Do NOT waste your money here! I had two orders from them and had to contact them to get them to ship anything. One of the orders didn't get shipped until I tried to get my money back thru paypal. What eventually came is not what I ordered. The posters are small. I was disappointed. I originally ordered in the beginning of December with plenty of time to get it for Christmas. It did not come until the end of January. The requests to the website were answered with excuses, and eventually just ignored. I will never order from them again
So about 10 hours ago i payed 12 euros for a 10 $ psn card. About 3 hours of waiting i receved a email saying that it sold out. I asked them why they didn t inform me before paying for it. They didn t respond until now ...Asked for a refund with no response of course.
Ordered TV. Next day they emailed to say I had to supply copy of ID for “security reasons”…new one on me!!!!!. I was then emailed to say TV order had been released to me. 4 days later they emailed to say, and I quote “I would like to inform you that your order has been cancelled due to a pricing error. If you would like to place a new order for an alternative product please do not hesitate to contact our Salesdesk on 0800 038 8880” No apology, no offer of perhaps a small discount to compensate for their mistake and no mention of what their error was, ie what your price should have been. 3 DAYS latter Misco are still advertising this TV for the price they refused to sell to me for due to pricing error…. DISSGRACEFUL. No reply to my letter of complaint after 3 days btw......great customer service....NOT! There should be a law against this company being aloud to get away with this practice. Only wish that I had read all the negative reviews about this company before I ordered.
I clicked on their button for a job at Calvin Klein to which I am qualified. They responded saying that I didn't have the credentials to "become a member." I wrote them back asking if they'd seen my LinkedIn profile. They responded that they deal mostly in financial industries. Okay, so where's the CK job. I posted on LinkedIn my disdain for the company. My ancestors founded most of the Ivy League. As if... They rejected me, and so now I've broadcast that rejection to my networks. They're becoming infamous by the second. If you encounter them RUN FROM THEM SCREAMING!
Do not waste your money. Hired them to do my review, provided two years worth of samples and they ignored them. The review was totally irrelevant to the job I perform. They ignore my request to revised.
A complete joke. I was using them since 2007 and have published over 100 projects. They used to be great. I was always able to get incredible tallent at incredible prices. But now they became Godaddy of freelance websites. Clutered, confusing, with coins and bonuses flying all arround. Complete waste of time. It shows in the quality of workers too, they are VERY, VERY LOW quality. I think all the tallented people migrated to other websites.
Do not return items to this company as you will not be refunded and you will waste even more money on postage. TomTop sells absolute garbage, thieves!!!!!
Very unhappy to say I also just got screwed over by the website. I am asking myself over & over again - WHY didn't I check the reviews for this site before depositing my money?! They have taken £1,100 from me linking it to hidden terms which were never shown to me in any way shape or form. I am furious, upset and cannot believe I was naive enough to get involved with a corrupt company. If this backyard dodge shop has an office in London, there's no doubt I'd be making an appearance..... Everyone, PLEASE be warned!!!!!
Ordered three phone covers on the 7th of January and still having received them. I try to get in contact with customer service but won't let me send one of them ticket things they refer to. Absolute joke of a website! I'd avoid it in future.
I haven't bought from them but i have a friend who did. They ripped her off. I was looking at the reviews to see what was up but surprisingly they rate pretty well. Then after reading reviews on MORE THAN ONE review site I see that some reviews are repeated. Copied and pasted by different "customers" and the wording is off in many of the high reviews smh how DISGUSTING that a company would pay to get fake reviews over simply giving the customers their moneys worth. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE HACKS.
I also work for oow as well and I absolutely hate it. The stuff is overpriced and staff are underpaid the warehouse is disorganized and a severe fire hazard. Half of the stuff is damaged and we have to bag up used parts as if they are new. They buy products and bag up the products and sell each piece separately if a travel phone charger that comes with a iPhone Android and blackberry adapter pieces and sells those separate from the actual adapter. They are cheap and don't give raises. Everyone quits their job the longest person there is 8 months. Don't get a job there and don't have them fix your phone it is a overpriced scam for a quick fix
Fakes and not even good fakes. One boot is slightly longer than the other and they feel nothing like my old Ugg boots that I have had for 5 years. I feel really stupid for being sucked in I wish I'd seen this site before parting with our hard earned money. by the time I paid the customs charge (which the website states you wont get charged) it has cost me just under a £100. Like somebody said if it sounds too good to be true it is. How do they get away with calling them Uggs and why does Google let them advertise ? STAY WELL CLEAR !!!
