******* Edgewater (Candice Harb Evangelou) received, accepted and acknowledged a 60 Day Notice to Vacate in order to Terminate the Lease Early. At the time I vacated the apartment rent was prepaid for two months. Even before this time period ended when my rent was still current, they sent me a bill for the entire remaining term of the lease stating that I defaulted on this lease (even double-charging me by not crediting my account for the prepaid rent!) They failed to respond to every request to explain this difference or to credit my account, even after I retained an attorney. They simply reported this invalid debt to a collections agency. I did manage to reach an individual at Millenia who confirmed that the property management team was making no effort to rent out the vacated apartment and their intention was to let the apartment sit vacant for the remainder of the lease as I was obligated to pay for the entire lease term, regardless of Management's previous communication re the 60 Day Notice to Vacate agreement.

Waters edge villas in rowlett. Very good apartments and management, along with the maintenance man. Would give the apartments 6 stars if possible.

As a first-time renter, you never really think about the factors involved in your first apartment. Is the management helpful? Is the building safe? How old is the complex? How is the parking situation? How prompt is maintenance in fixing that leak in the ceiling? Does your room become a pulsating drum every night because the guy above you is blaring is Killswitch Engage album?
Apartmentratings.com takes all of these things in to account based on residence reviews. Renters submit their reviews based on a multitude of factors that provide you with a percentage of approval and a ranking of the building for each of several factors. I found this to be a great gauge and preliminary starting point in the apartment hunt. My best recommendation is to seriously consider complexes with ratings of 75% or better with at least 20 reviews.
The safety ratings are based primarily on the number of registered sex offenders in the area (a helpful and unbiased tool based on external source information) and they provide you with a tentative figure for rent that I've found to be within one hundred or so of the amount stated on other sites like rent.com. They even provide you with a map of other rated apartment complexes that you can view; this is actually the best way to browse the site.
Definitely worth a gander if you're in the market for a change of scenery!
I live in Republic Mo in a Wooten property. The staff is friendly, the grounds are well kept. Any concerns I have are addressed quickly.
Terrible! - I can't believe this website is legal! Anyone can lie and say anything and say it anomously and nothing is verifed. At least with the better business bureau if someone complains a business can tell their side of the story. With this website anyone can say anything and not have to defend their position. This site should be taken down.

I live a TWG property at LINE LOFT APT at 1145 E WASHINGTON STREET,Indianapolis IN. TWG's CORP is 500 ft from the LINE LOFT APT,that I live in. TWG ours on the window says open Monday through Friday from 9am to 5pm. Not true, corp employees enter through the back and never come to the front portion of the building. I have to chase them down to pay my rent. When I first moved in to LINE LOFT we had a person in the office every day so I paid my rent to a person for 3 years and never late. This is brand new build that they never put rent slot box in,but they want tenants on a fixed income to start paying a Portal at the cost of $21.00 a month, I refuse, to, also my toilet seat. Has been misfit since Thanksgiving meaning, the original ones are oval shaped but they put a round seat on the that I have taken picks and posted on IG and TW plus 4 phone calls and messages left just pay rent in office person that is very rude says she is the new manager. Getting rent receipt tomorrow 2/5/2024 will also ask about my toilet seat again. Still says forcing tenants to pay the portal. MOLD IS IN THE BUILDING/ ELDERLY HOUSING is what this. Answer: Not a lawyer, but as long as you don't lie, it isn't illegal. I've read in the news that some landlords try to impose fines for leaving a negative review which might be illegal.
