What I prefer about StivaSoft team mostly is their professional attitude. Their working style and patterns are also mention worthy. I too have the experience of professional relations with them and really like to work along with their collaboration. We are extremely satisfied with their coding standard, since its services are reliable, convenient and pocket-friendly too. I cannot say enough great things about them. They are creative and always listen to our requests. I have tried multiple Developer in the past, and no one comes close to what I get from them. I would highly recommend StivaSoft We'll definitely work with again.
I bought one software for a cleaning company and I paid for some improvements (1500$). Nothing working, always the website crashed and I hade to buy from another software company a better product

I've been not only a long time customer who was able to experience the big growth that the company is going through because of their great products and customer support, but a loyal client. Why? Because Stivasoft have transmitted me security and confident for every single of my projects. And most important, they have delivered my products as I expected them.

If you are looking for a truthful company to work on your scripts projects, do not look any further.
Yes, you must send Stivasoft a detailed explanation of all your requirements, I even draw pictures of how I want everything to look, but this is necessary so they can program your script just the way you like it. Once you receive your product, you can run a test and check for any issues. Unless you are asking for something that was not discussed at the beginning, they will fix any issue for you at NO extra charge.
They are just Great!
I have purchased several scripts from stivasoft/php jabbers. The product is usually stable however they will not fix something if it is 'broken'. Case in point - I was using the restaurant booking script however it was allowing multiple persons to book the same table for the same time period(s). As you might imagine this is quite frustrating when customers come in saying 'but I booked... Here is my confirmation email'.
When this glitch was brought to their attention the reply was in the neighborhood of... Give us money and we will fix it for you. It makes me wonder how many people they have charged extra to fix the same problem (again and again)?
Because of this I either source some custom script that I can watch being built or I build it myself when I need it.
In short, if you want something done right you have to do it yourself.

I really cannot comment on the issue that you currently report, but from my experience, I guess when you say "something is broken" you probably mean there is a functionality that you need which is missing from our default script. It sometimes happens that clients expect that the software will have a feature that they consider essential and later when they find out it's not there they feel disappointed. I cannot agree with the statement that if there is a bug (a real bug) we charge our clients to fix it! If we do this, I am sure you will agree we would not have tens of thousands of clients and would not be on the market for over 12 years:)
