I canceled my reservation through booking.com on June 27,2023. Two days later the hotel still had my reservation. I found a way to go on booking.com with my reservation number and cancel myself & Hotel finally confirmed it is canceled. They still have me making payments through Affirm even though I didn't go to the hotel. I will never use them again - a bunch of robots and you can't actually talk to anyone. CAVEAT EMPTOR STAY AWAY FROM BOOKING.COM cause they will take money without any services.

They sent me six emails to get 20% off of what I left in my basket. I finally purchased and the code HAPPY did not got through. I sent emails, sent them the offer they sent six times, yet they would only credit me for $27 for mailing. Take your business elsewhere as they are not customer friendly!

After waiting over a month for a jacket, I returned it and about a month later I noticed I didn't get a credit on my credit card. Emailed customer service and they said I had a credit of $140 to use at Talbots. They have had my money for over two months, never even sent an email they received and I have a credit to shop (which I do not want) and just let my money sit in its account and I have nothing. Wonder how much money they have in their account which doesn't belong to them and the customers never noticed. Never buy from them on line!

They put a credit in your account but don't tell you when you return.

I backed out when I saw the price but they charged me initially and then took another $40 for nothing. I never received a plan, I never continued on and they are insisting they get to keep my money. I consider this fraud and we will see where my complaints go - do not purchase anything from them as they don't deliver - they are only good at taking your money!

To save Fanatics money I included two returns in one box and put them in separate packing with separate airbills so there wouldn't be any confusion. They only credited me for the return on the outside of the box and just kept my other return and my money. I have tried chatting on line but that is fake, I have called customer service twice and help on for over an hour and got disconnected, and I wrote a letter enclosing copies of both airbills and everything they needed to credit my card but they have ignored me! DON'T SHOP ON LINE WITH FANATICS

Tip for consumers:
Don't shop because contacting them is impossible!

I kept some Dolphins leggings but returned jacket and Tua shirt that was yellowed and ugly
