I placed an order with this company on 11/13/2021 and received an email confirmation for my order. I contacted them several times to check order status and customer service was great, but there was no progress on my order. I was even given a tracking number before Christmas so I created Gift Certificates for family. On 12/29/21 I called the company again to check the status of this order and they reached out to their vendor, Emery Jensen, and they apparently had cancelled my order and I had not informed anyone to include Zoro that this had happened. I was told the order would be placed again and then I get an email stating that the order could not be place... Thoroughly disgusted with this entire process... I will never order from this company again..
I ordered 4 bicycles and received 4 document folders. They are ridiculous when they can't even tell the difference between bikes and folders. NOW I am out 4 bikes and stuck with lousy folders. They will refund my money though (allegedly) in 7-10 business days. That does nothing for me when I now have to wait on my money back in order to get 4 more bikes.
Gojo is a quality brand and these wipes are of good quality. Nice and large, very moist, and they are a smooth fabric. They do not stick to your hands like microfiber towels do and clean surfaces for home use and garage. Zoro should be recognized for selling these at the lowest pricing compares to other sellers. Zoro also shipped the products free with overnight shipping! Thank you Zoro for an amazing service and well packaged product.
Service was great.
We had a problem between what they had on their website and what the suppliers sent us. When I contacted them, they found the error on their part. Since they weren't able to fulfill what was advertised, they worked with us to get some equitable.
They were super polite and very reasonable. Even though it was a bit of a difficult problem, their service was great about finding solutions. High praise.
I ordered 20 packs of 20 dishwasher pods. $55. They sent me one pack of 20 and said that is what the product is. Not 20 packs. So they charged me $55 for a $4 item. On the phone for 33 minutes to get resolved. How dare they charge that much! I recommend not buying from Zoro.

It was my dad's birthday and he wanted a specific (and hard to find) set of Miata headlights that are out of stock everywhere else online. Zoro claimed to have these in stock. I paid for them, waited, four days later they tell me they're out of stock. Seriously? All of these other complaints on here about their lack of customer service are pretty much dead on. If you don't have something in stock and know it, take it off your website and don't tell people you have it in stock. It's misleading and dishonest. Avoid this website if you value your time and sanity.
Asked for an order update after 4 weeks of waiting. Was told item is no longer available. When were they going to let me know? No way to run a business. Will not do business with them again. Do not recommend doing business with them.
Don't shop here I return a ladder November 3 and still haven't gotten my money. They keep telling me 7-10 days and it's not return I needed that money to December rent and now I can't afford it. These people are scam artist and margret or Margal seems to have an attitude problem and should be replace. Horrible horrible horrible company
Very satisfied with my first experience with Zoro. They were always available to answer any questions. The representatives were knowledgeable, respectful and Kind. The shipping was right on time and they called like I asked before they shipped a very large package. Its not to hard to tell when your dealing with a professional company like Zoro. They answer there phone and do what they say there going to. Oh yea. With the promotional offer the operator told me about I saved $200 dollors and the product ended up being almost $300 cheeper then any other company. I will be using Zoro for future products. I ordered a selection of pulleys. I needed 4 of a specific type of pulley but only 3 were in stock. I called and the representative and she said the last pulley will ship in two or three days from another warehouse. Two days later I called and another representative said there are none in stock at any warehouse and the last pulley I need will ship in 4 weeks.So now I have to wait 4 weeks to build a project I thought I would be building in 4 days.
Obviously the first representative just wanted to force a $650 sale.
I might just send everything back!
And I probably wont ever order from ZORO again.
I just bought a radiation dosimeter which clearly showed 2 components in 2 listed photographs. A pen dosimeter and a hand charger for the dosimeter which does not work by itself. I only received the pen dosimeter. The phone representative said she was sorry and she could see how the photos were misleading? Clearly deceptive.
I ordered 2 ignitors for my furnace and both were broken when recieved. I called customer service at 4:00 and they had replacements on their way to me in less than an hour. Can't ask for better service than that!
Not the best... closer to the worst. Auto generated confirmations, Auto Generated shipping confirmations. Ordered on a Thursday and received a Shipping confirmation on Friday showing "expected delivery" would be this coming Tuesday... Checked tracking on Monday - "expected delivery" date had change to Wednesday (no tracking info yet, "Label printed"). Checked tracking on Tuesday - "expected delivery" date had change to Thursday (no tracking info yet, "Label printed"). Checked tracking on Wednesday... You guessed it, same. And Now today is Friday, and again... Same crap. I will never use this site again, I would rather use a site that has a better handle on things and honest/proactive reporting.
Ordered and received within 24 hours the awesome little Sanitaire canister vac. If only all purchases were this easy, fast and exactly what I wanted! Thank you sooo much! Oh and include FREE shipping and the best (lowest) price I could find for this sweet little vacuum.

I ordered a circular saw from Zoro on their ebay store. When I ordered it on May 8, it had a guaranteed delivery date of May 14 which coincided with a job I had agreed to do. A couple of days before it was due to arrive, I started tracking the shipping progress. According to the tracking information, the saw was not going to arrive by the guaranteed date. When I called them to ask them why it was not going to arrive by the guaranteed date, they claimed that EBAY had placed the guarantee on their listing page and they knew nothing about it. Basically they said ebay had hijacked their listing and was making the guaranteed delivery date, not Zoro, and I would need to take the matter up with ebay. I have done business with ebay for over 20 years and have never heard of ebay stepping on someone's listing and making promises without the sellers knowledge and permission.
No one answers emails.
No one answers the phone.
Item is sitting at pending fulfillment for multiple weeks now.
Inventory is clearly messed up, and no one is taking care of the issues.
No way to cancel order unless speaking to a real person.
It's very bad company, they are not honest and offer in the photos what does not match the truth. His customer service is very bad. I bought a medium-sized stove with a gas hose and regulator, but I received a small stove without a hose, and I tried to contact customer service and sent more than one email to return the stove, but without any answer, I advise against dealing with this company. Advise not to deal with this company.
