. Writer sent the work before I needed it. Their services are the best and always keeps you to date on how the status of the paper. Highly recommendable.
If I can give zero star to this company I definitely will. Stay away from this company, they are shark. I ordered 4 dresses to them for my bridesmaids and followed strictly their sizing chart. I received the dresses and guess what the color is way far from the photos in their website. Secondly the dresses are like 2-3 size smaller from what I needed. The dresses can only be zipped up to the waist only so its definitely way too small, same with the rest of the dresses. And the quality of the dress is a garbage. I contacted them and told them that I want to return the dress because it can never be use by my bridesmaids and ask for a refund. I also send them photos for proof that the dresses cannot be zipped up because its too small for the size we ordered. A representative name Ryan Zhang responsed that according to their quality control department the dress could fit the model very well so they are sure their dressmaker made the dress correctly. How in the world can those dress fit my bridesmaids when it can only be zipped up to the waist only!!!!! I paid $446.95 for the dresses and shipping plus $33.10 for the custom shipping which was not disclosed in their website. They offered me 15% refund of the dress value as a compensation!!! 15%???!!! So I paid almost 500 bucks for dresses that I cant even use??? Plus the stress that this company will give you is priceless. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY AT ALL COST. Update: after exchanging messages with selinda and Adam, they gave me a full refund immediately. Adam and selinda are very prompt in following up with me.
AWFUL COMPANY IS A SCAM. I authorized 4.95 to my credit card for a sample product. Two weeks later they charged my credit card $67.89. I called and complained. I told them I did not authorize that charge. They told me I authorized the charge when I agreed to the terms and conditions by checking the box. The supervisor "Tandi" admitted that she is aware that most people DO NOT read the terms and conditions and just check the box. She said the companys policy is not to give refunds. She eventually said she would issue a 50% refund. I said that was not acceptable. She then said she could issue a 70% refund. I asked her why should the company get 30% of a charge I NEVER AUTHORIZED to begin with. Her response was that she doesn't have to refund anything. I asked for the company address. She said she was not authorized to give me that information. I asked to speak to someone in a position above hers and she insisted that there was no one in a position above her. This is a total SCAM and I will be reporting it to the Better Business Bureau and disputing the charge with my credit card company.
They are TERRIBLE! I have been selling and shipping my items all over the world. One customer who lives in Australia had went through this company and they held her item for days and then stated because there was a TINY piece of abalone she had to pay a fee of $180. The piece was 20mm and cost maybe $2. I have never had a shipment held because of this. I ship all over the WORLD! Do not use this company they are terrible, I would just ship through regular sources.
Before I write this report, I've been searching through internet about this Company, (Cheapoair). There are hundreds complaints about schedule change from Cheapoair. It is the time to stop them. Here are the stories. I bought three tickets on May 5th 2013 from cheapoair, the flight was supposed to be scheduled as depart on 01/27/2014 and back on 02/19/2014. But instead, my return flight has been change to 02/24/2014. The airlines had made couple times schedule change for my booking, and cheapoair always send me the email with the link that you can accept the schedule change. I always click the link and accept the schedule change. ALWAYS. On 01/20/2014, they send me an email about schedule change from airlines, but this time doesn't include the link that you can click to accept the schedule change. Instead, the email contain information about schedule change and ask me to call to confirm the schedule change, also if I can't reach them by phone the email said i can simply just reply the email with a "I accept the schedule change" in subject line. Well, at the first time I already have hesitation about this situation, so i decide to call first. The number that I dial was a number for Department of schedule change from cheapoair, which they don't even pick it up for hours. Then I have no choice, but to reply the email with "I accept the schedule change" on the subject line. On January 26 2014 (One day before my flight) an email from cheapoair sent to me and said that they are unable to retrieve my booking, and ask me to call the schedule change department again. Note that 01/26/2014 is Sunday as i remember, the day that the schedule change department is close. I was terrified, shocked. I try to call again and speak with sales department; they finally transfer me to a person who can handle my booking. And He said that my booking is good to go. So then finally I had my flight on 01/27/2014. Here goes the problem when i supposed to have my return flight on 02/19/2014. We were at the airport and try to check in, but the staff of Saudi Arabian airlines told us that our flight has been moved to 02/24/2014. We were Shocked! There is no way that we will accept that. First, it's 5 days different. 5 days means 5 days accommodation, food, and transportation. 