My son was insured with these people. When his motorbike was damaged and he placed a claim they took 2 months to pick up the bike, then he had to wait another 2 months as they got in the parts to repair it. They didn't even offer him a loan bike to get him around. Just because it was cheaper for them to repair the bike rather than paying out to replace it, he had to wait an inordinate length of time. But T.I.A. as my boys say; 'This is Australia'. Also, they never got the forks straightened or replaced in the end so add a WTF as well; don't believe that lovely friendly lass on the AAMI ad.,

I was still in the IT industry when IBM sold off their PCs division to Lenovo (who were making them in China for IBM). I have owned 3 T Series and 1 W510. On every one but the first machine my screen started to go magenta before the video card failed. They also run very hot (or used to). The other point is that on 2 of the machines the CD/DVD player stopped working properly after about a year. Hopefully Lenovo have it all sorted now - but at $3K5 I want a machine that runs well. I also rolled out some T series to a business and some were DOA, very embarrassing for me after touting their ThinkVantage superiority.

I love eBay and do most of my shopping there. As long as one checks the reviews and the country the product is in its all fine. I have never had a bad experience with them apart from some secondhand book dealer in the UK who abused me, but hey, we all know what 2nd hand book dealers can be like.

Tip for consumers: Carefully check the sellers ratings and then decide.

I buy almost all my books from these guys. Living in Australia its hard to find some specialist titles. However, Bookdepository seems to always have them, including quality copies of books no longer in standard print. The free delivery policy makes them cheaper than Amazon, freight to Australia is always expensive.

I had previously been signed up to and with Muslima. When I found Muslims4Marriage and created my 'free' account I received about 5 interests and messages "i would like to get to know you better". So like a fool I paid my $66 only to find that three of the people were looking at making me an investment offer (scammers). I sent 5 contacts or so a message and they haven't even read my emails yet after 4 days. I only got 1 scammer after me with Muslima which is the best site I've found. It seems to me that the Muslims4Marriage site is a setup - when i deleted my account, they didn't ask my reasons as did Muslima. They got my money so why should they.
