I really don't like resorting to negative reviews. But it's truly sad when customers have to resort to posting one to get something done. I placed an order with CARiD on July 4th for a hood shield for my wife's 2013 Hyundai, to be shipped to Canada. My order confirmation included shipping costs. UPS attempted a delivery to my home on July 11th while I was at work. I expected the package would be dropped outside my door. UPS left a notice at my door informing me that additional fees were owing and had to be paid before the package could be left. At no time did CARid advise me of additional shipping costs or fees when confirming my order. UPS attempted two more deliveries at the same time of day while I was away at work. I called UPS to find out how to get my package re-delivered. I was told after three delivery attempts it was returned to one of their depots and labelled as an abandoned package??? Then I was told only the manufacturer can authorize the package to be released so it can be delivered. I called CARiD to find out what could be done and was told what I already knew - that after 3 delivery attempts the package was treated as abandoned. William in customer service told me he had contacted the product manager to check the information about the delivery and would get back to me in 24 hours. That was 4 days ago. I followed up again and still received no response. So here I am almost a month later waiting on this shipment that couldn't be delivered because of extra charges that I was never told about. This looked like a professional organization to deal with for auto accessories but the customer service has been anything but professional. I will be pursuing them for a refund if something is not done soon.
I won't even give one star rating ordered June 12, 2014 have a wedding to attend on Aug 9, leaving to wedding Monday Aug 4, 2014 driving to Florida from Indiana for wedding maybe I can find a dress in Florida . don't have tracking number yet so I guess it hasn't been shipped! My shoes arrived quickly and appropriately packed (wrapped in a protective bag and kept safe in a cardboard box).This pair of shoes are elegant! the size fits me. the color ivory is the one i love. i also love the ribbon tie on the shoes. i am satisfied very much. Thanks to your kind reminder me of the measuring guide. I will wear on this pair of beautiful shoes on my wedding ceremony.My bridesmaids also bought them and love them as well. We are planning on buying more colors after the wedding.
I purchased a set of Spec-D-Chrome CCFL Halo Projector Headlights last Dec. 2013, put them in with little difficulties, 3 months later the Bulb on the Drivers side burnt out, replaced it, then the same head light started to collect moisture & fogged over, after the 6 month, I called CarID spoke to Jennifer L said the warranty is over nothing they can do, Next the socket over heated and went open, replaced the socket, I called CarID I was told 6 month warranty is over nothing they will do, suggested I buy another set, they sell for over $500.00 if this was 6 Years I would understand but after 8 months and several repairs, Won't purchase from CarID again, there has to be better aftermarket companies than this one

I have been looking at a dress from IZIDRESSES for approximately 9 months with very mixed reviews. I finally ordered the dress July 17 and it was delivered July 28. I was on pins and needles until I could open the package. Mother of the groom and my eldest son, I wanted it to be perfect. To my amazement there is nothing I could complain about it is the most beautiful dress I have ever had and it fits perfect, all I need is to alter the length and I knew that going in. I will order from here again and I would recommend!
Its great. They really keep their word with prices and shipping! You can also get really good deals, especially with sales and such.
You are wasting your money. Other people told me this but I signed up anyway. Waste of money. I suspect you will do what I did, which is ignore my advice, sign up, then find out you've wasted your money.
I made 3 separate purchases on LightInTheBox within a week for my wedding in January and Handfasting in May. After scouring the web trying to find sites that would have hair accessories and headpieces for these occasion, I discovered LightInthe Box. they had so many beautiful pieces to choose from at such terrific prices, I ended up purchasing FIVE and will let my hair stylist decide which to use. I know that other than the veil, I will reuse these great pieces for other occasions. They are beautiful! The items all arrived well before the end of the expected delivery window that the site told me.
The site is for real. And is definately foreign. I called in to ask how fake the jerseys were... the customer service spoke in broken english saying they were fake and gave me no direct answer on how fake the jerseys were.