would not rate this company at all I live in the uk and was not advised of UPS demanding me COD the actual price of item at my door- poor quality clothes - can buy them at Wall mart poor customer service TRUST ME IF YOU LIVE OUTSIDE USA DONT BUY FROM THEM i cannot stress enough no information at all on extra HIDDEN charges
I am left this morning feeling extemely disappointed with Groupon, I purchase alot from Groupon between both mine & my husbands account, we use many other similar companies like Wowcher, Amazon Local, 5PM & despite many years of using these various deals and companies I have NEVER had any issues whatsoever so this morning never have I been left so disgusted with poor service as I have on how my enquiry was handled by Groupon. Coco Beauty in Hamilton reneged on the appointment booked but when I called this morning and spoke with Deena I was appalled at the initial response I received which was "I cannot refund your money today" I was also advised my case would need investigated, forgive me but was I not the person who was let down, left disappointed - whats to investigate???? contact the supply - confirm the situation & refund - this can be done in a 2 minute call !!!!!! I ordered some dresses in december its now the last day in january and i still haven't received anything contact sylish plus was told my order was cancelled although the money was taken from my account luckily i payed through paypal now paypal is seeking a full refund on my behalf i will recommend that people should stay away from this company it seem as if its a scam
Do not use this company! Tickets didn't arrive; we phoned 3 days in a row and they said they would be dispatched next day. One man told me that the tickets had already been posted ,special delivery but the day before the event they emailed to say they had no tickets. The small print does say that occasionally they can't get tickets but they should tell people in time so they can search elsewhere and not lie.
Ordered some flashlights and batteries with expedited shipping. After 10 days I was told (when i opened a ticket) that packages didnt pass the security check because of batteries and were on their way back to DX. DX promised to reship them using regular post (no refund for change of shipping method promised) once they returned to DX. Guess when they reshipped my items? 5 days? NO. 10 days? NO. Maybe 20 days? NOOOO!! Attention please - it took DX.com 49 days to reship after their own mistake. But you willl never believe me when i'll tell you that DX.com reshipped via expedited post AGAIN, which doesnt allow batteries (new order #150109001082291656). 15 days have passed and DX still "waits for items to return". Summary of DX.com services and customer support - avoid at all costs.
This company is fraudulent. They tempted me with an offer of $59 for lifetime licence to their suite of video editing software. They then went ahead and debited my account twice, claiming I had ordered twice. Why would I want 2 licences? In any case, they only sent one access code. I contacted them to unravel what I assumed was a mistake. However, they refused to co-operate, and instead hid behind a fly-by-night intermediary (Avangate BV), who repeatedly divested themselves of responsibility by referring me back to AVS4you. They have not only stolen my money, but now wasted copious amounts of my time.
Be warned, I am writing this on behalf of my mother, who had been left, for one of these blond whores! My father has just become engaged to one of these 'women' and is not even DIVORCED from my mother!!! This website has a lot to answer for and if I had my way I would have it shut down, he was hooked via Facebook advertising, has been caught hook line and sinker!!! Met her twice, total of 14 days in her company, told his family going on holiday, for us to find out via Facebook (again) he has got engaged. Has spent £1000's on her and has borrowed money to fund all of this! Money he does not have...
zoosk is by far the worst of the worst dating sites available on the internet, period... of all time. I would caution anyone even thinking of investing money into this "pay for" site, to look at the reviews and customer grading system, which currently stands at 8% out of a 100 on the positive review scale of satisfied clients. This company exhibits all the reasons so many people shy away from dating sites.
Purchased two bridesmaids dresses for $430 Australian dollars. Paid extra for expedited shipping and was expecting it in 6 business days. It has now been 10 days and the parcel is still stuck in China. I emailed them and they can't even be bothered to respond. It's not even cheap. My wedding is at the end of next week. I would have been better off buying the dresses here. I've never been so stressed, and I've planned an entire wedding. Avoid at all cost.
Awesome site! I've ordered a set per month for almost a year now and everything is great quality and comes in the mail very very fast. And also just very beautiful looking stuff in general!
I ordered a dress from them and it was to small. They said I only had 7 days to return the product but it was shipped from overseas. I had to send pictures and still no refund and when I pay for shipping back and forth it will cost more than the dress did. don't buy from them!
Gilt had a sale in November for Black Friday. I wanted to order a coat but was unsure of their sizing. They said that I could return the one that didn't fit. I ordered a 38 and a 40. I am now told that since I ordered the 38 first and returned it, they would not give me the sale price on the 40. I had presumed wrongly that they wold give me the sale price on which ever coat I kept. Will not be giving them any more of my business.
