I Love Zulily! They have different things everyday. They are cute. Size has been perfect and true to size. I Find things that no one else has. Price is great. Order one item and the rest of the day is free. Weekends I have had three days of free shipping. Lots of compliments on the things I buy and I tell them Zulily! I'm hooked on Zulily!

Twice I have ordered items that were "in stock" only to be sent a message several days later that my order was cancelled because they are out of stock. I have stopped ordering clothes because of the problems with sizing. If you have to return an item you end up spending more than the item is worth. Shipping charges are ridiculous.
I have been ordering from Zulily for several years now, and they have come a long way. There have been times that I recieved items that were improperly packaged and damaged during shipment and I'm promptly issued a refund. I've also had some just bad items and incorrect items and I love how quick customer service is to respond, and their response is always positive. I have had mostly success with the items they sell however, I stay away from clothes. Which is a shame because they have very cute clothes. But a lot of times the size charts are very off and most of the time it's not worth the return label ($8.95) to return the item. Some items are ok and others are complete junk. It's really hit or miss with this company. The clothing seems to run very small and two bracelets I ordered were so small they looked like children's jewelry. My favorite purchases so far have been an Italian leather satchel and some luxury brand cosmetics. I won't be ordering anymore clothing because the sizing is too small and I am always disappointed.
I've gotten a lot of great deals and it's an affordable place for me to have a shopping addiction. My only suggestion is that they come up with a shipping program. I hate paying shipping everytime. It would be neat to pay a one time annual fee for shipping like amazon.
Zulily promiced to give back money, wich I paied ring and never recived. In some cases I paied shiping and than I have to pay 30-60$ for shiping whan I recive packed, but thay didn't wrote it before.
So find so many things I like to choose from. I keep saying no more this month and still keep buying. Being able to spread the payments out over a couple of months sometimes helps.

Answer: I have never ordered shoes from them but I agree that they likely vary according to brand. Contrary to other comments (that I am very suspicious of...) I have never waited a long time and the quality has always been as shown. There are so many rip-off sites out there and I suspect some hire people to post phony negative reviews on the 'good' sites. I do not recommend searching for cheaper products - you'll end up on a bogus, cheap site. I now research every site name and sift through comments - its exhausting but has saved me from spending money on sites that were not good.

Answer: It could be a week or it could be 3 months. But my advice would be not to order at all. The sizes are never right (a small may fit someone that wears a large or it may be too small for an infant) and the quality sucks (the fabric on a dress I bought is so thin you can see through 4 layers). Answer: Let me just put this out there. The people who bought things from Zulily (and are unhappy with their purchases), probably didn't research the brand before they bought it. Think of Zulily like Marshalls or TJMaxx. That's what Zulily is, in online form. I just bought a hoodie from them, and researched the brand before I bought it. The particular hoodie was being discontinued, so they were selling it very cheaply. I bought it, and it is the real deal, originally $89. So research the brand. And don't expect your purchase quickly. They wait until they have enough orders to bulk purchase (another reason why their prices are low), before they buy. So it'll be a few weeks before you get it.
