Worse Company

Do not buy from them. They will steal your money as they stole mine. Buy from Expedia or another reputable site. These guys do not stand by their service or product.

I wish I had checked on sitejabber before I brought my tickets from Singapore to Hong Kong. I had to cancel my flight due to family emergency. I cancelled my flights online (which Zuji charge S$35); 12 hours later there was no response whatsoever. Not even an email to have received my request. Therefore I was forced to call them (which Zuji now charge S$60) and they told me they have not received my email which the website was meant to send as part of my cancellation request

The daylight robbery doesnt stop here. They took another S$60 upfront from me for cancelling my tickets and later told me it will take them 12-16 WEEKS to partially refund me after whatever fees are charged by the airlines. I kept asking them how much will I be refunded and whether I will receive a confirmation that my tickets have been cancelled, they said I will receive an email. That email took another 3 hours to come and doesnt even confirm how much I will be refunded

Just totally sh! T. I will never ever use them again for sure.

I booked a one-way ticket from A to B using airline a and airline b respectively. Payment was done and itinerary issued to me. The following day, I received the following email:

Due to a discrepancy in the reservation system of the airlines, I regret to inform you that we are unable to confirm these flights together on one e-ticket.

What's the point of me booking with Zuji if I can't have the whole itinerary on one ticket? The reason why I booked through an online agency is to enable me to through checkin my luggage from A to B without having to re-checkin at A. I might as well book directly separate tickets from airlines a and b and re-checkin at A.

Zuji offered to issue me 2 separate tickets on airlines a and b or give me a full refund. I opted for the latter.

Last year I purchased a flight through Zuji. Thinking I had a great deal, it was only when I arrived at the airport to take this flight that I found the flight to be cancelled. The problem I found was the flight I had booked was cancelled before I made the reservation. Not only was I stranded in foreign country, but it cost me another $450 to find replacement flights that would get me to my next connection. I have asked repeatedly for a refund, but Zuji just send out company emails saying they are investigating. This has been going on for many months now and my efforts to contact them now are blatently ignored. Make travel arrangments with Zuji at your own peril.

I had a really bad experience with Zuji in November 2017 and I would recommend NOT to use their service. I booked a flight from Singapore to Vientiane, Laos. The price of the tickets was deducted from my bank account. When I arrived at the airport, I was not able to check in, my name was not in the passengers list. I had to call Zuji customer service. I spent 45 min trying to explain to them that I still wanted to be on that flight. It was a long and painful talk since they considered that I wanted to change my flight (which was not the case) and they would not explain to me why I was not on the passenger list. An experience that no traveller would want to face when going to the airport.
I complained to Zuji customer service by e-mail on my way back, especially because I spent ~70$S on phone bill, due to their mistake. I wanted my phone bill to be reimbursed. During 4 months, I sent reminder e-mails to them, and they always answered that my case was escalated to their manager and thanking me for my patience. When I told them that I would not wait any longer and that I would take further action, they stopped answering me.

PLEASE AVOID ZUJI IF YOU CAN. They will not help you save money, quite the opposite.

Recently brought tickets from online zuji had some issues cancelling the ticket is a nightmare. Firstly you'll be lucky to even get in touch with the customer service agent once you do they will direct you the the airline and ask you to deal with them basically they don't have time for you. They were really speedy in asking and transferring the credit card details for the tickets but the after service is way below par slow and appalling. The hassle wasn't worth the time should of checked the zuji reviews before purchasing through them. Also had a problem of them asking for money than it showed online thier website due to changes from the airline. Thier website is also decieving not informing customer that ticket is also non refundable or shown anywhere on the confirmation ticketing email. After i contact the customer service telephone hotline and waited apmost 45mins then they told me its non refundable and then drafted a quick email which was amateurish. Had to escalate the issue and actually file a compliant to the consumer council obudaman travel regulators before they refund to take place. I would suggest to do research on the travel company then make your own judgement and good luck if your using the website and trying to get a refund. Consumer beware next time will use a more reputable travel agent next time