5 days means 5 days wages loss. Secondly, I brought a Senior citizen who needs a medical assistance. I tried to call cheapoair internationally, but the hold is way too long and it's cost a lot for every second that I’ve been hold on line. So i decided to call my sister in law who live at California to help me to call. She finally transferred to a manager after hours waiting on hold. The Manager offers us a flight on 02/20/2014, and even willing to take care our accommodation and transport. So we accept that! But the terrifying is not end there. On 02/20/2014 morning 6:00 am an email from cheapoair came, and it said that they are unable to give us the flight. Again i have to bother my Sister in law to make another call. This time the manager didn't offer we anything but ask us to pay another $3000 so she can give us a flight that day. It ridiculous! So we tell her that we going to buy our own tickets from other travel agents, and will take legal actions later. But the manager said that she will try to work with our refund. We've been fight for our rights almost half of year now. Been made a hundreds calls to cheapoair. They always confuse us with the refund, sometimes they said that we have to call customer representatives to close the "open" tickets so they can refund the tickets, sometimes they said that my booking number is not on the system, sometimes they said that don't have any manager or supervisor available. It's been an exhausting and stressful effort that we gave to this case. Cheapoair said that they already work with the airlines, and they send me a $141 refund as they said that they only can refund the tax that I paid on tickets. I mean, really? $141 it's not even worth for every call that i made to cheapoair. I think everyone who wrote that complaints about cheapoair in internet need to unite in a group and stop them (CHEAPOAIR) as one. We need to fight for our Consumer rights. For everyone who wants to join me, I am ready! Just send me an email at email@example.com and we can go from that. I will probably create a facebook page like “CHEAPOAIR HATERS” or something and we can act as one to sue this company. Thank you very much. Susanto Jhon
All of the positive reviews are probably written by rose wholesale. I have nothing nice to say about this company. I ordered over 100 dollars worth of clothes and nothing was quality made or fit correctly. I have a thin, athletic body and every outfit was either too short, too big in different areas, had runs in the material, misprinted ink stains, and some were see-though. Shipping was so expensive and when i wanted to return the items they said I had to pay over 50 dollars again for shipping. It took over 2 months to receive half of my items and the other items have yet to come 3 months later. They will not reimburse me for anything and I cannot even sign in to complain. This website has scam written all over it. Customer service hung up on me several times. Very rude. I have never gotten upset over online shopping. I have always had positive experiences. Spend your money somewhere else!!!
I was unbelievably unhappy with my last SpaBoutique.ca experience. They charge your credit card immediately, and don't bother sending you your products. I placed an order on June 29th that I'm still waiting for, and it's July 30th. They say on the website that you can expect in 6-12 days! I've called and e-mailed multiple times, only to find out that they are shipping me a **partial order** and refunding me the rest of my money. But the refund will take 10 days minimum. I had ordered from them around December of 2013 and the products didn't arrive quickly but at least they arrived! After this experience, NEVER AGAIN! I don't know about the other women that use this site, but I don't anticipate my body care needs a full month in advance of when I need them. So I've had to buy the products anyway before I receive the shipment I paid for over a month ago now. I'm not sure why they are providing such exceptionally poor service when they are an online business that people can run into the ground with negative reviews. Anyway, here's hoping this happens! Spaboutique.ca takes peoples' money and immediately forgets them.
I would give them zero stars.... I paid rootandroid.com to root my galaxy light. Two days after rooting my phone crashed. In order to get my phone working, they want to charge me another $30.00 for their repair service!! I can confirm this. ITS a SCAM. Stay away. You will loose a lot of money.
What I find interesting about some people who are complaining about complaintboard.com is you are the business people are complaining about. So why should I take what you say at face value. When you are the ones people are complaining about. Sounds to me that some people are bitter and lashing out. Because there are complaints on other websites, they are really guilty of committing the thing's that are being said. Also there is evidence to show a lot of the company's are not good. We can also do a survey and talk to your customers to see if there happy with your service. What I thinking that there is some people who don't like some of you companies.
I love this site! Many items for women, moms to be, newborns, children and home deco where you will find many good buys. The people are kind, considerate and helpful. I live in Canada and even though there is a no return policy for Canadian customers they are always willing to help find a solution. They have even given me full credits on items order even though they do not accept return merchandise. I highly recommend this site!
Don't waste your money at iHerb. I have spent in excess of $3000.00 over the past few years and only once did I ask for anything in return: Cancel an order that was placed over a weekend when they are CLOSED because I ordered the wrong item. I canceled it 8 hrs after placement, @ 9 hrs I received word from ARLENE - the most sarcastic rep I have EVER encountered ANYWHERE, indicating the product shipped the day before - but the order wasn't even placed the day before. Order shipped 3 days after I canceled it. Is a $3000.00 customer worth losing over forcing a $53.00 order on them? I emailed the CEO, no response. iHerb used to free ship overnight. Now free ship takes 4 days; they ship through bulk postal snail mail. I replaced iHerb with WonderLabs, great people, assured me they wouldn't treat me that way, and give 10% off every order - unlike iHerb who only gives 10% to first time customer orders. If you want to be a valued customer, don't shop here.
Same thing happen to me. Had order 2 dresses never received and never ever got a credit. The worse was trying to get an answer but they kept playing me for over 6 months so I decided to drop it. What else can one do, Be careful out there because I just found out the Modnique.com did the same thing. ??? Who to trust???? Wondering how many more online sites are screwing people???.
