I don't understand why they make it difficult to provide services you pay for. It suckz they are the provider for our local NHL and MLB games.

I noticed mid game that a player was added to my roster that I never chose! Better yet….he wasn't on the roster to begin with! There was no way I could choose him! He was let go in September! When I asked about the switch FanDuel said I made that choice! HE IS NOT ON THE ROSTER AT ALL! How was he switched? 🤬

If I could leave no stars I would. This is the worat betting app there is and have the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. The app had an error which lead me to believe that I won a bet come to find out the error caused the stats to show more than the player really had and at no point was it corrected on the app so when it settled and I thought I won it said I lost. I contacted customer service 2 times and asked for my wager back for them to make it right and they told me I was beat. I have never dealt with a more unprofessional company and I highly suggest using a different betting app other than FanDuel.

I was given faulty input by an agent causing me to request being logged out for a year. So, I don't have access to my account/money and their support team isn't much help. I think this is called stealing and it can happen to you. We rely on customer support agents for instructions and they are agents of the company and in my case it led to a separation between myself and my account balance.
I'll be discussing this with a lawyer tomorrow morning. Think twice before you deal with this sham of an operation.

I don't normally write reviews but I have to because No one shouldn't have to go through this with a company you spend your hard earn money on the wait time on getting ahold of them is ridiculous and they block me from play for using my better half card and it's been a week already and it real is stupid. I don't have this problem with draft kings I suggest going with them I'll be saving you guy a headache believe me.I hope fanduel gets ahold of this reviews to show them how crazy they are to block someone that's giving them the money they work so hard for there score from me is a 1 out of 10

After being forced to update the app on my phone I no longer got email login code to log into the app. The system said they will send me a test message login code that I did not see at the time. I went to the check to speak to a representative at FanDuel about the issue. First they called me a liar claiming that they never sent email login codes to log into the app. Then they told me to try and restart my phone or uninstall the app and reinstall the app to attempt to log in again. After doing that an attempting to log in I received an error message saying that my account had been suspended. I went back to the check and told the representative that I did see the text message login code but they still suspended my account. Now if that's not crooked Wicked spiteful and completely unethical I don't know what is. Now there is no timeline to win someone's going to get back to me or reactivate the account despite me having money in the account.

To get my money back from my alleged secure account: This after a chat for an hour and that they would get back with me.

The fact that the company does not have a phone number tells you all you need to know. They do not care to service their customers, nor answer any customer service concerns. It is all about how much money you can give them. Their lives scores are not accurate, and they design this to trick you. It is a classic example of racketeering. What bafdles me is the fact that they are still in business, after multiple class action lawsuits in which they were caught red handed cheating the customer. Stay far far away! You have been warned

My husband created an account.i took a photo of him with his drivers license,and he began to play in the casino.After a few weeks he had won $356 and its been almost 3 weeks now that we have been unable to withdraw winnings.Contacted support did everything they said to do.and currently his account is suspended.Does anyone know what else we can do?...

My account got suspended and it's been like this for almost 24 hrs. This makes no sense. At this point I just want to get my money and close this account. Thank god you a lot of options! Not really liking the online experience so far.

I feel FanDuel be cheating people... I've been playing since Oct of 2023 and the things I've seen are odd like many glitches in their system... Also when you're playing for a higher amount the bonuses pay you very little... Like playing for $3 and you get 90 cents like who's doing the math at FanDuel... Hopefully they will fix it and actually be honest

Can't make withdrawals 1/2 hour in line to chat then got logged out. No amount stated about eligibility of funds for withdrawals.
