LOL set up an appointment online for the FREE exam... The call me the week of the appointment to say the appointment I scheduled cannot be honored due to doctor being out of office. They offer to reschedule for a time when the free exam coupon has EXPIRED!
I was skeptical when I saw the offer of a free exam and now I see I was correct. LOL petsmart... just lost a customer forever.
NEVER again! This has been the most frustrating experience... I have shopped Chewy a few times and usually no problem. The problem was with fed ex not being able to do their job properly but Chewy's "fix" ended up causing more stress and problem and they keep telling me they refunded my money to paypal but it never showed up... time to find a new pet supply shop.
I recently made a purchase from Go Nutra... accidently ordered the wrong product and tried every way possible to reach them to get it corrected. They ignored ALL my
Messages and shipped the incorrect order.
Back to ebay, I guess...

Got my dvd's in a timely manner... boxed set of Northern Exposure series. Discs 5 and 6 of season 4 would not load... contacted Pristine and they sent out replacements right away! Great customer service.
Ebay customer since 2005. Recently purchased a pair of shoes, ordered med and received large. The seller wanted me to pay return shipping for HIS mistake (megashoes). Ebay refused to stand behind their buyer protection when I called because I did not know how to use their system with new policies! I do NOT recommend using ebay anymore with the policy changes... buyer BEWARE!
I ordered a pound of shea butter from this company and did not get an order confirmation. I tried twice to contact them about the order and got NO response. After a week went by I put in a dispute to paypal and STILL no response... do yourself a favor and pass this on by!
