"Worst experience ever!!! I ordered a mobile phone 7 days ago and nothing was happening.At the order status was saying "processing". No email no nothing.So i started to search on the website and found a link saying "[Send / View Message] RMA application" and i clicked it. I found a message sayng that the item is out of stock and they would give me some bonus points etc.I found this link by luck because another link in the account that says "My messages" i had no message. The funny part is that they still selling the item on the site!!! Anyway i email them constantly for two days now but they just don't answer.The message that i initialy found has dissapeared magically!!! After 10 days i continue to email them for a refund but no answer! I opened a case in paypal few days ago and they still haven't responded!!! Stay away!!!"
We have the same issue...we ordered on Dec. 8 they took the money right away we have email them and the reply had a shipping number....that connects you to a EMS( Express Mail Service) some oriental shipping mail service and up to this day no one has contacted us...I am writing to the Attorney General so they can void this company from doing business in the U.S.
These people are CRIMINALS! Do not send them your phones or laptops. I had a brand new Samsung Galaxy S5 and they offered me $373. When they received my phone, they said they'd pay me $56. I did some research and found out that this company does this scam all of the time. I called the company, and luckily they matched the Gazelle price of $190. They bait you by offering more than any of their competitors and then offer to pay a fraction of the original offer after you mail your device to them. It's time to sue this group and put them out of business.
Love the products and graphics. Don't love how I can't 'continue shopping' after placing item in cart.

Excellent customer service! Called to cancel back ordered item needed before Christmas. Found similar but upgraded model/version item available. Price matched for original item about 30% difference) and shipped for free as a courtesy. Will be a returning customer!
The whole site is a fake. No customer service , can't track ur package using reference # then they email giving me the same ref.# saying another one of my package has been shipped out... I wish I would had read review before in purchased anything from this site.... Called BBB a would let everyone no on Facebook since this where I got this site from . I want my refund you can keep the too little clothes Christmas is 3 days away no need for them afterwards.
Total Scammers, foreigners using photos of our military men, I talked with the US Attorney General the other night, guy from Russia after I reported him, watch for misspellings, I am asked for money, do not send any, if they are male wife died, and left with kid...they will eventually ask for money. I found someone who was using someone's picture of his kid...I saw the kids pic and I asked who the picture was and the real father told me, so it was a military man from NYC using another military guys photo of his kid saying it was his kid.......watch out ladies go to fb there is a page of scammers under Linda Dugan
I returned an item that was not what it was supposed to be. I even called to verify the color. It has been two months and several calls. They confirm they have the item back and I can track it through UPS that they received it but can't seem to get my money back. I am about to file a fraud case on my credit card with them. I will not buy with them again!

