One of the reasons I tried Zoro in this competitive market was because of their participation in the "Fuel Rewards" program. Sadly, these rewards have not come thru to-date.
I used to use zoro everyday. Search now returns unusable results. I refuse to dig through 100s of results to find the one I want. Stop dumping trash into my search results.
You all have sent me the floor register wrong 2 times now. I am pissed. Are you people smoking crack. The sheet that you sent me has the right size for the order but who ever is typing them up puts wrong sizes on them. You need to fire them because they are dumb. I looked at someone else complaint and the same thing happen. I am not sending this one back I was so mad I throw it away. I don't care because I will never use your company again. Want you to go home and ask your wife if 1.5 inches matters. If she says no the doctor and have 1.5 inches cut of you $#*!.

Boxes came all smashed up as they were packed in a bag. Size not as advertised. AS a result I paid much more thatn I should have.

Ordered 3 floor registers at 5.5x15.5inches. I was sent registers at 4x14 inches. The return process was so confusing. Then they sent my order again, and again the wrong size. Not a good a look.

Nothing really bad to say about Zoro or it's prices. I bought two lawn mower tires. Studied all the info. They came quickly. But wrong bore or bearing size. Had to send them back. I went back to the site and no information for the bore size. It was 3/4 and I needed 1/2. Zero did refund but now 2 weeks without mower.

We have a trucking company and also a farm that is always needing items.They have a huge selection of products to choice from. Shipping is always fast. Their prices are great. There customer service is freindly and easy to deal with
Easy to use website, fast shipping and all at a great price. I saved their website in my favorites and opened an account since I will be using Zoro again in the future.
The reason I like Zoro is because. There Quick and do what they say. Also cost effective. Shows up on time with no excuses.
Is it really that hard to update Zoro's website so business customers can download complete page sized receipts for their purchases... and with our advertising B. S.? Take a page from Amazon already and Zoro might be able to compete.

Worst company to buy anything, got my tiles broken, took them 1 week to respond, with email Roadrunners will pick it up. No one pick it up at the date. AND zoro yelling me I have to call carier to find out when they going to pick up broken tiles. Will never ever use zoro again, I DO NOT RECOMEND TO ANYONE ORDER FROM ZORO, JUST GO TO GRANGER.
I purchased a wheelbarrow that arrived 2 weeks late with no wheels or handles, after 4 phone calls the company is finally sending labels for a return. I can NOT emphasis how disappointed I am in the service and point of sale for this company. It took 2 calls to get return labels. BUYER BEWARE!
I called them up as soon as I received my order for a Milwaukee 1/2 stubby with batteries and a charger. I received only a gun when I spoke to there customer service and explained what I'd order they were getting ready to send me a replacement which going to be the same thing. I spoke to a so called manager that wouldn't honor what they advertised online and or on my invoice. My invoice clearly shows a gun 2 batteries and a charger. Suck that eve when I spoke to a supervisor she said she could not honor what they advertised online.
I called and spoke with a customer service rep about a pump and clutch for my truck. The rep looked up the part and said it was the complete pump. So I ordered got the package to notice it's just the clutch.
So I called back and was told I would receive the pump since it's missing. Was told to wait 5 days ok.
Then I get an email saying Zoro is at fault and I will get my money back for the inconvenience.
Truck has been down for over a week not because of us but because of there error.
This place is a joke.

I was looking for some bathroom tile that only Home Depot had but it was very expensive. Zoro had it for 1/3 less and free shipping. My contractor took forever to complete the remodeling and the window had passed by a month and a half to return some of the tile. I called Zoro and the customer representative said she would credit my account for the one box I wanted to return, and I didn't even have to return the box. I will definitely shop here again.
