Went to one of there seminars/vacation traps. Spent $5000 plus paid an additional $1600 for maintenance fees. Over a 5 year period and to this date have not been able to receive a vacation were they told me they have places. Trinidad and tabago, nope. Florida near Disney, some but not available when I wanted to to. Niagra Falls. Yeah they have places there, 2 hour drive I was told. Imagine going to niagra falls and having to drive 2 hours to get to the falls/casinos etc. they 2 hours back. These are places I go for vacation and they either didn`t have any thing in the area or it was not available or so far a drive it`s not worth the using there vacation plan. The bottom line the contract was read and explained to me. They just left out the most important parts. The sales rep. Told us it was her first day and we were her first customers. They use pressured power sales. You must take the plan on that day at that time or you will lose out and cannot receive this offer ever again according to the sales rep and her female manager. Save your money. It`s cheaper booking with a travel agency. Sundance vacations are a bunch of vacation pushers.The company reps who ansew the phone when I called to complain were arrogant. Know for turning your words around to fit there side of the story.
5 years not one vacation. I am researching finding i`m not the only one who has these problems with sundance. I am collecting names, addresses and phone numbers for a class action suet against sundance vacations. I want a full refund and most who I talked to are saying they want there money back too plus interest and legal fees.

In March 2021 I applied for an Amazon Prime rewards card for the $100 Amazon gift card promo. Once approved you receive a card. After being approved they offer another $100 Amazon gift card if you spend over $500 I spent $2,740 on my first purchase. Shortly after in my Amazon account there were two listings in both for a $100 Amazon gift card When I received the gaming computer I purchased I realized it was damaged I was going to return I filled out the form but decided out of a need for a computer I decided to keep it I contacted them and told them I was keeping it I also noticed that the two $100 gift cards listed in my account were no longer there. I called Amazon support what a joke I was told the two cards would be mailed to me in a few weeks. A few weeks have passed no cards I called back I've talked to them over 8 hours since then on various days I even received an email saying y'all put the $200 and to my account. To this date I've talked to over a dozen people and to found the promo and we're going to restore my gift cards the rest from that point on just play games the one Amazon representative said that the sales person lied about the promo. Really it was listed on your home screen the hundred dollar promo for getting the card is now $150 but they can't find the $100 one from March or the hundred dollars for spending over $500
SHAME ON YOU AMAZON

Seems like most of the items sold by tophatter are low quality. Most are junk. Tipical to Chinese knock offs. The deliver cheap things quicker. More expensive items, they seem to bank your money and sit on it to make interest. Some times they refund your money right away for cheap items. The more expensive items good luck waiting a few extra weeks pasr the estimated date of delivery even months! Bottom line, if you see some thing on tophatter you can usually find it online here for a little more. Get it in a few days. But if you like waiting a few weeks and want to chance getting some junk or have them sit on your money for a few months then say your item was not available, lost or some other excuse, go for it. After I finally receive items ive bought on tophatter that took weeks or months past there estimated delivery date from tophatter. I'm probably going to close the account with them. It's not fun to wait. Worst yet wait then get refunded or have to file for a refund. If your not overlooked or forgotten.
