Dreadful dreadful company. How they stay in business I really don't know. I am a florist in the UK. I ordered flowers for a very good frien who lost her husband that very day. The promise of flowers being delivered the next day as after 4pm. Didn't arrive, I phoned from the UK....for 20 minutes....oh so sorry, will be delivered by a different florist tomorrow ! Tomorrow came and went...still no delivery...another phone call...18 minutes, sorry, credit on your account! ...no not good enough! I want the flowers delivered. ...still no flowers delivered end of 3rd day! ....another phone call...now refund, credit but still no delivery...now tomorrow ....REALLLY ! I now have to wait before I can actually telephone a florist myself for a delivery in case they do get delivered in the morning...good job I'm not holding my breath.
I ordered a desk with attached bookshelf from Hayneedle on 1/17/15 online. Four days later I received an email saying that the order had been cancelled. I called their customer service line and the rep said there had been a problem with my husband's credit card. I expected that might have happened because his card had been compromised right after the order and his bank had shut that account down and issued a new card. So I reordered the same desk right there on the phone on 1/21/15 using my own credit card. Immediately I received an emailed confirmation with a new order number. The email said Hayneedle would email me a tracking number when the order shipped. I never received a tracking number. The 1/21 email said the expected delivery date was 1/30/15. It is now 2/1/15 and a Sunday so their office is closed. I logged into my Hayneedle customer account to check the order status. Lo and behold, Hayneedle also cancelled the second order I had placed. They never emailed me about this cancellation. Their website does not give a specific reason for the cancellation. I checked my credit card account and thankfully they did not charge my credit card. Please do not order anything from this vendor. It is the worst online order experience I have ever had. Now I am wondering in addition whether it was from Hayneedle that my husband's credit card was compromised.
Its packed with transexuals women visible tattoos waiting for a cash cow. Have a feeling Albuquerque is not a place for attractive guys just looking for nsa sex and not looking to raise another persons baggage. Adult friend finder has less than ten people for a place with almost a million people looks like im going to be hard time in a free society. Goodnluck make sure to put on pr8file seeking serios relationship and make over 30 to 40 k a few guys i knew that where models tried it and it works like a charm i promise
This website uses a membership system, and you have until the 5th of every month to skip making a purchase that month. If not your card will be charged $39.99 that you can use as store credit. While that was made very clear to me it's still shady. First of all if you're advertising shoes at the prices JustFab is, your target consumer is those of us that don't make a ton of money, and a $40 hit to the bank account can cause problems, financial uncomfort until that next paycheck. Furthermore JustFab doesn't mention anything about how you are required to sign up for this membership in order to purchase anything from them until you're already in the checkout screen. This required membership isn't mentioned anywhere on the home screen of their website or on any of their advertisements. This tells me they know what their doing is shady, and forgetting to skip a month wouldn't be a financial obligation their target consumer would want to carry. Otherwise they would advertise their memberships and how great they are in addition to their product. As far as their actual product goes, it wasn't anything spectacular, but it wasn't bad either. It definitely wasn't worth stressing over the month skipping though. I've read lots of horror stories where women have skipped but still been charged. I'm only 20 so having $40 unexpectedly pulled out is a big deal to me. What really irritated me beyond belief though was that I had to call them to cancel my account. This company that bases everything else online is making me call them. Once I was finally able to get a sales rep on the phone intstead of saying "sure I'll cancel it..." They said "okay I'll change it to this account type...." Or offering me email reminders. I shouldn't be told you'll change it to something else when I want to cancel, I should be OFFERED something else. And I shouldn't have to listen to you tell me three different things you're going to change it to before you listen to me and just cancel my account. It's very basic customer service people. Still haven't received a confirmation email. I've read reports of cards still being charged after accounts were "canceled" and the money never being reimbursed. All in all, with this company not telling you about the membership upfront, and making you go through so much to get rid of it, that tells me they know what they're doing is wrong, they don't care about their customer, they want us to mess up somewhere so they can make a quick $40. It's too bad. I'm sure a more customer friendly site that sold all of their shoes for $40, and didn't require a membership would make some crazy money. JustFab JustSucks.
Before Amazon, there was Overstock. We've received a couple of nice things from them, but these people don't know the meaning of the phrase "customer service." Was your package ripped open in transit? They don't care. Wrong item? Broken or defective product? No refund. No acknowledgement of any problem. Write a bad review on their website, and your words get deleted. Finally, Overstock = Overpriced. Their "deals" involve "refurbished" items and cheaply-made things one can buy anywhere for less. Bottom line: Avoid at all costs.
I purchased several products on Banggood and although sometimes there was some mixup in receiving parcels, I contacted Banggood immediately and are working to resolve the issue. So I think we Banggood is reliable and safe. So I will continue to buy other products, partly because the prices are very affordable.
Excellent service today from Amol Umare (Microsoft Certified Technician) in resolving problems and system clean-up. Many thanks once again for your patience.
I want to cancel my subscription. I did not know I would be Charged monthly.
I ordered the dress and it fits perfectly! Most of the times i'm a small size, but Medium fitted just right, so maybe it is a good idea to order one size bigger than your regular size. The material is ok, I will definitely buy again from rosegal!!
The clothes are good quality and the fashions are unique enough to keep me coming back. To all of the negative reviews about the monthly charges, membership, etc., none of that is a secret. I felt it was all quite clear when I was registering on the site. If you actually read the words on the screen you learn that this is a membership site, you will be changed monthly (UNLESS YOU SKIP THE MONTH WHICH YOU CAN DO, and I have done for multiple consecutive months when we didn't need/want clothes) and you also get reward points for your purchases that you can redeem for free items. Please don't slam this site for your lack of reading comprehension.
