On January 15, 2015, I performed a service for Centuric Cloud Computing at the Miami Beach Convention Center. From 10:00 am to 4:00 pm I performed the agreed upon duties in a professional manner. Unfortunately, same day payment for said services was not delivered as previously agreed upon. Since then, I have made several attempts to reach out to my original contact, as well as to the owner of the company. Neither party has given me a date on when the payment will be made. I have been given several excuses, and unclear answers, however, I have lost all confidence that this matter can be handled without filing a formal complaint. I am disappointed because there has been clear disregard for proper business etiquette and there has been a complete lack of adequate communication.
