IT'S A SCAM

This scam app claims you are approved for a loan but you must be a member and you cannot join without donating to a charity organization on their list. If you proceed and give them the money they tell you that your membership not approved and they will return your money in a week or so

Where the heck is my BillPay? I can no longer find it anywhere! You guys are screwing me again! It is gone with no warning, and I have bills to pay. I better not get any late payment charges or a poor credit rating because you people took it away. As people can see, it's not under "Move Money" and not under "Transfer Money". In fact, it can't be found ANYWHERE on the site! You people are really something. Can you get any worse?

Huge and Inefficient Bill Pay Pages! I didn't include the "Transaction HISTORY" which shows a History of transactions that have happened, but listed under FUTURE dates? It's bad!

Poor everything pp

DCU customer service worst than a 1 star. Employees forget that the customer are what drives DCU. They seem to have the attitude that you the customer are an inconvenience. I recenty file a visa dispute for damage goods rather than do an actual investigation as they said they would just went thru the motions then said tough luck an took the easy way out and said it was my fault that couch was damage during transit from the store to my home. What a bunch of bs. The couch was damaged in the furniture companys truck. I gave the the signed statement from the driver i don't think that they even looked the evidence i provided. As you can see from the photos one would not expect to pay 7500.00 for damage merchandise. They took the word of the merchant without even contacting me

We began using the converted system and were then informed that none of our bill payer data had been transferred into the new system. We downloaded pre-conversion files of the payees but we had to enter it into the system, causing possibility of data errors, etc. this is inexcusable. There are other problems with the new product. It is not intuitive at all. I could go on. We have been DCU members since 1985.

Just absolutely terrible service. Forget about them EVER answering the phone. Online help is less than worthless - looks and works like something from 2005, which means not at all. My 2 factor ID spontaneously stopped working, no way on the website edit security settings or to view them. Also, on the new "improved" GUI, there is absolutely no way to get a 1099-INT ( note to DCU, filing deadline is April 15) Member since 1982, I'm closing my account this week. Sad to see that f*cking incompetents now run the credit union - maybe Robert Mangone is back (if you are young, Google this name...)

I've been banking with DCU for over 30 years and have always been pretty happy with them. I mean no bank is perfect. But between Bill Payer suddenly costing me HUNDREDS of dollars in late fees even when I schedule payments 2 or 3 days before they are due (DCU shrugs and says they are not responsible) and the absolutely, indescribably horrid "update" they did to their online banking site, I am about to leave.
