This is the shadiest company I've ever done business with (and I'm including my Chinese suppliers!). They purposely short the orders (sending. 5 oz bottles instead of 2 oz) or leaving items out entirely (esp on lg orders). The quality of their essential oils is dubious at best. They also never post any review that's under 4 stars so you can't trust the product reviews at all. It' a shame because I'd hoped I'd found a good US supplier for my fast growing company but I'd literally rather pay more than send these rip-off artists another penny of my money.
First of all I never joined this corrupt shady bank. They bought out Old Line bank so I was stuck with them against my will (not for long tho!) They flagged my account out of the blue for 'suspected fraud'. They didn't send me a single alert not via emai or text. They just cut off my funds. My electric bill which is on auto-pay was declined, my husband tried to use the card for gas and it was declined. All in one day. So I call them and after waiting on hold for over 10 minutes I get this horrid rude woman who gleefully informed me my card was flagged for suspected fraud. When I asked why did they cut off my funds without even notifying me about the suspected fraud she muttered something about "i'm not going to listen to this" and hung up on me! I could hear birds and noised in the background so I think Wasbanco used customer service reps who work from home. Wow I bet that makes everyone feel super secure about their accounts now doesn't it? As soon as the banks open tomorrow I'm going to open a new account with a different bank.
What a total waste of time! I signed up and when I tried to access the email option it said I had to enter a phone number to verify my account. I entered my phone number and it said the number was already verified. When I went back to access the email it said I had to enemy phone number! And round and round we go. What an insanely stupid company! I should've guessed by their stupid name
I placed my first order on 4/10/20. I contacted the company on 4/30 asking to cancel the order and get a refund. The following day "Jess" reached out to me via email stating they had shipped my order and providing me with a tracking number. Tracking has shown pkg "in transit to UPS facility for 6 days now. I used amazon pay to pay for my order so I should be able to get a refund via amazon. I don't trust these people at ALL.
Apparently Walmart is trying to force everyone to use their idiotic app to shop Walmart.com. When I type in a search phrase I get NO search results, instead I get the email sign up page! Guess what Walmart? You lost a regular customer and I won't be back you shady morons!
