I realize this site is for website reviews and this post might not be what this site is intended to be used for & I apologize ahead of time if I tick anyone off, but figure this site was a good idea to use.

With that said, the New Horizons website in itself could cost you thousands if you are seeking to obtain new or additional certifications in the Technology field such as an MCSA or Security Plus.

The New Horizons office in Jacksonville, FL is run by a man who has never once held an IT job in his life, has barely sat through any of the classes he supposedly knows so much about, and seems to think he knows best when it comes to what certifications you need when he's not even a "techie" himself. He owns the business merely to make money, he could careless about your success or what direction you take while enrolled in his school.

Stay away from this site, but better yet, stay away from this school; regardless of where you're at in the country. If their corporate office is just allowing every Tom, $#*!, and Harry to purchase a franchise, how reliable can they really be? I'm sure the Jacksonville office isn't alone when it comes to the type of individual running a franchise.

You'll loose thousands, deal with unprofessional individuals, and have a General Manager who has the brains of a monkey. I guess in his world money can by everything & if we can't get the money back my husband is demanding, then we'll take his nightmarish experience to the web & let word get out that way.
Last time I check, the internet was a "techie's best friend"; but Mr. Not So Tech Savvy must not realize that. Last time we checked his advertisement was done through word of mouth. Wonder if that foot of his is crammed far enough into that big mouth of his? LoL!
