“Keep billing after cancellation”

Rex MD products seem to be okay, however, the customer service is terrible. They say you can cancel anytime, I canceled the service three times and they continued shipments and billing my credit card. They refuse to give any refunds. They claim you can cancel by logging in but it doesn't work, they say if you send a message through there website, they will get back to you within a day, they don't. And when you call you will go through phone trees and be put on endless hold.

Rex MD products seem to be okay, however, the customer service is terrible. They say you can cancel anytime, I canceled the service three times and they continued shipments and billing my credit card. They refuse to give any refunds. They claim you can cancel by logging in but it doesn't work, they say if you send a message through there website, they will get back to you within a day, they don't. And when you call you will go through phone trees and be put on endless hold.

A total scam tried to make it look like real testosterone tricked me into multiple bottles and then would not take anything back in returned even though it was unopened and I just received it do not buy anything from these guys customer service is terrible

After being a customer for over a year i paused my subscription. I received an email stating that I had an order that was already paid for…if i would just update my personal info they would ship it out. I verified my info and they sent me a shipping notice. Saying it would be shipped soon. They then tried to charge my expired card and sent me an email saying my prescription was on hold because of a failed payment. I called them and made them aware of the situation. They admitted that it was just a marketing email to get me to update my stuff so they could charge my card. I told them that is not marketing, but instead, dishonest.

RexMD claims they send out orders in one business day. They do NOT. RexMD took my money on 9/4. I received no further contact. I received no product. On 9/6,9/8,9/10 and 9/12 I submitted 3 service requests and three emails. None were answered. On 9/13 I submitted a negative review on TrustPilot. RexMD finally sent me an email, but it was for someone else, with an entire email thread and prescriptional information for another 'patient'. Apparently my information was sent somewhere else, but not to me.
I finally had enough and called RexMD. After waiting on hold about 30 minutes, I told them to cancel the order, cancel the subscription, and delete my information.
They are incompetent, grossly negligent, and violate HIPPA laws.
Do not use RexMD, do not trust RexMD, and tell anybody who asks that they cannot be trusted.
I have filed a complaint against RexMD with the New York Office of Professional Medical Conduct for gross negligence.

We are now out $380 GONE! Our account is negative -$2,563.87 WE HAVE NO FOOD...BUT HEY I GUESS WE CAN EAT THE PILLS!?!? SMH!
Rex MD doesn't come clearly out and say you're going to be joining a membership they gloss over it very well. They are very talented at what they "do"! IMO: equivalent to stealing &/or scamming people. Congratulations ya Made an art out of theft! Wtg

They sent my order to the wrong address and when I called to complain they said they were sorry and would send the order to the right address. After two months of calling and writing nothing has happened. I call my credit card company to dispute the charges. Poor customer service that just keeps lying. Do not buy from this rip off company.

Rexmd is a company that shipped my order to the wrong address and after calling for two months and being promised a new shipment to the correct address nothing has happened. I had to call my credit card company to get a refund. Rexmd is just another ripoff scam company. Do buy from them.

After receiving about 5 monthly shipments, I called the 866 number to ask for a shipping label to return all unopened bottles and to receive a refund. I was told they could not send me a shipping label, that they DO NOT have a return policy, and they DO NOT have a refund policy!

My conclusion is that this is just another subscription scam to get into people's bank accounts every month!

While attempting to place an order for Rx, I stumbled upon your website's reviews and was appalled by the numerous negative comments. Consequently, I decided against proceeding with the checkout process, even though my information was already submitted. To my utter dismay, I received a call from your end using the phone number you had on file. Despite my explicit refusal to proceed any further, your team shamelessly took it upon themselves to charge my credit card without my authorization, even though I hadn't even entered the security code.
It's abundantly clear that your establishment is infested with a group of fraudulent individuals whose only concern seems to be making a sale at any expense. Your complete lack of ethics and disregard for customer consent is both shocking and unacceptable.
This experience has undoubtedly solidified my decision to never engage with your company again. I sincerely hope that your deceitful practices catch up with you sooner rather than later.
Consider this a warning to anyone who might consider interacting with your unscrupulous business.

WARNING - DECEPTIVE PRICING! I ordered 4 Viagra pills to test the effectiveness for ED resulting from a Prostatectomy. I did not knowingly sign up for a recurring prescription. Within 3 hours of receiving notification from AMEX on Thursday that I was being charged for a 2nd order, I contacted Customer Service who indicated that they could not cancel the order because it had gone to shipping. I received an email at 12:33pm Friday that the order had just 'shipped'. However, the REXMD website indicated that at 1:16pm Friday that it actually had just a label and was still awaiting USPS pickup. Incompetency seems to be widespread in the company. Very very disappointing!
I have been having a lot of issues with internal communication within this company. First, my pictures have to be uploaded 3 times. Second, I was told everything has been approved, but then it was canceled by mistake by a customer representative. Service and delivery is extremely slow. I just called 3 times to customer service and was hung up all 3 times. This is not excusable. When u have an army of incompetent workers working for the company, the outcome in the short and long run will be detrimental to the business. I would rather go with Roman.

