They ALLOW scammers to put down other companies, and leave those reviews there. You see it all over. ONE complainer will write a negative review, but include they're new "Favorite" company in the review, then COPY and PASTE the EXACT COPY of that review and put it in all the competitors of that "Favorite" Company. Can there be a class action against a company that allows such deception to go on? One can only hope Karma is coming to visit TrustPilot...
But if YOU write a negative review, and the company complains, they'll pull it down.
Tip for consumers:
Don't believe a thing. It's just click bait. Reviews are usually duplicates of others, and put-downs, with links to something worse. Stay Away!!!
