USE FIREFOX, NOT Safari:
Using Safari 12.0 I was able to fill out the online form--tried TWICE (I was being extorted/blackmailed) but could not submit it. I turned off all my ad blockers and VPN... still could not submit. Called the FBI Sacramento (Roseville, CA.) office-- got no usable suggestions (1)come in waste 2 hrs there and back, (2) call Public Access Line *******324.

Instead I changed to FIREFOX... and that browser allowed me to file the IC3.gov report. I do not expect a reply... nor that anything is done as I was asked only for 3000usd and I did NOT pay it. But I kept the emails should FBI need them.

The site does not allow me to make a review on my candle purchase... the company only sent me an email to get a review on the candle holders I purchased. (I like the holders).

I went into the web site--to review the "gardenia" candles I bought (horrible cloying scent--sweet, overpowering--not like a gardenia at all). There was NO WAY TO GIVE A REVIEW on the candles.

I'm sure that the NEGATIVE review I made on the site will NEVER MAKE IT TO THEIR WEB SITE. AT this point-- I do not trust nor will I ever use the company again.

Even though I do not spend the money for a PRIME membership-- I get my deliveries quicker than most any other online places. And they are cutting down on superfluous packaging... it could be less and still arrive intact and secure.

Thank goodness contents were intact--but when I went back to buy the sauce again-- no longer instock--

AND I don't like their hiring/low payment of their employees-- I used SpralMart four times in my life... been with Costco for 25 years.

I ordered on the 18th... a Tuesday-- tee-shirt not put in envelope until Saturday-22nd-- Then NOT picked up until to be mailed until 24th-Monday-- Arrived, 28th, one day AFTER their given span of days--No Holidays--just incompetence and poor systems. 10days to finish one order. Not acceptable in 2017.

Another item (I ordered two items) arrived on the 22nd (after an email said it had arrived on the 21st).--Bill of lading said TEE-shirt was in that order.

I received many conflicting emails... even the bill of lading in each mailing was incorrect.

Their system is screwy-- I'll stick with other online companies, like Wayfair-- that are "WAY Fair" and Amazon (they deliver quickly and I'm not even a PRIME member).

I notified Zazzle about these issues-- poor customer response/reply
NEVER AGAIN for me. Try at your own peril.

UPDATE: Due to this review I was contacted by halloweencostumes and they quickly made it right. I was pleasantly surprised.

I tried five different ways to get 20% off 11/5/15. It did not happen. I did not get an email (I gave my email twice and waited for 8 hrs) nor did I get get it using www.thecoupon.co
CLEARLY their site is a scam. I'm sure that my review will be scrubbed since it at their behest. I will be posting this at BBB and other sites.
