NEVER AGAIN!!!! Please beware. If you order anything from Zulily, don't expect to receive it any time soon. CS says it takes 2-3 weeks to get the order ready and then another 7-10 days to get it shipped. I should have known better before I ordered a Christmas present which I'll obviously not receive until Mid January 2015.
I bought a citizen eco drive for this company, an anniversary present for my wife, after receiving it, it wouldn't work, not any movement at all, I rang for a replacement, I was fobbed off with ''it sounds like a battery, we will send another one'' I explained eco drive means no battery needed, she then asked me to return which I did. a no replacement came, it was ''lost in the system'', as the anniversary was closing in I asked for a refund which seemed a big ask to them. after two weeks NOTHING, so as soon as I sent them a solicitors letter the refund was imminent and my solicitor present them for another bill for his time, so in the end they were £150 at a loss. .did they care???? , did they hell AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Order placed! 12/2 received an email stating item had been shipped could track it in 3 days, waited 3 days item still said shipping label created. Contacted them on facebook (as there is no other way) comment deleted! Contacted again comment deleted after being told they had been out of stock and will ship soon (Funny when they already told me item had shipped).. Contacted them again told item shipped again comment deleted.. Contacted them with the email sent on 12/2 attached asking where my order was. My comments was again ignored and deleted! I have no been blocked from having any contact with this company.. They are scammers and have stolen my hard earned money!
This is the second set of lightning cables we've ordered as we seem to keep getting more apple products and go through chargers quite quickly (typical 21st century family) Mobile fun.co.uk are brilliant, items always arrive fast and well packaged with reasonable prices.

One of the worst online shopping experiences i have ever experienced. they are the definition of bait and switch. I should have googled Jafrum reviews before even purchasing with them. Their Jafrum branded gear is very low quality and made for a quick buck. The owners don't care about any of the items taht they sell. I'm surprised they are still in business. I had to do a charge back via my CC because they wouldn't honor their own warranty. Buyer beware! Not genuine leather.
I was pretty skeptical of Cardpool after reading so many negative reviews. However, almost all of the reviews from sellers were positive (and they have an A+ rating from the BBB) so I decided to send Cardpool $300+ in various gift cards last week. I put tracking on the package to keep an eye on it, and just like the website promises, I received my Amazon gift card via email the day after the cards were reported delivered. I’m very happy and I will definitely use this service again.
I received a check in the mail sent via a bill pay service run by BoA. The check had been damaged in route so I contacted them up to replace it. Their website pretty much only could help if you were a BoA account holder so I had to call them. The rep I talked to said "no problem". About 3 weeks later I was still waiting so I called again. The rep I talked to that time said that the replacement check had been sent. My response was that after 3 weeks it looks like it had gone into USPS limbo land. Could they cancel that check and reissue another? The rep began lecturing me on why she could not proceed to escalate the 'investigation' without the original payer's authorization. As you might imagine I was confused as to what the original payer had to do with it at this point. They had already given the funds to BoA and authorized me to be paid. The business relationship was now between me, the BoA and the USPS. The rep maintained that it was 'company policy' and they could not say anything else to me. Rather than demand to talk to a person with more than 2 mangled brain cells I hung up and called back. The new rep was the ying to the prior rep's yang. It was "Yes, sir", Thank you, sir", "I'll issue that replacement check right now, sir", and "Here are the cancelled check numbers so if the missing one shows up you know not to cash it, sir". And the new check arrived in a couple days. I happened to later call the original payer and didn't even get more than "Bank of America" out of my mouth before they began a 5 minute rant about how BoA had ruined every opportunity to do the job right in the 15 years they had done business with them (apparently BoA was the only physical bank around in the small town they lived in). When I told the payer I had gotten it resolved immediately with a second call I swear they were a bit jealous, saying,"It usually takes a month, 10 phone calls and three trips to the bank to get them to fix anything."
Very pleased with every dealing I've had with MobileFun. Can't rate their products and services highly enough.
This is a terrible company and I would forewarn anyone thinking of purchasing anything from them. They hide small conditions and terms in tiny print in unrelated portions of the website relating to such things as shipping, return policies, special fees and other common ways of sucking customers dry of their money. The customer service offered is terrible as the company does not respond to customer complaints within a timely manner. It took me sending 3 e-mails and a call to finally speak with someone and THEN THEY HUNG UP ON ME HALFWAY THROUGH THE PHONE CALL. The clothing is pathetically manufactured and prone to fraying, tearing or otherwise just falling apart after only a couple months.

