I don't know about getting the free samples because each and every time I clicked on the 'get your free samples' button, I got sent to another vendor's web page to begin the sign up process again, then that page would send me to yet another page, repeating the process over and over.
What can I say except how disappointing and un-customer service focussed this company is. Ordered an item in July. Courier claimed it had been signed for - impossible as I had been at work that day so clearly hadn't received it. After months of to-ing and fro-ing I finally received a replacement in October following a reference to BBC Watchdog. Lack of communication and lack of acknowledgement of the inconvenience this has caused me. I made constant phone calls to the company and the courier service. They should have sorted this out between themselves but I had to intervene many times. I won't be ordering from them again.
My daughter was so excited for Santa to bring her this dress I let it be the first thing she opened. Within 5 minutes it had already started to unravel and by the time she had finished her presents there was a giant tear all the way down the side. These dresses are typically not known for lasting very long but our other have lasted a couple of weeks before falling apart. Do not buy this unless you want your child to be heartbroken when it is ruined in less than a day. I bought the same one on dresswoo.com which looks good on her. Hope it can last for one year.

The important areas on the house like corners post,siding corners/joints,window seams,door seams. He also explained why our paint did not last more than four years. As we had seen Jim's crew work there magic bringing our house back from embarrassment to being proud to show all our friends! we had wished we hired Creative Home Designs the first time! So I was really excited about ami club wears mad 50 sale. I thought wow what a deal. NOT! I get my order relativity in a good time frame but one item was back ordered and then my boots were broken and reeked of chemicals . I think I got high the instant I opened the box. They do not have good products . So I didn't know you could not get a refund but I refused the idea of that so I called and had the worst time ever getting a representative . Finally after two days I got a full refund back. Thank god.i would recommend staying away from this place forever . They buy there goods straight from the 99 cent store in CHINA !!!! It's the worst ever .
Never received order. No response to multiple messages to customer service. phone number 'NOT IN SERVICE". Had to open a case with Paypal. still waiting for refund! SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They started with a wonderful concept but when the buyers didn't come they tried putting in fake avatars. To make it worse the fake avs were real people that just hadn't been there for a while. Shameful business practices and deceitful to the sellers and buyers.

I ordered a dress that I wanted to wear for my birthday which is November 5th. I ordered the dress the 22nd of September and haven't received any information about if my order had shipped or not. I have sent a message through the website and two emails to the email@example.com email that was provided. 33 days since I have placed my order and not having any feedback is really frustrating. I have 11 days tI'll my birthday and really hope it shows up. I definitely will not be ordering from Deloom.com again.
well for buying a extremely a lot of items on ebay I would have to ascendtech was one of the most pleasnt and quick responces ever in any of my dealing with ebay, it was I would have to say the best transaction that I have ever had on ebay. iYogi tech support looks you right in the eye and lies to you. Their off shore tech support team doesnt address the question you ask, and push you into taking over your computer, then installing their scan software, and mislead with facts. I spoke on two successive times with their teams, and see they are well trained tactically to upsell their tools. Really they are a revenue center. It makes Norton, Apple, HP look like fools. A few bigger questions though: Do big brands know/care what's going on when they out source security-intensive tech support offshore? Are offshore companies exploiting our underbellies, and ripping our passwords, account numbers, other data?
It tears family apart! I was at my limit for Internet so I turned it off and was at my senior homecoming party and left around 10 to go eat and got home around 10:50. My mom blew up on me not believe me thinking that I went to go sneak off with my boyfriend and fool around . Although they claim your item will ship in 2-3 weeks I waited 1 1/2 months for my order. I will never order from this company again and certainly wouldn't recommend it to anyone! The only good thing about my experience was the value.
VERY slow. Poor scanning quality. Images are grainy and covered with dust. They don't bother to blow of the slides first.

Any company who's advertised shipping price is substantially less than the written quoted price should (in my option) be avoided at all costs, they did this with me in an email, (isn't that right Julian?). They lied to me regarding product payment, the first caller (Julian) informed me they only do e-checks, then a second caller (Scott) contradicted that statement, my alarm bells were ringing when all they talked about was about me making the payment, and nothing about the product! Unsafewholesale you never got my money for a reason! If your going to lie to your potential customers, get your employees to lie better than they currently do, they really aren't quite up to scratch with the skill of bull******g, oh and while I'm here, get yourself some credit facilities, try Paypal. No need to respond, it'll most likely be another lie! Phew just saved myself $999.95. Caution, Caution, Caution! Or Don't do it, Don't do it, Don't do it!

