I tried to sign up for bet $50 get $150 and was referred by a relative. They said you can't be referred by a relative. I had no idea that was a rule. So I had a friend refer me instead. They still wouldn't give me the promo even though I've never used FanDuel before as I'd tried to be referred by a relative first. How petty can you get?!?! I'd rather use a company that treats their customers better rather than the one with all the flashy advertising.

I've had a error for 4 Day now they reached out to me telling my software was outdated so I got the lastest version still having the same issues no one on their end doesn't think it's an online error on their part. Refund me my money simple they have made nothing effort to do so I will never play with fan duel again crooks

This is the worst online casino experience so far. The app is very hard to navigate. You have to constantly click back between pages. The games don't pay out, you can't win. Avoid at all costs. Over $10,000 on one slot with no bonus win. Insane. Game sessions end randomly. No tracking of your win/loss in game session accurately. Horrible service/not available.

I was scammed by fanduel
I put 25 dollars down using my friends credit card it's been a week here's it's a big game and I can't bet on the game because they suspended my account for really no explanation
I will be writing the government
They need to be stopped ripping people off and trying to keep their money and winnings

How in the hell did FanDuel acquire TVG?
They offer spotty and low level broadcast from global venues, with no analysis or expertise... Just horrible background music, sometimes Gregorian chant.
Their posted broadcast hours are seldom met; they break away from their telecast without warning.

I doubt they will last in the horse racing business. Only FOX & NBC can save us.

My account got suspended and it's been like this for almost 24 hrs. This makes no sense. At this point I just want to get my money and close this account. Thank god you a lot of options! Not really liking the online experience so far.

They have an awful win/loss ratio but their games are good -they used to be a lot better as far as winning odds on the slots but have gotten greedy lately …their bonus 's are not good either as they always require you to deposit before getting anything …their reward spins are a joke but overall I have to say I enjoy fanduel

I did a survey on the 5th. I did it as soon as it was sent. And they said in 72 hours you will receive a bonus it been over 72 hours so I contacted them about it. They say it for the first 500 people it's no way people did they survey that fast. The problem is they was not going to give you nothing in the first place. They scam people out they money and they make to many excuses

Been trying to give Fanduel a chance. Love the different games. And a lot that at your local casino. But the payout sucks. Bonus features are so hard to come. Spent two no bonus. Started off doing good. Breaking even mostly. Guess to wheel me in. Then started taking my money as fast as I played. Wouldn't recommend. It's like giving away your money. Again payout sucks. FanDuel is best for sport bets. Normal people like myself. Don't win big on this site. Not saying no one does. Cause I'm sure they do. But to me chances are low. I have had the worst luck with fan duel then any other site I play lately very frustrating because this was my favorite site it time to say goodbye at this point

FanDuel has the absolute worst customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. The chat support agents are rude, unhelpful, argumentative, and unprofessional. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.

I'm here to tell you fanduel held almost $3000 from me for over 30 days because I complained about how long they were taking to return my money. Don't trust fanduel because they are a company from England made up of past criminals and bookies. Go to an American company like draftkings, Caesars pslace or MgM. American strong

So FanDuel allowed me to sign up, hook up my credit card info, and then charge me money when I made a bet. Suddenly I get locked out, confused I contact customer service. We figure out that my account was suspended AFTER they allowed me to deposit money. After figuring out all the transaction details, sending them my id and more proof requested, they tell me that there is nothing they can do and that my account was suspended because I am not a resident of Ontario. If you are going to suspend my account and this is not allowed, why let me deposit money in the first place?

Fanduel had inside information on players getting hurt!They took everybody money and knew he was hurt!

It's a sham it's a fraud. They make sure that players do not reach a certain point which means they make sure you do not win back. I have invested my last dollar putting it into FanDuel because it will always be that one person where you can have 14 1/2 points And guess what that player gonna sit down for the rest of the game just so he can't get that point I caught this a long time ago and it's really no point of even trying to attempt to bet on this site or any of these sites they make billions of dollars off of us but then they deny you a chance to win a bet that you know can be won.

I think FanDuel is racketeering they don't give any money in the bonuses it's absolutely ridiculous then I play for $2.00 and only get 30 cents what a shame

Has anyone else had issues with the promotions? I know you're supposed to "OPT-IN" to utilize them. But some of them like the "deposit $400 and receive $200 back" do not have that option. Like for example, I clicked on it on Feb 16th, and it took me right to the deposit page where I then deposited $400. I never did receive it. I contacted customer service and they said they cannot pay it out to me because I didn't opt in? I wouldn't trust these guys with paying out anything. They just take your money and post fake promotions.

I entered an nba parlay on fanduel. 5 mins later I decided I wanted to void my entry. I could not cancel it myself because had to get in touch with fanduel. So, I wrote to fanduel 14 hours before the nba event took place to ask them to withdraw my nba parlay entry.
Well, they never withdrew it and I lost my money entering an nba parlay I never was happy with.
Fanduel does not care about their customers and I will never play at their site again!
They are truly rude and unkind. May the Lord show mercy on them.

The worst possible site to go on unless you love to throw your money away. They make it so obvious that you might as well just mail your cash to them. I will definitely definitely tell everybody not to download FanDuel and put it all over social media as much as possible. Stars for rating=-5

Just like every other online casino whenever you're actually winning you get a Geo location error even though you haven't left the spot you've been in better yet you get an inactivity error when you're in the middle of spinning the slots, I have a full screen recorded video of them cheating me, and then I filed a complaint with the proof and they said to me well you switch from cellular data to Wi-Fi at 2:03 I was in the middle of playing so this did not happen and that was the answer for kicking me out of a site when I was winning. But if you're losing this never happens, they'll take your money all day long. There's not a Geo location error there's no inactivity error nothing just take your money and nothing ever happens but God forbid let you be winning you're getting kicked out of the game every five seconds and then all of a sudden you don't win anything but yeah, they deny this I already made a complaint filed a complaint with the gaming board. Nothing will probably happen like usual, I don't recommend any online casino or any casino

My account was suspended because I won $120 on a $10 bonus bet and cashed out $100. FanDuel thought this was suspicious activity and froze my account until they conducted an investigation (which took forever and was done with no notice) What a waste of time. A lot of the casino games are unplayable as well.
