After 12 days they shipped my order 1410111114926910 but again because of there bad customer service the tracking number of the second shipment is not valid PNL9920726309 they send in this shipment all the valuable items?????? is it a fake shipment Or what???
I think the reason some people must not like this service is that either their internet service is terrible or their devices are terrible. Because I LOVE THIS SERVICE! It's the best thing ever!! Sure it's glitchy sometimes, and takes awhile to load sometimes, but $#*!...it's essentially free 3500 LIVE channels!!!!!!!!!!! For a 30 dollare ONE TIME fee, this is WELL worth the price! We gave up cable years ago and although I love streaming, it is limited. You can't stream premium shows legitimately, and you can't watch live sports. THIS service is the answer to all my problems. I now have unlimited live TV AND streaming and I pay 8 bucks a month. Life is good. :)
Worst service ever. I ordered a dinner set from them. After they shipped some of the items, they then sent me an email saying that the other items were out of stock at the manufacturer and that they could not get any more. Another retailer ordered them from the manufacturer for me without a problem. Layla Grayce said they could not get them because they did not want to honor the 20% off sale they had. All of their reviews are terrible. I wish I had checked first before ordering from them. They are unscrupulous and dodgy. You have been warned.

They are rude. They keep asking you to subscribe. It says you get a free session but you don't. When I confronted one of the people about having a free session they told me that I had been on here before in which I haven't my sister had. They would not give me my free session so I called them worthless and they asked me again if I wanted to subscribe.
Sell fake perfume. I never experience a rash after using any perfumes, but when I spray the DG Rose the one which I bought from this website, it burned my skin and gave me a rash. I have to quickly washed off with soap and put on cortisone cream right away. I contacted the customer services, they never gave me the shipping label for return. So I have to pay it myself to ship it back to them. When they refunded my money, they did not refund the total amount, they deduct the shipping cost out of it too. This business is seriously not want customer to come back for them. SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE.
Took too long to process refund, it's has been more than a week, I haven't received email of notification for my refund. Customer service don't reply my enquiries email.
my first order 5 items i only received 2 items and i email them never respond. i had order earnings, shoes dresses never got it.. i paid over $300.dollars.
Ordered two shirts; received only one. Repeated calls and formal complaints (through their automated system) have gone unanswered for well over a month. Avoid.
Well -- this program doesn't let you rate anything less that one star or I would. Save your money! Misses a great amount of data. The social media search is useless and can't even find Face Book accounts. I have friends that have a HUGE digital footprint and BeenVerified can't find any information on them. They also bait you by locking fields that you can unlock for more $$$$. I would say to definitely stay away.

I ordered 3 shirts from them back in August. I just received 2 of them today. Both are complete junk. I ordered extra large, the one shirt the arm holes are cut so low that the shoulder part was by my elbows. The other, my sister a size 3, can't even get her arms in. The arm holes are cut way to short that you can't get your arms in! NEVER AGAIN!! To wait 2 months and then get complete crap!!! It is even worth sending back!

FRAUD!!! BUYER BEWARE!! They took my order for $1300 for a set of tires that they don't even have in stock! For 5 days they gave me the run around. They asked me to submit a copy of my credit card and Gov't ID to have my stuff shipped!!! (I didn't do this - DON'T EVER GIVE A COMPANY ONLINE YOUR ID AND PICS OF THE FRONT AND BACK OF YOUR CREDIT CARD for any scammer to use)They then took the money from my credit card on day 4 then told me they didn't stock the tires on day 5! Customer service was absolutely disgusting and when I asked for them to refund me they hung up the phone. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They are a FRAUD!!! BUYER BEWARE!!
when i reviewed the country IP prevention list, i got script with allow instead of deny in the code, and every ip address known to man. if i'd loaded this, my site would have been overrun. crazy.
I wish I would have seen the reviews before I ordered from this site. Customer service is HORRIBLE. Be very careful about shipping policies. 3 day shipping does NOT mean 3 day shipping as a normal customer would understand it. It is 3 day shipping PLUS whatever processing time they need AFTER they've already sent you the confirm that it has shipped. A reputable company would disclose this and/or offer a refund on the exhorbitant 3 day shipping fee. I can't add ratings for value, returns or quality as my order still hasn't arrived.

