Sport bras on Zulily? Who makes a "padded" bra for a D cup? I purchased 6 bras D cup. Just arrived with super padded cups, thin straps and when I put one on... the back of the bra is up in between my shoulder blades! Way too big around (without hooks) with straps way too short straps and padded cups. The website may look sumptuous, but you are receiving 'knock offs' from the labels! NEVER AGAIN...

FED UP WITH ZULILLY

Last week Zulilly had a 'ballet week' I saw some cute ballet shoes. I decided to look up the manufacturer's site and these exact shoes were at a regular price of $39 Zulilly had them for $59. The Plus sized clothes are very small and made of cheap fabrics. Delivery, well it has been disgusting. Zulilly has the perfect business they hold no stock, buy just what we order and this is why they can't take returns. I love NEXT, delivery within 5 days and easy return. Products are of a high quality with true sizing and pictured colors and style.

Well... I don't know why I didn't look up reviews for Zulily before I started ordering. But I didn't and I have ordered several times and overall have been very pleased with my purchases. I decided to look up the reviews after a pair of leggings which appeared to be black and shiny on the site, were in fact black and matte. I was disappointed. But to the company's credit, they agreed to exchange them as they were not what they appeared as. In addition, I mistakenly ordered a L instead of an XL on a pair of tangerine space dye capri's and I asked if I could also return them for a refund at the same time. They were gracious and said yes, and will refund my money. Thank you Zulily. I will continue to be a customer. I received the order in 3 parts, so ok. I like the anticipation. But the black diamond leggings I received today were not mid calf capris, they barely made it past my knees, but the XL size fit nicely through the waist and hips, and I worry that an exchange would be a dissapointment as I love the material and the fit. The first time I ordered I was nervous about ordering something I could not return. The items arrived in 3 weeks, and I loved them. Mostly, I have been pleased, and I give them a 4.5 star review. And hey, no, they are not perfect, but they're legitimate and nice.

After ordering from some other online sites I was very scared to try this out. But the product display were so good that I could not resist myself and order 2 dresses, 1 blouse and a bag. After ordering I read the reviews about the product here at sitejabber and was more scared. They said it will take 20 days for delivery. I kept my patience. And in 20th day the products arrived. After seeing the product I really don' have any complains. The products are good. The size that they mentioned were proper. They keep their words on delivery date. I don't have any complains with the product and price. Only thing is they could deliver it a little bit more than 3 weeks. That would be really great.

I ordered 2 tops from this company - both the same size - one was much bigger than the other and only the biggest one came close to the right size except the sleeves were like sausage skins (on a supposedly loose over size top), The quality of the fabric was really trash and one of the buttons fell off as I took it out of the packaging! Total waste of money!

Review the return policy before you place an order. This is how they get you. Good luck as you are not likely to order something that fits properly. The quality is not very good anyway. They have great deals and lots of appeal, but as with the old saying, Looks can be deceiving! And with this company, they are!

I just purchased baby clothes from Zulily a few minutes ago. Then after that I read the Zulily reviews from experienced customers. Overall, I've seen 560(1star) bad comments about Zuliy. Are you going to change something from those bad comments to improve not just your services, but also your clothes' qualities? It's for your company's reputation. Please take those bad comments in a serious consideration. I'm mean I REALLY LOVE your clothes designs with very lowest prices, even though this is my very first time purchase on your site. Therefore, I hope that most people will love all your products and please don't let your favorite customers disappointed. I hope that your company will be my favorite online shopping clothes for my 2 daughters and myself.

