Nothing really bad to say about Zoro or it's prices. I bought two lawn mower tires. Studied all the info. They came quickly. But wrong bore or bearing size. Had to send them back. I went back to the site and no information for the bore size. It was 3/4 and I needed 1/2. Zero did refund but now 2 weeks without mower.
We have a trucking company and also a farm that is always needing items.They have a huge selection of products to choice from. Shipping is always fast. Their prices are great. There customer service is freindly and easy to deal with
Zoro so far in my experience has had the products I am looking for and sometimes things I didn't know I needed. I had quantity questions and customer service was great and answered all, shipping is fast,

Ordered 3 floor registers at 5.5x15.5inches. I was sent registers at 4x14 inches. The return process was so confusing. Then they sent my order again, and again the wrong size. Not a good a look.

Easy to use website, fast shipping and all at a great price. I saved their website in my favorites and opened an account since I will be using Zoro again in the future.
The reason I like Zoro is because. There Quick and do what they say. Also cost effective. Shows up on time with no excuses.
Worst company to buy anything, got my tiles broken, took them 1 week to respond, with email Roadrunners will pick it up. No one pick it up at the date. AND zoro yelling me I have to call carier to find out when they going to pick up broken tiles. Will never ever use zoro again, I DO NOT RECOMEND TO ANYONE ORDER FROM ZORO, JUST GO TO GRANGER.
I called them up as soon as I received my order for a Milwaukee 1/2 stubby with batteries and a charger. I received only a gun when I spoke to there customer service and explained what I'd order they were getting ready to send me a replacement which going to be the same thing. I spoke to a so called manager that wouldn't honor what they advertised online and or on my invoice. My invoice clearly shows a gun 2 batteries and a charger. Suck that eve when I spoke to a supervisor she said she could not honor what they advertised online.
I purchased a wheelbarrow that arrived 2 weeks late with no wheels or handles, after 4 phone calls the company is finally sending labels for a return. I can NOT emphasis how disappointed I am in the service and point of sale for this company. It took 2 calls to get return labels. BUYER BEWARE!
I was looking for some bathroom tile that only Home Depot had but it was very expensive. Zoro had it for 1/3 less and free shipping. My contractor took forever to complete the remodeling and the window had passed by a month and a half to return some of the tile. I called Zoro and the customer representative said she would credit my account for the one box I wanted to return, and I didn't even have to return the box. I will definitely shop here again.
We are a non-profit organization, Zoro will not amend our sales tax exemption. Poor customer service on the sales tax end, which is a shame because their products and regular customer service was wonderful.
Ordered bifold doors site said in stock. Then received notice they are in stock and shipping in two days. Then received notice that not in stock. So I cancelled. Five days later I get notice that they are shipping. I call and even though they have not been picked up they can't cancel the order. Unbelievable! Very friendly customer service but useless. DO NOT BUY FROM ZORO!'
Nothing should take 7 days to arrive. If you need something in the very distant future, this is a good place to get it. Btw, the website sucks. Take note from how mcmaster carr.
I placed an order on Dec 4 which was to ship in 10 business days. It is now about two weeks later and still no shipping information and they can't provide me with any form of ETA. Just some communication, even bad news, is better than none!
I was a little reluctant to try ordering from Zoro because of all the negative reviews here, but I decided to take a chance because I was ordering something simple that didn't cost much money. This is one of the very few web sites I could find claiming to have in stock baby wipes in plastic tubs. (It appears that these formerly common products are no longer sold most places, presumably due to the pandemic and supply chain problems.)
Zoro's price was very reasonable, and I received my order just 3 days after placing it. They did a great job.
Ordered a simple product. A month later no tracking. One of many emails CS rep says "I can't find the tracking either. My supervisor says I need to look into this" Every delay is 4-6 days with really really dumb answers including fake tracking number. Getting my money back from my cc bank. Zero stars for zoro.
I ordered two boxes of Dupont faucet filters and they arrived the next day! I was a little hesitant to try Zoro, especially with some bad reviews, but the product is exactly as described and arrived much more quickly than I anticipated. Would order from them again.
Zoro has very poor quality assurance. They do not care about their customer satisfaction, nor are they concerned about providing a quality product. I bought a heater from them and it showed up on my front doorstep demolished twice. I tried to work with them, but they have such a poor business model that they are willing to pay $160 in shipping instead of just letting me keep the broken equipment which was cosmetic in nature and giving me a discount. No thought or regard for the customer.
On their website showed a set of socket in a grey case 1/4" for 9.99 so I ordered thinking what I saw was a set instead they shipped me one deep 1/4" drive socket misleading advertisement I complained and later saw it posted not actual product! I'm telling anyone the buys something from Zoro be careful to read it close thus guy will not be buying from them again
I recently placed 4 orders (June 2020). The orders included LED replacement light bulbs, felt padding for furniture, floor mats and motion sensors. All items arrived on time and in good condition. The bulbs were even packed with cellulose "packing peanuts" that dissolve in water. Overall good products, prices and deliver. A+