I ordered gifts for my sons school teachers with their name engraving. first off, i had to pay for shipping for each diary separately even though i was shipping them all to my house. I called them about it and they said that's just how it is- each diary will be shipped separately. Looks like gift tree wants to make money from shipping too! the diaries arrived 2 days after the promised date and we couldnt even give it to the teachers before the school closed. NEVER buying from these guys again.
After looking at there charms,stating the will fit all bracelets,I ordered 2 charms to go on my love link bracelet guess what their to small won't fit,I went on live chat I said very politely they don't fit,the response I got back was yes they do and cut me off. Avoid I'm now stuck with 2 charms I can't use.
I was taken as well. I spent $217.00 for my daughters and I sent an email asking where they were, and got an email from "customer service" giving me a tracking number. But the tracking number is invalid. When i emailed them back and told them the tracking was invalid and this seems fishy to me and i would like a refund. I have not received a response back. I have emailed them 3 more times and nothing. I am so disgusted because the site had the actual UGG Australia company name.
I purchased 2 gift cards from "restaurant.com" on Dec. 24,2013, one for my sister and family, and one for my brother and family. They were $100 gift cards for $40. I asked my siblings to let me know how it went, because I wanted to know if these would work. They mentioned nothing for a year, and finally I asked my sister what happened. She said that both tried to redeem them and couldn't. She said she tried 3 major cities in the Iowa-Minnesota area, and they couldn't find a restaurant that would take them. I've sent an email to them 2 days ago, a year later now, (12/15/14) and have not heard from them yet. After reading the reviews on SiteJabber, I would love, but don't expect a refund. It sure appears that this site is a scam for the unknowing person. I would not ever use their services again.
Hello, i made some shops on Gearbest and until now i'm very happy with the things I buy, nothing to say about the support center, twice needed info are quickly response, shipping is acceptable 3 a 4 weeks produts in hand, good shop, recommend buying, good stuff, and cheap prices, very nice.
I ordered $200+ worth of Salamis on Dec 1st. Now it's Dec 17th, and NOTHING! I've e-mailed and called with NO RESPONSE. Are these people Out of Business? Now I need to figure out how to CANCEL my order and look somewhere else.
They were fast and efficient! My phone is fully unlocked and I am glad I can use it to its full potential now!
I have been purchasing products from HobbyKing for a couple of years. Their prices are good, but the quality has always been hit and miss--mostly marginal. I have also been frustrated by the fact that they have so many inventory issues. (I almost never find what I am looking for in stock.) Up until now, I have been able to accept this as being the price you pay to save money. (They are generally less expensive than other online hobby shops.) But my last order sat for weeks without being processed, even though the items were in stock. And no explanation was ever given. I opened a service request and asked them to cancel the order. It took so long to get a response that I opened a dispute with PayPal. When HobbyKing support finally responded, they told me they could not process my refund until I canceled the PayPal dispute. I did as they requested (even though I knew better), and now they have simply become unresponsive. Nor have they refunded my money. Even worse, you can only open a dispute once for a particular PayPal transaction, so I am stuck having to deal with HobbyKing's silent treatment. (I kind of get the impression at this point that I was just conned into giving them a monetary donation without any recourse. :( ) Never again! This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced with any online merchant. I doubt they even care, but they have forever lost a formally loyal customer. (And I spend a lot on this hobby!)
I have made a couple of purchases and I am pleased with them. Good prices and good quality on items. Only issue was with the shipping method but costumer service was always there helping and solving the problem. I will buy again.

I ordered from this site in 2013 and the bags came with poor stitching, uneven areas etc. They said I could either return the items (which I was not paying to ship something back to CHINA nor did I think I should considering they over charge for FAKE merchandise) or they would give me %50 off a new bag. Nov 2014 I decided to purchase a couple things, after they told me they changed their manufacturing and the quality was better. FALSE! Not only did they not give me %50 a bag, they only gave me what 1/2 of one of the original bags cost as a credit. I didn't want to lose that money so I made a purchase. (MIND YOU - THE FREE BAG THAT CAME WITH THE ORDER WAS CRAP) My order arrived they everything was terrible. The bags were smaller, colors off, stitching horrible, straps are glued not sown. I sent them pictures and finally got in contact with a "CUSTOMER SERVICE REP" - They told me to return the bags etc. I said this is the worst website and if I can't get a refund Ill just contact my credit card company. HE STARTED TO THREATEN ME AND STARTED TALKING ABOUT HOW HE HAD MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER! Long story short, I have an amazing credit card company and they canceled the card and got me a new one plus fixed the situation. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE. If you don't own a real LV or other designer, take it from someone who does and can spot all differences. You'll be disappointed and the bags look fake.
