I ordered a hoodie on the website for my boyfriend and he tried it on and it didn't fit. I took the tag off because it was was a gift and I didn't want him to see how expensive it was. I sent the hoodie back, with the tag inside because I kept it in case of anything happening, and it's been over a month and I still haven't received a refund for my order. I WAS planning on getting my refund back (since they don't do exhchanges) and get the same hoodie for my boyfriend but I haven't gotten anything back and I don't know if I'll ever order from there again if they don't take care of this. I don't understand why I haven't revieved my refund but I understand why the ratings are so bad.

As stated on the site, it can take 7-10 business days for us to receive the return, and once received up to 10 business days to process it. Upon review of your order we can confirm we received the item back in our warehouse on November 23,2015. Please allow until December 8,2015 for the refund to be issued back to your original form of payment.