Zappos makes buying shoes really simple, and they've got great prices as well. I've scoured the web for certain items and always found that Zappos offered the best deal, or equal pricing, and so I now trust them and don't even bother looking around. When I've had a return it's been without issue.
Corrupt! Corrupt! Corrupt! The truth to this guy is a completely unknown concept. A known liar who is asking agents to join a 'transparency scheme'! What a laugh that is. Maybe transparency of allagents should be the first step. So allagents lie about who they are and their link to the industry but every other agent in the UK should pay them to be transparent. What a joke! A review site run by a liar is the last thing the industry needs! Watch out for media/ press coverage revealing the truth behind allagents in the near future!
Ahh, here's another one... plenty of negative reviews for StackSocial and yet I've only had good experiences. The items I bought (which were all hard goods) were "promoted" and "on special" and I paid less than I would have if I'd bought them elsewhere. The information given was correct, and the quality of the items was better than I'd expected. Shipping did take just slightly longer than if I'd ordered through Amazon, but only by a day or two. I have been quite satisfied with StackSocial but I'll be sure to update this review if I run into any trouble in the future.
I wish I would have looked at these reviews before my rental instead of just renttherunway.com's site. Now it's the morning of my event and I have no gown. Aaaargh! They very politely gave me a credit for a free rental and are very sorry, though. I also received a survey. The questions were all about how friendly the stylist was when "solving my problem." I think they are asking the wrong questions. If their distribution processes are screwed up, they have a MUCH BIGGER PROBLEM then if their "stylists" provide polite service. Angry and frustrated.
I see that there are a lot of negative reviews regarding SHOEBACCA, but I've only ever had a pleasant experience. My orders were processed quickly and I received my items within a few days. I received exactly what I'd ordered, and I paid a fair price. If I run into problems in the future I will be sure to update this review.
I've used Thumbtack.com with great success. Yes, there are "customers" who use it and don't know what they're doing and you lose money in sending them a bid, and many of these "customers" are also expecting "something for nothing", but overall I'd have to say that in the end I've made more than enough to cover my bidding costs. You should note, however, what the specific bids will cost you as some jobs are not aligned properly - i.e. it costs me more to bid on a job to paint a room than it does for lawncare, and yet I actually make more money on a lawncare job. I just don't bid on painting jobs; and if you're in a position where you're looking at something that Thumbtack.com doesn't have aligned right you'll just lose out (i.e. guitar lessons, etc.)
Ebates has become problematic in recent months essentially denying substantial purchases made via the link through their site only by using the same line as "Ebates was denied payout by 'given' company due to another affiliate being credited". My recent experience confirms this practice, then they offer the mere $20 knowing full well they owed $89.50 on this purchase. First of all, the only affiliate was the link through Ebates, no other coupons were used. Further, it was a $3,000 purchase, little does Ebates know that I contacted the Company personally and the said nothing was denied. This means Ebates is dishonest and will not honor large purchases. Apparently, this is the new practice, simply claim that they were denied credit due to some other affiliate claim. Simply give them a truth test, go to the company you purchased from, explain that you used Ebates as an affiliate and tell them that Ebates claims they denied credit for the purchase and ask them if this is the case. Then you will know the truth about Ebates!

I am remodeling our bathroom and had already picked out the faucets. I was going to order them from another plumbing web site. I found them here on Joss and Main for less. I have ordered many items, ranging from art work to furniture, and have never been disappointed. If there was an issue with anything I had purchased, it was addressed and resolved quickly. Their customer service is fantastic. I shop with confidence on this site.

I contacted them around July and TO THIS DAY, even after their "update" (which i think was bull$#*! because i saw no change) i still cant use the theme because in Africa 99% of people don't have Paypal or credit card. less than 9% people have a bank account. Yes you guessed it i feel ripped off like hell. You don't need to be a genius to understand that i wasted time, money to buy a product that i cant use here. Maybe if i was in the European market things would change, but that right here is proof for you the potential buyer that their bugged product is the type of the iceberg. Meaning their whole customer support is worthless. You have been warned, dont ever ever buy anything from them. Now if sitemile.com is reading this great because: -First of all dont even ask me to update anything, i did already. -Secondly the only reason i will remove this and my other reviews on other sites is if you refund my money. i don't even care if you dont refund it. Nonetheless I Absolutely dont want you to try to "fix" anything, forget that that is long overdue. Im not going to waste another month going back and forth with you acting like you are taking care of my problem, i paid 35$ last for a theme from Mythemeshop.com and they took the time to FIX a BIGGER problem in 1 day. Ordered four bridesmaids dresses one of which was custom size, customer services contacted us to double check size as it was a very small dress which was good. Dresses arrived on time in wonderful condition, even better than expected. Well recommended, excellent product and service.
