Extremely disappointed with the handling of a error in a check transaction for an item ordered. Problem with information and cx transaction without putting more effort into contacting me with 2 phone calls to the party it was being delivered. And it is a Christmas present for my 4 grandchildren. I found out it was cx when I called to check delivery status! I did reorder item this time using my credit card, as the "young" children were awaiting the arrival of the backyard ice skating rink. But, in spite of an email request, I have not received an email confirmation of this recent transaction, which took place on 12/16.
I have had it with this site. I would give negative stars if that was an option. I have tried to look over some of the order delays, and poor customers service issues as a "trade off" for the discounts. IT'S NOT WORTH IT. Any money I save shopping here is not worth the pure aggravation and frustration with their incompetence. I have received incorrect items on numerous occasions. Even if I have managed to get a refund, once an items is gone from the site, it's gone and there's nothing you can do about it. The last straw was when I ordered some items for Christmas, paid for the expedited shipping to make sure it arrived on time, and WITHOUT EXPLANATION, the order was canceled. I had no idea until I logged into the website to track the delivery. Despite receiving an email to confirm that my order was being "processed", it was then canceled without explanation. There's nothing wrong with my credit card or my account. Needless to say, I'm super angry AND do not have time to order something from another site. Stay away from this shady website with questionable ethics, and horrible treatment of customers. They do not give a s**t about you as a customer.
I placed an order for a Christmas gift on 12/16/14. The site showed the item available with guaranteed Christmas delivery. I received a confirmation email showing that my order was successfully placed. The evening of 12/18/14 I received an email telling me the item was no longer available, but I could purchase a different item instead. I was not offered anything to accommodate for the inconvenience and the fact that I now had to try & replace a $440 Christmas gift, a week before Christmas. I will never place an order with this site again.
I just received the product I ordered from this site and I couldn't be more pleased. It's exactly what I need. It is the same to the picture in the site in such lower price. I will back again. Thank you!!!
Horrible user experience. It's a shame that the sometimes interesting content is embedded in such absolute garbage design. Especially detest that they spread one image literally across three pages by changing just the caption. So for 10 images they harvest 30+ page views. Of course the load time is horrendous. Navigation is like trying to find the light switch in the dark. Love how they place advertisements in close proximity to the content with fake navigation arrows to bait you into accidentally clicking the ad. Come on, really? If Ray Charles designed websites, they would look like Answers.com.
This is a scan. They get you yo allow access into your computer Under the guise of fixing it. Then they tell you in Order to fix it you have to. But their Ive year ir five year plan. if you don't, they still got all your computer information. I lost mail and probably a lot of persinal information. Don't let them fix anything or keep you on the phone!

At first i didn't no where to find my Dress, then as i was browsing the internet i found this site. I feel in love with so many of the dresses i saw and it was very hard to find one that would suit me best and right when i was about to give up i found the "PERFECT DRESS", i recommend this site to all my engaged friends .
Not even going to buy tickets from Bargain Seats, TY to all the reviews people have taken the time to protect others from buying from a company that likes to RIP people off seems to be on a daily bases.
Ordered 9 pairs of shoes a month ago for my upcoming wedding. Paid with PAYPAL and two weeks ago got an email saying payment had been returned. Contacted Karmaloop asking what had happened and they asked for the order number. They had never sent one but I sent them the invoice number from PAYPAL. After 6 emails over the last two weeks I have not received a reply. Payment has not been sent back to my account what I can see. Have tried calling their international service and was on hold for over 20mins, hung up as it cost a fortune to call from Australia. The customer service at this place has been absolutely awful. Seems to me (from reading complaints below) this company does not care about you if you get something on sale or for cheeper than it usually is. I had got a great deal and was very excited that I would save money for my big day but it has turned out a nightmare. I now have no Shoes for my groomsman and it is two weeks till my wedding. If you cant provide for the prices you are advertising don't have sales. Have always heard great things about this site but cant believe they have treated this situation with no care. Very disappointed!!
If you like waiting a month for an over priced 5 mw laser that says it's 500 mw then you'll love this site. I have bought a few lasers in the past ranging from 5mw to 100mw through eBay and various other sights. After seeing this site I decided to bump it up to 500mw. After waiting a month for my "500mw" laser to arrive it finally was delivered. First thing I noticed was the generic sticker listing different mw's. It listed from 1mw-6000mw with check boxes next to them. The 500mw was marked on mine (until I rubbed my finger across it and it rubbed right off) I had just received a $3 5mw laser on eBay so I compared them side by side. Not only do they look identical the $3 laser was brighter. The "500mw" laser also flickered a lot so I'm assuming they modified the potentiometer to try to max out the power. Needless to say I am very disappointed with the quality of laserpointerpro products. I can understand the shipping taking a while but selling a product that does not meet up to the specifications of the items description is ridiculous. Don't be fooled by the pictures and reviews. This laser won't light matches, melt plastic or even produce heat for that matter. This was ultimately a waste of time and money. Don't order from this site.
One star is one too many. This outfit has terrible customer service. I ordered a Honda eu2000i generator three weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped even though they charged my credit card immediately. Their website said and still says that the generators are in stock. What a bunch of BS. That was three weeks ago. I've gotten nothing but the run around on the phone and they have not responded to e-mails. I'll never do business again with these folks.
I don't know how anyone can give this store 1 star because it is incredible. I am always super worried when I online shop because you never know the quality of the product. Everything I have ever bought was great quality. Shipping is so fast. I receive my product within 3 days from ordering it. Their customer service is the best I have ever dealt with. They accidentally shipped me a product in the wrong color. I hadn't contacted them back for almost 2 months about it because I was so busy with graduate school and traveling and when I did finally contact them they were so helpful! They have a great variety of clothes. Although it is more expensive than stores like forever 21 and charlotte ruse, the quality is much better. I highly recommend.
A scam!!! I tried to buy a Kawasaki Mule.for $2000.00 I spent 2 weeks trying to buy it. They told me to contact ebay and send them the money in their name and they would send me the Kawasaki Mule. When I called ebay they said I would have buy from ebay before they would deal with it. SCAM! SCAM! IF IT sounds like a to good of a deal!!!! it is. OODLE MARKETING IS A SCAM!!!!
I really wanted to give 0 stars. I have contacted them by email three times to get some assistance, too no avail. I ordered a knife for my son and it does not function properly and only opens and closes with much difficulty. I wanted a replacement but can get no response from them. POOR customer service. The phone number never actually connects you to a human being. Very disappointed.
Poor shipping, poor customer service, poor experience! I called to track my order which is overdue. The customer rep from Cafe Press, Chelsea, told me the package was lost and snickered. She was trying hard not to laugh when I clarified the package was lost. I asked to speak to a supervisor who was slightly irritable with me. She checked and said the package was not lost but would be delivered Monday. She said she would review the call and retrain the rep. I am very disappointed that a rep would lie to be about a package that I have paid for and am waiting to be delivered for a Christmas present. The supervisor was irritable but helpful. I would not recommend doing business here. I don't plan on it again. I really wanted to support a local business but they need to do better than this. They will not get anymore of my money and I can't recommend that you spend your money here either .
I am a Canadian citizen and should be tax exempt because they are shipping it to me from the usa. when i saw my bill i was charged tax even though i should not have been because its being shipped to me in Canada, and the customer service rep did not even know that. And would not get back to me I will never deal with them again.
I have never written a review before, however I am so outraged by their business practices I am hoping to warn others! "DON'T SHOP HERE! The low prices and cute clothes are very enticing however the quality is extremely cheap and does not look like the picture at all! The sizes run 2 sizes too small and the clothes are uncomfortable and itchy due to bad quality. Forget about trying to return anything. You will have to pay an outrageous price to ship it back to China and though it is not stated anywhere on their website they will not give you a full refund! I asked them 5 different times where their return policy was listed and they always managed to avoid the question. They are extremely unprofessional and unethical! I am still going back and forth with them trying to get my refund and it has been almost three months. Absolutely not worth the trouble!!!!" view to help others learn about this online business

