I will never shop at wigs buy ever again first I bought an item since early January I had to write back and froth with their customer service after waiting till march I wanted the company to give me back my 0ver $240 that I spent on clip in weave they only gave me about $20 which is a huge difference from what I spent, they said they cannot compensate me with any money as long as the item has left china and in Canada they were unable to track the item so I felt like I was being tossed up & down finally I asked them to send me a receipt of all the clip in weave I purchased and now they are telling me they can only send me the total cost I spent I am never shopping there again! I have been very patient

This site gave a specific date where in I would get my purchased items shipped to me but the date has passed and I still haven't gotten some of my purchased item back I also ordered a lot of things and they never took 30% off instead they told me it was too late, they would have at least refunded me some money back and one more thing some things I purchased appear a lot smaller than on the picture so I am truly disappointed!
