Great website but POOR service! Never again! Takes 8 days before delivering! Fedex has a non ciustomer friendly approach, after 2 phonecalls I can pick up the stylebob pakkage myself! Never again!

I ordered a North Face Denali jacket from this website. I attempted to contact the website multiple times because I never got the jacket. They sent me a tracking number that never had any information posted on my jacket. I thought I lost out on my money so I bought one from the store. Then one day it showed up on my doorstep. The jacket is a fake north face. I contacted the website since according to their policy, I can return the item without hassle. I was told that I could not return it and a get a refund since it was shipped. I still have tags and original packaging. Don't order from this website. If it seems too good to be true...it is!
Unfortunately didn't read the reviews before placing an order. Do not use this company. I never even received my product and no response from them by email or phone. Shocking that Paypal should continue to support such a site when there are so many disgruntled customers
This website is a complete fraud. I ordered a soccer jersey from there, they sent the wrong one, and then completely ignored me. I sent multiple e-mails to them, and their response was essentially that they had sent me "something", and that even though it wasn't "what I had ordered", they thought I should just be happy with it. STAY FAR AWAY -- THESE PEOPLE ARE COMPLETE AND TOTAL FRAUDS!

I just wanted to voice my disappointment with this company's product, customer service, and website in general. First, my order was delivered late. I placed my order on a Thurs. and did not receive my order until the following Tues. I paid for TWO DAY shipping. When I called to inquire about my order I was treated with disrespect and in a condescending manner. In addition, I had to call twice to receive an answer from their staff. My original phone call was never returned when they said they would call back. I also never received a confirmation e-mail or tracking number with my order. I've used their product for three months now and it is already deteriorating, tearing, and fading. I will not buy from this company again. I will not recommend them to friends or acquaintances and will continue to write poor reviews this company and their customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
I contacted a few suppliers on Alibaba. I got a response for my inquiry from an outside supplier(one who was not part of my emailing list). They offered me a very low price for led shoelaces. I wrote emails to their rep, Sally Li about the shipping and delivery time and just order placement with them. I assumed they were legit. I sent monies to them western union. They collected that same day after informing them of my transaction. They sent an email to me 3 days later asking for more money because the order was held up in customs. Long story short, I requested my money back ,in which they gave me a sob story about the cost they had to endure and they could not do so. That was the last communication between me and Sally. They my follow up emails regarding my money and stopped communication. I informed Alibaba but they could not do anything because apparently the only thing they were able to pull up on the Scammer is that they had a buyer account not a sellers account and they could not tell me how it was they got my information.I am still searching the internet to see how I can put a stop to them or at least shut down their website.
Great guys, nice big shop. I was a little skeptical at first but they seemed very professional. I just had a tune up on my bike at it was less than $100. They also have a ton of cool bags and aftermarket stuff you normally only see online

Beware. Bought 167 months subscription. Took ages to get back to me with what I ordered. opened a Dispute with Paypal. they immediately got back to me sayin g they are working on it. Delivered the goods and asked me to stop the dispute. Did so and then they cancelled the service. Now they don;t respond any e-mails. FRAUDS!!!
Video Game Website for shopping and discussion. Me and my friends have had really bad experiences with them. The discussion part of the site called the "vs" forum is ran by a group of racists and harass white kids everyday. If the kids argue back they get banned. The stuff that is said is disgusting at best and is allowed to happen. A video game site but really a racist site that seems to be moderated by the same. Don't let your kids or your friends get harassed stay away from the site. cheapassgamer is racist and harasses white kids with vulger posters and racism.
I bought some running shoes from there about 10 days ago and it says my order is still processing when it already processed on my credit card. I looked it up after I had already bought the shoes and it happens to be a scam. I don't really know what to do, I think I am going to call my credit card company? Do not shop at mallrunnings.com they are very good prices, but it is a scam.
At first, I saw this website on Facebook. And i was shocked with a silk dress. When i ordered it on their page, i saw the price is $95. Totally, i paid $125 for this order. After 5 days, i receive the package, my dress is perfect. I think it's worthy. And the quality is very good. The only problem is high shipping fee. If it supply free shipping, i think there will be more friends ordering on jollychic.com. It's my experience. Maybe i will try to order other things next time.

This is part of the DAZ 3D site and I must say it is one of the most pathetically put together and frustrating sites I've seen in a very very long time. Most links to important information and/or tutorials on their products just don't work and even worse the *contact us* and *report bugs* are completely non-functional. Whoever created it really needs to be fired and banned from ever having anything to do with web design ever again.
This Website is a scam. They sell fake golf gear, clubs, etc. I bought a Titleist 910fd and when it arrived I noticed the shipping label indicated that it was shipped from Shanghai... first clue that I had been ripped off. Second clue, the club did not have the authentication sticker. Third clue, the website customer service e-mail was a gmail address. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESES CROOKS!
This website is a complete scam. with their headquarters in the United States and their wire transfer address for banking located in China. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. When I called them out on it they stopped talking to me. They did not email me a picture of the product like I asked. Furthermore;... the second time I talked to them I asked if I could pay $880 for a laptop instead of the listed $900 to which they replied "Yes". Funny thing is, I never even gave them an order number nor did I tell them which laptop I was referring to. COMPLETE SCAM!! Do not order from these pricks.
I ordered shutters from this company. They arrived in great condition and I was quite pleased with the appearance. They offer a great value product, but I would make sure you order free sample swatches before you buy to make sure you know what you are getting. It would have helped a lot of the people I see that had poor experienes with this company.

Ok - I have brought in excess of 50 items of all sorts on Ali Express. I have had a few poor quality items and the odd mishap (like damaged items) but in general I have been able to buy a range of items I never could have afforded before. Many have been good standard, some exceptional for next to nothing. In my experience, don't buy items of too high a value, expect a fake product, always query the claims made before buying. What composition is this item (it says real leather is it top cut leather etc etc), what are the measurements of this item, there is no sleeve length, can you give it to me please? Will I get a product exactly like the one in the picture? etc etc. What does the feeback say? Has no one left feedback - are they all default ratings? Does the feedback have a genuine sounding comment attached? Not just "excellent". It does cost a lot to return poor items etc so buyer beware. There are some terrible traders on Ali Express and shipping time can be a nuisance but by and large there are many genuine traders and some very nice people on Ali Express. If you use Ali Express, take the time to do it right and you will come out the winner. Also don't be unrealistic, I have found many $3 to $8 bargains but if I get something for $4 that is rubbish, I realise this is the gamble I have taken and don't get too excited about it. 4.5 stars.
It's almost as good as newegg.com. I have purchased about 12 items from them about a year ago. Took them to deliver my stuff in 3 weeks. Even though I paid to send me in 2 days. At least they didn't tax me because I live in CA.