I SO wish I had read reviews before I ordered. I did receive the dress but it came from China and it was microscopic. A medium was more like an extra small. My daughter, who wears a medium, couldn't even zip it. I have requested to return it three times so far. NO RESPONSE. I can't even FIND a customer service number to call. I am so sorry I bought from this company and I'm glad I only bought one thing. STAY AWAY FROM RoseWholesale!!!
I found the Website to order is very time consuming and confusing upon registering! However, overall the clothes are value for money.
STAY AWAY! We are still waiting on an order that was supposed to be here a month ago. They have yet to offer a solution to the problem. These people are the run-around kings.
Horrible quality! I was suppose to receive two cute cap coats but instead I got a sweater. The sweaters even had holes on it!!! It ruined my Xmas presents to my mother and mother in law. Don't waste your money people!! They are a scam! I hope with my review someone doesn't make the same mistake I did to give this horrible online store their money!

I ordered a size large dress and received a dress that was approximately a size 2. I don't know the exact size because Trendsgal cut the tags out. The dress also has a bad smell.
This is the worst company ever. I created an account and purchased 6 items right away. They never sent me a password so I could track my order. If I read the reviews first, I would never do business with those stupid and cheaters. Ii spent more than one month sending email for them to provide a password for me, Pearl always replied that s/he would ask a colleague to reset the password for me, which has never been done. When I finally received the package, few items were missing and the items received were not similar with the pictures they have in the website. This is robbery and Rosegal's owner should be sued and judge for stealing people's money.
I don't know what to do with Rosegal. I admit the products aren't the top of the line, but they are nice, IF you get them. I placed two orders with them: one they sent me all but one thing. They mixed up my order and sent me a dress instead of a sweater. I must have taken a picture of what they sent me three times to send to them and to ask for my sweater. Between the broken English responses I was getting, I didn't think I would ever see it. It has been nearly 2 months and I never got my sweater, but some dress instead! They kept saying,"keep waiting more days?" WTF? What does that mean? I asked them if it was on the way? When? How? I got nothing more. Then I decided to order once more and this time I ordered 7 things. 4 were shipped. As far as the other three I have no freaking clue. They haven't said anything or sent me a email saying it was back-ordered. Nothing. I have emailed customer service so many times and I am really pissed off at them right now. I emailed them once more just now and told them they have taken $46 of my money and never gave me what I ordered. I also told them if they didn't fix this situation that I would report them. It sucks b/c I like their clothes and the price, but things are so messed up with them, communication-wise and mistakes-wise. It's a gamble if you order from them. I have never been so disappointed with a company that I ordered clothing from in my entire life. If they fix the situation I will report it, but right now I am just shaking my head. Out of 12 things I ordered from them I received 8. Two orders, both screwed up. I thought I'd give them a 2nd chance, but I'm really clueless at this point. It doesn't seem legal.
