I cannot believe what just came out of the box that just arrived from CanvasonSale/Bestcanvas. My first clue that this company was not legit was a box taped like my child put it together. I gasped in horror at what appeared from inside. My professional photos cheaply stapled to a frame on cheap canvas. I could not look at the canvases. I destroyed them immediately as to leave no trace of their existence. Groupon and this company have failed.
I placed an order for 2 evening gowns last Dec 7 and I still haven't received them. I checked the order details from the website and there was no tracking information. We are leaving out of town on Mon dec 22 and we need these dresses. If I dont get these by this weekend I will return these and get a refund. I emailed my complaint and tried to call the international phone number but no answer
I purchased 2 pairs of Koolaburra and 1 pair of Ugg Boots from ShoeBuy. They are totally fake. You will be shocked at how good they look even a card showing they are authentic. But when you look at the Uggs especially you can tell they are fake. I asked them they admit freely they are fakes. I will say the refunded my money immediately. Buyer beware would be different if they sold them at 1/2 price but they are full price for a fake product.
I have been an image contributor since 2008 and I have to say that over the past 5 years the site has been on a steady decline. Contributor services are the absolute worst. If a contributor has a problem forget it, there isn't a direct phone line to call. Contributors can only open a support ticket online and it may take several weeks to finally get a response. Bottom line, they do not take care of the content suppliers. They do not listen to contributor or buyer concerns. Inspectors are highly inconsistent. If you need a 2nd opinion from "Scout" GOOD LUCK!!! you will be waiting a very long time to get it. My wait time for one image recently was so long that when they finally responded to my ticket, I was told "I am sorry but the photo is no longer available for us to review". Unsatisfactory!!! As an exclusive contributor unfortunately I cannot recommend this site to contributors or to buyers, that's just how bad that it's become. There are other sites that have far better prices and they actually take care of their exclusive contributors and listen to buyer and contributor concerns. If you are thinking of becoming an exclusive contributor, do yourself a huge favor and make sure that you do your research and then research some more. There isn't any incentive to being an exclusive contributor here now. The grass definitely isn't greener. Payouts are becoming less and less and we do not have the ability to get more images to their parent site in order to make more money from our work. It's become impossible to move up in pay level because the redeemed credit targets is broken. They've actually had to grandfather contributors to maintain their current pay level for at least 3 or 4 years consecutively. They'll tell you that they are doing contributors a favor by grandfathering but in reality that way of doing things isn't working and they will not change it. The majority of sales generated now are through subscriptions and partner programs, all of which do not generate credits toward contributor redeemed credit targets because the only way to increase your redeemed credit totals is if buyers purchases images with credits! I'm happy that I don't have to rely on the income to survive as it has become very very low... it's a joke actually. Even though I'm still an exclusive contributor who's invested a lot into this company, I'm to the point where I don't even care if this ship finally sinks completely. Call me sick, but I'd actually get some sort of enjoyment from it. Additional info: There are also rumors on the discussion boards that some of the Forum Moderators and file inspectors (who are also contributors) have access to individual contributor account pay balance info... I don't have words for this.
I am a dentist and this company is excellent. Very professional dental supply company we used them and would tell other dentists to use them. They are a very well known dental supply company with outstanding tooth whitening products for patients.
I made a mistake on the last page of my calendar for my wife. It is now 7 days till Christmas day. I e mailed your support team and shell got back to me right away, helped me fix the problem, walked me through how to change things. OMG the best customer service!! I ordered a blanket for a gift and I am so pleased with that and I am waiting for 2 canvas prints to get here. I will order from your company from now on. thanks so much!!! and I will tell all my friends!
I ordered 4 tops and was quite happy with the results. One top came immediately, the other three came later but not as late as most people say in their review.
Deceptive business practices. I will never, never, never subscribe to a World Gym again. They required a face to face visit to cancel, even though I was in a different state. The charged a 60 day cancelation fee and an equivalent fee to guaranty a rate for a membership that I had already canceled. This is poor Customer Relationship management and absolute deception. I was a charter member of this club. They must be hurting for membership. I would be very cautious about joining this club.
I ordered two bracelets and two bags from this company just a day ago or so for my mother for christmas. These reviews are honestly concerning due to the price i paid. I am hoping that the concerns are just within clothing and not accessories but if someone could review on accessories it would be most appreciated. I used expedited shipping, but with these reviews I feel concerned about whether or not my items will get to me in time. Hoping for the best though, as everyone makes mistakes. Im hoping that if it is not what is promised, returns will not be as difficult as it has been for some of you. Optimistic for the moment :). Also, how am i supposed to track my items if my number is considered invalid and if it is international does that specify that they use usps or what company? Really wished I would have looked more into this before paying but I suppose I got overly excited for christmas.

