Took 15 minutes before they waited on me once I was seated. Order was taken and drinks were not brought to the table at all after 20 minutes. Waiter ignored us, waited on other customers and talked to other employees at the bar. Went got the Manager and she told me I lied about how long I was waiting. Got all my food and drinks within 15 minutes after talking to her. The Mgr. Sent 2 waitresses each time together to my table every time and called mall security and put them in view of my table. The Mgr. Came back to my table 2 times and acted sarcastically asking me if everything was ok, I told her the damage was already done. There were only 4 small pieces of meat in my steak salad but the food was fine other wise. I was never offered a discount or an apology. The bad waitress who failed serve me walked back and forth past my table giving me dirty looks many times. I paid my bill in full and left and was given no receipt. I was sent e mail to call them after I left my on line complaint which I did. The person I talked to was the same Mgr. She apologized and offered a 50.00 certificate which she has failed to deliver on. There are a lot of other eating choices in this mall and I recommend staying away from Applebees because their establishment is poor to it's customers and dishonest.

Outstanding and helpful employees, breakfasts were good and tasty and room was in outstanding well kept condition. Maintenance Mgr. Jaime works very hard, but also gives customers his time. This is a place in which I will be sure to return to on my next visit there.

Have lost over 400.00 using Pay Pal for bad transactions with E Bay and International Cupid. All 3 times promised refunds over the phone because the evidence was there and later ruled for the Seller or business. They can't be trusted because they tell you one thing and do the opposite. Use Pay Pal at your own risk with E Bay sellers that you've done business with many times or have high feedback ratings. Do not use Pay Pal for any merchants outside E Bay this is high risk.

Employees always look unhappy never smile, never act like they appreciate the business of their members. Employees will walk by you and never ask if you need help when they know you do. Floors often have empty boxes and debris on them. Employees often never ask if you want your items in boxes and just put your items in the cart w/o asking. So many other Costco stores treat their customers with a smile and outstanding service but Store Manager Dave just does not care enough about what anyone tells him.

C. C Yin is a man and owner who does not care about the handicapped or about his customers. I have never been able to get him to turn his drive thru speakers up so I can hear in Vacaville or Vallejo which are both of his locations. I'm hearing impaired and have a hard time hearing. I have even received the wrong food many times and even cold food. I want to talk to him but he doesn't want to talk to me. I have tried calling Corporate and they tell me he doesn't have to talk to me if he doesn't want to. This man escaped China and came here with nothing he tells everybody, but now he has 14 McDonalds locations. He should be grateful from being in this country, but he's not. All he cares about is his money and bragging about his fame. This man is nothing but a low life scum. Find out which locations are his and don't buy from him go to others that he doesn't own.

Double charged twice and they never noticed, charged again that was unauthorized and refused to refund money. Paid for 3 months and they charged me again after only 2. I hid my profile and tried to go back later and they blocked me and I had 2 months left already. Site is full of scammers and they don't even try to keep it safe for anybody. This is the biggest rip off in social dating media. Avoid this site or get ripped off. Pay Pal will not even give you your money back if you use it to pay Cupid Media.
