After reviewing almost 100 custom projects for our Cleaning Business Software I was able to locate a client profile with the following details:

Now, knowing more about your project I will post a bit more details about it. First, you paid NOT $1500 as you said but $369 ($109 for script licence and $260 for a modification). The order was made on 26/09/2018. The project was completed as agreed and uploaded on your website beezyqueen dot com. Then I can see from a few other support tickets that in January 2019 you asked for further modifications. For almost 7 months we never received a single message from you and then at the beginning of August 2019 (one year after the project was completed), you started a dispute with PayPal which they’ve correctly refused. And I guess because of this you decided to post this negative review, which based on the facts outlined above is not true. If required I can post all the communication to prove my words!
Anyway, as I suggested in my first message I will be happy to personally assist you to have this resolved and you can use the script we did for you. I messaged you in the support ticket you have with us so feel free to respond to it!

I've tried to locate your account in our clients' database but could not find anyone with your name. I've also searched for custom projects we've completed for our Cleaning Business Software with a budget between $1000 - $2000 but could not match any of the latest projects with the name you used to post the review.

That particular scripts, Cleaning Business Software, is used on almost 650 different websites as of today and I guess there is some incompatibility with your website which we will take care of for you so that you are satisfied with our product.
