I have been sending and paying for messages to a lady fo a year now and today her page was deactivated, fortunately i found her son on another social media site by a photo and discussed things abiout his mother, and i was shocked that his mother was not using the web site was not in the country and the grandmother not had heart opperation as was told, but the son confirmed that tha agency was using her photo of which ther was 130 that i have including one for a delivery in Kiev, on the 4th april which is a photoshopped photo as the son said she not even in Ukraine, SO one big money scam and a emotional heart break for me.
As of the 18th April I have now had to hire a detective in Kiev to find the contact details and verify if she is alive after hospital or was single, or still married and if living in UKraine on another country as no positive assistance from customer service, so they could not even tell me the agency who they partnered with which supplied them the ladies details to advertise,

Enence does not work like the sales videos

I have downlowded the Muama Enence app on to the phone.
This contected the same as the old phone with bluetooth.
But when the silver device is used by pressing me nothing happens so when you press the green speaker sign shown on the phone it speakes through the silver device and the only other way the other person can speak back is by pressing the red speaker symbol on the phone.
The silver enence device button me and other button for other person just do not conect which is the same as with the old androids. 9 months trying to get it work with customer service since the programe update which stoped it working video sent to Customer service rep after buying a new android 12 but still same problems as does not work as the sales vidios show.
Friday I phoned the USa telephone and had a lengthly chat with a person about the situation and explaining exacly the the issue is stems from the updating apps in January and where Customer service rep in May emailed after recieving the replacement from April this now need Android 10 or 11 or higher to now work. So I bought a Android 12 which arrived after customs dela 14 days ago only to find the exact same problems that the enence silver device buttons do not allow translations, only the android green button detects voice then the spech is audio from the silver device all of which is shown in the vidio maid and supplied to you.
I emailed again on the 21st sept as still had no answers and got a reply saying unload reinstal which I replied to with 2 emails and as of the 23rd Sept still no replies even though the mail headed required management,
Today 27th sept I get a email saying the refunded the purchase money, so the youtube vidio showing the failure of there product not working they have seen now so no resolution to how this muama enence translator should work in reality.
Suddenly they refunded the money for the purchase and not answered as to the problems in the youtube vidio recording leaving me in a country where I needed to use the device for communications while learning the language. So not amused by there actions.
