I've had an enjoyable experience on the site. The features are expensive but they work great and the girls are nice.
This was the worst experience I had with customer service. I bought a $2000 go cart and it didn't work from day one. I called many times to order parts and the parts were never shipped to me as well as the manager that I talked to in the customer service area was so rude and wouldn't do anything about it to help me. I am also very mad as he yelled over the phone and was not nice at all. I am so disappointed and can't believe a company would have that kind of customer service. I was able to call the company that manufactured it and they took good care of me. I think your manager should take some customer service lessons from him, I really feel that I got ripped off.
Order expensive ring for wife 12/17/14, order cancelled because they couldn't reach me by phone (to re-verify my order?!). I called them & reordered this 2,500. ring on 12/18/14 & they said it was all set. I get e-mail on a2/20/14 saying Order Cancelled. I CALL THEM AGAIN. They attempt to explain (nothing). They begin to reprocess YET ANOTHER Order. They tell me,... "out of Stock". PITIFUL order processing & customer service. NEVER AGAIN!
Listia is a good site but the moderators def are lacking, they post rules and then choose to break them for some members I recently had a dispute with a seller , cuz item was not item sent and Listia rules that seller has 7 days to give them the verified address , meanwhile 14 days past with numerous emails to Listia and only 1 response and that was that seller had til nov 26th deadline or credits would be refunded automatically to me ( which was 9 days after the 1st message said 7 days) then , wow, Listia claims that they had address in time but didnt give it to me so I was out the shipping I paid seller and my shipping paid to send back item... Okay now the 2nd and current dispute: I listed 2 sets of headphones and the winner did gin deal for both and in winners own words the items were as described but 1 of them smelled a little like smoke and he cant use them, he even sent message stating he understood if I didnt refund cuz he should have asked in 1 of the many messages. Then he opens dispute anyways and of course very quickly listia ruled in his favor , even though in policies it say to bidders to make sure before bidding that you want item and you know what you are ghetting. So now after paying 12 bucks for 1st dispute in shipping and 21 bucks on the latest 1 I am screwed again , I have to relist them when I get them back and pay more shipping. Listia tied up my credits in 1t issue for 3 half weeks so who knows what this 1 will bring. They def seem to have they're favorites here and opt to bend rules in they're favor and not once in mine favor, even though the rules say both times should have .
Good antenna. I get 159 channels. Be determined if you are having difficulty installing. It's worth the trouble.

Stay as far away from this site as you can. I placed an order, money was transferred from my pay pal account and 6 days later I received an e-mail that everything I ordered was discontinued. I just get voice mail when I call them. Now I have no time or money to purchase Christmas gifts for my son.
Anniesbid is one of the older penny auction sites- they've been around for 3 years and I've bid there on and off over the years. I like the fact that they support charities and have all kinds of competitions on Facebook and Twitter to get free bids. Sometimes they take a day to respond to support requests, which is why they get 4 stars instead of 5 from me. But I've always received what I've won and the team there does a great job of making the bidding experience smooth.
Recently I bought the 8' x 6' x 6' Custom BBQ Barbecue Trailer from saferwholesale.com. I already own a very similar product which I bought from a store here in town. Not only is the one I just purchased online a much better design, it's better made, and cost about 20% less than the one I bought in the store. I own a small BBQ catering company, and am in the process of expanding. I will make sure to order from saferwholesale.com again. The service was great, the shipping fast, and the product top notch. No need to go anywhere else.
this is my first time using it and the easiness of it is very good i completely understand how you use and it gives you the time which you will get your items which is great compared to other sites where you just buy and u have to be waiting for forever for your items

Quality was good, but the delay and being overcharged since we did not get them framed as paid, leaves us wishing we never dealt with them. BUYER BEWARE We paid $84 for two 12x8's Ouch!

