I toured the Saddle Brook apartments TX and the young lady that assist me by the name of Laura was not only knowledgeable of the property she was extremely helpful. Her personality was a ray of sunshine, especially with being closed off from people during this pandemic. She displayed patience and answered all questions with excitement and authority. Laura sold the apartment complex with a feeling of home and being safe.

The apartment had water damage, walls were peeling from the moisture, carpet wet, bathroom door paneling had been chewed up by a dog, sink leaked, cracked windows, they painted over the mold, stove rusty, base boards separating from the walls, kitchen cabinets dry rotted because of the dampness. The property manager Tamika Blair nor the assistant manager Devon Rollinson showed me the apartment I would be living in. They showed a model apartment which is a total difference to what the apartments look like. They were unprofessional and lied about showing the apartment I would be renting.

Check the ratings of apartments and always have the leasing office to show the apartment you will be renting

Waters edge villas in rowlett. Very good apartments and management, along with the maintenance man. Would give the apartments 6 stars if possible.

Been doing some research into this company. Each apartment has blurry pictures, inaccurate information regarding availability, prices, information. I discovered what's going on. This site contains "information" from a lot of apartments. The only correct information seems to be the apartment name (or in some cases even that is wrong). Everything about this site screams SCAM!

******* Edgewater (Candice Harb Evangelou) received, accepted and acknowledged a 60 Day Notice to Vacate in order to Terminate the Lease Early. At the time I vacated the apartment rent was prepaid for two months. Even before this time period ended when my rent was still current, they sent me a bill for the entire remaining term of the lease stating that I defaulted on this lease (even double-charging me by not crediting my account for the prepaid rent!) They failed to respond to every request to explain this difference or to credit my account, even after I retained an attorney. They simply reported this invalid debt to a collections agency. I did manage to reach an individual at Millenia who confirmed that the property management team was making no effort to rent out the vacated apartment and their intention was to let the apartment sit vacant for the remainder of the lease as I was obligated to pay for the entire lease term, regardless of Management's previous communication re the 60 Day Notice to Vacate agreement.

I live a TWG property at LINE LOFT APT at 1145 E WASHINGTON STREET,Indianapolis IN. TWG's CORP is 500 ft from the LINE LOFT APT,that I live in. TWG ours on the window says open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Not true, corp employees enter through the back and never come to the front portion of the building. I have to chase them down to pay my rent. When I first moved in to LINE LOFT we had a person in the office every day so I paid my rent to a person for 3 years and never late. This is brand new build that they never put rent slot box in,but they want tenants on a fixed income to start paying a Portal at the cost of $21.00 a month, I refuse, to, also my toilet seat. Has been misfit since Thanksgiving meaning, the original ones are oval shaped but they put a round seat on the that I have taken picks and posted on IG and TW plus 4 phone calls and messages left just pay rent in office person that is very rude says she is the new manager. Getting rent receipt tomorrow 2/5/2024 will also ask about my toilet seat again. Still says forcing tenants to pay the portal. MOLD IS IN THE BUILDING/ ELDERLY HOUSING is what this. WE DON'T HAVE A MAINTENANCE AT ALL. THE BUILDING IS NOT SECURE.THEY HAVE BEEN DOING AIR B/B. BUT SAY NO SUB LEASING. WE USE TO HAVE SEPERATE DOOR,NOW WE ALL SAME CODE OF 1234, THEY CLAIM TO HAVE A VIP ON THE REAR, VISUALLY IMPAIRED PRESCHOOL THAT IS A WHOLE LIE, THERE ARE (NO) KIDS BACK THERE AND IT IS A TOTAL TAX FREE PORTION THEY GET AWAY WITH. I FILLED OUT 4 CHANGE OF ADDRESS FORM WHEN I MOVED OVER 3 YEARS AGO POST OFFICE BUILDING LISTED AS COMMERICAL NOT APARTMENTS SO MY MAIL WAS NOT BEING FORWARD. THIS PAST CHRISTMAS FIRE ALARM WENT OFF FO 2 HOURS BECAUSE HAD NOT GIVEN THE FD A NEW KEY,SO KNOW ONE CAME FOR 2 HOURS. THEY KNEW THE WATER WAS GOING TO BE OFF BUT GAVE US NO NOTICE. NEW PERSON NOT WORKING WITH US ALL, THE CORP IS NOT EITHER. WE HUD AND THE CITY COUCIL AND THE AND THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT

I am a landlord that recently started using apartments.com and have used them several times. I work very hard to follow all applicable laws. I have found several ways they are making following the law extremely difficult.

These people allow derogatory comments & don't even take the time to review them. They allow tenants who have been evicted & kicked out of buildings to post comments & have the nerve to charge clients for this trashy "service".

Im a current resident at Falls of Alta Vista and i love how there under new mangement. I love how the ladies in the office are very helpful and understanding with the residents. Im looking foward to living here for quite some time to see how the property prospers with all the new changes & remodeling that is being done to the property. So happy and eager to see the new improvements.

