6 min - 9 guaranteed seller leads a month in ******* for $689 / month 6 mo contract. FB ad generation and received 2 on average (most were Realtors trying to see if it worked). Told me $175 month after 4 months and would call back before next bill cycle. Well $689 charged March 4.2022 and one month to go. Good CRM but not worth $309 / month for that. 2 post card mails a yr will get you same results for 1/4 of the cost.

I pre-paid for an entire year. I did not want to renew. They charged me $689 anyway and will not remove the charge. My bank informed me that they get many complaints of businesses charging after a contract is over, usually a clause we missed in the contract, but that most companies will remove the charge. Zurple is not one them. Further my account manager, Caleb, refused to allow me an email or phone number or even a name to his manager. I recommend others who had a bad experience file with the FTC and BBC as well as put your review in other locations.

I signed up during the pandemic since business had slowed down and they assured me it would assist with my current client base. Living in San Francisco, I wanted to focus on my clients needs and make them feel right at home which they promised. It didn't take long after sign up to see that their site is outdated, clunky and just a bad experience. I had 90% of my clients complain about this and I switched them off of it. The company makes you sign up for a year so I was stuck paying a whole year for something I never used.

I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. I tried to cancel after a year missed it by three days and they made me pay a whole an additional month. I tried to take it up with my credit card company but they sided with the Zurple, so I'm out even more money. There are many other companies out there that do a better job and actually care about clients inside of the money. Avoid Zurple.

The service they provide is nothing like what was promised. Pay for 2 different areas with them at $739.00 per for Residential Real Estate Leads. I went live with them March 1st, 2024. I have yet to receive a buyer lead to date. The majority of the leads that come in are section 8 rental leads. They do not stand behind what the sell you. They are trying to hold my feet to the fire on a 6 month contract I signed. Would never recommend or EVER do business with again. So unprofessional after the initial sign up. STAY AWAY! The only reason I gave them one star, is because they would not let me put less!

Not worth the 6 month contract, the leads are trash, they don't screen them like they said they would, they only send emails thinking everyone will reply, 10 leads a month guaranteed not even close, they promised live transfers they don't, the lead can opt out of any communication with you so you have no way of reaching out to them, most of them provide a fake phone number, I talked to a rep and I told him my frustration and he said hopefully you can turn those leads into closings some how. Absolutely a waste of money 3000$ that I could've used in open house signs or other marketing materials gone. If anyone asks about Zurple I'll tell them to just burn that money instead of signing up.

I was promised to pay $250 a month, charged $298.00 and then $240, then $398.00 for their software (which you need to get the leads) and for all the stuff I was told was included in the $250, such as linking fb and IG! Caleb of course denied my refund and I'm disputing the charge with my cc company. I've only spoke to one person who put in an offer, it was countered and she withdrew and decided not to purchase at all. Rest only emails and no real responses. Waste of time and money!

I joined zurple with the hopes of finding a new CRM that could help my business. All they did was ruin my business and steal my money. The make all these promises and guarantees, but they are all liars. They tell you that you will at least 10 leads a month, but we usually get you 20 to 30. Complete lie, I most I ever got in a month was 11! They also forget to tell you that 98% of the leads the generate for you won't have any phone numbers. The CRM is horrible, you can't text clients, they send your clients homes that have already been sold, you don't get alerts for inquires or requests, or when anyone responds to your email. You just have to login and hope that you figure it out. This is the worse company I have ever worked with and strongly suggest that you don't make the mistake I made. DON"T JOIN ZURPLE! They are crooks.

"Leads" come in with minimal ways of contacting the prospective buyer. Emails are typically the only way to connect and at times the emails are inappropriate or non serious names that seem as though a 12 year old came up with them. I swear one of my prospect email addresses included a reference to anal or anus. How would any business let such garbage and fake contacting methods be the norm. After many attempts at contacting the prospective buyer, you never get an answer. Then worst of all, zurple promises a lot of things, and essentially does absolutely nothing once locking you into a contract. I wouldn't touch this service with a 10 foot pole.

Signed a 6 months subscription and was promised 10 buyer leads/ month.
Poor quality leads with no phone numbers and unqualified leads.
Last billing cycle I only received 1 lead so I wanted to cancel my subscription giving them a 30 day notice as stated in the contract. I was told I am unable to cancel and have to pay for the rest of my subscription.

WASTE of money. As a real estate professional, I partnered up with one of my lenders and decided to give zurple a try. HUGE mistake. When we first were in contact with our rep she called us regularly, always responded quickly to emails and once we paid, nothing. Terrible customer service, the back end is NOT user friendly and the "top of the line AI" is not all that great. Half the leads dont even have numbers and the few that do, most are disconnected numbers.
Absolute waste and of course we are stuck in a contract now and noone will return our calls or emails.

OH and goodluck getting your invoices. They are not anywhere in your back end so you have to email support to get a copy.

Do not recommend. If I could give 0 stars I would.

All of the customers that I talked to wanted a free CMA, which I don't give! NO one wanted to sell their house! No one! I asked them for a copy of what I signed, they never gave it to me! DO NOT use them! I got way more business on Zillow much cheaper! I was getting business every month!

Extremely poor customer service when approached about ending the service. My reputation was damaged from the incessant emails generated to people that were not looking for homes. There truly was not one actionable lead from this nightmare - all were looking for rentals...

I have been an agent since 2004 and never had anyone go ABOVE & BEYOND the way Alex did. Not only just to get me as a customer but even 90 days into my contract he continues to help me grow my business. I am very thankful I found him and Zurple. Thanks for going the extra mile Alex! I have been a licensed Realtor for 15 years and started using Zurple about 4 years ago. This was the best investment I made in my business. I did plenty of research on different lead generation companies and decided on Zurple for its user friendly interface. For the agents complaining that the system does not work you have to give it time. Just like other sources of online leads you have to be patient and nurture the leads and not expect to turn a lead into a sale in 30 - 60 days. I have leads in my Zurple system that have turned into a sale 1 to 2 years later and the best part is you don't have to manually stay in touch with each lead the Zurple system does it for you.
