Always a nice experience here. Ice Cream is wonderful and I usually go broke buying chocolate candies.

At one point they had peanut brittle and cashew brittle but I have not seen either of those items for quite some time.

Maybe one day, they will bring them back. Hopefully.

My wife & I visited Paris Law LLC for living will's and power of attorneys.

This company made the entire process very easy & understandable.

Their consultation & general fee's are very reasonable and fair. They will take their time with you and will not finish the process until you are 100% Satisfied.

Now we can sleep easy knowing that everything will be taken care of in the event of life changing issues & no probate.

Super fast & easy. Only a 5 minute wait.

I just wish that E-Check would disappear.

All vehicles under 10,000 pounds MUST have a inspection but 10,000+ pound buses and semi trucks that blow thick, black, choking smoke into the air are exempt.

That makes a lot of sense!

Incredibly great food. Their corned beef sandwiches is what makes them who they are.

Their sandwiches are piled so high that they are almost impossible to finish in one sitting.

We get their sandwiches from time to time. We order (2) to feed (5) people.

The onion rings are fantastic. A family meal will cost you some cash but is well worth it.

The Eggs Benedict are wonderful.

Some menu items are a little pricey but are worth the extra money.

Olmsted Falls, Ohio - Cook Road Location.

Very friendly staff and never an issue at this location.

Prices are very fair and the shelves are always stocked well.

The very nice lady who works early in the morning during the week is very pleasant and always has a smile on her face.

You will always leave this store with a smile yourself!

Overall great experience with Cleveland Clinic. They are friendly and take care of patients well being.

They just need to fix their online pre-check in.

I understand that they want updated insurance information on file but if you have an appointment on one day & another appointment the next day, they are a little annoying asking if my insurance has changed.

Kind of a pain but it's a small issue.

The Monro Corporation hasn't changed much over the years. As of 2023 victims have had to deal with numerous issues. Anywhere from driving with no brakes to a car fire after leaving their facilities. One day….someone is going to get hurt very seriously. Monro does NOT know what they are doing.

Lame, pathetic, fraudulent repairs - Firestone Inspection showing spray painted shocks & thin plastic shims installed on torsion beam that were installed by Monro Service Center Store #462, a.k.a - Tire Choice in North Olmsted, Ohio.

I made the horrible mistake of taking my vehicle to Monro Store #462 in North Olmsted, Ohio for suspension repair and an oil change. I asked the store manager for good quality shocks to be installed. Instead, Monro installed the cheapest shocks they could find. (Shock Part #5672 - color should be BLACK. I found out much later that my shocks were spray painted SILVER over the label by the store manager.) I complained about ride comfort. The store manager then promised to replace the shocks with Gabriel Ultra Shocks after I had the vehicle inspected by another reputable mechanic to check and verify Monro's work.

I found out later that….Gabriel Shocks does not even make shocks for my make and model year vehicle.

After a couple more days, the ride was still terrible and getting worse. I went back to the same mechanic for another opinion. The mechanic pointed out that instead of replacing the shocks, Monro decided to spray paint the same existing cheap shocks, Part #5672 a different color and covering up the manufacturers label hoping that a mechanic or I would not notice and make the mechanic and I believe that the shocks were replaced.

Monro pried the rear bushings apart on my torsion beam with 2 pry bars and installed 2 thin pieces of plastic on my 2,729 pound vehicle causing over $1,900 in additional damages.

Other drivers on the road kept pointing at my rear tire. Monro over torqued the lug nuts on my rear tire causing 2 of them to break off along with the studs. Monro sent me home with a wobbly tire.

Monro Store #462 had my vehicle for 4 days to replace 2 rear shocks and perform an oil change. The store manager thought that applying a coat of spray paint to the shocks and installing plastic would provide much better ride comfort.

I paid $783.49. In return, I got silver spray paint, 2 pieces of thin plastic, a wobbly tire, (only God knows if I got an oil change) and vehicle damages totaling $1,979.36.

Monro Corporate DOES NOT CARE what their employees do. They could not even appologize for this mess. I wound up filing a lawsuit. They settled with me via a mediation trial to avoid being embarrassed in a court room.

