9/2/16 brought my lap top in for service the screen was black. He said that it was the motherboard and he had the part. Charge was $229.84. Again on 10/24/16 screen black again. Took it back and he charge me 95.84 he claim it was the chip. Once again on 1/5/17 screen black again. This time I took it to another computer repair shop. I was told that it was the motherboard. They ordered the part. Computer outlet put in used parts. They won't give me my money back because they said it was a 30 days warranty on the part. I told them this is not about a warranty this is about poor workmanship and using use parts. All together the time was less than 3 months. They have engaged in the worst form of gamesmanship to achieve their own goals. I went there in good faith and got screwed by this company that should not even be in business.

On January 15,2015, I performed a service for Centuric Cloud Computing at the Miami Beach Convention Center. From 10:00 am to 4:00 pm I performed the agreed upon duties in a professional manner. Unfortunately, same day payment for said services was not delivered as previously agreed upon. Since then, I have made several attempts to reach out to my original contact, as well as to the owner of the company. Neither party has given me a date on when the payment will be made. I have been given several excuses, and unclear answers, however, I have lost all confidence that this matter can be handled without filing a formal complaint. I am disappointed because there has been clear disregard for proper business etiquette and there has been a complete lack of adequate communication.
I realize this site is for website reviews and this post might not be what this site is intended to be used for & I apologize ahead of time if I tick anyone off, but figure this site was a good idea to use. With that said, the New Horizons website in itself could cost you thousands if you are seeking to obtain new or additional certifications in the Technology field such as an MCSA or Security Plus. The New Horizons office in Jacksonville, FL is run by a man who has never once held an IT job in his life, has barely sat through any of the classes he supposedly knows so much about, and seems to think he knows best when it comes to what certifications you need when he's not even a "techie" himself. He owns the business merely to make money, he could careless about your success or what direction you take while enrolled in his school. Stay away from this site, but better yet, stay away from this school; regardless of where you're at in the country. If their corporate office is just allowing every Tom, $#*!, and Harry to purchase a franchise, how reliable can they really be? I'm sure the Jacksonville office isn't alone when it comes to the type of individual running a franchise. You'll loose thousands, deal with unprofessional individuals, and have a General Manager who has the brains of a monkey. I guess in his world money can by everything & if we can't get the money back my husband is demanding, then we'll take his nightmarish experience to the web & let word get out that way. Last time I check, the internet was a "techie's best friend"; but Mr. Not So Tech Savvy must not realize that. Last time we checked his advertisement was done through word of mouth. Wonder if that foot of his is crammed far enough into that big mouth of his? LoL!
They use company's name deejastore and itcomputes.com, and emails deejastore@gmail.com, sammypant1@gmail.com, sales manager is Joseph Olson!
Too expensive for what you get: $75 per hour plus it took him almost 4 hours to remove 7 virus programs and add an antivirus program. Total $218 with 30% off for seniors and only a 30 day guarantee. I would have hate to have seen the bill without the senior discount! The computer is basically the same as it was before the "repair". The man from Community Computer Repair did not inform me of the charges before he did anything so there was no chance to decline the services. The anti-virus program that was used cost $24 online which I could have done myself. I could have almost bought a new hard drive for what I paid this outfit. Better find another computer repair business.
I ordered an ECU for my Mitsubishi Pickup with overnight shipping and didnt get the part for 2 weeks!
Great site again, offers good value for money with really good computer software, accessories and hardware. Ive bought from them twice and the price is cheaper compared to the other stores on the high street.
I've been a member of the support forum on computerhope.com for a long time and the forum can be quite helpful if you are patient and keep in mind you cannot usually expect a quick response to a request for help from an online forum where other members who offer help are all volunteers; none of them get paid for providing help in the forum. Regarding another review here with a comment about encountering an attitude on computerhope.com's forum, I will agree that has been a sporadic problem on the site. Currently, the moderators seem to be doing a fairly good job of keeping attitudes in check. The site is also a substantial repository of information about computers and computing.
Don't go here! You will be scammed! This happened a while ago and couldn't report it to the police because didn't have proves but I went to fix my laptop, took almost a month to "fix" it (with me calling them every week and telling me they were gonna finish soon). The day I went to pick it up told me it was gonna cost 3 times more of what they told me initially but I payed when I realised they scratch my laptop and after 30 mins my laptop started to malfunction again and even worse than before! When I went to ask for my money back they didn't take responsibility for anything. On top of that, he made fun of the fact that I couldn't do anything about it! I am sharing my experience so it doesn't happen to you.
Avoid this company. Terrible customer support and attitude in general. Are interested in you until you buy something from them - afterwards it's your own problem...
This company is based on the Isle Of Wight. Already referred to Trading Standards. It is impossible to contact this company, The phone/fax number Given will not connect. The e-mail will not work and the postal address is a po box that is not emptied. They have moved from the premises where you could find them to an unknown location.
To start the total experience was not good. The orders were delayed and finally arrived in bad shape. Definitely not worth going for them if you are for time and quality.
