“Cut off my funds and customer service hung up on me”

First of all I never joined this corrupt shady bank. They bought out Old Line bank so I was stuck with them against my will (not for long tho!) They flagged my account out of the blue for 'suspected fraud'. They didn't send me a single alert not via emai or text. They just cut off my funds. My electric bill which is on auto-pay was declined, my husband tried to use the card for gas and it was declined. All in one day. So I call them and after waiting on hold for over 10 minutes I get this horrid rude woman who gleefully informed me my card was flagged for suspected fraud. When I asked why did they cut off my funds without even notifying me about the suspected fraud she muttered something about "i'm not going to listen to this" and hung up on me! I could hear birds and noised in the background so I think Wasbanco used customer service reps who work from home. Wow I bet that makes everyone feel super secure about their accounts now doesn't it? As soon as the banks open tomorrow I'm going to open a new account with a different bank.
