Sprint in 2022 and Tmobile offered "FREE UPGRADES", just sign up, receive phones and send back the old phone [qualifying as mine did] to Tmobile. So july 22, did this and sprint/tmobile got my trade in phones. All went well, and The monthly bill had $75 to pay for phone, THEN $75 credit back to make it free, on this deal for 24 months. As soon as the Sprint Tmobile merger went through, TMOBILE STOPPED THE $75 CREDIT BACK, BUT KEPT THE $75 MONTHLY BILL FOR THE PHONES. SO A FREE PAIR OF PHONES, TURNED INTO A $1,500 BILL TO BE PAID MONTHLY FOR 24 MONTHS. Many calls to customer service to get it right. Promises of working on it, would make it correct, and I would be sure to get my credits on the bills. Finally, 8 months later, they say that the returned phones were not in the condition that their program required... So they denied the deal, told me i sill owed the $1,500 in payments, AND they kept my phones turned in ie kept a Perfectly Good Galaxy s20, and a good Apple I7. I add i am 78 years of age, and consider this a kind of cheating/abuse in my case. I have requested tmobile to [1] unlock my phones and let my phone numbers go, [2] send back my old phones or equal ones [3] reimburse me for $700 in payments extracted from me as "extras" to "buy" the phones. This is not an accident with Tmobile, it has to be part of a regular program activity to [1] get and resell your almost new phones [2] deny credits for the $1,500 upgrade phones, and [3] Turn a $1,500 liability/obligation, INTO a $1,500 cash for them PLUS what they got for selling my perfectly good, almost new, trade in phones. BEWARE, GO WITH ANOTHER REPUTABLE CARRIER THAT OFFER THE SAME DEALS. EVEN TODAY TMOBILE HAS THIS OFFER STILL ON THEIR WEB. IT IS, CROOKED AND DISHONEST. IT DOES NOT MEET THE CLAIMS OF ETHICS AND INTEGRITY THEY CLAIM ON THE WEB.

Tip for consumers:
I HAVE CLAIMED TO BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU, FTC, FCC, AND AG CONSUMMER AFFAIRS. THIS IS THE WORST BEHAVIOR I HAVE EVER SEEN BY A BIG COMPANY IN 50 YEARS OF DOING BUSINESS. BUT I WISH YOU GOOD LUCK IF YOU DID OR DO GO WITH THIS DEAL FROM TMOBILE.

HAD TO USE THE "NEW" UPGRADED PHONES AS THEY HAD ME LOCKED IN BY THE CONTRACT FOR 24 MONTHS TO GET THE FREE PHONES, BUT OF COURSE DISHONORED. KEEPING MY TWO LINE NUMBERS I USE FOR BUSINESS, LOCKED AND NOT RELEASED.

Refused to honor a WALGREEN gift card, to me as xmas gift. Card was never used and a call to corporate confirmed that; it was still valid... just "frozen pending gift card department review"; said another way, we have closed the card and suspended it from use [even though card never used]. The advertise, even today, that walgreens cards NEVER Expire or GO bad. What they really do is freeze them after a couple of years if not used. THIS misbehavior allows corporate to take the liability off their books. How many thousands of people have been ripped off this way? BEWARE DO NOT BUY OR GIVE WALGREENS GIFT CARDS; AND IF YOU DO, USE THEM IMMEDIATELY OR WALGREENS WILL CLOSE THEM OUT, KIND OF LIKE STEALING FROM YOUR WALLET OR PURSE, EH?

Tip for consumers:
DO NOT BUY WALGREENS GIFT CARDS, YOU MAY LOSE ALL THE MONEY YOU PAID.

YOU MAY HAVE SOME REASONS YOU WISH TO USE GROVE... SO OK, PRESS AHEAD. BUT UNHAPPY IS ME, TRYING TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNT AFTER TRYING THEM. They make it nearly impossible to find how to cancel out, on their SELF DESIGNED WEBSITE. When you do find it and say to cancel, they do not cancel your membership, the just keep it valid but "asleep". If you want to remove your credit card, you CANNOT unless you enter a new card that is valid. It just feels manipulative and sleezy. I have asked them again, to close/cancel my account out. We will see if they can do that.

Buying a $300 hotspot plan prepaid, is like a trip thru hell. Ordered online, and paid online, and they sent sim for my hotspot. ERROR they sent a "cell phone" sim, not a "data" sim for hotspot. Called and asked for help and spent literally hours. Told me finally to go to store for help. More hours. THEN AT&T finally "discovered" they had sent a cell phone sim, the wrong type? What consummer knows there are different sims? Anyway, their solution was to give me, free, a data sim and put it in hotspot. What I had to do, on my own, again, was to pay and activate this "data" sim online with ATT. I did that. Now about 15 total hours in all this added up. THEN i see my account and "bill" and it shows I owe, again, the $300 for service or I may be cut off.? WTF? Hotspot still working. A call to billing on AT&T is a fail as I am told their "system is having problems and is down and they cannot load any account info" and to call back later and keep calling and it will be up sometime, maybe today. I would not trust these people to go next door and get me a cup of coffee with a $50 bill. All bad news. Sorry, if this is what a top NYSE company does, not long till it loses all its consummer customers.

Unhappy, and have contacted. Hoping for a reply more than hope. I ordered a 1963 yearbook and paid, they sent me a 2010 yearbook, the WRONG book. How can they make that mistake, unless shipping is just grabbing books and sending wrong ones?

I am a groupon user from the USA. No problems there for me. But in Canada I had a problem. Bought a 250 dollar couples massage, and had two weeks to use it. The merchant in Kelowna had no appointments, and was closed for 4 days over labor day, and no appointments the next 3 days either. So contacted groupon for a trade in. NO DICE NO GOOD NO REFUND not even groupon bucks credit. This is a sleezy way to do business. The same package can be purchased in three other advertiser sites, and there is cancelation if no appointments. BEWARE groupon, they are hard asses on you.