I've ordered from zulily for the past three years. In the past I bought one thing here and there. Never really happy but the items were okay. Recently I have been ordering clothes. They have a size chart with every item. The chart is usually, in my experience, totally off. Everything I have purchased for myself has been either too small or too big. I also decided, recently, to purchase clothes for my girls. While I have had very little luck with shoes for the girls, I've had about 50% good luck with clothes for them. I'd say many of the outfits that are inexpensive (like the little sets that are only 9.99 or so) are dollar store quality... maybe even what the dollar store sells... I've ordered a few more expensive, like $20+, outfits and the sizing was off.
I also purchased a bag/purse and it came with a price tag on it. I paid a dollar less than the tag. Which, the site clearly states that the "strike through" price is not any actual reflection of the actual cost (basically).
I've had okay customer service, two times when I've called the girls were helpful and nice. They refunded my account for the items that were either defective or completely sized wrong. I placed about 8 orders over a period of two weeks. I wouldn't recommend buying clothing... and also, Google the item before purchasing it from zulily. I've found many times... that zulily is not a bargain.
Oh, the two girls that refunded me for my items said to just donate them to someone in need. They were great. I called yesterday and complained again and the lady was short and I have yet to see a reflection of any return for the items.

I've ordered quite a bit from Zulily. They state clearly that some items will ship at different times. If you need something sooner, there's a very clearly tab marked "Ready To Ship". Everything I've ordered has been good quality, and I'm sure I'll be ordering from them again soon.

I looked at the website on and off for months. I hate ordering clothes without trying them on and i did see their no return policy so i was even more hesitant to buy. I found something so cute i just had to buy it. It just was not as cute when i got it. I did contact them through email about my size concerns. I asked them why plus sized clothes were on skinny models. When i say plus size i am not talking about a size 10, i am talking about 18+. I was thanked for my feedback and would take my concern into consideration. In the meantime i saw 2 more tops that were very nice looking so i bought them. Neither came close to fitting so they went into the donation pile. I still see ''plus size'' clothes on skinny models so 3 strikes and you are OUT. Money wasted, leason learned.

Ok, so I've read many reviews and every complaint seems explainable. As with any online purchase, there is always a chance of not getting "exactly" what you expected. That's the price you pay for not shopping and seeing and touching before buying. Having said that, I feel the need to defend Zulily, because they explain on their website that the orders take awhile, and why. They also explain their policy concerning refunds, and it is very easy to unsubscribe to their e-mails. I have placed several orders with Zulily, and have not once been disappointed by my purchase... surprised by color once, but not disappointed. I have been extremely satisfied with quality and pricing. I purchase clothing and shoes for my granddaughter, and I plan ahead... because I understand how Zulily works, and know that I won't get the items that I order right away. Do your research people. If you must have the instant gratification... go to the mall, if you can plan ahead and/or wait a month for your purchase, Zulily is awesome! BTW... Zulily doesn't make what they sell... if there is a quality issue, inform them so that their purchasers can address the issue... help them out, nobody's perfect. Even Wal-Mart has defective items sometimes. I always get compliments on how my granddaughter is dressed and I don't have to break the bank to give her a unique look! Thanks Zulily. :)

I ordered from Zulily for the first time back in December. It took a month to get my shirts, but they came. They're not as nice as I thought they'd be, but they're good loungewear. I also got a coat that I LOVE and get so many compliments on. I ordered a dress from them a few weeks ago, it came quickly and I love it! Despite the low/inconsistent ratings on here my personal experience with them has been pretty good. However inconsistent ratings means you should always be cautious. I love the stuff I got, but they're a bit of a risk.

The 1st order i received was great. Good quality., but their clothes are not good. Will only order shoes. I received a parcel last week, & 2 tops i ordered wre just theown on the top of mt shoes & not even in packaging, so i am wondering if they were second hand. After reading the reviews i am having 2nd. Thoughts about them now.

I have never experienced anything like this. Two months and my order is still not here. When I email customer service I get a canned email. I will never order from them again. I am a journalist for various women's publications and I plan on letting my editors know exactly the scam that is Zulilly. There's a bigger story here.

I placed an order for 3 pairs of Spanx (a very well-known company) on March 29,2015 and am STILL waiting for my purchase! I only ordered from this site because the price was very reasonable... big mistake! I should have just ordered from the Spanx site, like I usually do; I would have had my items by now! Very, very slow! This was my first, and last, time ordering from this site. I would not recommend it!

They are fraudsters! You receive daily emails of offers but when you contact them for the status of the order, you get no response. Worst online shopping site ever. Lesson learnt. "ALWAYS READ CUSTOMERS REVIEWS BEFORE PLACING AN ORDER"
