AAMI

My son was insured with these people. When his motorbike was damaged and he placed a claim they took 2 months to pick up the bike, then he had to wait another 2 months as they got in the parts to repair it. They didn't even offer him a loan bike to get him around. Just because it was cheaper for them to repair the bike rather than paying out to replace it, he had to wait an inordinate length of time. But T. I. A. As my boys say; 'This is Australia'. Also, they never got the forks straightened or replaced in the end so add a WTF as well; don't believe that lovely friendly lass on the AAMI ad.,