My partner and I booked flights together to go to the USA on December 5 2015 - January 6 2016. When we went to press confirm I even stopped him and double checked every detail very carefully. Anyway sure enough when we got the confirmation apparently we are flying to the USA for 1 day as the flights now say December 5 - December 6. We have called nearly 10 times over the past few days and no one takes responsibility for this problem. I think we've spent over 3 hours on phone calls alone. There was a glitch in their system, they even admitted th is on the phone that on the day we booked there was a glitch in the system and apparently their technical section of their company will "call us back in 24 hours" it's now been 4 days and many many calls. I think that department is made up.

Our tickets were $1350 and they want us to pay $100 and then pay the difference for the new flight which they have informed us is $900. It is cheaper for us to just take the $500 cancellation fee each and book with a company which isn't as dishonest and disrespectful to it's customers.

The poor call centre staff must take so much abuse because they have to answer for this dishonest criminal company. NEVER book flights with these people. They are waiting for us to just go away so now we are taking our case up with the Australian competition and consumer commission and any media we can notify.

Worst Company I ever experienced. I booked a ticket and that ticket was Confirmed. I even have the copy of the confirmation Itenery.

Later they send an email stating the money is refunded. That too after a week. When I asked they say that an email was send earlier to you and telling you that there is a booking issue and a difference in price which I had to pay. I never ever got that email. Else I would have paid. Now they have cancelled my ticket and refunded stating that I did nto get back to them. How cna I get back when I did not even get any email from them.

This is crazist Company and No body should ever visit this site www.Zuji.com and http://www.zuji.com.sg/ Its a Scam. They are fraud people.

I booked return Air Asia flights to Bangkok using Zuji on Saturday. I triple checked the flying dates and times, passenger details etc before booking, relieved to have sorted out the flights for our Chinese New Year break.

Once I paid, I was sent an email that my itinerary is not confirmed, that the original booking may not be available, BUT that they have taken the full amount from my credit card. ARE YOU KIDDING ME? How can you charge me for a product that isn't available?!

When I called Zuji, a polite but clueless customer care representative kept repeating that they need 24 to 48 hours to confirm my seats. I told him no other travel website in the world does that, and asked where on the website they state that they will take full payment for flights that may not be available? The guy said "our terms and conditions". As I said, he was clueless.

He called me back 30 minutes later to say that those seats were no longer available. Which is nonsense, as I booked exactly the same seats from the AirAsia website after his call.

Don't ever use this website. No certainty of getting the flights you have picked, and I still can't get over the fact that they charged me for the tickets when they weren't in a position to issue me tickets.

HORRIBLE
October 18, 2018

So i made a huge mistake of booking through zuji travel agency online. What happened was when they asked for first name and last name I put in my first and last name, leaving the middle name out.

Because i saw that on the tab above my full name was already entered. Little did i know that the e- tix that they sent me didn't have my middle name.

So for privacy, just take my name as Apple fruit Orange.

So what i keyed in was Apple Orange.

Zuji sent me an email directing me to their travelport website, which is a link to download the e-tix. On that it shows Orange Apple Miss.

I keyed in Apple Orange Miss but somehow it came up reveresed.

So i talk to their online customer service person. Asking her if i can add my middle name.

She told me to cancel and then book again with an admin fee of $70 to Zuji. After many arguments, I sent her a copy of my passport. She looked through and told me now there's a USD$50 charge for changing the sequence of the name on top of the $70 admin fee for correcting the name that she told me before.

And again after many arguments, asking her if im just changing one name why re there 2 charges.

She told me for name correction: USD $50 and zuji admin fee $70.

But in the beginning, when I asked her how much i would have to pay for 1) Changing name 2) Cancellation

1)she told me admin fee of $70 for correcting name.