Unfair business practices! I responded to an online ad to get a free sample of Ketoprofen cream to treat osteoarthritis. I did not sign up for a REXMD account or a subscription, and I paid 4.95 for shipping. I got the cream and used it. It was okay, but no better than the OTC Voltaren cream that I get at Costco for cheap. I was shocked when about 3 weeks later I was billed by REXMD for over 80.00 for another shipment of Ketoprofen. I called and they told me that the sample that they had told me was "free" was really a 18-day trial, after which I was enrolled to get regular shipments. I asked them where it says this and they told me to sign in to my account. It is impossible because I don't have an account, I never created one. They refused a refund and told me that since it is medicine, they can't take a return. They also made it difficult to "cancel" the subscription which I never signed up for in the first place. Again, they told me to sign in to my account to cancel, so I explained that I don't have an account and can't sign in. These are unfair, immoral, and possibly illegal business practices designed to take money from people by providing "medicine" which was never ordered in the first place. I recommend in the strongest possible terms that you do not do business with this company.

Read the fine fine print. Cancel immediately unless you are sure you want to continue. They charge on a Saturday, by the time you know it, the office is closed. By the time you can get through on Monday the product has shipped with no returns. Dodgy operation.

I saw an ad on Instagram for doxepin 10 mg it is supposed to be a sleeping pill it does not work. Do not waste your money horrible up all night one of the worst experiences ever. My heart was racing continuously all night.

The generic viagra was worthless, I have used the branded ones with great success. The story does not end here... I have called three times to cancel the service and still keep getting billed. STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE NO GOOD!

Who the HELL needs a 30-day supply of "fake" Viagra every 30 days? Anyway, here we go... so, i spoke to a customer representative which i was unable to get any assistance with so i was transferred to "LEA" (employee# *******) which i was told is a manager. She was very rude and uncooperative. No sense of understanding and refused to help me. I assume that i am wasting my time writing this since i have read many negative reviews from rex md customers online who have been scammed as well. When i tried to post a review on rex md website and realized that there was no way to post even though i was currently a customer i went on the website and used the "chat with us feature" to inquire how to post a review. I was told the website was being worked on that i would have to send my review to them and then they would post it. LOL that way rex md could screen and only post the reviews that they like... LOL. Very frustrating... i figure if nothing else i can copy/paste these letters and post them on BBB website and any others that i can find. I have already cancelled my account with rex md and have cancelled/changed my cc# so this will not happen again. Since my order has not shipped yet (which i told "LEA" to stop the order) the charge is in pending status and i cannot dispute the charge or return to sender from fed ex because the order hasn't shipped only a label was created and fed ex can't help me yet. I will have to walk through all these steps. I will have to find the time because i like everyone else don't like to be scammed. I never signed up for monthly deliveries and this was a one-time purchase. The way that rex md scams people i am reluctant to even try one of these pills. That's right, i haven't even taken one yet because i have been dealing with 2 kidney stones. Who the hell would need to take "fake" viagra every day? Which is the only way rex md could justify sending a 30 pill order out every month. That alone should tell you this is a scam. May the FUN begin... lesson learned... please don't make my MISTAKE... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

I ordered over two weeks ago and no Viagra. Every time i call I get a fake excuse. When i asked for a refund I was told that RexMD does not refund. Save yolur money.

Rx Md's customer service is next to non-existent. They employ what appears to be a great website with an internal portal for communication. I used that 3 times to cancel my order and was ignored the first two times. The third time they responded asking for clarification despite I had used their portal form to check the discontinue and terminate my order. In fairness they suggest you call to confirm your concerns but that's a complete joke. I called numerous times cause despite the cancellation messages they billed my card. I repeatedly was on hold for over ten minutes each time without a response. The only way I got through was to select the new customer number which was not helpful. I asked and received a supervisor after 8 minutes who lied to me saying the product was shipped already and he couldn't do anything about it. I informed him that I was looking at the company email informing me the order would be shipped in 2days. He lied and said that's the delivery date. He was wrong of course and the product did arrive showing it had been shipped two days later. My complaints received no attention other than to say once shipped we can't do anything. They had 4 opportunities to reverse the card charge before the order was shipped. 1st was 10 days earlier. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

On September 17th I placed an order from RexMD. Shortly after placing the order, I was told I needed to submit a photo ID to complete the order, to which I declined thinking the order would be canceled. RexMD refuses to ship the product without a photo ID, but they still charged me $100. No product shipped. I called customer service and was told I didn't read the fine print, and the $100 charge would not be refunded regardless if the product was shipped or not. Because I refused to send them a copy of my ID they claim that they can still charge me $100. This is a very disreputable company with a terrible customer policy. STAY AWAY FROM REXMD!

I have been for two days trying to get ahold of these people and I'm beyond frustrated about it. After completely their information and putting in credit card information they tell me I have to speak to a physician to complete my order so I decided to cancel my request and that's where it starts getting frustrated can't get through by phone after they say I can't cancel by email and get a message from their "support team"asking if I want to cancel to find out All orders are final and nonrefundable!. Guess they got my cash Thanks Rexmf... DONT WASTE YOUR TIME IF YOU WANT TO KEEP YOUR MONEY... I tried to cancel within the 30 minutes of ordering and they wait the right amount of time to reply..
