I entered a contest to win a car. I was told about a free cruise. What was not brought up is the fees that follow. We decided to check out there seminar. We signed up for a vacation package 10 1 week vacations for $5000. One year later they told me I had to pay maintenance fees. We tried to book a week but was told the place we wanted was not available on our date. We talked to them prior to sign up about the caribbean, because that`s where my wife is from. We were told they have places in the caribbean. When we tried to book a week there, we were told they do not have places in or near Trinidad Tabago. Ok we awhile later we wanted to go to niagra falls. They said year we have a place up there. So we arranged for our week off they when we went to book, They woman informed us it`s only a 2 to 3 hour drive to the falls from there house. We woudl have to drive 4 to 5 hours both ways To get to the casino, restaurants, falls etc. This was no good. We ended up staying at the Senica Casino Hotel over looking niagra falls.
Bottom line. 5 years to pay off $5000 plus paid $1600 in maintenance fees. A few months later after completing the final payments they continue to take monthly maintenance fees. So we had our bank stop them from being paid. They some arrogant woman call me and complain about me stopping there fees and I would not recieve any vacantions until we catch up with the rear fees. We have yet to date get a vacation from Sundance Vacations and they refuse to return our money. If I could give a SCORE or 0 that`s what they would get.
PS was not told about the maintenance fees til 1 year after!

Buyer Beware
You will get the short end of the stick.

The Amazon rewards card is not worth having. Twice I've been screwed out of my rewards. 2 $100 gift cards from Amazon rewards 1 if you get there rewards card a 1 for spending $500 or more. I spent $2700. 00. The rewards were listed in my account being processed. A few days later there gone and after days of talking to support, chase Bank and every person they can shuffle me around to. Only one lady from support found it and promised to put it back into my account. 3 to 5 business days. NEVER RECEIVED IT. Just purchased an OBD2. Ad said free same day shipping. After buying it and using my points to oay for half of it. That evening the item never came. Alexa said its coming. That evening I went to my Amazon account I unt and seen payment revision needed? I clicked it and the notice said you cannot use you Amazon points to make this purchase. Ok I revised payment and the item won't be here till the next day and its free same day delivery and they kept the extra shipping harge I had to pay to get it today. I cancel and found one I can get the same day. Paid with my card end of the day same thing no item no rewards were used and asked me to revise my payment. I did again. No being Friday and bow it says I'll receive my item Sunday WTF.

Tip for consumers:
Save your time they screw you and run you around after weeks a gave up and cancel the Amazon Prime Rewards Card from Chase Bank. They mess up your rewards dissappear. And no one at Amazon support can or will actually get them back for you.
