This is about the state college pa store store #369 1650 N atherton street I have a camera that is not working properly I have the extended service plan I waited in frot of customer service for 10 minutes before anyone even knew that I was there it was about 2 in the afternoon. The young man who came to help me insisted that all I needed was a new battery for $50 I said that getting a new battery would not help the poor quality of picture I was getting. He said well i guess you could exchange it for a new camera. I picked one out and when he tried to ring it up he said that he needed a manager to help but there was none in the store that knew how to handle broken cameras. I was there about 45 minutes and finally left since no one could help me. I tried calling customer support but they said just go back to the store. I asked for the regional manager's name but they did not have it and when I tried calling the store no one answered I have purchased many items from this store but I am not sure if I would be going back

I placed my order on 1/10 it is 1/29 and my box still has not shipped. I have contacted them at least 4 times both by email and online chat. I have been told 10 that they take time packing to make sure that the items are perfect. 2) it takes at least 10 days to process the to 10 to be delivered. 3) my items are out of stock and as soon asI pick new ones they will ship the box asap. 4 my changes were never put in the system they willdo it again and it will take 10 days to ship and then 7 to 10 to get to me. I asked for my money back they DO NOT give refunds. My credit card wias billed on 1/10 I am hoping that what is in the box if I ever get it is not as crappy as their customer service