Thanks to Google for guiding me to the right place. I hopped into the website and its user friendly interface helped me a lot. Their search bar was great and I got my jacket without any hassle.
$#*!tiest company ever. Horrible service, no one speaks any kind of English that is discernible in any way. I called to modify a reservation, some random person who I could barely hear let alone understand told me "someone will contact you to fix this" and was fully ready to hang up...as though I was supposed to just wait any ambiguous amount of time for someone to drop from the sky and contact me. I inquired when, and she told me within the next 4 hours...wonderful. Of course they called the wrong number - after I had given them my California number. Naturally, it makes logical sense to call a my parents' number in Canada instead. So I called back, and "Ben" indicated to me that I need to pay a cancelation fee (duh) and cover the additional fare difference between the flight I booked accidentally and my intended flight. So, I'm LOOKING at the fare difference ON their piece of crap website which tells me that the difference is less than $100 CAD for two people and he's telling me that the website is not accurate and the difference is $200 for the two people...I was seriously about to lose my mind with this idiot. Like, what the hell is this? Either he's lying or your website is a giant piece of crap...not that I'm surprised since evidently it's all run out of India. Feeling as though I have no other option (other than to just completely lose all the money on it and go directly to Air Canada to book another two flights), he sends me some bull$#*! email only stating "do you authorize x-payment to fare geek"....for f*ckin what?! What kind of bull$#*! email is that? Do I just authorize a random payment with no description?? So I authorized it, he told me he "needed to do so much work" i.e. to rebook a damn flight (a 5 year old could easily do that) and that he will complete it and send me my new booking in 30mins. AN HOUR AND A HALF LATER, AFTER I emailed him asking where it is, he sends it to me. $#*!tiest service ever! Clearly run on Indian time (which Faregeek should probably state on their website for full disclosure), totally irresponsible staff and horrible service. I would strongly advise everyone even considering to use this junky excuse for a service company, to reconsider and just book directly from the respective airline. I'm not sure how these people are even still in business. Additionally, I left them a complaint email and of course, no one bothered to respond with anything, let alone a simple "we're sorry (that we suck so much)". Horrible - absolutely horrible. If I could give this company 0 stars, I absolutely would!
We were very disapointed with Pixmania customer service. Our order never show up the delivery day despite phone calls. They explained that they are not responsible of their sub-contractors, but i can't take a week off to wait for an order delivery ! The refund policy was a total mess... I will never use Pixmania again
We used Netfloor USA for a project at a regional university in the Cleveland area early 2014. It went very well. We installed the access floor ourselves but they had a site supervisor out during the install to make sure it went OK. We are actually going to be adding more access floor in the next few months in some of the other tech classes and computer labs. They were nice to work with so I thought I'd do them a favor of writing a review.
I ordered a beautiful butt-length sweater from this site. After waiting almost 2 months, a package finally arrived. What was in the pkg was NOT what I ordered. The sweater resembled the sweater I ordered, but was not it. For one thing, it was way too short. Either they sent me the bolero version of the same sweater, or the knitter ran our of yarn and just ended off at half-way point. I believe it was a knitter error because the proportions on it were too odd. For example, the bat-wing sleeves were too tight. Who ever heard of bat wing sleeves being too tight on anyone? The fur collar was significantly shorter than in the picture, and also made of VERY low quality fur. I emailed ericdress with this info. They said it was too expensive for ME to mail back, so keep it, give it away, don't bother them. I complained to paypal. So ericdress sent me a letter offering to give me half. I declined. There were more communications back and forth than this. My final observation is that these people are scammers, thieves. They sell with no intention of ensuring the recipient gets what they paid for and no responsibility towards mistakes made at their end. My opinion is these people are criminal.
I used smilebox for the first time to create a family slideshow (300 slides from the 1960s) that I had digitally copied. The app was easy to use, allowed me to rearrange slides chronologically, had many themes to choose from, and allowed me to use my own background music (up to 3 songs...wish I could've chosen more) I chose three long instrumentals from my library and they rotated once. Great for helping me get a beautiful gift out the door to my sisters in time for Christmas. You can save to DVD, email, print, or send to a store and create an album!!
I tried Rose Wholesale only based on their website. It took almost 2 full months to finally receive the three items I purchased. I didn't realize it came from China by way of the Netherlands . . .what? This was a good learning experience for me. It reminded me that indeed one gets what one pays for. I bought two garments and a novelty watch. Both of the garments are of poor quality and fit, just awful, not even close to the very chic look they had online. Very disappointing. I would not recommend this company's products to anyone. I will give the two garments away to the local Goodwill, they might be OK for a kid's costume. The novelty watch is fun, but the quality is terrible.
The dress arrived earlier than expected, in great condition, so beautiful, elegant and stylish. Beads and stones and little details on it look brilliant and shiny, will certainly make me feel like a Greek Goddess. I have my wedding next year in June, but can hardly wait to wear it. First off, every single person whom I have had to speak with in the course of obtaining my new Hearing Aids have been both, professional and courteous and offered much help. The Hearing Aids are so much better than the ones they replaced. The whole setup via the Tablet was so simple, that I could barely believe it were so. The aids do not squeal like the old ones and the fit and ease of wearing them is so inattrussive that one can easily forget they are being worn. That is until they are not! Yes, these aids do work, and work very well. Hearing is very subjective, because one can only hear, what one hears and as such, has no real idea what is being missed. The fact that I can now hear a Coaches whistle and the Symbols being hit by a drummer is proof enough as prior to these aids, I could See what I could not hear. Once again, all the Staff at ClearFlex have been simply wonderful and I am so grateful to: Dan, Suzzane and Sable for the wonderful support given my during the purchase of my aids and the follow up's since. I also ordered during cyber week and have not received my items. I called and was told they had more orders than expected and I should have by Jan 15. She assured me what great deals I got and I would whole heartedly agree except for the fact that I don't have the products and won't have by Christmas. A company should not advertise Christmas deals if they cannot fulfill the orders.
I ordered from this site in November and I never received my order, but they still charged my card. When I inquired about my order they said I choose not to use a tracking number, even though I was never given the option to use a tracking number.
Worst customer service! I've spent a lot of money on there and I ordered a bunch of ornaments in Dec 1st. I got my order on Dec 11th and they shipped me one ornament that was someone else's ornament. I emailed and called to get my ornament that was missing. They said it would ship out very soon. By Thursday Dec 18th, it still hadn't shipped so I call and ask if they're going to expedite my order and they said the only thing she can do is refund me! Um, why can't they expedite it?! She said, you'll get it on Christmas eve. What is that going to do for me when its a gift for someone else and I won't see them then?! I ordered it Dec 1 but I'm guaranteed it be Dec 24th?! Does that sound like they care about their customers?! I would say NO!
