I love best buy. I buy all of my electronics there any even though I don't get the extended warranty (I get mine from esurranty.com), they are always the lowest priced. The employee's are always helpful and it is just a great store.

I have a personal training business. I was contacted by them about being accredited. After the pitch of $500 per year and another $450 per year to use their web logo, I declined. I have a static site and I'm a personal trainer. My business is word of mouth basically. Well, I was listed with a C within a week. I asked why they listed me at all since I work from home and the gym and they said because I was incorporated. I said, "Why am I a "C"? They said because I was a new, small business that wasn't accredited! WOW... so now if someone looks up my business I look mediocre. I have worked hard for the last 3 years at my business and I find this to company to be an insult to business'.

I have used paypal about 4 times in 4 years. Mostly to pay for things I bought on ebay. The reason, ebay only lets you pay with paypal. The last thing I paid for never showed up. I complained to paypal and what ended up happening was "My" account getting restricted. Apprently the ebay seller who had a good rating was in some fraud or something and because I sent a payment to him for an item I never received, they limited my account until I sent all types of proof. SS, DL, Utility bill. Finally after 45 days the made it normal again. I think I am done using paypal and buying off ebay.

I use them for my personal training business once in a while. The cost is higher than my other merchant account but it's convenient when on the go. It would be nice if they looked more like a company than just a web site.

Filed my claim for a cracked screen yesterday. Had my phone repaired at the repair center about 5 miles from my house within 1 hour. Now my phone works and looks like new. Esurranty is great! They are a very professional and customer friendly company.
