This company is a total ripoff. I ordered a wireless headset n never got it but yet the charge showed up on my credit card. They sent me a tracking number that showed the item was sent to the shipping facility but then no further activity after several weeks. I tried emailing Mobstub (since they dont list a phone # - should have been my first clue), and it took at least a week for a response. They claim the shipper "lost" the merchandise and offered me a replacement or a refund. I opted for a refund but yet after several more weeks, no credit showed on my bank account. After about a month of total cat & mouse games, I contacted my credit card company and filed a fraudulent charge complaint. This company is a total waste...stay away!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE!!! Awful customer service! I wish I had found these reviews on this site before ordering from DresSale.com. I went to place an order for a flower girl dress and during the checkout, the cart cleared and my order was no longer in the cart. So I started over again and ordered the identical items. I completed the order with no problem the second time around. Shortly after, I received an email saying that the payment information didn't go through, so I needed to resend the payment information. I did. About an hour later, DresSale customer service reached out to me (to their credit) to say they noticed the duplicate order. They wanted me to confirm the duplicate or if I didn't want it, they would issue me store credit. I immediately responded to say the duplicate order was an error (with their system), and to just refund my money to my bank card. They keep trying to get me to take a store credit.We have had more than 12 emails going back and forth as they keep saying to refund my money, they would need to deduct a PayPal fee and an Order Information Processing Fee. Their own website states full refund if order is cancelled within 24 hours. In my case, I cancelled the order within about 2 hours. This company has no workers in the US. There is no way to call them. The people I've dealt with through email have been resistant to resolving this matter. For example this is the most recent correspondence from them: "Dear Customer , As there will be handling fee happened if transnational money transfering through paypal or credit card . The handling fee is for bank ,but not for us.we paid it immediately when you make the order,so ,if you want to cancel the order and refund through paypal or credit , You need to pay for the charge,because we don't earn from this order , we can not let us loss too much . As for the Order Information Processing System fee. it cost by system operation . We never find excuse for the inexistent reason .Your understanding will be highly appreciated. And now I see reviews about the bad quality, so I may just order a dress through a reputable site, as the scheduled delivery date is a week before my event, so I won't have time to get a replacement if the order is delayed or the quality is bad. So even with the order that went through, I have lost all confidence in this company.

Hello, Elance is the biggest scam I have come across, my account had loads of connects which came with my membership. I was accumulating them for few months, they suddenly suspended my account. This came wthout any warning or notification to me.There is no appeal process as well. I have lost connects worth months of membership money which they charged to my card. Secretsales is one of the best sites of its type. The selection of products available is extensive and mostly offers very good value for quality merchandise. I use it regularly when seeking something for myself or to purchase gifts for friends and family. I always advise my family (who live abroad) to purchase Secretsales gift vouchers for my birthday & Christmas, etc., which saves them postage and I get exactly what I want, when I want it. On the rare occasions (and I buy a lot of things from Secretsales), when I have had items go missing during the delivery process, the Secretsales staff, have always tried their best to assist in a remedy. I would recommend this site to everyone. So far my experience has been an absolute positive. I was a bit skeptical at first due to items being so cheap, therefore I excepted items to be less than perfect then what the images and discriptions of the articles describes, but I was honestly amazed and very satisfied. Shipping cost is average but delivery to Australia was within the timeframe explained.
Dodgy company quoted 25 pounds for transfer on site. Sent confirmation then got email asking for 40 pounds (not even a call). You can find a transfer from Weybridge to Heathrow from 25-30 pounds.. Don't use better to use a trustworthy company
Just received my order; delivered to my door. What can I say? I am pleasantly surprised. I can only compare this to my experience with brick and mortar eyeglass shops. So, here goes...(EBD=EyeBuyDirect  Frame selection – EBD has a much better selection in every category to include designer brands.  Customer Service – EBD is very easy to reach 24/7 and has live chat and email options. Very responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. Better than any of my experiences with store personnel. The doctor that did my eye exam messed up and I had to submit a revised prescription to EBD and there were extremely understanding and helpful.  Delivery – Some stores can make your glasses in an hour. And you PAY for that convenience. Most stores will ship them to your door and that takes 10-14 business days. EBD does a much better job of sending status updates and tracking numbers. I prefer my experience with EBD.  Quality of product – EBD frames and lenses are better.  Fit – EBD frames did NOT require adjustments. I took them out of the case and put them on, ready to go. Store bought glasses have always required adjustments and even return visits to have them re-adjusted 24 hours later…  Other – Let’s talk about accessories. EBD sent my glasses in a nice hard case with a microfiber lens cloth for each pair! Stores typically don’t provide hard cases, but will offer to sell you one.  Appeal – I like my EBD frames better. My Girlfriend gave me a quick thumbs up and told me to ditch the new store bought frames. Guess that sums it up well.  Value - If you like paying more money, go to a store. Hello I just want to WARN everyone of the MANY bait and SWITCH options they are doing. I paid my 60.00 but in total I puchased over 300.00 dollars in bids. I guess I thought quibid was legit but believe me and the others on this page they are NOT. Now to get back to my items as I won two different auctions both for the same item a tablet carrying case but when it said I won it showed a cheap qz ring for one auction and a cheap qz necklace for the other. None showed what I was biddibd on. Whrn I contacted customer service they said it was to late because I had already checked out. They said if I had not checked out and had gone to the item I really wanted I would see a VERY SMALL link that would have given me the choice to get the cheap qz ring or my item. Bait and Switch. Also if you look closely during ANY hour of ANY day you will see the same person winning and bidding on items. Ho we it this possible everyday at any hour 2am 6pm midnight 5pm this is a BOT!!! Please do not waste your money. I have a friend who is very good at computers and explained he can take this info I have listed here and post it to many sites. Also called attorney generals office and they are aware of this site and are working to get a large restitution because even though this is an Internet site our state covers it because of the bait and switch. Booked a hotel with Trivago, which referred me to an outside website, and subsequently discovered I had paid more than $20.00 more than I could have obtained the advanced reservation elsewhere. This site is a total bogus scam, and their pitch man on TV accurately portrays their professionalism: totally absent.
