I needed to write a resume and searched Google to see if there was a site that helped. Resume Companion was listed and seemed to have some recommendations, so I used it. I was not aware that there was any charge, however, after I had written the resume I found that I had to pay a minimal amount to get a copy of what I had typed. It cost $1.95 for that including a cover letter product that I did not know about. After the 14 day trial, which I did not cancel, my bank was charged $39.95 a monthly charge for the account. The site would cancel my account then at my request but would not refund the monies. I did not notice that there would be a charge initially and had no idea that the monthly charge would be twenty times the cost of the trial access. I think I will make more of a difference between Google's ad listings and search results now. The help in getting the resume written quickly was nice (quite nice, however, someone on the internet could have offered a comparable service--at least what I used--at no charge), however, the unexpected charges and the quickly stated company policy about no refunds for dissatisfied customers after receiving the $39.95 charge felt like being tricked and being mistreated. It reminds me of other services online that seem to ensnare into more expensive versions--who would choose that if they knew? The person from the company who I chatted with said that the prices were not hidden and were not in fine print, and they were included in the sales receipt. I didn't see the $39.95 anywhere except in my bank account :) and as another reviewer said, it was even a surprise to me from what I could see online to have to pay to get a copy of the resume because I had not seen before finishing the resume that I'd have to pay to get a copy of it. Now, if there were other options or more evident listing of such important information (and there might have been; it might be legally required!), wouldn't a nice product make sure you knew about them? Yes, it would. Otherwise it wouldn't be a nice product.
You can not rely on their shipping calculator, until you have your package inside their warehouse. I have used many times shipito and I was happy. I checked their shipping calculator before sending a package to their warehouse in Austria. It return me back Fedex and the AT post. I prefer Fedex to have it delivered to my address in one week. As my package arrived to their warehouse in Austria, I realised that my only option was to pay nearly the same amount to send it with AT Post Standard and received it in 20-30 days. Even their support can not explain why their shipping calculator for my package provides Fedex and their Web page for package management does not.
I have made 6 orders total $350 and I have been waiting 45 to 50 days for them to arrive but nothing I sent them an email and am not getting a response I have called them but no one answers the phone so I am going to dispute this through paypal if you want my advice Do NOT BUY from this company they are scam artists don't even bother they have way bellow normal pricing for there products and I still haven't seen one review on there company.
Horrible experience with this company, Called ten times still no money back and no explanation of why so slow. Customer service reps very unprofessional with no knowledge of company policies. I will never deal with these people again, even if I have to pay more somewhere else.
I don't care for the fact that I am forced to choose a "free" trial by giving you my credit card number. When the so-called "free" trial is up, send an email to me that says it's time to pay to keep premium. It's not truly free. I couldn't even post it to Facebook without paying.
Rented 5 textbooks for my son. I personally returned them all in good condition. 3 out of the 5 books were "rejected" for being damaged. They were not. They automatically deducted full price of textbook from card I used to rent them. Took 5 weeks to get my money back for all 3. Had to threaten them with a lawyer! Sad sad company!!!! Screwing our poor college kids after the government already screws them with 12% interest rate on school loans. Shame on them!
I think any man that has to pay for attention or affection is just sad. A real man does not go on a site like this! You are all predators! You should all be ashamed of yourselfs. These guys did nothing but utterly waste my time. I ordered a badgeless VW GTI grille from the web site. It was listed as 'In Stock'. So I complete the checkout process, and choose 2-Day shipping. I excitedly returned home 5 days later to find that the part hadn't arrived. At this point I began looking for my tracking number; they had never sent me one. They hadn't even sent me a confirmation email. So after going out of my way to contact them, I found out that the part was backordered and that it would be an additional 2 weeks. The next two weeks consisted of me asking about the order and receiving the answer "We will find out and contact you". They never contacted me. Every time I had to be the one that initiated contact. Utterly worthless customer service, don't waste your time with these guys and don't trust their web site.