Terrible customer service. Everything is fine until you have a problem. I purchased an expensive pair of Bauer inline skates from them. The outsoles cracked during the warranty period. I sent them pictures, but they told me I would have to send the skates to them to determine if they would be covered under warranty, and if not, I would have to pay return shipping. I wasn't happy, but I was confident they would be covered under warranty so I sent the skates in following their return instructions to the letter. When they received the skates, they agreed they would be covered under warranty. Then they told me I would have to pay $100 because I didn't send in the original wheels. I told them the original wheels were worn out and long gone, but if their instruction had mentioned anything I would have sent an old pair. They insisted that I had to pay $100. Then the supervisor tried to tell me they needed to send the skates back to Bauer with wheels. They don't send anything back to Bauer, Bauer gives them a credit on their purchases to cover warranty returns. So the money is basically coming from their bottom line and they will do whatever they can to keep it. I have spent thousands of dollars at this store and this was my first problem. Needless to say, they won't be getting any more of my business.

UPDATE: Please ignore my 5 star review below and save yourself the hassle of being incredibly frustrated by avoiding ideeli. I was a huge fan of this site until they sent me wrong items that were of lesser value than what I paid - TWICE IN A ROW. When I first contacted them about them sending me the wrong item, they said I had to ship it back to get a refund. Fine, but they should have given me a refund the second I shipped it back, especially seeing as how I used their shipping label and they can track shipping that way and oh yeah, that little part about sending me the wrong item. Secondly, I sent the product back and didn't receive a refund for three weeks until I wrote an angry email to customer service. Now I just received a pair of pants that look nothing like the picture and are clearly of much lesser value than what I paid. This is ridiculous - it honestly feels like a scam. Last time I will be shopping there - I mean, the last two times I ordered one thing and got something completely different. So unless you're into that sort of thing, AVOID IDEELI. _________________________________________________________________________ Hi! I'm going to break down my rating by a few key categories. This is just the experience I've had using ideeli since around April 2014. MERCHANDISE: The products (the ones I have purchased, at least) are good quality, authentic, designer pieces. They fit well and look like the pictures on the site. The prices are awesome - so awesome that a lot of times when I get around to checking the site by mid morning-noon, a lot of pieces are sold out. That's one downfall of a "flash sale" site, but that's to be expected. PRICES: I'd say their pricing is very similar to TJ Maxx/Nordstrom Rack. Their sales are insanely good - I'm talking Free People pieces for $10! DELIVERY: I have always received my deliveries within a week. This last delivery came within 3 days! CUSTOMER SERVICE: I did receive an item with a small ink stain on the back. I emailed them and they emailed me back within a day, saying they would refund my credit card immediately and to dispose/donate the top as I saw fit. I thought that was pretty nice - a lot of companies won't refund you until they've even received the defective item back. To sum it up, great customer service, great deals, great site. It's awful that other people have had bad experiences - like I mentioned, I've been using ideeli since April 2014, so hopefully they've really improved their processes since previous incidents. Zillow has been showing values in our neighborhood going up.However recently they have showed the value of our house going down and every house around us going up. Dont get it we own and maintain our house and is the best looking house on the block, landscaped, New 50 year roof, wood floors and tile downstairs, painted inside etc. But they are saying rent houses values with none of this are valued a lot higher than ours. Something is wrong with this website don't believe what they write.

BE WARNED... I reserved a flat in London through Owners Direct, HomeAway.U.K. Property E8437. The property manager was very accommodating when we made the reservation. Unfortunately, we were forced to cancel for reasons beyond our control. Our cancellation was outside the 60 day cancellation period. Full refund applied. The property manager said she would refund the deposit to our bank account. We have been waiting over 2 months for the refund. The property manager has never given me a bank transaction number. Thus, she hasn't sent the refund. I am now pleading to Citibank to help us as our deposit was made by our credit card. I wouldn't wish this experience on anyone. It's been a 60+ day nightmare. Been dealing with these idiots for a month. Trying to bet customer service through the chat box is horribly painful. Website is extremely deceiving. Everything on there is a lie. Says if you live in the US it gets shipped out of NY via USPS. Mine and my son's (two diff kits) were shipped out of Canada via FedEx. Sire is full of 5 star reviews on what a great light they have but I can't find anywhere to post my review. Even looked on Facebook. Says the kits are plug and play. I have NO low beams but they will send me part. PART NEVER COMES. I finally get a tracking number. I look it up and it says USPS has been contacted to pick something up but it never gets picked up. They keep telling me it will be there a certain day. That day never comes. DO NOT BY FROM THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES! You Will get ripped off. At this point I am going to keep emailing them and have them lie to me just to screw with them back.