What's funny is that Monro's "Scam Artist" store manager came to court with their attorney. Their attorney told me that Monro terminated the store manager who sat only 5 feet away from me. So I ask myself….why would a terminated employee come to court? What incentive would he possibly have for doing so? The answer is I highly doubt that he was fired! The store manager did NOT come to court out of helpfulness or kindness either. This company cannot stop lying!

If you care about your car, I would definitely recommend going to another repair facility and not going to Monro store #462 or any Monro owned store. Otherwise, get your flash light and a microscope ready and have another mechanic check and verify Monro's work like I did. The best $10.78 I ever spent for a inspection and 2nd opinion for fraudulent and deceptive work.

Read the Bible………………Monro. Thou shalt not LIE. Thou shalt not STEAL!

Shame on you Monro. How would you like it if I pulled this stunt on your own families cars…or better yet the cars that you drive?

Monro needs to do the world a favor and go out of business once and for all!

Avoid wasting your time with this Business Review S.C.A.M. Platform.

After having close to 90 reviews with this company for well over a year, without warning, Trustpilot suspended my account & removed every single review because they claim that 1 or more of my reviews was flagged for SPAM & is FAKE with their dedicated software.

All they had to do was ask me for proof of my business experiences with photo's, screen shots, receipts, video's ect and I would have provided them.

I can back up all of my reviews with well over 95% of proper documented proof.

If their software is so sophisticated, dedicated & fantastic, why did it take them so long to flag my account?

It's obvious that this company tailors itself around "paying business customers" and removes honest, fair, negative consumer reviews in the favor of "paying business customers."

There are a lot of companies that use & pay money to Trustpilot to "repair their bad reputation."

What started out as hundreds is now thousands of former dissatisfied Trustpilot members across multiple platforms who claim virtually the same thing over and over again. Trustpilot removes legitimate, negative consumer reviews. Period!

Trustpilot is the only review platform that I am aware of that does not offer the option of uploading proper documentation & photo's with a review. Virtually every other review company does.

The reason why it takes Trustpilot up to 10 business days to respond to member complaints & has "high volumes of inquiries" is because they get a boat load of complaints and simply can't keep up.

If Trustpilot thinks that my reviews are spam & fake….perhaps their "dedicated nonsense & suspicious software" can let me know if this review itself of their company with the lowest rating possible is fake.

If you are looking for a business that's legit….Trustpilot ain't it.

So what was the real reason for my account suspension?

First, they claim spam. Then they claim that I did not have a business experience. Finally, they claim suspicious patterns.

Which one is it? ‍ Trustpilot does NOT know what they are doing.

Trustpilot is upset that I left them a 1 star rating on a different legitimate review platform. They finally claim - "suspicious patterns."*****

A total waste of time & effort on my part. You can't "TRUST" - Trustpilot.

I still have my working Coleman lantern from over 30 years ago that still works to this day.

Their coolers are well made and durable.

Lastly, we own a Coleman 18' x 48" pool that is very durable and has lasted for many years without a single tear or rip.

Chuck is very polite and more than willing to help.

I received an estimate for suspension repair that is more than 1/2 less of what another mechanic wanted to charge me.

I have put a lot of trust in the body shop that recommended Chuck's Auto Center and this company has earned (4) new customers.

I sent Chuck's business information to my entire family and we have all agreed that going forward, Chuck's is the place to go.

My children, wife and I look forward to having all our KIA's serviced by this company. Thank you Chuck for being so honest and fair with me. I appreciate you!

I live close to Cleveland, Ohio and this business has the absolute BEST chili on this entire planet.

When I was 12, my parents would drive 90 minutes just to bring home gallons of chili for our family & friends.

I am so happy that they ship their product now. Their is no chili dog in the world better than Coney Island Chili.

I also miss their French Fries with vinegar.

I have owned our salt water generator for many years with just 1 rare issue where I needed a replacement part.

The only downside is that it took almost a month to receive the part.

Overall, I am very pleased with their equipment. (4) 40 pound $1 bags of pool salt is all it takes for a entire summer of crystal clear water.

No matter what the weather is like and especially in freezing temperatures, it always opens and locks trouble free!