I recently bought Along the Boardwalk, Don't Mesh with Me, and the Erykah Maxi dress and I adore all three. I received my package quickly and neatly. I was surprised by the unique materials of all three garments (they have a nice thickness that is still flowy). My only qualm was that I needed to get the straps on my maxi adjusted, because it hung off of my in the worst way (size small, I'm 5'1" with a very limited bust). I always get compliments on my dresses and just feel good in them overall. Thumbs up, Tobi!
I have shopped the Rue La La site occasionally over the last few years and have been satisfied with them. Recently, I purchased two shirts that were marked final sale. I had no problem with that as I knew the brand and my size. The shirts I received were different from the photos on the site as well as the description of the items.. I contacted customer service and after investigating they said nothing could be done since the SKU's matched my order. That may be so, but neither the photos nor descriptions did! As with most of their items this "shop" is now closed so I have no way to go back to the original photos/descriptions. I am very careful when purchasing final sale items on line so it's doubtful I would have made a mistake on two items. Au revoir, Rue La La
I agree with everyones poor comments of this site. I ordered 3 items, my first ever attempt to order on line. But their site looks so good, I still went ahead. I ordered the 3 items end of September hoping they would get here for end of October as we were going overseas and wanted these purchases to take with us. Money went out of my account 20 October and I received 1 item only end of November, no idea where the other are??? I have since unsubscribed, not worth the effort or the disappointment!!!
We just went to europcar and they gave us the car for the price they promised. I can recommend this website. I gave 4 because they gave us a similar car though we wanted another model. But in general all was ok.
I ordered some Timberlands last week from Shoebacca(12/15/14) through Amazon. They estimated a shipping date around the 16th or 17th. Their words, "This process can take some time but it does not change the delivery date." I find it difficult to give a delivery date when you haven't given a shipping date. I sent them an email and they have not responded yet.
The quality is HORRIBLE. The clothes aren't even made/sewed properly. I bought a shirt and there are some extra fabric pieces (kind of like flaps) around the neckline. They just left them there (wtf?). When I try wear it and tuck them in they just come out. I looked around the store and the other clothes look poorly made and of cheap quality too.
TERRIBLE customer service!!! Do not order from this site! The first time they sent me the wrong fabric and then offered me a 10.00 credit. Then the second time I waited 1 week and 4 days for status on my package to find out that fabric I ordered was not in stock. When I placed the order it said 70 yards were in stock. I asked them to replace my order with a similar fabric that was a dollar more per yard. They asked that I pay the difference!!!! I contacted customer service 3x to speak to a manager and they said they were not available. Finally I the lady told me all she could do is give me a credit again and fabric comes in on huge bolts so there is just nothing they can do! I was told the manager was busy and she asked me what exactly I was trying to accomplish by speaking to a manager. Ridiculous! Terrible customer service, do not order from this company!!!
I am done with Zulily! second time I bought something from them and they are just shipping it over two weeks after the purchase. It means that I will have to buy another Christmas present. Both times different times of the year, same story. How in the world do they stay in business. They do not deserve my business.
This site not only sells quality bikes for a bargain price but also they have a good customer service. I bought my bike and UPS kind of lost it and I picked it up after several days as they were showing incorrect delivery dates in tracking. However, upon contacting Bikesdirect they created a service request with UPS. Finally as I suffered a delay they surprised me with a great gift. Moreover they always got in touch with me. As it's a small business they may not have 24 hrs customer service phone number but they communicate with email always.
I am absolutely furious and disappointed in Shutterfly! After soooooooooo many years of giving them business the moment they mess up and I call to complain they can not do anything good enough to make me the customer happy. I ordered on 12/1/14 a photobook, prints, and a photo fleece blanket. I received everything within the appropriate time except the photo fleece blanket. Today 12/22/14 (2 days before Xmas Eve) I call to see what is the problem. Their response (Eric from Shutterfly) that Fedex tried to delivery the item a few times but for whatever reason they could not and it was shipped back to the Phoenix store. Keep in mind I ordered 3 items and 2 of the items were delivered without a problem. 1st why didn't they notify me of this 2nd what were you thinking of doing to fix this problem. 3rd were they just waiting for me the customer to call. They said the best they can do is reprocess it and it was not guaranteed to be delivered by xmas or refund me. Really that's the best you can do? Both choices I'm done wrong. 1st chose my significant other will get their xmas gift late after xmas or 2nd chose I have to rush now to the stores where there is massive chaos because it's 2 days before xmas eve to find a gift. What needed to be done is reprocess the order send it to me at no charge for the stress and embarrassment I had to go through with the order and possibly not having a gift on time for my significant other. Even when I spoke to Nate who stated he was a supervisor he informed me that they were still trying to locate the package in Phoenix cause even though it stated it was brought back to that location they could not find it. Really???? How is that my fault? Tell me something you can do to make me happy or make it better. ON top of that he wanted to give me a call back with the location of the package and if it can redelivered or reprocessed. No it is Monday, 12/22 3:45pm 2 days before xmas eve I need an answer NOW...so I can know if I need to go shopping in the chaos of the mall. At the end I informed him I couldn't wait...I've waited enough and they will just refund me back. My incident # 141222-012957.
DON'T DO IT! Their shipping time is a joke. I ordered 3 bracelets on Dec.2, just emailed them today and received an email saying they were "ready to ship." One was backordered, but I received no email telling me that until I inquired. You have to reach them via email because they list no phone number. I'm asking for a full refund on my purchases though PayPal.
Tried to order gift cards, but couldn't find any information all the way through the process as to what their service fee would be. Decided not to continue the purchase. From what I could gather from the fine print, their fee (how ever much it might be) would be deducted from the value of the gift card. No Thanks!
They are one of the worst online sites to order from I would never advise anyone to order from them . Your order takes anywhere from a month and up to be received. I ordered boots that came and don't look like they did online.It's not even worth returning and going through the whole month's process. China can get your order to you faster than them. They give you one time to return certain things that you still have to pay the shipping & handling for it to be returned. They don't care about there customers being happy. So hopefully this review encourages people to save their money and spend it elsewhere.

There is no customer service of any sort with this company. It's a take your money, screws you over and a never es the problem company. Their games don't load properly and crash multiple times a day. If you do choose to play their games do so with VERY low expectations, LOTS of time (some of their crashes take up to twenty minutes to restore) and DO NOT BUY ANYTHING! I've lost a lot of money thanks to their so called "glitches" with no way to find help or report the issue. Yes they show a site that they claim "Helps" the customers through questions asked and answered by other players.....Pathetic. It's a fob off on responsibility on their part. I'm not the best with computers but I know enough to know when I'm getting screwed.

Sizes run really small. I usually wear so mall or extra small, here the smalls were too small. It took over 2 weeks to get the items. They are poorly made and made of inferior materials. exchanges and returns are difficult. Do not order form this website!
