Billing Scam (Extremely Misleading) You think you are signing up for a 1/6/12 month subscription, but it's reoccurring. Why would you need to define the time period of your subscription twice??? They know they are making money from people (like me). Unable to find a contact phone number on their site, I googled it and called customer service. No supervisor is available and billing will get back to you within a week. So, we all know where this is going..... Yes, no one is getting their money back. A website that is suppose to help people (a lot of exhausted moms) find good help.... No, they are a site that takes advantage that you only got 3 hours of sleep for the past few months and that you don't read fine print, just the clearly transparent membership of ONE MONTH SUBSCRIPTION. (even says the same thing on my banking transactions)
Do never trust aliexpress !!! I ordered 3 dresses before my sons wedding ,and none of them even looked like the one on the pictures . Not even the right size !! I'm size 8 and I ordered size 10 , and the dresses where to small . I couldn't believe it. I returned them , got my refund from 2 companies , the third one I'm waiting since last June !!! And it was the most expensive $ 200 . I keep emailing them and ones a while I get a response , but still no refund . Very very upsetting and frostuating .
Do NOT get anything from this site! They do not send anything after taking your money! I got a response from someone saying that the company went bankrupt and tried offering me a 20% discount on my next purchase :D How stupid are these people? Don't give them a cent!
Purchased plantation shutters several months ago. Description of the shutters when you open the 'plantation shutter' section says, 'made of solid frame construction.' The faux wood shutters are hollow plastic frames. You need to go deeper to find out the 100% vinyl note. The faux wood doesn't resemble wood in the slightest fashion.

Même si on a convenu que le remboursement de la caution se fera le jour du départ, on a fait exprès pour laisser trainer cela pendant plus de 3 semaines, cela ne peut pas être un mal entendu car on a essayé de contacter l'agence à maintes reprises et toujours des réponses insensées donnant l'impression qu'on ne verra plus la caution de nouveau. il a fallut insister et re-insister pour récupérer la caution une très mauvaise expérience à ne plus refaire avec RAGQ! PS : Tout ça malgré qu'on a quitté l'appartement 2 semaines à l'avance de l'échéance
The good news, I was able to order quickly and easily the 2 shirts arrived in about 4 weeks. The bad news, both shirts were extremely small. They said one size fits all and I am guessing the all would be those that wear Ex small to Med, possibly. I wear a large and could not even get my arms in the one the other is possible, but still a bit snug. Called the company, they had an answering system on, knew I was in trouble then. Left a message, also sent 2 emails, have heard nothing yet. I am guessing I will have to make the one work and give the other one as a gift, I doubt they will take it back and I refuse to send it back and not get anything ugh.....
I ordered my item, and didn't receive until more than a month later. Upon receiving this item, it looked nothing like the photo of the item, it was cheaply made and one of the sleeves was longer than the other. I am not pleased with this company. Wouldn't suggest ever buying anything from this company.
I see all of these wonderful reviews which is why I decided to order from Jollychic. I have used many online clothing websites and have never in my life had such horrible service. My dress was over a week and a half late and when I tried to speak with someone I was only allowed to do so through live chat. The agent then informs me that it is still on time and that it is sitting in NY and I have to understand the prep time is not included in the shipping time.(I needed this dress for a wedding and it was not here in time.) If I showed you my account it said the dress was "shipped" and I am pretty sure it sitting in NY is not part of the "prep" time. Once it leaves their ware house and says shipped I am pretty sure that is considered shipping time. What do I know though. Finally the dress arrived and it was too big. I saw the return policy and had a few questions so decided to live chat again. The agent questioned why I was trying to return it and then typed "lol, maybe it loose fit" . She then told me I was better off giving it to someone and I could get a credit from them. I did not want to give it to someone, I just wanted to return my dress. After about 5 minutes of her doing everything but helping me with returning my item, I told her I was reporting them. The agent decided it was best I send an email.
I was a little apprehensive about initially buying off this website due to the negative reviews but my experience was completely opposite. I bought a Mr. Jones watch from them got a confirmation email and a shipping info email in a 24 hr period. I received it in a box wrapped in bubble. The watch was exactly what i ordered.
I wish I had seen this site prior to my purchase!!!! The wigs look nothing like tbe pics, they use celebrity pics to trick you into purchasing them and the prices are so low. When I received my wig tried to return it, they wanted pics....toldme it lookd nice. My point it looked nothing like the pic told me had to send it back registered on my dime... $154!!!! I don't think so. Ended up wearing one and giving the other one away. Serena and Joy are both full of $#! t
The worse quality crap I have ever seen! Not anything like on their website at all! I wish to God I would have looked at other reviews first before I ordered this crap! Not helpful at all could care less they sell crap! Buyer Beware!!! Go somewhere else!!
I like this site. His selections are soo bad that I seriously took the opposite side and have won over 65%. One week I won 6 out of the 8 games by choosing the other side. This guy is awful. P.S I called and told him how terrible his selections were and he got all upset and screamed at me on the phone. 1 day later he locked me out of the picks area even though I have paid through January. The "members picks" are actually hitting regularly which is much better than mr. tiredofwinnings picks.