My first experience will also be my last. I recently moved back to the Boston area from New York, and needed a new PCP. This was particularly urgent as I am a heart patient, and require regular refills of several prescriptions, mandating a referral to a cardiologist While I wasn't thrilled with the choices available, I gulped and made an appointment, which was confirmed on Jul 22. Today, I received a call from the doctor's office; my appointment was cancelled, it was "made wrong." How so? "The doctor doesn't have enough time to see you." When I remonstrated, I was referred to another doctor, who has availability in mid-August. My prescriptions will have run out by then, but we'll see what can be done. In any case, my sense is that ZocDoc doesn't necessarily attract the best and brightest in the medical profession; certainly, this physician's staff rate something south of "F". As noted at the outset, I consider my use of ZocDoc to be a failed experiment, and I certainly wouldn't suggest that anyone else try it.
I have just set up my webshop. There are some lovely templates from which to choose and it is great that I have such flexibility with the design. Also a great source to find the right suppliers.
Preface to review. I want it to be known that I am the type of person who commends good performance just as passionately as I do poor performance. I have only been a customer for a few days and I was really pleased with the process so far. I will follow up all of my reviews in 11 months when I either do or do not have results. I am expecting the best at this point though! Please see review below: --------------------------- I am a single operation provider, and while I am very successful, being limited to one wedding per day, my budget is not as big as some of my competitors. That being said, and taking into account that I myself had previously worked in a different kind of advertising, I make my advertising decisions with great care. After comparing weddingwire and one of their competitors by speaking with rep's from both groups, and doing a wide variety of my own research from a couples perspective as well as a vendors perspective. I chose weddingwire for the following reasons: 1. My rep seems to be personally invested and excited about my success. She learned a bit about my business, knew my competitors on a first name basis, and understood where I stand in my market. 2. The network. 19 WEBSITES, when you count all the different wedding sites, the same-sex couple sites, and eventwire. It doesnt take an internet expert to figure that I will appear in more searches, and will be found by more couples as they visit different sites. Regardless of whether they know they are visiting a weddingwire network site or not. 3. The reviews. When I looked, doing searches such as weddingwire vs. theknot.com(or other sites) i found that many brides gave reviews of each, having used both. While I found many brides saying they switched to weddingwire from other sites, and even many that had positive things to say about other sites, I found absolutely NO REVIEWS, that said they switched from weddingwire to other sites, nor did I find a single review that talked badly about weddingwire. Many of the reviews actually pointed out, that the level of planning tools made available to couples were absolutely vital to their process. Keep in mind, that while weddingwire makes these tools available, unlike their competition, they do NOT require couples to register in order to view us vendors. They only need register to use the tools. This means that both the bride who takes the time to sign up, as well as the bride who is skmming for information, are reached. 4. Clean look. in comparison to other websites, i feel WAY less overwhelmed when I land on weddingwire.com. I know many of my clients are totally overwhelmed by their planning process. Going to a website to help clarify your planning process, and being hit with a million different things, articles, tabs etc. would make things worse in my opinion. Like my own website, weddingwire.com has a simple navigation toolbar, and below it the ability to quickly find vendors by searching by category and zip code. Simple. 5. Business ethics, I found that much like local bridal expo promoters. Weddingwires competition was ever-willing to say negative things about weddingwire. My rep at weddingwire never once talked down about their competition and all the infographics and other materials and statements made by my rep were technically accurate and honest. When their competition told me that weddingwire lacked this feature or that feature, they did NOT take into account, that while weddingwire.com specifically may not have a heavy focus on one market or specific feature, one of their partner sites DOES. Again the network is huge, and has something that will attract a variety of customer profiles. My rep at other websites used infographics that would have mislead me, if I werent tech-saavy, or very specific in what I allow into my mind. They told me that weddingwire couldnt stand up against them, but when I asked them why, they had no real answers. Finally, as I am writing this, and you are hopefully reading this we BOTH already know. We are so fortunate to work in this industry where we help people create their dream of one of the best days of their life, into a reality. Not to mention we get to party for a living and take a few months off in the winter(most of us). Part of standing out in this industry, and part of our jobs in general. Is the level of effort we show and how willing we are to go the extra mile for our clients, as if they were our own friends/family. Weddingwire, and my rep Emma, just like I do for my clients, SIMPLY TRIED HARDER to help me and earn my money. Thanks Emma! I look forward to making some results! -Ted Mueller of Your Mix Entertainment
We had a horrible experience with HomeAway. They also don't except negative reviews of the properties. I stayed in the Salzburg castle with my sisters at the end of June. The owner Christine very rudely told us we could not stay there as she double booked it, even though I confirmed with her an hour before. There were also 84 steps after reaching the top of the funicular which was not mentioned in the property description. And ALSO, the owner Christine has a room in the apartment and she comes and goes as she pleases.
