Love all the choices that you offer for hard to find plants and trees.

The customer service was great! I made a phone call to resolve and issue with one of my trees and they took care of it and I was very satisfied with the results!

Reason I chose this business:

A friend recommended your company. I had been looking in my area for specific fruits like figs, avocados, and citrus fruit trees that could withstand the cold in the zone I live in. Was so thrilled to find the "cold hardy" avocado tree which no one sells in this area, and also the "Chicago cold hardy fig tree". I also came across the Lingonberry bush so I am giving that one a try. Your trees arrive very fast and look so healthy!

I chose these fruit trees because I could not find anything comparable in my area or none at all. I was excited to find that you carried cold hardy varieties and could also grow them indoors!

I purchased a projector in which the seller deemed that is worked great. Received without the power cord. Seller claimed she would send it. Never arrived. Ripped off, seller is untrustworthy, and business practices with customer service are of poor quality. They do not care about the customer and will blow you off. Money wasted including shipping.

Tip for consumers:
BUYERS BEWARE! Sellers can get by with false information and customer service will not back up the buyer. They will just blow your issue off! Stay away from this site or you could lose everything you paid.

None, seller failed to include power cord and lied about listing.

My experience with SWAP.com so far is very impressive. I used to take my clothing to Goodwill or have yard sales to get rid of unwanted items or items I no longer wanted to wear. After not being able to deduct from my taxes as the laws changed, I was searching other alternatives. After clicking on an advertisement for this site, I found several items for a decent price so I ordered. I got free shipping on my first order and was very pleased with the items. I investigated the site more and found that I could send in my own items to sell. I have yet to post my items for sale as I was informed they were backlogged, but will update this review after I sell some items. The customer service has been excellent in letting me return anything I don't like and they have been very prompt in replying. Will continue to shop here as I have been extremely satisfied with their services!

I am updating on my selling items on this site as my items were listed after sending them in. It took about 2 months to get them listed after they received them. The process of pricing them was fairly easy and the photos came out looking very good. As far as making any money, this did not happen. I sent in approx 50 pieces of clothing and out of that they listed 17 of them. Some of the clothing they said was not presentable due to pet hair. I do not have pets so I don't know how that could be possible. The others they said had stains which I looked at each item before packing it and some items had not ever been worn and they did not list them so I don't know if they sell them to other merchants or get some kind of a lesser kickback, although they did offer to send them back to me if I would pay the shipping. I was changing my wardrobe so decided to let them keep them to dispose of. Now I wish I had donated everything to Goodwill to get a tax receipt because this year I can probably itemize my deductions and I had several dollars worth of clothing. I probably won't ever send in anymore items just because I don't understand how they pick and choose but as far as buying something I will continue because I don't have any issues with what I have purchased. I priced my items cheap to move them fast in order to not pay for storage or charges and everything I sold went for inbound shipping so I made nothing!

Maybe other people are more successful with their selling but I was not.

I enjoy Amazon.com because I can usually find what I am looking for a lot cheaper than if I were to into a retail store. I always compare prices though before I commit to purchasing the items because once in a while I can find it cheaper elsewhere. I also subscribe to Prime because it saves me in shipping costs and I can also watch movies. Definitely will continue to shop on Amazon.

My overall opinion of Lowes is that they carry great products but as far as shopping online I have not had very good experiences. Every time they have a sale or closeout, I can NEVER find enough of the items to order a complete set of something the same color or same item. I had placed an order at one time for some outdoor chairs and I had to get them from a store that was in another state. After confirming and paying, I got an email that said they had cancelled my order. Not happy! I have had many issues with online purchases with Lowes. As far as shopping in the store, I have better luck.