I have recently had an absolutely TERRIBLE experience with this company. They were great at first. They sent me the questions they wanted answered right away and got the first set of logos to me within a few days. Then the issues started. They did not take into account most of the things I wrote when answering their questions...colors, type of logo etc. I emailed detailed explanations of what I was hoping for. The 2nd round of logos came and it was like they didn't even read my email. I tried again...said maybe I wasn't being clear...asked them to please let me know if there are questions...I didn't get any response. Then I got another and another set of logos that just completely ignored my feedback. I finally stated that I wanted to be given a refund. This was after 4 weeks of trying to get them to pay attention to my requests. It has now been 3 more weeks since my first request for a refund. I have NO usable artwork and now almost 2 months of my time has been wasted. On a side note, the ONLY communication I get from them is this cut and paste email with new logo links attached. I cannot get a human being to actually respond to ANYTHING I’ve said or asked for. This has been SO FRUSTRATING. Because I was so unhappy with their designs I went online to create a logo myself. Within about 5 minutes of looking for stock images I found the clipart they used in my designs! They say VERY specifically on their website that no clip art will be used. My logo was supposed to have a cartoon animal in it...in one Google search for cartoon images of this animal I found all the clipart heads and bodies that they simply downloaded from Google Images. They took these copied images, added my company name and tried to call it a custom designed logo! Overall, as of today, I have lost 7 weeks of time, I have absolutely NO usable artwork (or even good ideas for that matter), they have my $199 and they are ignoring my requests for a refund. I even gave them notice that I would post my experience on every review site I could find and they still didn’t respond. DO NOT GIVE ANY MONEY TO THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY. I am now calling my credit card company to file a dispute and hopefully get my money back that way!

When I received the junk faucet, it totally different from my request so it cannot be used in my country. I've clearly sent message when placing my order, saying "if seller cannot supply the specification, do not take my order". Seller still just sent out something totally not I ordered. I complaint to this seller (I should complaint to eBay immediately). This SHAMELESS SELLER pretended to send me replacement parts to fix the problem. But he just lie to me to buy time; as soon as it passed eBay's resolution period, this LIAR SCAMMER "3dayandnight" totally ignored all my email; and of course I never receive any replacement parts. Now I just got a piece of junk on hand. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMER SELLER "3dayandnight". He ships JUNKS to SCAMMER BUYERS for quick money. His dirty way is to pending on the case until it passed eBay's resolution period, then he will ignore you totally and pocket you money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS LIAR SCAMMER "3dayandnight".
My reply to their offer to give a 10% discount on futher purchase to make good on faulty item:Thanks for replying. I fully expected that you would hide behind anonymity of the net and VPN . I now know to buy merchandise from the cheapest supplier. There is obviously no difference in quality. I just wasted money on what presented as a reasonable site. A 10% discount was offered on future purchases anyway so I don't see any admission of poor quality control in that. Yes the bag was over 30 days period. Yes It was second hand. BUT one could reasonably expect it to last more than a handful of outings. I live in China 3 weeks of every 8 , my wife is Chinese. And I have seen the same article in shops in Changping for less than 300 Yuan. So obviously I thought yours would be a cut above that. I know you are thinking "So sad , too bad". I could expect any manufacturer's bag to last at least 20 - 30 outings - not 3 before the piping delaminated My mistake , PurseValley.cn. Let the internet crucify your business
I really hate to leave a one star, because it does seem like a nice site. However the site is based 100% on fraud. The girls are paid to chat, probably at least 99% of them. The other 1% still get chances for prizes and such. I actually went to Ukraine to visit a girl that I met on the site, and she was completely different. She almost didn't want to meet me at all for the first time. This was after spending hundreds of dollars chatting with her, and her saying that she couldn't wait to meet me and was serious about getting married, etc. While in Ukraine I saw a large banner ad stating that girls could win a CAR just by chatting on the site. The site is brutally expensive and almost all girls will say that they really like you and want to keep chatting for as long as possible. However if you contact any of them on a different free site, like vkontakte.ru (The Russian version of Facebook), the same girls that said they love you will invariably not respond.
That's right, I love it. My initial experience with this company was over 12 years ago, when I've purchased blinds for my entire house's seven windows. It was great experience. This is why 12 years later I came back to this company in anticipation of another wonderful experience, and I've got it: great experience, great product and affordable price. Anyone would love it. I booked a room for an adult and child (my daughter) on the bking.com website. It came up with Sidney Hotel SW1 We arrived to be told the room was for me only- no child. The attitude of the hotel was appalling . It was the only room available and they said right there and then "you can stay but not your daughter" !!! Yes unbelievable! or we would have to find another hotel. After much fuss I said okay can you refund me and I'll try somewhere else. They refused. Phoned Bking.com and they tried to get me a refund. Two of the agents said they (Bking.com.) had many problems with their own website recently and they sympathised with me and confirmed the terrible attitude of the Sidney Hotel. One of them admitting the hotel could'nt do much about it regs rules etc. Clearly the booking made at the Bking.com website had mutated to a single person when it went through to the Sidney hotel.We left and after much trauma and walking around we found another hotel. Tonight 20/10/14 I asked bking ,com to get me a refund on this A very unsympathetic agent said he thought I had booked the wrong room and that was that. I pointed out that on this website (Booking.com) you can make the search RIGHT NOW for an adult and a child it it still NOW comes up with that hotel as a possible option room for an adult and child...Never again. I do book often for many people and everybody I know will now never book through them ... they'll lose more than the £85 I did. Unbelievable
STAY AWAY FROM AKKING HONGKONG JEWELRY FACTORY. They take your orders with ridiculous order processing times, even when they don`t have the stock. Then they tell you that they have shipped the order with a Fake Tracking Number and NEVER respond to any questions on the orders until you call them on the Fake Tracking Number and file a Dispute. If they issue a Full Refund, you don`t even have the ability to leave any comments.