2)Cancellation of flight is also $70.

But after she saw my passport name, suddenly there's an extra USD $50 payable to Singapore airlines for changing the name. Shady much?

And worst of all is, I contacted them less than an hour of booking my flight, and they still want me to pay full fees. Not to say their services are total crap.

In the end, I decided to cancel the flight with $70 charge and get back the flight money.

Unverified seats at unverified prices!

So, I am a university student from Hong Kong but I study in Melbourne. While visiting home, I needed to book flights back ASAP to attend orientation. I booked my flights through Zuji on Cathay Pacific and Qantas with the itinerary looking as follows: Hong Kong>Bangkok>Sydney>Melbourne. The next day, I receive an email saying that the seat I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR is NO LONGER AVAILABLE. They said the airline wanted me to pay nearly twice as much if I wanted to keep the seat they said was no longer there.

If that wasn't bad enough, when I rang them up, the nice and humble sounding man on the other end was far from helpful. The conversation consisted of me telling him my details, him reading the email exchanges (which stated I want a complete refund) and then him proceeding to ask me "So, do you want to pay the extra USD$1200?" NO! Granted I may have been a little rude and I really controlled myself to not sear at him. But this company is rubbish. Unverified seats at unverified prices! I DO NOT RECCOMEND ZUJI TO ANYONE!

Do not book with this company.
Their treatment of customers is horrid. I thought they were scammers its so bad. Stay away!

I booked a flight from Brisbane to Paris several months in advance to get a good deal and ensure it was confirmed and all set to go. Well then a few months later I was notified of a schedule change for my return journey. That would not have been a problem if they had told me what the change was. It took me a month to sort out by dodgy email correspondence but I got there in the end. I was shocked at the terrible customer service and how hard it was to contact them. I wish this was the only problem but it got so much worse.

Unfortunately there was a change to my initial outgoing flight they didn't tell me about. When I attempted to check in online I discovered there was no second half of the flight. After my short stop over in Hong Kong my flight disappeared. Turns out it was cancelled and had been for some time. I was going to be in a country I wasn't meant to be in for some time. This terrified me. How much was this going cost me?!

I couldn't get an answer out of Zuji as to what was going on. Luckily I had been placed on a different flight which the lovely ladies at the airline company found for me. Not Zuji. The Cathay Pacific ladies said they couldn't really help because I hadn't booked with them but they were still so much more helpful than Zuji.

Still I was going to be stuck for almost 30hours without accommodation and missing out on accommodation in Paris. When I tried to contact Zuji I couldn't get through. The phone line "wasn't available." When I used the online chat the contact said my booking was too old that he wasn't he couldn't access it. And when I emailed them which I was informed was the only real way to contact them - I had already left the country and worked things out on my own at great financial expense to myself.

This company should not be allowed to operate. Do not book with them. Stay far away. I travel a lot, but I have never experience anything so bad. I deal with the airline companies directly now. Its just safer.

I just saw the comment below and I had the similar experience at yesterday, I've purchased the ticket to Bangkok, and after I input all my credit card information, the page told me that the payment it's no longer avaliable and I have NO IDEA that if i purchased the ticket successfully or not.so stupid and rediculous. Then I contact the customer service hotline and the phone hv no one pick up for the first 10 times! The most stupid thing is, this morning when I wake up and I saw the email that ZUJi sent to me that they said I need to pay more HKD$1100 because of the price of the ticket is increase! So $#*!ing amazing that I paid and I received the confirmation email and this morning you told me that I need to pay more because the ticket it's avaliable but at the same time it's sold out and the price it's increase! Indont $#*!ing understand how uour system works and because of your system error so now I need to pay more money and you hv no responsibility to fix the problem? I'm so disappointed and I WILL NOT visit this website EVER! It's so rediculous! And someone told me that will do the follow up and the manager will call me back this morning but obviously no one to do so.
Very super super and agent!
