I have been using their Event Booking Calendar for many years. I upgraded to new version last year for the mobile version and I just upgraded to version 4 because they added more options for payment method. After I installed the new version, I found a lot of problems so I messaged them a week ago, but until today they still have no respond. I have getting stuck on it. Some problems were not happened in the old version but new version. They usually responded a day after I left message but this time, I don't know why they don't even write a word.
Poor service, bad support!