Then I had a configuration problem with the installation, and he once again replied instantly and worked with me in two hours all was set and he gave me the updated file for future installations without a problem. Very PROFESSIONAL; and they are really trying to help on their forums too; open for members-only of course. I wish them the best they deserve it with good support (the most valuable thing today anywhere!)

They're always to help you when you have a problem with order. I can truly recommend Banggood to everyone. I think that this site is cheaper than ebay or amazon. 2 years ago I bought a replacement lamp for my sony projector, everything was fine, product worked great. Earlier this month, I ordered another replacement, received shipment notification, but the product never actually shipped. Based on all the other reviews here from other people, I think this company has gone down or something. No big deal, these jokers get to speak with Bank of America's fraud department now, the money will be back in my account momentarily. What a shame considering how good my first experience was.
This is one of the best new sites around. Beautifully put together. Quality and savings are outstanding. The shipping is very fast. I also like the way the site works and especially the checkout process. It is new and different and much easier.
Don’t waste your time with this company. I placed my order a week ago and my order still shows as “processing”. This would be tolerable if they would have at least responded with an explanation to my inquiries for an update. Upon e-mailing them however, all you’ll receive is a canned response that says “We will look into this matter for you, once we have confirmation on your order status, we will update you with an email. If you have any additional questions, please reply or contact customer service”. So now I am stuck in a nightmare trying to cancel my order. Lesson learned… but rest assured, I will never deal with this company again.
Ebate was good when you first start out. As you continue to purchase through them you then have to stay in contact with them about your "BIG FAT CHECK" is what they call it. Several things I recommend more than five friends to them and I never seen a pay for it. I guess because it was not all at once. I purchase a Disney World trip airfare and all and they did not pay me what was promised. I spent over four thousand dollars. I had to report them to BBB in order to see a check because they refuse to pay me anything. When I did receive a check it still was no where near the amount promised. To top it off they credit my account $20 to return and show with them. When I finally did the $20 magically disappeared. When I questioned that check along with the amount spent at the other stores I was told that I have to present documents of my purchases. By the way they delete activities if it's pass two months. I gave the a record with transaction number but that is not good enough. By the way I've been shopping with them since 2010 I believe.
Unethical and deceptive business practices. We signed on for a trial six month period. At the end of the six months, without any notice, we were charged again. Their response was "we are so sorry, our rep was ill. It won't happen again." We received an email that our "invoice was ready." Emailed and spoke to several reps who assured us our account would not be charged without speaking to us first. We were promised a prompt call back. Finally received a call several days later and was told our account had already been debited. We were told to "read your agreement." Asked about the previous apologies and promises not to repeat an unauthorized debit and was told "prove it." This company doesn't even send any notice that "it's time to renew in thirty days." I was told it is "my job to keep track." I do like the service but we won't be "autorenewing" with them ever again. Beware.
I really really wanted to give modcloth a try because they do allow these unique designers to showcase their products (most of them looked so interesting that I couldn't wait to get my hands on them) so I ordered from them several times and here is my experience: 1. It has become apparent that some of the products are definitely not worth the money. There were several products that I saw on their websites that I wanted to buy but ended up buying from somewhere else cheaper(exactly same products directly from designer or through other online platforms if you are willing to look for it). 2. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from them. The common issue with modcloth is that the pictures must have undergone some editing because the colors are ALWAYS different. I returned two of them because of the colors. They were different enough for me to SPEND money to ship them back (I was told that I would have to pay for my shipping if I returned them). The last one I kept because I did want a pair of navy colored shoes but I regreted after wearing it for a day because for a pair of low heels it was extremely uncomfortable (definitely not a quality product of worth) 3. For international shoppers: I moved to Canada. At this point I buy a lot of stuff online because some of the brands have no retailers in Canada. I have not experienced a lot of issues with duty (crossing the border) with stuff I've bought from other places. However with modcloth (I have no idea why) I get charged almost 30% duty. At this point. After all my frustrations (6 purchases and 600 dollars later) I think I am going to give up on this website.
