I have been an agent since 2006, and with Zurple since 2010. They have been pivotal in my success with lead generation and lead management. I highly recommend Zurple to anyone looking for a platform that is easy to use and delivers what is expected. I have used 4 other lead platforms and Zurple is the best by far. Can't say enough good things about the company.

Happy with Zurple

I have been very pleased with Zurple over the past 9 years. The leads work out well and often convert to deals! I recommend the service for their customer relations as well as the quality of customers I get.

The 6 month contract has killed me $$$ and not one decent lead. Just people wanting free reports / CMAs on their homes. It might work if you get lucky but I've had no luck in 5 months.

Last year I closed 12 properties from this site. However it takes a while for it to start to work. I have always broken even but in the past few years it has been very profitable.

I signed up with them on a 6 months contract, everything a customer emails me and I reply with a word that has an apostrophe, it replaces the apostrophe to a question mark.

They can't figure out how to resolve this issue and asked me to not use apostrophe's when emailing clients... really? They're refusing to cancel my contract because they feel they're not at breach of contract, and they are super rude.

Don't waste your time and money on this garbage company.

CAUTION!
July 19, 2018

I would not recommend speaking with Zurple. After determining that I did not have the budget for their services, my name was given to someone named Matt with an affiliated company who called relentlessly even though I kept telling him I was still working a full time job and could not stay on the phone with him. It started to feel like harassment and I told him I was blocking his number. He called right back from another number! I cannot recommend even talking to Zurple given my experience.

RIP OFF
August 11, 2017

Worst customer service. It took them 2 months to get my web site right. By then I had moved on to other company's and they refuse to refund money. My customer service rep left his job and no one took over my account to correct the problems. These guys are real bad. Stay away from them.

Don't waste your money

Awful, awful, awful! Biggest mistake I've made in my 11 years. The leads are not legit, I've asked to cancel them for almost two months now and they keep billing me. The sales rep Prabhat takes weeks to respond if he does at all.

Zurple-
I am waiting for the past 3 months from Client Advocacy Team on a billing issue. NO respond w certified letters to CEO- twice, Client Advocacy Team, Sales Person

Next I will post personal names and dates of correspondence. Another reason to cancel my contract

How about when Zurple tries to bully a client?
I should have never entered into a contract with them with a contingency

No word from CEO, Client Advocacy Team and Sale person

High pressure sales to meet their month end quota.

Sent certified mail to all above.
1. Sales refers me to Client Advocacy
2. Client Advocacy says they will get back w me in 3-5 days twice. That was over 60 days ago
3. CEO- two certified letters w all correspondence between
#1 and #2.60 days no word

The only one I hear from is Greg. Collections. Harassing and had no information

I am tired of being bullied by ZURPLE.

They don't vet or sift through leads…. So I got all fake emails and one fake phone number. Not worth my money and trying to get out of my contract bc it is NOT worth the money….

Great for Business
February 7, 2020

I've been with Zurple on and off since 2012 and my biggest regret is the time off I've taken. Like all products the way the Realtor uses the system will dictate it's success and with the help of the Zurple staff we've been able to find a great way to utilize Zurple. I know that we will close deals this year that would not have happened without Zurple.

Zurple is Terrible
July 25, 2017

I was really disappointed with Zurple. I paid $3,500 for 2 leads over 3 months. I complained to my account manager and escalated to his boss and nothing improved. I canceled my contract mid-way and they refused to honor it. They threatened legal action against me for refusing to pay another $2k to break my contract. Terrible service. Dishonorable company. I tested Market Leader at the same time period received 124 leads.

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Let's see. Where to start. The service was no where near what I signed up for. I am on a 6 month contract and it expired 5/10/2022. The last lead I received was 4 months ago. I expressed concern to support and decided I wanted to cancel, as they were NOT living up to their contract. Support stated I had to wait until my subscription ended. Fine. I understand. Disappointed but understand. On the 9th, I reached out to support and explained that my contract is ending and they are NOT authorized to charge my card. I receive an email from support stating my contract ends on the 10th and they are sad for any changes, my rep should be reaching out. No response. Low and Behold: Today, the 11th - they charged my card. I sent an email to support (there is no phone number and my rep seems to have disappeared) saying they were not authorized. I had to get my bank involved. I am so disappointed in this lead service and will gleefully tell all my broker friends and agents to stay away. Scammers. Disgusting to all of us who work hard for our money and are trying to move our business forward. Shame on Zurple.

The Absolute Worst

I have tried all the lead sites and this one is BY FAR the worst- almost no leads, literally at all- and the ones I did receive were poor quality. The worst possible customer service imaginable.

ZURPLE TOOK MY MONEY
April 17, 2015

I signed up for two Zurple products and a large advertising budget. My average cost per lead was over $40 and did not include valid phone numbers or emails.

I am successfully using 3 other lead generation platforms (including Boomtown and Cinc), and converting over 7% into clients so I know it is not me or my team that is the problem.

Total waste of over $5000 and an even bigger waste of time. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

DON'T EVER SIGN UP

I have not ever written one of these because what goes around comes around. However, this is by far, THE WORST LEAD GEN COMPANY I have signed up with. They lie to you in sales calls. (Pedro) and say at the low end you will get 20 leads. Then your rep, after you have signed on says 5-9 leads. Who would pay over $900 a months(250 Facebook dollars supposedly) for 5-9 leads.
In first moth I got 4 leads and three were over 90 miles outside of my zipcodes and the one within the zipcodes had the wrong contact information.
Pleasssseeee let this be the Universe Paying it forward to you saying, runnnnnn.

Alex Burroughs with Zurple, the biggest liar on this planet sold me their garbage software, took them weeks to set up a basic high school looking website, refusing to cancel my account for weeks along with the rest of the support department, then ignoring me. NOW I RECEIVE INAPPROPRIATE MESSAGES FROM HIM AT 7:30pm. STAY AWAY!

Horrible ZERO STARS

The leads are about as crapy as Zillow. 4 months in, not a single serious lead. They DO NOT advise you of all your options in advance. They DO NOT allow you to modify their automated letters that YOU are paying for. All you can do is stop them after the first one is sent. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. Spend your money somewhere else... and NEVER sign a contract with ANY lead generation company that doesn't offer you a free trial of at least 45 days.