I picked up the Kill Bill bud sword as the first in my collection and I will be ordering more since the sword of great quality and it looks outstanding. Next will be the O Ren Ishii, very much looking forward to it.
We ordered a homecoming dress from FABPartydress.com... this place is the worst. The sewmanship is terrible. The dress did not fit. They would not refund our money and they kept trying to offer me solutions of how to fix the poorly made/ill fitting dress. I will NEVER order from this website again! BUYER beware. I would give 1/2 star but it wasn't an option. I mean at least the dress was the right color.
The app is very useful BUT it is not free and it will renew automatically as long as you don't change the settings which are very difficult to find. If the team from OnlinePianist could change this settings, I would change my opinion. Think about it and before you press download!
I had the same problem as a previous reviewer. My photobook looked fine on three different computer monitors. Two PCs and one Apple macbook. When it arrived the pictures were darker and one picture that was taken in bright sunshine was very dark. I called customer service and sure enough they told me that my computer monitor settings were bright and because of the backlight all pictures appeared brighter than they would in print. My brightness on 3 different computers was set to middle brightness. I took a picture of the book and they said yes it did print dark, but that's because the photo itself is dark. I told them it was not dark on the display of my DSLR and it was not dark on my computer. Yet they continued to tell me it was my fault. They told me to make the picture brighter on my computer and resubmit the book for a new order. However, I would have to pay shipping and taxes amounting to around $20! I told them I shouldn't have to pay for their error. And why should I need to brighten a picture that is fine. I have had no problems with Shutterfly or My Publisher. It can't be a coincidence that other people have this problem. And also customer service was terrible. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told he wasn't there, but would call me back within 72 hours. I never received a phone call.
If you are Canadian do not purchase items from Eddie Bauer online. I got a catalog in the mail which had a sticker on the front stating Borderfree delivery to Canada. It also stated that there was free shipping on purchases over $99. I started to purchase a coat which was only available online. When the final payment was calculated it included $24.77CND for shipping and $21.57CND for duties. Before putting in my credit card I called and asked why these charges were added on given what I saw on the catalog. I was told that there was something amiss in their system and to call back when the order went through. They said they would remove the shipping charge. When I called back after Ihad made the purchase, they said it was a mistake. So Eddie Bauer's claim of Borderfree delivery to Canada is bogus, there is NOTHING FREE about it.
What seems to have started as a great service has become a nightmare. There shoppers here in Chicago have become increasingly lazy and, well, incompetent. They replace items with anything they think might be close (despite requests for specific replacements); ask for a pound of ham or cheese or anything from the deli and you will probably get some other weight--sometimes 2 pounds; sometimes a quarter of a pound. When you complain about the service they make false promises of a "free delivery on your next order." SAVE THAT E-MAIL, because when you place your next order they will not only charge you the delivery fee, but then deny they ever told you you were entitled to a free order.
The clothing I received, skirt and top, were sized incorrectly and the tags were removed. Poor quality and looks used. When contacted within the correct window for a return received no response. This site is a scam. Don't waste your money. Also beware of Instagram advertising that directs you to the website under different profile names. This is a dishonest website, that does not deliver what you paid for.

I purchased a plan with these people through Buytopia. They said they were in Ontario. Turns out they are in Alberta. They insisted that I buy more than what I had contracted for, or they were going to charge me for the shipping. They were closed part of the summer. They don't respond to email. They lie on the phone. Run, don't walk, away.
DO NOT ORDER BRAKE CALIPERS FROM HERE. You will end up paying full price including the core refund and they will not refund your core refund. I ordered 4 brake calipers for my car and was very pleased with the parts, they work great. So i took my old calipers and mailed them to the address stated on the piece of paper in the box. Apparently that was not the address I was supposed to return them too, even though it’s the one on the paper in the box.. 30 days later they were able to locate 2 of the 4 calipers i sent to centric parts. They told me they were refunding me for 2 out of the 4 core deposits. When I got upset that they would not refund my full core deposit they decided to cancel all refunds and not give me any money. I would have gladly taken the 2 out of the 4 refunds but they are refusing to cooperate. So in the end I paid the price of the calipers plus the core deposits plus the 100$ for shipping the old calipers...and also lost all my old calipers.....not such a great deal in my opinion. Tried to work it out with them, seeing how they are such a large business I figured they could help me out. They refused to help me out.
