DO NOT order from karmaloop! Processing returns and receiving refunds is a nightmare. Still havent received a refund for my returns from all the different vendors and deliveries were processed and returned nearly a month ago!
My shirt is very cute and made of nice material. It arrived at the estimated time of my shipping. I would recommend someone who is ordering this though to order a size bigger than what they are because it is rather small. I am 22 and have a skinny/small build so it fit me just fine and I actually ordered a medium when usually I am a small. Overall its a great shirt, very cute.
My top gives a very sophisticated look. For the discerning women, it provides full coverage as well as being stylish. I bought the one is white as well. The only thing I did not like is that the neck is not very tight fitting. It is rather loose, and I feel that would have made this top even more eye-catching. Received a lot of compliments on it.

I spent a good amount on a love seat, then close to another $100 on tax and shipping. And I waited a month or so for it to arrive. It looks nice but is utterly uncomfortable, partly because the seat isn't quite deep enough, and also because it feels like it is stuffed with something stiff, unmoving and hard. After a few months something has loosened up and it's not the loveseat cushion itself, but is rather the bit where I usually sit. That has become kind of a valley while the rest remains hard and stiff. It is obvious that they are making money hand over fist with these pieces of furniture. In all I spent about $900 for a piece of junk wrapped in pretty pink linen. I should have realized when I found it weighed very, very little that it was full of nothing.
HORRIBLE customer service! I ordered Xmas cards on 12/10...well enough time to receive! but 12/22 and still no cards...all customer service can say is "they shoudl get to you by 12/24.." clearly NOT ENOUGH time to send to friends/family for Xmas!!!!! AFter three years of ordering from Snapfish...NO MORE! DO NOT ORDER from Snapfish!
I have ordered a pair of boots on 12/02 and still haven't received them . So I will never order from them again.I have emailed them and got no response yet .
Wished I would have read the reviews before I ordered. I ordered knee braces on line. Very confusing to find what I needed so a I used the live chat. I was very specific what I needed. They sent me a link of items they claimed matched my needs. It was the incorrect item!! And yep, ALL SALES FINAL. They have awful customer service. I am waiting for a RMA now. I would just like my money back and take my business elsewhere, like you should too!

I tried to make a purchase from bitsmoke.com with Bitcoin and only found the options to pay by credit card or money order. After sending an e-mail to the site admin, I received a reply and my order was placed in no time. A few days later I was welcomed with a discretely packaged box upon my doorstep. I read the reviews after I placed my order. I received a tracking number a week after i placed my order and thought I was a lucky one. Not so soon...first the tracking number was invalid at ups, usps and fedex. Today I received the order and as soon as I saw the package I knew I ordered crap. The quality of the comforter is very cheap ...nothing like the item on their page. They said I saved 120.00 but my mother in law bought the exact item at a local store at 19.99. The color is not what I ordered and it does not fit my king bed. I think this is queen. I guess I will end up donating it to a goodwill. The reviews are real. Can someone stop this company from ripping off comsumers? Seriously.

My first experience with Warby Parker is TERRIBLE, and my order has not been processed, since December 17. Many problems with them, and I have written tons of emails to them begging them to sort this out. What choice do I have? My account has been charged; plus this is a gift and the receiver is already expecting his favorite brand WP (I'll make him change his mind after this) 1. First problem: The prescription I sent says "Prescription" with parameters for OD and OG, the date, contact details of the optometry, .. They got back saying this is a receipt; there is no prescription. 2. Second problem: I provided the eye doctor contact details; I don't know what they did with that since. 3. Another guy from their WP responded to my email that besides the prescription, they need "the date" and "doctor's signature". Well, the date is there. You can't imagine how pissed I am to see a signature is delaying my order. They have the phone number, they can verify if they want. 4. On their website it says, order on Dec 17 would make it by Christmas. My shipping address is Canadian; thus I had to switch over to a separate site to order in the first place, with $45 different (compared to US address) - alright. But this was a trap, since they did not communicate how long it would take for Canadian order. I tried to get over point #4. But, my prescription is still hanging there, for what - I don't know. For how much longer - I don't know!
Horrible experience!!! One item was out of stock and I was promised a refund. After 10 business days not in my account. It took 3 days to get through with many, many hang ups. The first rep put me on hold, came back and said the refund was processed 3 days previous. I said it's not on my credit card account or on pay pal. She then said we don't take paypal. When I said that's how I paid on their website she said paypal takes up to 30 days. I called paypal and they have access to all my account and said nothing had been returned to them. I called Nl shop back. This time I got a real nice guy who would put me on hold and keep checking on me. He got me a supervisor but before I could talk to them my phone call was dropped. I immediately called back and a rude woman put me on hold for 15 minutes, never checking on me and then my call was dropped again!!! As I write this I am on hold again as they try to find someone for me. This guy is trying to be nice. He is at least checking on me. I have now spent an hour so far today trying to get my refund. I will NEVER shop with them again!!!
I bought this dress last month. The ordering was straightforward (I am a complete novice at this), the commentary on when delivery would be expected was updated at each stage and the dress itself was everything it looked like. I absolutely adored my dress and felt completely comfortable in it. It's part of my memories of a totally amazing day and it's all good.

I have had a similar bad experience with this bongous.com , it is impossible to contact them,and it appears they have ripped me off for $240, My bank account was charged, then they made another unauthorized charge, claiming it is a verification fee, then they say it is a invalid verification, so I am screwed out of $240.00 They are crooks.
I just had blurb print a 96 page photo book for me and although I am happy with the quality of the book their customer service is terrible. You can not get an actual person on the phone. You can only email them your question and eventually (days or a week later) you will receive an email back directing you to a 'link' where you can either find the answer to your question or you can send them another email. Too frustrating and time consuming. I will not use them again or recommend them. They have obviously gotten too big to care about the individual customer anymore.
BUYER BEWARE! If you order anything from this site you need to make sure to continuously follow up on your order. I received a shipping noticed that item was shipped December 10 expected delivery December 13. I checked the tracking multiple times and it was showing that it was still in NY. Since 9 days had past since the item was shipped I contacted customer service concerned that for some reason the item may have been returned and in my original message I stated that the trackino information was not showing anything so I needed their help. The response I got was a link to the tracking information. I replied that I had already checked that as stated in my original message to them and the next response I got mysteriously came about an hour after I had recever an update from usps that the package was on the way...again only supplying the tracking information. I finally received the item 3 days after my complaint and the necklace chain was twisted and knotted around the charm as it had not been packaged well.
