It is ridiculous to mention collusion between eBay and a reseller in a straightforward manner. Big organizations like eBay rarely fall in such a mistake which drastically impacts their image and trusts with their buyers. However, they do this (perfectly) unintentionally by two aspects: the ignorance and the trap of procedures. The ignorance by weak monitoring to the type of posting and the details where the buyers are victims at the end due to ambiguity and poor posting quality. The second aspect is the trap of procedures that they claim fair procedures for the terms and conditions agreed between the buyer and the seller which is unfair. I did purchase 82 times and faced many problems in contradictions in the posting that I lost my rights in returning the item. Furthermore, the sellers may design the page in a way to hide some terms and conditions that are not easy to read. When you raise a complaint to the resolution center, you get it an endless loop of correspondences with no avail end losing your money. Most probably, it is the time of falling the big organizations that it worth to find better alternatives in a small and mid rage with ultimate customer support and fair transactions.
This is the feeling of the first communication you have with AIG. I have an AIG protection policy from CheapTickets as I used to get the protection plan in case of any issues through travelling (flight). This is the first time I got the boarding pass and banned from the boarder's police counter because my name is suspicion with a similar to a wanted person. I missed the flight and claimed the flight amount with AIG. They have drastic problems that convinced me to write this review. Firstly, they jump to conclusions so that they don't bother themselves to understand the issue so that they responded swiftly that the airline cancelled my flight which is uncovered in AIG policy. The response is ridiculous as I believe it is quite irrelevant to the case. When I illustrated the case again much more as they probably have a problem in critically understanding the differences between the procedures in airports, they responded with rejection with no reason. I thought this is an unrespectful way of response and I agreed to close the case to avoid humiliating myself further. I highly don't recommend this company as it is untrustable and you may try better reviewed one.
As many people may face some problems in the package delay or some delay in the mail out in Shipito company or similar companies. I am a customer at Shipito for around one year with heavy inbound/outbound business. I ship two to three shipment per month and sometimes up to 6 shipments. I consumed 98% of my mailbox capacity for three months. I can say confidently that Shipito is one of the best service providers in this feild as well as they are trying to keep improving the weak points in the response to the customer service, fast track mail out, and other services. My advice for some people that faces some problems, you need more dedication as it is the general norm of the logistic industry as your fast response help cover problems easier.

I'm seller on Souq. This is the worst and unprofessional website. They waste your time rejecting your items to be listed over the website. When you meet their requirements, they reject for no reason. I believe they have some business conflicts with their listed product and they want to protect. (Ethical problems)