Absolutely shocking customer service. I returned a dress on the 6 November 2014 and I am still waiting for a refund. I have sent 3 emails asking if someone could contact me with some info on when I might be reimbursed and I have not had any response to any of them. I have also tried calling the number given on the website and when choosing either option 1 or 2 I was caller number 4 in the queue no matter how long I waited. This did not change after waiting on the line for 10mins. I will not be purchasing anything from this site again and would advise other people to steer clear of ordering from this site to.
The worst site for either side of the infidelity horror. The wayward side is filled with spouses of the betrayed spouses on that site so you can't trust any of their posts. They have a contest, basically, to see who is the most "remorseful". It's honestly pathetic. Can't believe their spouses buy that crap. The betrayed side is just as bad. Competitive bitterness. The absolute horrific "advise" given is almost criminal. There are several posters, sunflower30 is one for sure, Hope2b another, that are so bitter and vile you can't help but understand completely how their spouse cheated...and I'm a betrayed spouse. You almost fine yourself rooting for them to dump these entitled, vulgar, vile $#*!es. Men are screwed on that site. I'm no longer posting and many awesome members no longer go there either because of the terrible moderating or because they were banned for speaking the truth. Uncertainone was a brilliant, sage, wayward (although I never thought she was) that posted gems. You won't find them anymore because Deeply Scared deleted all of them. That petty little cheater broke her own site's guidelines. Shocking. Horrible site, terribly run with damaged dangerous posters. Reddit and other sites far far better than that absolute mess
I baught a 7 inch phablet phone a lg headset and a flash card from here on 8 22 2014 received them on 9 9 2014 have had nothing but problems ever since. I have opened several tickets and an rma and have not gotten anywhere all I get is that it will take months to get it fixed. now my 3 months are up . I have taken it to several techs here in the usa and they charged me 45.00 each just to tell me the phone is defective and has none of the sensors it needs to work properly. my mother has stage 4 pancreatic cancer and this is our only link to her care givers but these people don't even care they want me to buy another phone and they will give me a discount. I have put out a total of 184.00 fot the phone and headset and they want more money. how come they can't send me a replacement phone and let me send this one back when I have the new one. does not take a genius to understand that everbuying is a big scam. I am just trying to figure out my next steps. my son works for homeland security and one for the FBI I just may have to let them do something. companies like this should be put out of business.

They are a scam. They do everything they can not to pay you. They ask you to send your ID to the Philippines. I won't £9900 7 days ago and they still won't process it. AVOID this site at all costs. They are useless and as for their 'customer support'....I'd get more support from a bag of crisps!! I'm doing a story on them with the UK national newspapers and reporting them to the gambling commission. DO NOT deposit any money, use a reputable online site. Titan are not one!!
I bought in total 3-4 mill for ps4. They are legit, but EA found out and banned me xD sometimes they might use up to 30 minutes
"If you are lucky enough to read this please don't shop here. I bought a coat that was falling apart at the seams as I took it out of the package. I asked the company for a refund and they only offered to give me back 10%. Yes you read that right 10%!!! Here was their excuse: "As you know, our prices are very competitive and not considered expensive. Therefore the quality of a small number of the products may not be the same as full priced, more expensive alternatives." So basically you pay them and don't even get functional clothing."
After holding our Xmas break up lunch at the Redcliffe On the Murray. I would advise you give this Business a wide birth. 35 of us attended. This was booked well in advance, there was one girl attending the tables. No extra staff had been put on. On average each one of us spent $40 plus drinks, the service was atrocious, the food was very poor,the time we waited for our main course was extreme, but more so we waited for someone to take orders for sweets, no one came by this time it was gone 3.00pm we asked if we could order and was told go to the bar and order, once again lack of staff, but the biggest complaint was we were abused by the owner, who complained that one of the ladies treated her young daughter (the only waitress) with fowl language. This we know is a downright lie. We are all mature adults. I for one was owner operator of my own business, the customer is your bread and butter, please treat them with the respect they deserve. We will never go back.

Convenient website, flawless quality of product and helpful client support. Had a 1 week delivery delay because of their supplier but was notified about that in advance and offered a discount or a refund. No reason why would I not use their services again nor recomment them to others.
Beware if you are ordering from this company. My experience has been frustrating and the customer service is nonexistent. I ordered a retirement gift and paid $39.85 to expedite the order (2 day air). The order was processed and shipped on Monday. Today is Thursday and no package. Mr Mark Ramsey (from Gifts.com customer service) stated that I misunderstood and I needed to allow 3-5 days for them to process the order, then the 2 day air time is added on with UPS. The problem with Mr Ramsey's statement is UPS tracking shows it was picked up and processed on DAY 1. UPS made the error, but Mr Ramsey and UPS do not take responsibility and I paid a premium to get the package in a timely manner. I called Gifts.com, eight times during business hours and was automatically routed to the "after hours" voice mail. UPS and Gifts.com do not offer a remedy. The problem with Mr Ramsey is that he failed to read my email and respond adequately. Be ready for poor customer service and a lack of an adequate response from this business. For your awareness, paying for overnight service, by Mr Ramsey's standards and Gifts.com, means you MAY get it within 6 working days.
We were saved by Iza from hotels.com we made mistake on the location when booking a hotel using the app so we called but the first person that picked the call could not help us. We asked him to transfer us which he did and we were helped by Iza. She really knows her job and within a short time fixed the problem without stress. Because of her, we will use hotels.com again