I ordered a security software program from mychoicesoftware.com. The website is very easy and fast to order from. I had a question on the software and called their 800 number. The rep was very helpful. The order came within a few days. I am very pleased with my experience with "mychoicesofware". I would recommend this website to anyone.
A friend introduced me to NutVet Plus. My little dog was pulling out the hair by the roots on both back legs. Within a few days after using the product she stopped doing it. Now about 3 months later the hair has all grown back nice & thick. So pleased with the product & plan to start my other dog on it also. Have this set upon auto shipment. So pleased with the product & plan to use it for the life for both my little dogs.
Saw this on Amazon Local. Conscious Box sounded like a nice company sending healthy products, so I ordered a $10.00 voucher. When I got to their website, it said "CREDIT CARD NUMBER REQUIRED." Well, no--I assumed I had already paid for my merchandise. This deal has "SCAM" written all over it. I contacted Amazon and they refunded my $10.00. Amazon is awesome. End of transaction. As a company, Conscious Box has no CONSCIENCE. They're stupid, too. They lost my goodwill and that of many other potential customers. I see this outfit folding their tent in a year or so.
I ordered a prom dress from this site. It definitely came from China. While the dress is OK, it is nothing like what was listed. I ordered a black lace over cream liner dress....it is a cream dress with black lace....meaning it was supposed to look like a black dress with cream lining peeking thru, instead it is a cream dress with thin black lace over top. This site does cheap knock offs. Any site that shows the models with their heads removed is a knock off site...just learned that on the TODAY show. While the dress is still pretty, we will keep it and have some alterations made as returns to China is a colossal hassle. I would not recommend it to anyone! Hope this helps you.
Also sending spam emails to my husband 's emails ,so disgusting that people can't have the right to choose what they want on their own email it's an invasion of your rights. Hope other people feel the same. How can it be stopped
Ordered 4 bracelets and each one is cheap and nothing like the picture. I am now in the process of trying to contact them to get a refund but from reading previous comments it looks like it probley isn't going to happen. I definitely would never order anything from this company ever again. Its a waste of money. I guess that makes sense why there is no number to contact them.
I have had 3 buys in 2years on ebay, one purchase in 2013 for a tool seller sent sex book and ripped of many other buyers , next one was month ago for tool battery which nothing came but they took funds, and now waiting on return of funds on defective materials sent to me last week. Ebay has become a den of thieves, and ebay allows them to operate since ebay gets money from their wares. Save yourself heartache, phone calls, and your valuable time, do not do business with ebay!!!!!!
Disclaimer: After the whole incident, I didn't purchase the item. I wanted to buy a necklace and was reading the reviews. Saw a buyer stating that she was charged more than the listed price. Seller replied saying that the buyer didn't meet the minimum amount to qualify for free shipping. So to play safe, I decided to contact the seller to double confirm on shipping as the necklace is listed as free shipping to where I'm located even after adding to cart at checkout. Seller was not polite at all (through message centre), replied to me that it is written clearly on product details and shop's front page that (quoting exactly what's written) "Orders full $10 free shipping", and that I'll be charged $2 for shipping. If shipping is not free, why is the item listed as "free shipping" even during checkout?! Bottom line, if you are buying stuff from Aliexpress, always communicate with seller to confirm about shipping fee even if the listing says free shipping. If the item already has bad reviews, and your dealing with the seller isn't pleasant, you might want to try buying from else where. PS: In the end I bought the necklace from another place at an even cheaper price via a secure payment method!
I transferred my domain entries to hover.com, and they were a disaster. I culdn't change the TTL, and although they claimed their TTL was 15 minutes, it took days and days. Even then, they only seemed to propagate when I hassled them
i ordered a winter coat quite a while now and it is yet to be shipped. i tried to get information on my order but no luck. i hope i hope dont lose my money. this is my first time using this site and now reading these reviews im a bit worried.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!! just absolutely wrong. reported to the WATCHDOG & ACTION FRAUD. this website will be shut down sooner or later.
TERRIBLE site. I placed an order a month ago and didn't receive the item due to the delivery service called Hermes. I still haven't received a full refunded from the company because my parcel "hasn't been returned to the warehouse" but the company know that I haven't got my item. Poor customer service and no help or information on the situation. Hope I get my refund soon. Won't be ordering from the site again.
They discriminate adult people on the grounds of age. If you are 60 (as an example) you are not allowed to contact people younger than 46!!! Their moderators overuse their "powers" frequently. It's an increasingly fascist environment full of free handout addicts and people with no morals.
Haha, all the 5 star 'reviews' are hilarious, the Engrish is terrible! If you're gonna try a scam and build a pretty good looking website, at least invest a bit of money to make your fake 5 star reviews sound a bit more legitimate! This has scam written all over it!
I ordered a jacket and it found it to be better than I expected! stylishplus.com is an awesome website.
Absolute disaster from start to finish, Codes provided on voucher did not work. It took two weeks to sorted out so both codes worked. Then booked the experience only to turn up at event to find Experify had not booked with the event organisers so we had a wasted trip.
I'm a US expat, working in the Netherlands. In 2013, I rented a car from Sixt-Amsterdam for 12 months (had to change it a few times, per their rules). I paid them over 13K euros during this period. When I returned one of the cars, they said that I had to pay 500 euros damage because there were scuffs on the bumper. They claim that I signed a form saying I took responsibility for the damage, and I absolutely did not. They sent photos of the scuffs, and there are indeed scuffs. I dispute that I caused the scuffs and that 500 euros is a reasonable damage claim for a scuffed bumper. I have had many email communications with Sixt on this, and they have likely sent this to a collections agency. On another occasion in 2013, I was told that a stone had nicked the hood and I would have to pay for that as well, but I never received paperwork on that. I believe that Sixt uses these outrageous damage claims as an additional revenue stream. Be careful with Sixt . . .
