I've had Netflix longer than I can remember. Every now and then they throw some good movies on there. Also they have some classic shows you can binge watch during snowy or rainy days.

When you have a shared account, you can have different profiles for each person you share with. However, everyone has different tastes and the technology still isn't updated where each profile can have their own tastes. I know it's extra leg work and if someone really wants their own personalized Netflix then they should just have their own account. Or they can offer that feature at a slightly higher price for families that share accounts.

The streaming is the only option that I use on Netflix. I just can't trust myself to efficiently send DVDs back at a reasonable time.

Overall, more recently Netflix has stepped up their game with the addition of Friends and The Interview. If they continue to negotiate harder for better movies and shows, they can get to 5 stars.

I love that I can find my bra size here. However my only qualm is how long it takes to receive the item. I know it's because it's in the UK and they have to send it out through international mail. I'm not sure if there is even a way to expedite the shipping without an additional costs to the customer, but I most certainly think it's something they should look into.

The additional shipping cost for each item makes me hesitant to order more than one item. There should be more promotions where if you spend over a certain amount, the shipping is free or you can upgrade to a faster shipping at a better price.

Lately, I have been looking at bras I like on this website and seeing if they have it available on Amazon. Sometimes I even get a better deal at Amazon and I also get it quicker. Even if the bra is the same price or higher, it's worth the extra cost to get it sooner and Amazon won't charge you b for each bra shipped.

I've been an Amazon Prime member for over a year now and I must say if you buy from Amazon often, it's worth the $99 fee to be a prime member. If you're a student, they offer you a free 6 month trial and after 6 months, you only pay $49. It will charge your card automatically. They send you emails keeping you updated on when they will charge your card. Should it charge your card and you decide you didn't want it renewed, you have up to 10 days to get a refund as long as you don't use the Prime benefits. Which isn't standard with most online memberships.

The free 2 day shipping saves a bunch of time and the $3.99 one day shipping came in handy for last minute Christmas gifts.

The instant streaming for prime members is not something that I didn't use often. Once I did stream a video and it was of poor quality so I didn't get to watch it, however Amazon promptly offered me a refund without even asking.

Amazon has great customer service and they quickly try to resolve any issue that you may have. If you purchase often from Amazon.com then the prime membership is definitely worth your while.

Knock on wood, I've never had a problem purchasing anything from Best Buy or its site.

The only con is the price matching in the store. Ensure when price matching, you have the advertisement ready and if it's Amazon you're price matching that it's Amazon as the seller and not a third party. Many times I've went and the associates almost seem hesitant about honoring their Price Match guarantee. The associates usually have to call over a supervisor to double check and get approval. This could be problematic as there never really seems to be enough workers to begin with. I understand the low staffing as I work in retail as well and I know that budgets don't always allow for optimal staffing. However, they have to work on getting their associates feeling more empowered to help customers.

The Best Buy in Mount Vernon, NY seems to not be the place to shop. This is the only location I've been to where associates won't give you a second glance unless you're buying a big ticket item. It's disappointing because that location is closer to my home. I take an extra 10 minute drive to Central Park Avenue just to get better service.

Bestbuy.com is the best option as the site doesn't discriminate and even offers better add-on suggestions than their store counterparts. The customer reviews are often handy when making your buying decision. Bestbuy stands behind their products (sort of) by offering a protection plan at an additional cost. At times you have to be wary of purchasing a refurbished item. You must pay attention to the filters that are set to ensure you exclude refurbished items if you're looking to purchase new. The Geek squad does certify all refurbished products.

I'm very disappointed. This site could have so much potential if they followed through on the orders. I've been waiting over 2 months for my package and still haven't received it. When I contacted customer service they offered to resend it at an additional cost to me and want to send me a link to make a payment. I'm not exactly keen on the idea of sending a foreign company my payment information again after I've already been waiting 2 months for an item. I'm almost willing to let it go and consider the $30 as lost money. At this point it's about principal l. I have no proof that they ever sent me the item in the first place just their word and the word shipped next to my order number on the website. I just want others to be wary when giving these people business. If you want to throw money away, order from dress lily. If it's too good to be true with clothes, it usually is. I'll stick to shopping in Forever 21.
