Playing first person craps on the fan duel casino app, and literally every other roll was a 7 until the money I deposited was gone, I'd roll my point and the very next roll would be a 7 every time! Before that even took place the app kept kicking me out and when I'd log back in, my money is no longer on the table, contact support and all they do is issue is a reference number say somebody will contact you and nobody ever does. This app is rigged to rob you.

They never respond or resolve any issues. They won't allow winnings to be transferred out and they make you keep it in the account to make future gambling. You don't have a choice. They take money out of your banking acct that you don't authorized. Just a scamming illegitimate gambling site. F*** them and their cheating scamming ways! Don't gamble on this site.

Only reason I am giving it a 1 because there is anything lower. Stay away worst of all the online betting apps. Draft King is 10 times better and better customer service also. You been warned! I placed a parlay on 12-16-24 3 different tickets same bets switched two teams around last team to when was the Denver nuggets and they won by one point... At that point FanDuel blank the ticket and took it away leaving only the two losing to losing tickets. I contacted them asking what happened to my winning ticket and my money but they act like they don't know. It has to be a better system provided to be able to copy all bets that's placed by us the consumer. Because what they are doing is called Theft and fraud

So they put out tickets that are impossible to win. I cant explain the whole incident, but I'll never bet here again. They are scammers, I know this from experience. I'll try to be short, but I bet on a pitcher to get 10 strikeouts in the game. Well before the game started, the announcer stated this pitcher would only be pitching for 3 innings. Even if he struck out every batter, that's 9 strikeouts. Seeing as it was already well known that he would be pitching 3 innings, I assume fanduel knew that too. I messaged them about it and they gave me the cold shoulder saying that its in there rules that once a pitcher starts, the bet can no longer be refunded. But I feel so played, and after using fanduel for so long, they treated me like a nobody. I don't recommend this app to anyone. Thanks for your time!

Fanduel is a scam... they don't honor their promotions. Draftkings are so much better. Worst site I've ever used for gambling.

I won a parlay and I wasn't paid and to insult to injury when I attempted to reach customer service the number wasn't in service. When used the chat they rerouted me to a third party where they tried to charge me. It's virtually impossible to speak to a live person. I have been dealing with this issue for 2 weeks and it's still hasn't been resolved because I can't speak to anyone about the issue!

They pulled out $150 from my bank, and when I disputed it I got it back, then they suspend my account. These people are scammers and get mad when u catch them. I'm also a VIP member and spent over $1M with them, and still get treated like this. These people are thieves straight up.

My debit card expired, so I added the new card. Since i deposited funds using the original card, I am unable to withdraw. The only customer service was an on line chat, I found an 800#, have left messages, yet to receive a call back. Terrible experience.

Do not bet on sports bets They changed my bet in the middle of the game. And when I contacted customer support. They kept giving me some prompts and then once I proved to them, they blocked my account.I repeat stay away from fanduel

I have spent thousands on here and never win really nothing i feel like its all rigged up they just leep taking i mightest well go risk it at the actial casino

Fanduel takes your money,no matter how much you play you just do not win.I play every week for months and id be lucky to win 25 of all the money I've spent.I wouldn't recommend this gaming site to anyone

I've played numerous games. What I don't get is when the machine malfunctions you lose. I won and then game freezes. And the guy who's always checking location. Start the game over. This is a recurring problem. And when you chat with them they say, we'll look into it. And always come up with some crap. Games start slow, then get fast and Don't get a thing. Just ain't right. Not getting a dime in casino from me ever. Cheating machines. Or they shut the game down and you have no chance to try and win your money back. Hardly no free play either. Them free play on sports. Win 5,000 but there's 6 thousand playing. If guess correct. I get.25 cents.
