ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS. I CAN SEE WHY THIS STORE IS THE NEXT BB TO CLOSE. YOU CAN'T GET A HOLD OF ANYONE. CORP OFFICERS IN PLANO, TX MUST HAVE NASA AND THE CIA GUARDING THEIR EMAILS OR CONTACT POINT.

HERE'S MY STORY:

I am e-mailing you for some assistance, or a shoulder to cry on.

I purchased a Mattress at your Freehold, NJ store on May 26th, 2023 (my 72nd Birthday). I was told by the sales rep that I would receive a ship date within a couple of days and then a Delivery date. I was notified a week later that my mattress was shipped. Another week went by and I was notified I would be contacted. I waited and additional week and on June 13th made some inquiries as to were my mattress is. I was told to contact ARIA Trucking for delivery. I called them that same day(6/13) and spoke to Diego *******895. He told me my mattress will arrive 6/16/23 (tomorrow). I also informed him at the time that I am only home after 9:30AM, I take my wife for chemo and therapy on alternating mornings.

I received a message on my home phone today and it was from ARIA stating my mattress will be delivered tomorrow between the house of 8AM and 10AM. OOOPS… I guess the above readers digest version goes bye-bye. I'm not home until 9:30 daily.

Now here's the kicker…….

I called ARIA and spoke to Diego again and he was unable to give me a Delivery date. That's funny, they schedule out of his office AND HE WAS UNABLE TO SECURE A DELIVERY DATE OR SUITABLE TIME. Interesting.

I called your customer service dept a short while ago at *******902 and after explaining myself I was put on hold for 18 minutes while the person who was suppose to help me out COULD NOT.

He did offer to REFUND me my purchase.

So let's understand what just transpired. I either do it ARIA's way or ask for a REFUND. So it's easier to REFUND my $$ than accommodate a delivery time.

I do not want a refund I want the MATTRESS I purchased.

AS OF NOW NO CONTACT, NO ONE ANSWER'S THE PHONE NOT EVEN THE OPERATOR AND ALL CALL'S TO 800 #'SDO NOTHING.

WHAT A SCAM COMPANY...

I don't know what to say. I just got off the phone with a customer service rep and they basically told me they couldn't help me and go back to Ebay - even though they are the sellers. They have a selling platform on Ebay and will not help. I bought a bottle of CoQ-10 in Oct 2021. I always buy and keep a supply handy and not wait for the last minute.

When the bottles was opened it looked like someone poured a teaspoon of oil into it. What probably happened is that one of the gel-caps broke resulting in the oily residue.

They wanted nothing to do with my problem and again directed me to contact Ebay. Now, since it is over 60 day I know nothing can be done.

Oh well. Last time I deal with this company. They could care less about customer satisfaction.

WOW. Talk about less and less. I have been a size 40 for 20 years. I just opened their XL (40-42) LOL. These are 36-38 at BEST. I don't want to go on. They are HORRIBLE, you need to buy the next size up and keep your fingers crossed.

BYE-BYE Haynes, no longer America's Underwear. Shame on you. But you know, Corp Profit is what matters...

Just keep on cutting back material. Soon Your XXL will be 40.

COSTCO Here I come. I don't know where to begin. There has been a change in structure to the point where you are on lock down as soon as you walk in. After you pay for an item you must wait on a line that is 10-50 people long so they can scan your receipt check 2-10 items to see if it's on the receipt then wait for an OK to let you go.

COSTCO Here I come. Now let's talk online purchases with IN STORE PICK UP. After you buy online and go thru the normal procedures the FUN begins. You now have to down load the app. OK, you figure it's a normal app. (LOL) well they give you choices when signing up that you have to check in order to proceed - it has a button that say's NOT NOW - but if you hit the NOT NOW - you can't proceed. LOL. So I'm already to get my "STUFF" and it say's when you are in front of the store let us know. So I hit the LET US KNOW button and it states, MEET YOU BY THE PICK UP. Another LOL moment. After 15 minutes of waiting, I went and got my order.

The picture below is the line getting out of the store that I took from the SERVICE COUNTER LINE so I could complete my order. IS THAT STUPID OR WHAT...

It was so hectic, I brought my order back to the pick up area and left. 40 minutes has now gone by.

I returned today and after 35 minutes, with two service counter help they still didn't know how to check me out. I was given a paper that stated paid but was not the final receipt. On this paper it stated a receipt will be mailed to my email address.

AND that's what you need to walk out of the store. LOL moment #3. To make a long story short I'm still waiting for the receipt. I finally walked out of SAM's for the last time telling the exit person who was yelling at me, to call the cops and then go to the service area and find out.

I am going to COSTCO as soon as I post this review.

One last item. When I purchase at WALMART online and pay for it I am given a receipt. I go to the store find the pick up area, show them my Dr. Lisc., and the receipt - they give me the item(s) and I walk out. Now, since Sam's Club and Walmart are owned by the same parent company why can't they make the online buying experience the same.

They can't because at Sam's they probably hired a PHD in computer science that doen't know the 1st thing about buying online and made so difficult that you want to scream.

Anyway, COSTCO HERE I COME...

I have read all the reviews on this site and my only regret is that I didn't read them prior to "BUYING". I'll keep this short and sweet.
I purchased 2 lots of seemingly "RETURNS FROM AMAZON" from the seller located in Indiana. Well when I received the boxes (2 separate orders) I was expectations where immediately deflated. 38 of the 100 items where used extensively and put back into the box and returned. The 25 items do not work and the remainder 37 items where put in a POLY BAG and are indistinguishable as to what they are related to.
I have bought many items in my life and have returned then either unopened or they didn't fit. AGAIN, consumers who returned these are canny. Used a few weeks send it back and continue the cycle. I am in the process of a DISPUTE. However deep down in my heart I'm going against one of the biggest sellers on this site.
I am also asking to return my second purchase (BOX UNOPENED) because I'm afraid of the JUNK inside. LOL.
Anyway, that's my story of woo. Just BEWARE and stick with BOOKS.