I have lived here for several years and had thought about moving but management has made such an improvement that I renewed my lease. The property is cleaner and the office staff is great.

I live in Republic Mo in a Wooten property. The staff is friendly, the grounds are well kept. Any concerns I have are addressed quickly.

I've used ApartmentRatings many times during searches, and the one time I ignored the bad reviews about a property, it was a year of hell. Thank you to ApartmentRatings for all those other landlords that you saved me from. You've been great, and the landlords here that complain should just go away. Improve your property and your reviews will improve.

The Eddison apartment that is compliant in, Enviornmental Racism by knowingly renting out roach invested apartments with water leaks in the wall's which roaches and mold can effect a person of color's health, False Advertising, They posted the picture of the pool being clear and clean when the reality is it is a green dirty mosquito pool that's dirty 99% of the year that is like a dirty huge bird bath bathtub for the pigeons around the property in the city, They have bad management blacklist black woman after getting evicted from here because of hard time's after covid knowingly knowing that black woman are the most blacklisted group effected by evictions making it extremely hard to find a place to live and being homeless right before they posting about mental health awareness day on google, Trash is always out that attracts flies and maggot's, Dog's peeing on the balcony, Dumpster's and soaking wet moldy furnisher set out that effects health one again, ETC, This place only cares about profits, They will evicted you for not paying during hard time's getting you blacklisted because you have been evicted but DON'T care about people of color's or low-socialeconomic background's of people health or well-being, AKA systematic racism

DON'T TRUST THIS WEBSITE and FAKE REVIEWS. And mine "This organization has an F rating from the national Better Business site." Even in their information about themselves on the website, they "state' things like "they are the most visited" website for apt reviews. If you do a little research on them, as of Spring 2023-they are the 6th.

The organizations (or apt communities) must be paying something to add positive reviews or remove negative ones. I tried to leave a review, and the website just took me in circles. One particular apt community had like a 100-5 star reviews. They were all from like one year. Where are the reviews from other years? The apartment place has been in business for 40 years.

If you look at more trusted websites like yelp, facebook, google, and other apt sites, the highest rating for these rentals was a 3 out of 5.

Other reviews here say the same thing-Something is fishy here.

Tip for consumers:
What this website is doing is definitely unethical and maybe even illegal.

MIZUHO AMERICAS – REGULATORY VIOLATIONS, RETALIATION, MORAL TURPITUDE I wish to notify Mizuho General Counsel of violations of the Dodd-Frank Whistleblower Protection Act. I made several internal reports to senior management within Mizuho Americas regarding conduct that I believed constituted serious breaches of law and Regulatory Statutes. THE SPECIFIC REGULATORY DEFALCATIONS The specific breaches included • violation of SR 11/7 model governance • false statements to Regulators and Internal Audit • retaliation for reporting the discovery of algorithmic errors in a model, the "ABS Tool", an error that was resulting in material quantitative errors in modeling stress losses for ABS securities • misuse of models (using a model for a non-approved purpose in violation of SR 11/7) • significant errors in model validation (the model was only validated for one specific parameter while in reality the tool was never used by the front office using that parameter value, which essentially meant the model was never validated and this should have been self-reported to the Regulators) • fraudulent statements to regulators and Internal Audit. • The providing of fraudulent information and the concealment of material deficiencies in the ABS Tool to Accenture (auditor) due to Accenture findings of serious breaches in model validation governance as summarized in an email chain (Michael Weiss, Accenture 11/19/2019 2:49 PM and Asghar Hasnain 11/19/2019 3:00PM) RETALIATION I was subject to retaliation for reporting these issues to management attention. I also specifically stated in meetings that I had discussed these findings with regulators. I was subject to a lengthy period of retaliation by Bill Robertson (Managing Director), and with his active encouragement, Marc Vial (Director), and two of Marc Vial's subordinates, Jeff Li (Director) and Wendy Chan (Vice President). Jeff Li engaged in workplace violence on 10/24/2019. I reported this misconduct and an HR representative named "Gavin" stated that "you do not work for Mizuho so we have no obligation to investigate this". Bill Robertson was clearly more concerned that I reported this to HR rather than correcting the underlying issue. In fact, two directors later acknowledged to me that this individual, Jeff Li, had numerous complaints by other individuals which went well before my start date at Mizuho. ***Mark Vial has an inappropriate relationship with a manager director who is a direct report to Eric Yoss. Vial has a history of using this to retaliate against other individuals who have raised questions about regulatory defalcations. Specifically, Vial wrote a 14 page complaint to HR against another Director who stated that he would refuse to continue to report to Vial due to Regulatory concerns – the report was fantastically devoid of any factual allegations. This occurred before my employment started at Mizuho Bill Robertson actively encouraged the three individuals above to engage in conduct that violated the below: • NYC Human Rights code • criminal harassment in the second degree (NY 240.30) • Mizuho's Ethics Code • Code of Conduct • establishment and encouragement of a hostile and discriminatory work environment because of disability status and veteran status. MORAL TURPITUDE I had a death in my immediate family on 18 JAN 2020. I discussed this with management and because of concern with the ABS Securitization Project deadline to remediate audit findings by MAR 2020, I did NOT travel overseas. While Bill Robertson took over three weeks off due to a death in HIS family, he actively encouraged abusive behavior by a subordinate, Wendy Chan, to actively interfere with my attempts to make funeral arrangements for the family member. Bill Williamson went on record repeatedly stating that these violations of the NYC Human Rights code and discriminatory and abusive behavior was not harassment but was "politics", and as a consultant, I had no recourse. On Wednesday 5 February I informed Bill Williamson in front of no less than 5 witnesses that I was going to file a complaint with HR over the abusive conduct by Marc Vial and Wendy Chan. MEETING 28 JAN 2020 Attendees (ordered by seating arrangement Room 32-02): Andrew Kavalov, Munjal Desai, Vijay Kotapaki, Issei Shinohara, Marc Vial, Rakesh Chaudhari, Wendy Chan, William Robinson TRANSCRIPT …… 12:38:: Mark. The stuff that Wendy just mentioned about the collateral files. That work has already been done. Bill said that he did not want this meeting to result in work being duplicated. I am worried we are not going to make the 1 MAR deadline. 12:38:50 Vial: It is not your role to be concerned. 12:38:57: Excuse me. I want to take notes. You said "It is not my role to be concerned"? Vial nods his head 12:39:17 Robinson:. That's not what he said. 12:39:25: Bill, that's exactly what he said. I wrote it down 12:39:40: Munjal, did you agree with what I said Mark said? Desai nods his head 12:39:55 Robinson: … Mark never said that William Robinson clearly engages in delusional conduct and actively encouraged his subordinates to engage in workplace violence, harassment, and moral turpitude.