I was 16 year old when I first knew about Explore Talent and to tell you the truth has hit a brick wall in the last couple of months. I wasn't getting any audition or traveling to any audition or receiving callbacks. Ever since I joined with Explore Talent, I have been receiving emails and phone calls for auditions almost immediately after I posted my headshot and resume on my page at Explore Talent. Just this week I was able to get one of the auditions and the casting director called me personally and wanted to set me up with a meeting because he said that I had a lot to offer with my looks and experience. If it weren't for Explore Talent giving me such amazing exposure and the amazing way that they are taking care of me, I would never have had such luck. I haven't received any callbacks yet but I have been auditioning in a lot of places and maybe one day I'll get a call. I just wanted to say that Explore Talent was the best decision I had made in the past months. Thank you Explore Talent, this means so much to me.
Customer service is not helpful. Citysearch allows people to post false and malicious reviews. As a business owner it would be nice to be able to respond to these reviews but Citysearch doesn't allow response to their reviews. I tried contacting citysearch about these false reviews and they refused to remove them whereas, other websites have reviewed and removed the reviews in question.
So far I have ordered from this company twice and both times now they havent been able to send me what I ordered. I paid extra to have my order shipped through ups and they sent me an email saying they do no have the parts and do I mind waiting a half a month to see if it come in there next shipment. I repied saying I need them for my shop what else is close that they could send me and now..No reply and here I sit with nothing. Oh and the kicker. I went on their website to find something else I seen the items I ordered were still on the site and still said ships within 5 days.
For my junior prom last year I purchased a hi-low dress that was a Sherri Hill knockoff. at the time of the purchase I of course knew the dress couldn't be real as Hill lists authorized retailers on their website but I went ahead with it anyways (BAD. IDEA) because I loved the dress so much and couldn't afford the real thing. I placed my order and was pretty satisfied with the experience, nothing super sketchy and no bad occurances before my order. The dress came within the next week, i remember being surprised by how quickly it arrived. When I pulled out the dress I was initially impressed when I unsealed the box, everything was secure, the dress was in a garment bag and already on a hanger inside the box. Of course, I pulled it out and tried it on immediately. The dress fit awkwardly due to the cheap material, the seems were all showing, the beading was cheap and ticky, and the mesh-like back was itchy because it was cheap. The sleeves were FAR too tight, and even after ironing the dress was wrinkled beyond repair. THE WORST PART OF THE DRESS WAS THE ZIPPER. Girls, you know how bad it can suck when a pretty dress has one of those pesky tiny zippers that you feel its gonna pop open if you sit down too fast. this dress was that and ten times worse. for some reason im still trying to figure out, the dress stuck out where the zipper met the waistband (there was something like a belt at the waist where the beading ended, which later fell off, by the way) it literally looked like i had a pencil poking out from my rear end or something. it was so ludicrous, i can barely explain it. it basically made me look like i had a hump. additionally, the hem had some sort of weird plastic encased in it, make the entire dress shift forward into a hill between my legs. AGAIN, i really cant explain it just because it was SO weird and horrific, but you get the gist that the dress was HORRIBLE QUALITY. although it was extremely close visually to the dress from the photos, color and such, the quality was horrible!!! i ended up buying another dress in a panic the day before prom at a boutique 45 minutes away from my house. i included a photo of what the dress was supposed to be below, because without seeing the dress it could get a little confusing. i dont have any photos of the horrible promgirl dress, and my friends and i threw it out the sunroof on a highway.
I received 2 unsolicited emails from this site in the last 2 days adressed to G , nothing else, just G If I get an email like that I don't open it anyway, but these are surprisingly passing my spam filters. Hopefully not for much longer as it has been filed as spam.
All the statement below are true. Went through the same over the past 2 days with this scam company. After 2 days they could not confirm a reservation with the airline, giving me the silly excuse that the credit card company has to verify. They put the lowest price up but they cannot give you a ticket at this price, or any ticket for that matter. I asked these crooks to cancel my "booking" immediately. Stay away! Today is 9/30/2014.
I ordered two bras from the same manufacturer. One fit like a glove the other I couldn't get over my shoulders. Since that one happened to be a clearance item they refused to return it even though it was almost the same and were actually quite rude. I was glad I called first before paying to ship it back. I notified the bra manufacturer and they promptly offered to replace it with a newer model with no questions for free and I don't have to ship the small one back. They have about the same prices on their own website. From now on I will be ordering directly through belabumbum. I had previously ordered from herroom multiple times but never had to return anything. I will never use herroom again.
Do not use this site. They stole $200 from me and did not ship the dress. The phone number, e-mails and fb postings have netted no response. I'm just sickened about this.
Unfortunaly you have to leave a star its a shame you cant put minus. Me and my wife book the prince of wales in southport for our 30th wedding anniversary through booking.com. I was descusted at the fact when we got there we had a standard room when paying for a executive room. we got the executive room the next day but thats not the point i will never go with this company again.

I like their low prices and excellent service. I ordered a tablet as a Christmas present that was supposed to have arrived before Christmas. It didn't. The item arrived the day after and I wasn't charged for the article. I just received a Spresso Deluxe espresso brewer from them and paid $75. The same brewer on Amazon was $99. I like their quality too. I never returned and item. Delivery may be slow but to save so much money is worth it.
