RexMD claims they send out orders in one business day. They do NOT. RexMD took my money on 9/4. I received no further contact. I received no product. On 9/6,9/8,9/10 and 9/12 I submitted 3 service requests and three emails. None were answered. On 9/13 I submitted a negative review on TrustPilot. RexMD finally sent me an email, but it was for someone else, with an entire email thread and prescriptional information for another 'patient'. Apparently my information was sent somewhere else, but not to me.
I finally had enough and called RexMD. After waiting on hold about 30 minutes, I told them to cancel the order, cancel the subscription, and delete my information.
They are incompetent, grossly negligent, and violate HIPPA laws.
Do not use RexMD, do not trust RexMD, and tell anybody who asks that they cannot be trusted.
I have filed a complaint against RexMD with the New York Office of Professional Medical Conduct for gross negligence.