I have order several times from this company and everytime something has good wrong. Why did I keep going back you ask; well they had the Rx and I was trying to use up the refills but I can't say it was worth it. My last order was for Cyclosporine 100mg and 50mg. They charged my CC on 7/2 for both items but the box contained only the 100mg and the packing list. The packing list had hand written next to the 50mg "will send". I made 7 attempts to call them only to listend to music for 5-10 minute and them be cut off. Tried to use the email feature on their wedsite but when you click on it nothing happens. Finally found another place that has the product for about the same price and hopefully better service, or maybe just some service. At least when I called this supplier they answered the phone

I bought a $200 gravity-fed filter system from F.W.S. over 2 months ago. My primary reason for filtering my tap water was to remove the fluoride for my 10 year old daughter. Their website claims that the system I bought filters 12 gallons per day-More than enough for 5 family members. Of course I purchased the fluoride filters as well. The filter worked well until I installed the fluoride filters. After they were on the unit only filtered about 3 quarts per day- sixteen times LESS than advertised. A company rep told me to remove the filters and shake them. I did, twice, and the filter rate did not improve. Evidently the rep I spoke with left the company. Two unreturned phone messages and 3 weeks later I called customer service again. After a 10+ minute wait I spoke with a service rep and her manager. The manager said the unit was working properly and simply wasn't suited to my needs. She said I should keep it and also buy an R.O. system from them. This filter system (an AquaCera SS-4) isn't suited to anyone's needs! Unless they weigh less than 180 pounds and never sweat! I have never received such bad customer service, but shouldn't be surprised. If they are misleading customers as to the performance of their products their managers are used to telling duped customers to go-pound-sand all day long. NO-ONE should EVER buy from this company. I'm stuck with a $200 stainless steel bucket and they refuse to do anything to make things right. Customer service makes or breaks a company, and this company needs to be broken.

The customers’ support was not of any help to me, they ignored me for a while and when they finally answered, they insisted there was nothing wrong with the way their system was functioning. When I replied that the money was still not in my account, they didn’t care to reply to me. Bitzino.com is still keeping my money and I am almost ready to let go, but not before I tell others what scam Bitzino.com actually is.

A day after "signing up" because they offered a discount code for future orders, "someone" attempted to order a three thousand dollar laptop off my bestbuy accout! Thank goodness the charge was declined. I did some research, and while I cannot "PROVE" 100% they are the same people, I did find that the perp lives at 133 Saltwell Drive, Liverpool NY, looks like a couple of the models, has a "company" facebook where she's posted packages with other peoples names on them and different billing addresses, etc. as well as links to the dresses on this site (and the sammydress and others advertised on FB which all just opened). I've tried to contact the local authorities. If you've had a similar issue, feel free to respond and I will send you the links. Especially if your name is Sandra N... you got hit for an apple product as well???
I am happy with them. Over all, the quality of their clothes is decent for the price. Last time I bought a swim suit. The fabric is quite thin! But I still like it and wear it a lot. So far I have kept all my purchases. I think they offer really cute clothes. It helps to be small and skinny when buying from China.
Wow. I was going to order two dresses this week. I'm so glad i read the reviews. I saw customer service tell one writer that one bad review on here doesn't mean they're bad. I saw bad review after bad review.

HORRIBLE. Ordered an item and after waiting 2 months I email them asking "when will I receive my item" and they finally reply saying "item no longer available". They said they would refund my credit card in 2-3 days and it has been 3 weeks and still no refund. I am currently going thru my credit card company, who is now trying to communicate with them. They get no answer. IT'S a SCAM. Don't order from them.

As a former modnique employee I'm terribly saddened by the issues these customers are experiencing. My BEST advice is to simply contact your financial institutions and issue a charge back or dispute. They should be able to assist. As for modnique, don't expect anything from them. They have shut down.
They owe all vendors money too. please let us know if you decide to take legal action so we all can come together

I ordered two dresses for my flower girls dresses and I received did not look like they page, were also poorly made. and send them an email asking for my money because I did not want the clothes and explain to them my reasons and they just told me that my reasons were not enough for them to return my money.
I ordered what I thought was a relatively low priced item (sub £100). However due to problems with my debit card they wanted me to send a copy of my passport and/or card that I ordered the product on to them. I called, suggested I give them another card - however they said they had to get a copy of these documents and another card was no good. Turns out there is no problem with my card - they simply ask all new customers for these documents. I work for a large data protection company and when speaking internally my colleagues are all flabbergasted that a retail company would ask for these details and I was advised in no way should you ever provide these documents unless by banks/government or at a stretch travel agents. Unfortunately they already took payment even though they were never going to send the products without personal documents. From a user experience perspective this should be made apparent on the checkout page. So now I am awaiting the refund of the amount. Terrible experience - from a marketing point of view if a company is providing a premium product/price range, the service needs to reflect the increased cost to the consumer. Otherwise there is no point in paying the premium as the value is not there for the end user. In this case there is no added value of utilizing farfetch as far as I can see. Shame, the site looks good