This is one of the stores where I buy most of my clothes from. Because I find them to be good quality and the cheapest price. They've got such a wide selection I find myself going through the whole site when I really get into it and it's time to do clothes shopping. They're always trendier than most websites, and up to date. There was a time when I picked a size of a shirt, and it did not fit me, but they have a quick and easy to follow return policy and I got a full refund at the end of it. I ended up buying another shirt to make up for the other one, and it was perfect. This is a pretty legit website I have to say, they have the cutest clothing.
I love shopping at Sheinside.com. They have quality products and great shipping rates. I am always skeptical to order clothing online and this company has never disappointing. I recently bought a maxi dress and it fit and felt great. The quality of the dress was amazing and I constantly get compliments about my dress. Many of my friends actually thought it was an expensive designer dress! Great buy!
I am having a huge problem booking with the company. I emailed them about one therapist and they said he was away for three weeks, and then I tried to book with him for the week he was scheduled to return. It took We Massage three weeks to email me back and tell me that the therapist was not responding to them. So now the one therapist in my area is not available and I have to drive at least 25 minutes across the city to get to another one. When I bought the deal I made sure I could go to the location because our house is not appropriate for someone to come to. So now I am waiting to hear from the merchant again hopefully before my ticket expires and Teambuy will not give me a refund despite this difficulty in booking.
Firstly listia seemed fun and exciting but then it got horrible. My auction clearly said digital delivery and in the description it said its a digital delivery but I had to refund it . Secondly after working hard and putting up auctions I managed to get myself some credits and a very great buyer who would bid on almost all my auctions and give me great feedback, listia suspended my account for funneling ? What ? NO PROOF !!! A year ago a friend of mine said her listia account was suspended for no reason after she had 7,000 credits. LISTIA IS A SCAM BE AWARE I had asked a lot of my friends and family to try this but now I will TELL THEM ABOUT THIS SCAM
OMG they say you get what you pay for or maybe not:(( I used a vendor from aliexpress called for your nice hair well I put my card info in I got a message" payment unsuccessful" this is my debit and I know there's money on it. Sent the vendor a message and they asked me to try it again reluctantly I did, it went through or at least I thought it did until I got an email stating my order was closed. Look I'm lucky they didn't bleed my account dry to be safe STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Have used this site three times for very different reasons and each time I have been very pleased with the outcome. The responses have been quick and the tradesmen I chose have all been polite, helpful and tidy as well as doing a good job. I will always go to this website whenever I need help.
STAY AWAY. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. TERRIBLE ETHICS. Ordered an item from them and never received anything. 4 weeks later, I decided to follow up with them. After another week and many emails & phone calls later, someone finally decides to answer my email to tell me that they canceled my order. Their response... "I show your order was canceled due to an unforeseen issue with this item and our vendor. We are deeply saddned we were unable to have this item sent, and ask that your accept our apologies. An email was sent explaining the situation and providing a $5.00 off coupon on your next purchase. Did you receive the email? " I received no such email explaining the situation. These guys are absolutely terrible. Stall long enough and hope your customers would forget they ever placed the order. Don't send any notification so they won't be reminded of it. So my order was canceled and there is currently no refund issued. I'm going to have my bank take care of this because I do not want to deal with these guys anymore.
Can I do negative stars?! Worst customer service I have ever experienced. It took some threats to get a response by email....and they REFUSE to make phone calls. I would NEVER recommend them to ANYONE!

07-29-14- This was my first time ordering from www.stagestores.com. Everything went smooth until I received an e-mail cancelling my order on 08-01-14 due to "unforeseen inventory issues". Okay, fine I get it, so the e-mail they sent offered me 30% my next order and free shipping for the inconvenience which was awesome, except for the fact that the coupon code expired the day before the e-mail was sent. WTF!? So, I tried to use the code anyway, which failed and I figured it would, but the kicker is that the one item I had ordered, the one that was cancelled, was still available to add to my cart for checkout. I called customer service, she had no explanation for the inventory issue, no comparable coupon code and no apologies. I will never buy from them again.
