I have bought a few items from this company and usually only 1 thing at a time, however approx 4/5 months ago I sent for 6 items of clothing. 3 of the items we're good but needed to return other 3 due to size problems. They first suggested me keeping them and they would reimburse 10/15%. No thanks I don't want clothing that doesn't fit. I returned the items approx a week later which cost me £11.20 and they are still refusing a refund. Be very careful.