The Phoenix Apartments in Bladensburg, Md. Is the worst apartment building I ever lived in they have rodents, drug dealers selling drugs right out their apartments. The Residents throw trash in the elevators, and on the floor inside and outside of the building. I went to pay my rent in the leasing office a couple of months ago, and one of the Leasing Agents was really rude to me. Also when you walk out of your apartment the smell of marijuana hits you right in the face. If you are looking for an apartment please do not rent from these people. The maintenance crew was always professional and on time with their repairs.

Apartmentratings is rigged. They get paid by landlords, not renters/reviewers. Naturally they are biased. They recently removed renter responses to reviews and left only management responses. They don't allow links in reviews. I tried adding photos to my review but only 3 out of many went through. They also allow fake/paid 5 star reviews. When i tried to point out how one property has consistent 1 star rating and then suddenly a surge of fake 5 star reviews within days from each other. It's a red flag. Apartmentratings staff refuses to remove fake 5 star reviews. Since they are. Com and get paid for advertising properties they may as well remove all negative reviews. Site is rigged.

Site is biased, rigged, paid by landlords. Keep in mind when posting.

Just wanted to give a special high five & thanks to a Special office member in Yorkcreek apartments Mr. Trevor Herndon, He is a perfect example of a person in position that his job can be done with a heart, smile & a great attitude. Keep doing an awesome job Trevor you truly are the HAPPY in office every time I stop in. If this guy was paid by his bubbly attitude he wouldn't have to work. Keep up the good work Trevor:)

The landscape is simply breathtaking! Vibrant palms trees, bright green trees, rose flower gardens embedded in wood shavings are surrounded by cactus vera plants, and multi-colored ceramic vases that contain desert palms made of brbigonze metal art which showcases the entrance of The Vue. The pool area is its own oasis-big boulder rocks burst forth torrents of waterfalls, and various size palm trees overlap hues of orange and blue hammocks, and an abundance of colorful lounges inviting you to lay back and bask in the rays of the sun. Also, there's a doggy play area, and friendly playgrounds for the kids! And what's more, come together for exercise mania in their fitness area with up to date equipment. There are also many fun filled activities that are held throughout the year. It is said that it takes multitudes of counselors to accomplish much. The Vue offers an amazing leasing management/maintenance team who exceeds the residents expectations. Situations are handled not only in a professional, timely, and efficient manner, yet the tea possesses a kind, gentle wisdom that puts each resident at ease. Although their are a few legitimate reviews, we have found any negative ones are from a renter that has had violations and evictions and trying to find a way to blame someone besides themselves for their behavior. I don't think this is a good source for any potential renter, unless they look at them as the management must be doing their job and making it a nice place for us to live by getting rid of the problems. I agree that this website is unfair because any response we have tried to post gets deleted and people can say anything nasty they want. Google review is a fairer website and lets the management respond. I also agree that this website should be taken down for these reasons.

All review sites have an option to claim your business listing; correct it if there is inaccurate information; and respond to reviews WITHOUT requiring you to pay a fee. But ApartmentRatings.com owned by internetbrands.com will not allow you to claim your business listing unless you pay a fee upfront. And when you email or call them, no one answers the phone or responds to emails. What they are doing to businesses is simply extortion, holding them hostage... forcing them to pay up to try and gain control of their online reputation. Horrible, horrible and dishonest business practice.
