Get things right with the company is a real pain. The little test they give in a pre-test post test type situation is meaningless. Unless you are on top of what it is about you can end yp loikr me, going backwards. Their recalibration of ones scores was very odd. It seems that their statistics were way off up front, then they tried to correct them mid-flight. If one was attempting to get better at whatever it is, the recalibration changed all of that. I think the games work on keeping your mind nimble and it forces focus. Being retired focus seems to waves a great deal. All in all enjoyable.
We are beyond disappointed with our 'bespoke' kitchen. Nothing fitted properly and key design requirements were incorrectly measured leaving us with the stress and substantial additional costs (from our builders) of modifying pieces which should have dropped into place. The paint flaked off the dishwasher door within 2 weeks, but frankly the list of faults is too long to put on here.... Unfitted have not addressed our issues correctly, their after sales service is completely unsatisfactory. We wish we had never used them. Their reliance on confirmation of order documentation, appears in our experience, to be deliberately designed to place ALL responsibility for all design and measurement matters back to the customer - yet this document is provided without ANY dimension drawings. Our builders said they have never worked with such poor information.

I think I only spent a maximum of 15 minutes from the time I logged in to the time of check out. Very painless and time saving which is what I like. i'm not an online shopping kind of guy. I know what i want when I get on a site and expect no time consuming hassles. So I'm happy with that. The delivery was great not as soon as I'd like but just still arrived in time for her Birthday so no biggie there. Just ordered a couple of dresses on this site, and let me say it was not and easy process- it directs to paypal so easily, which I'm paying with card, you go back to the site after leaving paypal(because I'm not paying that way) and its deleted your cart, so you try again and you can no longer use the coupons, ugh.. And I can't delete those previous shopping carts so I have like 20 waiting for payment items, even though Ive paid for 2 items. I read the reviews before purchasing but now I'm super wary. I paid 15$ extra for 3-10 day shipping and I just got an email saying that I should at least wait 7 days for processing… uh what!.. I wanted express, so now am I going to wait 7 days and then deal with shipping, and one dress said shipping within 24hrs… misleading a little… All I know is now I'm nervous. Ill give it maybe 48 hours to process before I consider canceling the order but everyone on this website says that its been a month. I feel stupid...
The post office lost part of my package. Customer service says they will send a replacement. The shirts I did receive are nice and I was unable to find anything like them anywhere else.
Ridiculous, 20 days later and my items which say 'ships in 24hrs' is still processing? Did you mean 24 days sheinside? Even my order from a wholesaler in china has already shipped my order and will be reaching my place in the next few days. Don't promise things to customers that you can't do! (And also, tell your customer service that saying it is sale period and you have alot of orders to fill will not work as an excuse.)

I ordered a dress for my wedding. It was not a typical wedding dress but looked more like a fr a prom. The shipping time was great. It was expensive , but came on time. However, the dress was the Wrong Color! The online site showed a champagne like color, but the dress arrived and it was PINK. I never tried it on but it appeared small. I could not return it, so it is in the original package still.. Unused and unworn, and JJ's house NOT helpful for returns. Sucks. Misrepresented, costly, and bad customer service!! BEWARE!!!
I am here to say I agree with everyone else on this site! The clothes look cute on the website but I have yet to see what they look like in person. I placed my order over a week ago and they told be they would send me an email update within 7 days. It has been 9 and still not email so I emailed them and they said they would respond withing 24 hours it has been 24 hours still no response! I am beyond on angry and it should not take this long to ship and order.

I recently encountered issues with two consecutive orders that I placed for gift cards purchased through Raise. The issue was that a card on each order (both orders were for more than a single card) ended up having a zero value. This was compounded by the fact that I merged the value of these two orders onto a primary card that I use for all purchases at Starbucks, causing my primary card to me canceled when Starbucks discovered the lack of value for these two cards. In short, Starbucks was going to penalize me for all 5 cards merged onto my primary card because of the issue with only two of them. I explained this to Starbucks, but to no avail. Being the second time I had ever used Raise for a purchase, this obviously was of concern and frustration to me. When I first called Raise to address the issue, the team was very professional and immediately understood my concern. They offered to refund the value of the two cards in question on the spot. However, as noted above the problem was more complex is that I was now without the use of the other 3 legitimate cards as well. Raise offered to send my issue to another team to investigate and determine what they could do to assist. By the end of that first day of documenting my concern, Raise had refunded the full value of both orders to me. I find the speed at which Raise addressed this issue and the solution to be exemplary and a model by which all companies should model. As someone who deals with customers on a daily basis and listens to grievances, I wanted to raise this excellent support to those who should be aware. All companies should aspire to the quality and speed of support that you offered me. Thank you.
